1 How to Register for Cub Scout Day Camp

2 The following pages and screenshots will walk you through the process of registering your camper(s), registering as a Den Chief, or registering as a Volunteer. In the How to Register as a Volunteer section, we will walk you through how to register your camper(s), and/or Tag-Alongs in the same process. Step 1: Visit or view the dates on the Council Calendar. Step 2: Select the camp of your choice by clicking the appropriate date/ camp location. Step 3: Click the Register Online button to begin. Select your registration type below for specific instructions: How to Register your Cub Scout(s) How to Register as a Volunteer (including Tag-Alongs and Cub Scouts) How to Register as a Den Chief

3 How to Register your Camper(s): Step 1: Begin the registration process Step 2: Select Youth Camper If you are a volunteer and registering a camper, please see the How to Register as a Volunteer section

4 Step 3: Enter the Cub Scout Information Use a parent/guardian address Step 4: Enter your contact information and DOB of Cub Scout Please use the Special Needs box to indicate allergies, etc.

5 Step 5: Indicate your Cub Scout s Pack Number Not sure of your Pack number, contact your Cub Scout s leader Step 6: Fill out your Cub Scout s camp profile You will select the Cub Scout s grade that they are entering this Fall 2018

6 Step 7: Select Enter more Participants if you would like to register another Camper. Or, save your registration and head to the shopping cart. If you are registering another Camper, head back to Step 1 and complete Steps 1-7 until you are ready to check-out Thank you for registering for Cub Scout Day Camp! 7 How to Register as a Volunteer: Step 1: Begin the registration process Step 2: Select Volunteer If you are a volunteer and registering a camper, please contact your Day Camp Director for your Discount Code

8 Step 3: Enter your information Step 4: Continue entering your information Please use the Special Needs box to indicate allergies, etc.

9 Step 5: Enter your Cub Scout Pack Number This part is OPTIONAL, if you do not have a Pack select Next Step 6: Enter your profile information

10 Step 7: Select Enter more Participants if you would like to register a Camper or Tag-Along. Or, save your registration and head to the shopping cart. Before proceeding to register your Camper, please make sure you have secured your discount code to qualify for the $50 per camper for volunteering for a full-week at Day Camp. To secure your code please contact your Day Camp Director or Tyler.Yankey@scouting.org You will enter your discount code after selecting Enter more participants on the above screen, and then after selecting Youth Camper on the next screen.

11 Step 8: Select Youth Camper and enter your discount code or Select Tag-Along and continue (you can register 3 at a time) Repeat as necessary for each camper Click here for How to Register your Cub Scout(s) Click here for How to Register your Tag-Along(s)

12 How to Register your Tag-Along(s): Step 1: Select Tag-Along Step 2: Enter a First & Last Name (must be different from other registrations)

13 Step 3: Enter your contact information Step 4: Enter your Tag-Along information

14 Step 7: Select Enter more Participants if you would like to register a Camper or Tag-Along. Or, save your registration and head to the shopping cart. If you are registering a Camper or Tag-Along, head back to complete the steps until you are ready to check-out Thank you for registering for Cub Scout Day Camp!
