4 Outside Balkan Hill House is approached up a shared driveway to a parking area to the rear of the property with space for storing boats and trailers if required. There is a wide terrace to the south and west of the house with a sweeping lawn beyond and vistas between a number of mature trees of the magnificent views. Directions From Machynlleth take the A487 north and after passing the bridge, turn left towards Aberdovey, following this road for approximately 9 miles. on entering Aberdovey, pass under the rail way bridge. Continue along this road and immediately after the Dovey Inn, turn right and then take the second right onto Church Street. Follow this road and after a short distance take the left hand turning back on yourself. Proceed along this road taking the left hand fork to Balkan Hill Drive where Balkan Hill House can be found after a short distance on the left hand side.
