Each Troop will be limited to one vehicle pass at a time to carry equipment There will be a meeting for Unit Leaders at the Reception Center at 9:30 pm on Friday evening. REGISTRATION FEES: $96 per scout/ $41 per adult (Includes all meals Saturday Breakfast Monday breakfast) REGISTRATION: All participants must register and pay by January 9, Late registration fee is an additional $10 per person. Registrations are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Make checks payable to East Carolina Council, BSA INSTRUCTOR OPTION: Any adult leader who is interested in teaching a merit badge will attend at no cost with 1/2 off of the registration for one youth. ADULT TRAINING: Scout Master Leader Specific, Intro to Outdoor Leadership Skills, and Youth Protection will be offered. MERIT BADGE REGISTRATION: Merit Badge Registration will be through BadgeTracker. After your registration is submitted you will receive an online username and password that will allow you to sign your Scouts up for the class of their choice. There will be additional activities for Scouts and Adults to participant in during the evening hours. These may include camp wide games, merit badges, campfire programs, general games and handicrafts. REFUND POLICY: Fees for this event are not refundable due to the nature of the event. Exception: In the case of a sickness, a doctor's note must be provided to the Council Service Center by the following Tuesday after the event. Fax number:
