13 Terms and Conditions Booking Suppliers (Vendors) Delegate Places The suppliers (vendors) delegate registration booking fee includes full access to the conference, full access to the event App, refreshments, lunches and evening cocktail reception (on Day 1 of the event). Once Aircraft Commerce has received your booking form we will send you a registration together with your invoice. Full payment must be made before the conference starts in order to guarantee each delegate place. Payments can be made either by bank wire transfer, credit card or by company cheque. Booking Airline & Aircraft Operator VIP Option Places The Airline VIP Option 1 registration fee includes x2 night s accommodation at the Park Inn Hotel, conference admittance, full access to the event App, refreshments, lunches and evening cocktail reception (on Day 1 of the event).
