Subject was arrested remanded to custody for a DWI. 11/26/18 08:40 NB 49/MM 148, ARCHIE On , I investigated a motor vehicle crash that occurred on Northbound Interstate 49 at the South Grand River Bridge north of Archie. The driver's of both vehicles were identified at the scene. Both Vehicles were towed from the scene and the driver's left with the respective tow trucks. 11/26/18 11:03 PECULIAR DR/BONE, PECULIAR On Monday 11/26/18 at approximately 1106 hours I responded to the area of Peculiar Drive and the East Outer Rd Bridge, in Peculiar Missouri, in regards to a motor vehicle accident. Ralph H. Holden, W/M struck Frances B. McCullogh's, W/F, vehicle with his. 11/26/18 13: FOXWOOD DR, RAYMORE On Monday 11/26/18 at approximately 1316 hours I made contact with Danny L. Macrander, W/M, in the front lobby of the Cass County Sheriffs Office, located at 2501 W. Mechanic in Harrisonville Missouri, in regards to an attempted fraudulent use of his debit card. No suspect has been identified at this time. 11/26/18 21:13 GORE/WARD, RAYMORE On at approximately 2113 hours I was dispatched to the area of Ward road and Alexander Creek for a suspicious vehicle. Upon arrival in the area I was conducting a area canvas and located a vehicle in the ditch on Gore road near Ward road. The driver of the vehicle Dusty Peoples had warrants out of Independence Police Department. Mr. Peoples was transported to the Cass County jail on active warrants. 11/26/18 22: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 2215 hours, I made contact with Samuel Todd Nichols at the Cass County Jail with reference to two warrant services. I served Mr. Nichols Cass County Warrant #17CA-CR for Failure to Appear, bond $10, % Cash Only, and Warrant #18CA-CR00728 for Criminal Non-Support, bond $4, % Cash Only. 11/27/18 01:06 7/49, HARRISONVILLE On 11/27/2018 at approximately 0106 hours I conducted a vehicle stop at Missouri 7 highway and Interstate 49 Highway. A search of the vehicle was conducted and contraband was discovered. The suspect was taken into custody for unlawful possession of a weapon and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. 11/27/18 05: LOCUST ST, DREXEL On Tuesday 11/27/2018 at approximately 0510 hours, I was dispatched to 333 Locust Street in Drexel for an auto theft. Upon my arrival I contacted Melissa Nichols who reported her car stolen. No suspects have been identified at this time. 11/27/18 06: TH ST, PECULIAR On 11/27/2018, at approximatley 0712 hours, I responded to 8307 E 227th St for a stolen mailbox. I made contact with Jana L Shaffer, w/f, who said that her mailbox was missing. The investigation is on-going. 11/27/18 08: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Nov 27, 2018 at approximately 0830 hours while working at the checkpoint, I made contact with Mr. Steven A Glass. I made contact with an employee of L.C. Briggs Turf Farm who said that a neighbor's cattle were on company property and caused damage. The cattle owner has been identified. 11/27/18 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 11/27/2018 at approximately 1015 hours I responded to the Cass County Justice center, 2501 W. Mechanic in Harrisonville with an affidavit for search warrant. This was presented to the Cass County Prosecutor and Judge Rumley. The search warrant was granted and executed. 11/27/18 10: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On 11/27/18, at approximately 1033 hours, I was dispatched to East 179th Street, Pleasant Hill to a report of a stolen vehicle. Roy M. Brinkoetter, w/m, had a 2003 Ford F-250, bearing Missouri license 36A6JW, stolen sometime after 11/23/18, 1400 hours. No suspects have been identified at this time. 11/27/18 12: CHERRY ST, KANSAS CITY On , I responded to the Jackson County Missouri Detention Center to arrest Lewone T Dennis on a Cass County Warrant, taking the subject in custody at 1405 hrs. The subject was transported to the Cass County Jail for processing. Upon arriving at the Cass County Jail, I served Cass County warrant# 18-CAFTA-1379 for FTA-Theft/Stealing. Bond was set at $ and a court date of hours was given. The subject was then released to the jail for further processing. 11/27/18 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 11/27/18, at approximately 1204 hours, I was dispatched to Cass County Courthouse, Div. III, located at 2501 W. Mechanic St., Harrisonville, MO, to speak with the Honorable Judge Stacey Lett in regards to some documents she received that she believed to be false in nature. There are suspects identified in this case. 11/27/18 13: STATE ROUTE M, GARDEN CITY On 11/27/18, at approximately 1317 hours, I was dispatched to State Highway M, Garden City on a suspicious activity call. While on the property, a 1999 Ford F-250 and a Kubota UTV were observed in disarray. Upon further examination, the vehicle identification number plates had been removed or damaged beyond comprehension on both vehicles. The two vehicles were were recovered by J's Southland Tow service and moved to the Cass County Sheriff's Office secure lot. 11/27/18 13: PLAZA DRIVE, HARRISONVILLE On I contacted Jones, Benton M. W/M in the Lobby of the Cass county Sheriff s Office, who wished to make a report of fraud. A suspect has been identified. 11/27/18 13: TH ST, PECULIAR On 11/27/2018, at approximately 1348 hours, I responded to E 264th St for an injured animal call. I observed an injured deer that appeared to be mortally wounded which I dispatched.

3 11/27/18 13: OLD DRUM RD, EAST LYNNE On Tuesday 11/27/18 at approximately 1419 hours I responded to Old Drum Rd in East Lynne Missouri in regards to a burglary. Jeannine M. Doughty, W/F, told me that her property was burglarized sometime between Tuesday 11/20/18 at approximately 1900 and Friday 11/23/18 at approximately 1200 hours. No suspect has been identified at this time. 11/27/18 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 11/27/2018 at approximately 1540 hours I responded to the Cass County Justice center, 2501 W. Mechanic in Harrisonville with an affidavit for search warrant. This was presented to the Cass County Prosecutor and Judge Olsen. The search warrant was granted and will be executed. 11/27/18 16: TH ST, ARCHIE On Tuesday 11/27/18 at approximately 1730 hours I made contact with Benny W. Tripp, W/M, in the front lobby of the Cass County Sheriffs Office located at 2501 W. Mechanic in Harrisonville Missouri in regards to a threat made by his ex girlfriend via voice mail. No arrest has been made in this matter. 11/28/18 00:46 COUNTRY CLUB/LAWNDALE, PLEASANT HILL On Wednesday November 28th 2018, at 0046 minutes, I was dispatched to the area of Country Club and Lawndale in Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to providing K9 assistance to the Pleasant Hill Police Department who were on the scene of a traffic stop. K9 Champ alerted to the presence of the odor of narcotics in a black 2010 Mitsubishi Lancer. During a probable cause search of the vehicle, a white powdery substance was located in the vehicle's center console. The white female driver was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. 11/28/18 06: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On Wednesday, November 28th, 2018, at approximately 0609 hours, I was dispatched to E 175th St, Pleasant Hill, for a disturbance. On scene, I contacted Allison Stoneman, who stated her boyfriend had pushed her out of his vehicle. A report was taken on the incident. 11/28/18 06:32 D/259, CLEVELAND On , at 0632 hours, I responded to 259th and State Route D, Cleveland, in regard to a vehicle in the ditch. I contacted Vicki Lyon who advised another vehicle struck her then left the scene. I later contacted Phillip Martley who advised he was involved in an accident and believed the other driver had left the scene. A report was taken to document the incident. 11/28/18 07:58 CLEVELAND AVE / 205TH ST, BELTON On 11/28/2018 at approximately 0800 hours, I was dispatched to the area of S. Cleveland Ave and 203rd Street in Belton, MO in reference to a deer that had been struck by a vehicle. Upon arrival, the deer was located and put down for humanitarian reasons. 11/28/18 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On November 28, 2018 at approximately 1054 hours, I was dispatched to the Probation and Parole Office located at 2501 West Mechanic in reference to a subject with an active Parole Warrant. David Earls was arrested on Parole warrant # with no bond. He was transported to the Cass County Jail. 11/28/18 12: TH ST, BELTON On at 1238 hours, I arrived at 5702 E. 189th St., Belton, MO and spoke with Kala Escovedo in reference to Ms. Escovedo receiving numerous telephone calls from an unknown telephone number. A report was taken.

After speaking with the reporting party, the suspicious vehicle and two subjects were located in the area. The subjects were released with a trespass warning. 11/28/18 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 11/28/2018, at approximately 1544 Hours, I made contact with Justin Jackson, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant #18CA-CR01212 for Fugitive Out Of State. Bond was set at $10, Cash Only and a court date of 01/24/2018 at 0900 hours was given. 11/28/18 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1425 Hours, I made contact with Kevin Scott Parmenter at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cole County warrant. I served Cole County warrant 18ACFTA1609 for Failure To Appear for Fraud - Insuf.Funds. 11/28/18 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 11/28/2018 at approximately 1540 hours I responded to the Cass County Justice center, 2501 W. Mechanic in Harrisonville with an affidavit for search warrant. This was presented to the Cass County Prosecutor and Judge Olsen. The search warrant was granted and will be executed. 11/28/18 15:51 5TH/MAIN, CLEVELAND On , at 1551 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop at 5th Street and Main, Cleveland. I contacted Anthony Laycock and Darren Venneman. The driver of the vehicle was issued a summons. 11/28/18 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 11/28/2018, at approximately 1605 Hours, I made contact with Christopher W. Bosler at the Cass County Sheriff's Office for Court Ordered Shock Time. Subject ordered to serve 48 hours shock time for Drug Court. 11/28/18 18: PECULIAR DR, PECULIAR On 11/28/2018 the Criminal Apprehensino Unit conducted a residence check at S Peculiar Dr. in Peculiar, MO. One subject, Johnathon Davis was taken into custody on Florida Probation and Parole warrant # for Burglary of an Occupied Conveyance. No bond was given. 11/28/18 19:25 275TH ST/SOUTHWEST OUTER RD, HARRISONVILLE On 11/28/2018 at approximately 1925 hours I was dispatched to the BP gas station at E 275th St, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a report of leaving the scene of an accident. William Roller reported a blue Prime semi truck hit his semi truck in the roadway near this business. The striking vehicle was not located. 11/28/18 20:51 58 HWY/S SCOTT, BELTON On November 28, 2018 the Criminal Apprehension Unit conducted a traffic stop on a white Kia Sportage for a license plate violation near the intersection of State Route 58 and South Scott, Belton, Missouri. The driver, a white female was arrested for possession of controlled substance and transported to the Cass County Jail. 11/28/18 21: LYNE AVE, RAYMORE On November 28th, 2018 at approximately 2116 hours the Criminal Apprehension Unit conducted a vehicle stop in the area of 160th Street, and Lynne Avenue, Raymore, Missouri on a black in color Pontiac passenger car. The driver was arrested for driving while revoked. FORM The passenger Press Shawna Reports Danner = UPDATED was taken into custody on active Lee's summit,

The passenger Shawna Danner was taken into custody on active Lee's summit, Missouri municipal warrants, and active Clay county, Missouri warrants for failure to appear on traffic citations. 11/28/18 22: ASPEN ST, DREXEL On 11/28/2018 at approximately 2207 hours I was dispatched to 305 Aspen St, Drexel, Missouri in reference to a disturbance. Stephanie Jones reported a verbal argument occurred between her and her adult son at this address. No crime was committed. 11/29/18 09: MAIN ST, GARDEN CITY On Thursday, November 29, 2018 at approximately 0849 hours I was dispatched to 207 Main St, Garden City, MO in reference to a report of a disturbance. Amelia Maples stated she had a verbal argument with her boyfriend. Camp Branch Rd, East Lynne, MO in reference to a report of stealing. Margrett Pope stated someone stole a Polaris Ranger from her property. A suspect has not been identified. 11/29/18 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 11/29/2018, at approximately 1740 Hours, I made contact with Norfleet, Alicia at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 18CA-CR01216 for Fugitive out of State. Bond was set at $10, Cash Only and a court date of 01/24/2018 at 0900 hours was given. 11/29/18 14:12 NORTH SCOTT/KING, BELTON On November 29, 2018 at approximately 1412 hours, the Cass County Criminal Apprehension Unit conducted a vehicle stop of a blue in color 2010 Dodge Dakota in the area of N. Scott and King Avenue. The driver of the vehicle, Ronnie Volz was taken into custody for trafficking controlled substances in his vehicle. Mr. Volz was transported to the Cass County Jail for processing and pending charges. 11/29/18 14:18 INDEX RD, GARDEN CITY On 11/29/2018 at approximately 1420 hours, I was dispatched to the area of S. Index Road, in Garden City for a report of an injured deer. Mechanic St, Harrisonville, MO in reference to a report of stealing. Mary Hand stated an associate stole money from her. A suspect has been identified.

My investigation revealed that nothig criminal had occurred. 11/29/18 17:09 SE OUTER RD - SE, HARRISONVILLE On 11/29/2018 at approximately 1711 hours, I was dispatched to the area of 307th Street and 49 Highway in Harrisonville, in reference to a check the welfare. Upon arrival, I arrested Rhonda J. Sprinkles, W/F, on multiple active warrants through Johnson County, Missouri, Jackson County, Missouri and Pleasant Hill Police Department. Ms. Sprinkles was transported to the Cass County Sheriff's Office, where she is awaiting extradition for those agencies' charges. 11/29/18 17: WARD RD, RAYMORE On , at 1754 hours, I responded to 100 Municipal Cir, Raymore, in regard to a child custody issue. I contacted Leslie Goodwin who requested my assistance with obtaining her children. I then contacted James Goodwin and stood by as they exchanged their children. 11/29/18 18: JERRY, RAYMORE On Thursday at approximately 1905 hours I was dispatched to meet with the Department of Family Services located at 223 Circle Drive, Raymore, in reference to Emergency Protective Custody orders. Two children were safely removed from the a residence without incident. 11/29/18 18: PARK DR, RAYMORE On 11/29/2018 the Criminal Apprehension Unit conducted a residence check at 710 S Park Dr in Raymore, MO. One subject was taken into custody. 11/29/18 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 11/29/2018, at approximately 1848 Hours, I made contact with Higgins, Joseph T. at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County after hours warrant for Burglary 1st Degree. 11/29/18 20: NORTH SCOTT, BELTON On November 30, 2018 the Criminal Apprehension Unit conducted a traffic stop on a white Pontiac Vibe, near 1508 North Scott Avenue, Belton, Missouri. The driver, Richard Blake, w/m, was arrested on Independence, Missouri warrant for disorderly conduct with a bond of $600 secured. Mr. Blake was transported to the Cass County Jail. 11/29/18 20:34 58/CHERRRY HILL, BELTON On November 29, 2018 at approximately 2034 hours, I attempted to conduct a vehicle stop in the area of 58 Highway and Cherry Hill on a silver in color BMW for having a unreadable temporary license plate. The vehicle failed to stop and a pursuit ensued. The pursuit was terminated in the area of 135th and Frontage Road. 11/29/18 21:35 S PROSPECT/MCDONALD, BELTON On 11/29/2018 the Criminal Apprehension Unit conducted a traffic stop on N. Prospect Avenue near McDonald Lane. The driver was taken into custody and later released on issued summons. 11/29/18 22:55 COMMERCIAL/MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On November 29, 2018 the Criminal Apprehension Unit conducted a traffic stop on a white Hyundai sedan for an expired temporary license. The driver was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. A passenger was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both subjects were transported to the Cass County Jail.

The driver of the vehicle was taken into custody for possession of controlled substance, and transported to the Cass County Jail without incident. 11/30/18 00: STATE ROUTE Y HWY, BELTON On 11/30/2018 at approximately 0009 hours I was dispatched to State Route Y Highway, Belton, Missouri in reference to a death. My investigation revealed a death occurred at this residence. 11/30/18 06: WEST OUTER RD, HARRISONVILLE On Friday at approximately 0630 I responded to SAPP Bro's Truck stop where I made contact with Grace, David L w/m who has received threat via text messages. My investigation revealed possible extortion. 11/30/18 08: BRIAR RD, PECULIAR On 11/30/2018, at approximately 0805 hours, I responded to S Briar Rd for property damage. Randy C Harrison, w/m, said that his mailbox and fence were damaged sometime in the night. 11/30/18 08: STATE ROUTE YY, PECULIAR On 11/30/2018, at approximately 0852 hours, I responded to a medical call at 7309 State Route YY for an unresponsive white male. The subject was later identified as Melvin H Williamson and was declared dead on scene, by medical personnel. 11/30/18 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 11/30/18 I contacted Schmidt, Bailey A w/f in the lobby of the Cass County Sheriff s Office. Ms. Bailey was placed in custody for Belton PD warrant #17Bo0410, Fail to Appear on an Ordinance with a bond of $ % cash. 11/30/18 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Friday November 30, 2018 at 1215 hours I assisted Harrisonville Police Department with a single vehicle motor vehicle accident on Clearwater Drive near the Cass County Justice Center. The vehicle, a United States postal van, rolled onto it's side off the roadway. The driver was removed from the vehicle with the assistance of Harrisonvile Fire Department. The driver did not report any injuries. 11/30/18 12: JERRY, RAYMORE On 11/30/2018, at approximately 1303 hours, I responded to 1007 N Jerry for a check of welfare. I made contact with a party on scene who said that whe did not need assistance. 11/30/18 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 11/20/2018, at approximately 1520 Hours, I made contact with Stephen Cunningham at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I arrested Mr Cummingham on Cass County warrant 18CA-CR00152 for Failure To Appear on Count 1: Resisting Arrest/Detention/Stop By Fleeing - Creating A Substantial Risk Of Serious Injury/Death To Any Person, Count 2: Fail To Stop For Steady Red Signal At Crosswalk/Stop Line/Point Nearest Intersection, Count 3: Drove Wrong Direction On Hwy Divided Into Two Or More Rdwys, Causing An Immediate Threat Of An Accident, Count 4: Oper A Motor Vehicle In A Careless And Imprudent Manner, Count 5: Exceeding Posted Speed Limit (Exceeded By 26 Mph Or More). 8 11/30/18 17: HIGHLAND DR, HARRISONVILLE On November 30th, 2018 at approximately 1900 hours the Criminal Apprehension Unit conducted a vehicle stop in the area of 601 Highland Drive, Harrisonville, Missouri on a silver in color Honda passenger car. The driver was taken into custody for possession of controlled substance, and transported to the Cass County Jail without incident. 11/30/18 20: SHERWOOD DR, CREIGHTON On Friday, November 30th, 2018, at approximately 2054 hours, I was dispatched to S Sherwood Drive, Creighton, for an MVA non injury. On scene, I contacted Dustin Bridges who stated someone had struck and damaged his vehicle. A suspect has not been identified. 12/01/18 05: OAK, FREEMAN On Saturday 12/01/2018 at approximately 0545 hours, I was dispatched to the area of 306 Oak Street in Freeman for a report of suspicious activity. Upon my arrival I took Brian J. Rinkert into custody on Harrisonville Warrants , , for failure to appear on traffic offenses. No bond was given subject ordered to serve 30 days in jail. 12/01/18 07: LYNE AVE, RAYMORE On 12/01/2018, at approximately 0716 hours, I responded to 1103 N Lyne Ave for a fraud. I made contact with Edward L Weatherman, w/m, who said that someone that claimed to be from the social security office defrauded him of $ /01/18 10: STATE ROUTE W, FREEMAN On Saturday 12/1/18 at approximately 1020 hours I responded to 9408 State Route W in Freeman Missouri in regards to an Assist other Agency call for the Children's Division of Social Services. Children's Services Worker Andrea Smalley conducted an interview with Alexandra S. Siegenthaler, W/F. Ms. Smalley told me she had no concerns. 12/01/18 11: TH ST, BELTON On 12/01/2018, at approximately 1134 hours, I responded to 6102 E 187th St for a disturbance in progress. I made contact with the parties and took one white female into custody. 12/01/18 12: PICKERING RD, BELTON On December 1st 2018 at 1230 hours Deputies were dispatched to S. Pickering Rd., rural Belton, in reference to a reported disturbance. Upon my arrival I contacted Jack L. Vaught, w/m who stated that he had been in a verbal altercation with his son who left prior to our arrival. The suspect in this case was not located. 12/01/18 14: STATE ROUTE B, CREIGHTON On Saturday 12/1/18 at approximately 1445 I responded to the area of State Route B in Creighton Missouri in regards to an abandoned auto. I recovered a white 2008 Ford F250 that was stolen out of Harrisonville Missouri. The vehicle was towed to Harrisonville Police Department for further processing. 12/01/18 18: TH ST, BELTON On Saturday 12/01/2018 at approximately 1900 I was dispatched to 4001 E. 185th Street in regards to a disorderly subject. Upon my arrival, my arrival I contacted Preston Sanders who stated some items were taken out of his garage. 9 abandon vehicle. Upon arrival at approximately 2029 hours I observed a tan in color Cadillac parked on Thorngrove Road south of 203rd street. The vehicle was parked in the southbound driving lane. The license plate on the vehicle came back to a 1999 Ford pickup to a subject out of Humansville MO. I the had dispatch conduct a computer check and it came back not on file. Vehicle was removed by J's Southland Tow, owner has not been identified. 12/01/18 21:09 Y/58, BELTON On December 1st, 2018 at approximately 2109 hours the Criminal Apprehension Unit conducted a vehicle stop in the area of Y Highway, and 58 Highway, Belton, Missouri on a black in color Honda passenger car. The driver Phillip Herd was taken into custody on active Cass County warrant #16CACR01067,5 possession of a controlled substance 35 grams or less. Mr. Herd was transported to the Cass County Jail without incident. 12/01/18 21: COUNTY LINE RD, BELTON On December 1, 2018 the Criminal Apprehension Unit conducted a residence check at 107 County Line Road, Belton, Missouri. Shelby Brown, b/m, was arrested on Belton warrant 18BO3803 for failure to appear on traffic with a bond of $300. Mr. Brown was transported to the Belton Jail. 12/01/18 22: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday 12/01/2018 at approximately 2257 I was dispatched to E. 237th Street in reference to medical emergency. That party was treated by paramedics at the residence. 12/01/18 23: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 12/02/2018, at approximately 0030 Hours, I made contact with David Earls at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 15CA-CR00842 for Probation Violation. Bond was set at $25, cash only and a court date of 01/14/2019 at 0900 hours was given. Reporting Deputy has nothing further at this time. 12/02/18 00: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 12/02/2018, at approximately 0015 Hours, I made contact with Christopher Jones at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 18CA-CR01169 for Possession of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less Of Marijuana/synthetic Cannabinoid. Bond was set at $4, % cash only and a court date of 01/24/2019 at 0900 hours was given. Reporting Deputy has nothing further at this time. 12/02/18 03: MAIN ST, GRANDVIEW On 12/04/2018 at approximately 1041 hours, I arrested Clint A. Auger, W/M, on a Cass County warrant. I responded to the Grandview Police Department in Grandview, MO and transported Mr. Auger to the Cass County Jail. Mr. Auger was arrested on Cass County warrant 18-CAFTA-1706 for Driving While Revoked Or Suspended with a bond of $ Cash Only. Mr. Auger was given a court date of 01/18/2019 at 0900 hours. 12/02/18 06: PRYOR RD, PLEASANT HILL On December 2nd 2018 at 0648 hours Deputies were dispatched to S. Pryor Rd. in reference to a vehicle theft in progress. While en route to the scene, Deputies located the vehicle traveling south on Mo 7. The vehicle was located near 227th where it traveled west on 227th from Mo 7. At this time Deputies pursued the vehicle. At the intersection of 235th and Shaffer Rd. the vehicle then drove around the spike strips that were set up and struck a patrol vehicle. After striking the patrol vehicle the suspect then stopped the vehicle and was taken into custody. 12/02/18 11:05 21 MERLE RD, PLEASANT HILL On 12/02/2018, I arrested Kelsey M. Smith, w/f, on a Cass County Warrant. I responded to 21 Merle Rd., Pleasant Hill and transported Ms. Smith to the Cass County Jail. She was arrested on Cass County Warrant 18-CAFTA-1964.

State Route C on a vandalism report. Vernon Everly reported that some wire had been removed from his equipment. No suspect has been identified at this time. 12/02/18 14: TH ST, DREXEL On Sunday 12/2/18 at approximately 1458 hours I responded to E 339th St in Archie Missouri in regards to a disturbance. No arrests were made in regards to this incident.
