8 Merit Badge system Making changes to the system. There have been many questions about the lock button in the system. This ONLY applies when you are changing classes. It gives you the ability to lock the class you have while searching for a replacement. Final Roster printing Friday noon is the final changes that will be recorded when you arrive at camp. We will print MB schedules, and class rosters for your arrival on Sunday Post Camp Printing and Blue Cards 8

12 And then First stop- the welcome center Camp Staff Guide troop goes to the campsite One adult to the check in Troop sees site- and then: Health check Swim checks Camp Tour Camp shuttle Who is on it? Gear, med form, medications go with them! Plan on High Knoll going over earlier 12

13 Check in Process What you will need One adult to handle this process for the unit At the Camp Director Everyone healthy? Special dietary or medical needs/alerts (allergies) Tour Plan (Not necessary per National ) Proof of insurance Accident, not liability Money issues/refunds Rosters of all scouts in each program 2 copies (Camp Director, you) Who is a NO SHOW and fill out the form Shuttle count for our shuttle to other camps 13

14 Check in Process Medical checks Everyone MUST have a complete med form (even part time leaders) We suggest a binder for them labeled by troop One adult to take troop to medical checks Everyone needs to go, staff may not talk to each Make sure medical staff is aware of any serious allergies or conditions Take all meds with you Med form good through end of month 14

15 Check in Process Swim checks No pre-camp swim checks Everyone who wants to swim NRA, Voyageur, Fish camp, CL, SCUBA must be a swimmer Process different at each camp: CP only if no waterfront Merit Badge, Voyageur, NRA CO all, Fish Camp, (HK if rafting) CL all, SCUBA, Wakeboarding What if I am on the shuttle? Take it at the final destination 15
