I served Cass County After Hours Warrant for Property Damage 1st Degree. 01/29/18 07: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On Monday, January 29, 2018 at approximately 0713 hours I was dispatched to contact Donald Crust by phone in reference to a report of stalking. Donald Crust stated he was being followed by a neighbor at E. 275th St, Harrisonville, MO. A suspect has been identified. 01/29/18 08: STATE ROUTE 2, WEST LINE On 01/29/2018 at approximately 0900 hours I was dispatched to 1203 E State Route 2 Highway, Cleveland, Missouri in reference to stealing of a motor vehicle. Don Williams reported a white Ford F250 stolen from his car lot over the weekend. No suspects were identified. 01/29/18 08: MULLEN RD, BELTON On 01/29/2018 at approximately 0817 hours I was dispatched to CILTF, S Mullen Rd, Belton, Missouri in reference to a report of stealing. Michael White reported an american flag was stolen from in front of this business. 01/29/18 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/29/2018 at approximately 1050 hours, subject taken to the Hospital by EMS for medical issues. 01/29/18 10:52 187/EAST OF CLEVELAND AVE, BELTON On at 1052 hours I responded to 187th street east of Cleveland ave for a roll over crash. The crash occurred when vehicle 1, a white infinity ran off the roadway over corrected stricking the ditch and over turning on it's top. Driver 1 was transported by EMS to local hospital. 01/29/18 11: GARDEN AVE, BELTON On 01/29/2018 at approximately 1134 hours I was dispatched to S Garden Ave, Belton, Missouri in reference to a disturbance. Danna Spence reported she was involved in an altercation with her boyfriend. One suspect has been identified. 01/29/18 12:03 MOPAC/239TH ST, HARRISONVILLE While on routine patrol in the area of Mopac Road, south of 235th, personal documents were located that related to a crime in Harrisonville corporate limits. A Harrisonville Police Officer responded and recovered the property. 01/29/18 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1000 hours, Clayton Briscoe was remanded to my custody to serve 60 days in the Cass County Jail.. 01/29/18 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1025 hours, Kelsey Payne was remanded to my custody. Bond was set at $ cash only and a court date of at 0900 hours was given.

2 01/29/18 14: ST ST, BELTON On January 29, 2018 at approximately 1415 hours, I was dispatched to the Belton Police Department for a report of a sex offense that had occurred at 208 E. 171st Street Belton, Missouri. A suspect has been identified. 01/29/18 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1430 hours, I came in contact with Ivan Tyson at the Cass County Jail reference to an active Cass County warrant. The warrant #18CA-CR00055 was issued for tampering with a victim in a felony prosecution 01/29/18 15: CLARK RD, PLEASANT HILL On Monday, January 29, 2018 at approximately 1615 hours I was dispatched to the area of S. Clark Rd, Pleasant Hill, MO in reference to a suspicious fire. Upon arrival Fire Chief Nathan Carpenter stated he believed the odor of accelerants were present. A suspect has been identified. 01/29/18 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/26/2018 at approximately 0810 hours, information was disclosed to me by an inmate regarding an open investigation. The information given to me will be routed to the Raymore Police Department. 01/29/18 20: WHIPPOORWILL HILL DR, LAKE ANNETTE On 01/29/2018, at approximately 2041 hours, I responded to 8311 Whippoorwill Hill Dr, Lake Annette for a call regarding an attempted burglary. Upon arrival, I made contact with the reporting party, Steven W Penick w/m, who stated that someone tried to gain entry to the residence by tearing through a window screen in a back bedroom. The subject then assaulted Dominique M Autrey, w/f, by pulling a hand full of hair from her head in an attempt to pull her through the window. A suspect has been identified at this time. 01/29/18 20:49 2 HIGHWAY AND 271, HARRISONVILLE On January 29, 2018 at approximately 2049 hours I conducted a vehicle stop on 2 highway in the area of Lewis road. The driver was placed in custody for Driving while revoked and driving while intoxicated. A suspect has been identified and placed in custody in this incident. 01/30/18 02:31 PLEASANT HILL PD, PLEASANT HILL 01/30/18 11: OLINGER, STRASUBRG On Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at approximately 1213 hours I was dispatched to 101 W. Olinger St, Strasburg, MO in reference to a report of stealing. Kendra Maynard stated someone stole the license plates off of her vehicle. A suspect has not been identified. 01/30/18 15:07 NB 49/283RD STREET, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1507 hours Bates County Sheriff's Office requested assistance with a vehicle pursuit northbound on I-49 from Archie, MO. Deputies assisted in locating and stopping a blue Pontiac G6 near Peculiar, MO. Two suspects were identified and taken into custody. 01/30/18 17: LYNE AVE, RAYMORE On 01/30/2018 at approximately 1709 hours I was dispatched to 1006 N Lyne Ave, Raymore, Missouri in reference to an assault. Upon arrival Stephany Hendren reported she was assaulted.

Dispatch advised that a male had pushed a pregnant female. While investigating the disturbance it was determined Gary D. Eidson, W/M, was the victim. A suspect has been identified. 01/30/18 21: TH ST, GRANDVIEW On Tuesday January 30, 2018 I responded to 5711 East 140th Street in Grandview, Missouri to assist with a K9 Track for robbery suspects. A K9 track was conducted and met with negative results. 01/30/18 22: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2220 Hours, I made contact with Mckeown Brian R W/M, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 14CACR00266 for FTA--DRIVING WHILE REVOKED/SUSPENDED. 01/30/18 23: WHIPPOORWILL DR, LAKE ANNETTE On 01/31/2018 at approximately 0003 hours I was dispatched to 8304 East Whippoorwill Hill drive, Lake Annette, Missouri, to back Deputy Messmer and Deputy Hamby on a call. Dispatch advised the suspect from an incident which occurred the night prior had possibly returned. When I arrived the suspect had not returned, while investigating one white male was arrested on a Lafayette County, Missouri warrant. 01/31/18 02:37 251ST AND HELT ROAD, PECULIAR On 01/31/2018, at approximately 0246 hours, I responded to the Cass Regional Medical Center on a report of a motor vehicle accident. I made contact with Chad L Andrist, w/m, who stated that he was the passenger of a vehicle that ran off of the road near the intersection of 251st and Helt. I then made contact with the driver who later admitted to the consumption of alcohol and consented to a blood draw for lab analysis. The driver received a summons for DWI. 01/31/18 09:51 SUNRISE/190, BELTON On at approximately 0951 hours I was dispatched to pickering place sewer pump house for a stealing. I made contact with Noble, Matt who stated sometime in the past few days several items had been stolen from the office. No suspect has been identified. 01/31/18 13: OSBORN RD, STRASBURG On , at approximately 1326 hours, I was dispatched to S. Osborn Road, in reference to a reported motor vehicle theft. I contacted Jeffry A. Osborn w/m who told me that between 1200 hours and 1315 hours, someone took his 2001 Ford F-350 without permission. A report was taken and the vehicle was entered into the Missouri Uniform Law Enforcement computer system as stolen. 01/31/18 14: BROOKHART DR, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday 1/31/17 at approximately 1442 hours I responded to S. Brookhart Dr in Harrisonville Missouri in regards to a medical call. A male subject was transported by hospital to Cass Regional Medical Center. 01/31/18 15:00 CLAY COUNTY, LIBERTY On 01/31/18 at about 1100 hours, I made contact with Deann Foster at the Clay County Detention Center in Liberty, MO on a Cass County warrant. Ms. Foster was taken into custody on the warrant, a bond was set at $3, % cash only and a court date of 02/20/18 at 0900 hours was given.

4 01/31/18 16: BLK MULLEN AVE, RAYMORE On Wednesday, January 31st 2018, at 1648 hours, I was dispatched to the 1200 block on N. Mullen Avenue in reference to providing K9 assistance to the Lee's Summit Police Department who were actively looking for a felony suspect who fled on foot after a vehicle pursuit. The white male suspect has been identified but was not located. 01/31/18 21: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/31/2018, at approximately 2130 hours, I made contact with Tarantola, Samuel on Cass County warrant 18-CAPBR-22 Probation Violation. Bond is $5, % Cash Only. 01/31/18 22: LYNE AVE, RAYMORE On Wednesday, January 31st 2018, at 2203 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on the 100 block of South Lyne Avenue in rural Raymore, Missouri on a black 2000 GMC Sierra for excessive window tint. The white male driver was arrested for felony driving while revoked. 01/31/18 23: HWY, PLEASANT HILL On Wednesday, January 31st 2018, at 2338 hours, I was dispatched to the parking lot of the Movie Gallery in Pleasant Hill in reference to providing K9 assistance to the Pleasant Hill Police Department who were on the scene of a traffic stop. K9 Champ alerted to the presence of the odor of narcotics in the vehicle's glove compartment. A probable cause search of the glove compartment revealed methamphetamine paraphernalia. 02/01/18 00:09 PROSPECT/ N OF 58, BELTON On February 1, 2018 at approximately 0009 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop in the area of Prospect, north of 58 Highway on a white in color Cadillac for displaying plates of another vehicle. The driver was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and the backseat passenger was arrested on an active felony Cass County warrant. 02/01/18 05: WASHINGTON, FREEMAN On at 0534 hours, I was dispatched to 101 N. Washington St., Freeman, MO in reference to a vehicle being stolen. At the residence I spoke with Tom J. Roderick, wm, who advised that someone stole his pickup truck within the past 10 minutes, while it was running outside his residence, unlocked. There are no suspects at this time. 02/01/18 10:05 PLATTE COUNTY SHERIFF, PLATTE CITY On 02/01/18 at 1005 hours, I responded to the Platte County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Holly Colton into custody on Cass County warrant #16CA-CR00194 for Passing bad Checks, bond $ cash only. Ms. Colton was transported to the Cass County Jail. 02/01/18 12: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday 2/1/18 at approximately 1227 hours I responded to E 315th street in Harrisonville Missouri in regards to an assault. Aaron A. Abney, W/M told me he had been punched in the back of the head by an unknown assailant, and did not wish to press charges. 02/01/18 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1231 Hours, I made contact with Tyler R. Hiser, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 17CACR Bond was set at $5, % Cash Only, and a court date of at 0900 hours was given.

5 02/01/18 12: HWY, RAYMORE On at approximately 1232 I was dispatched to 1608 Cody in Raymore, MO for a lost/stolen cell phone. I made contact with Timothy Foster. Mr. Foster told me that his daughters cell phone was lost or stolen on while she was at school. I contacted the school they had reviewed surveillance video with negative results. No suspect has been identified. 02/01/18 12: W MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1130 hours, I came in contact with Edwards, Richard J. at the Cass County Jail reference to an active Cass County warrant. The warrant #17CA-CR01114 was issued for failure to appear. Bond was set at $5,000.00, 10% cash only. 02/01/18 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately hours, I came in contact with Kittake Irby at the Cass county Jail reference to an active Cass County warrant. The warrant #18CA-CR00072 was issued for domestic assault in the 4the degree. A signature bond was given. 02/01/18 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1610 hours, I came in contact with Christopher Blair at the Cass county Jail reference to an active Cass County warrant. The warrant #18CA-CR00073 was issued for tampering with a motor vehicle. Bond was set at $4,000.00, 10% cash only. 02/01/18 17: EAST OUTER RD, PECULIAR On at 1736 hours I responded to South East Outer Road Peculiar on a burglary. I contacted the owner Wilford W. Mistele, Who told me during the day someone had forced entry in a basement window and stolen numerous items from the house. A suspect has not been identified. 02/01/18 19:14 HARRISONVILLE PD, HARRISONVILLE On 02/01/2018, at approximately 1945 hours, I made contact with Peterson, Danielle on Cass County warrant 18-CAFTA-21 Failure To Appear - Assault 2nd. Bond is $5, % Cash Only. 02/01/18 22: FUNKHOUSER RD, PLEASANT HILL On 02/01/2018 at 2257 hours I was dispatched to Funkhouser in reference to an abandoned vehicle. Upon arrival I observed a 2017 White GMC Sierra AZ AH53301 blocking a portion of the northbound lane. The vehicle was towed from the scene by Stever Tow. 02/01/18 23:09 AOG PARKING LOT, BELTON On Febuary 1, 2018 at approximately 2309 hours I observed Belton Missouri Police Department had a vehicle that was failing to yield. I joined the vehicle pursuit as the vehicle went through Quik Trip at 58 and Y Highway and took over the vehicle pursuit from Belton Police department at 139th and Southern Rd Grandview Missouri until the Male subject was taken into custody at 69 highway and College Blvd Overland Park KS. 02/02/18 00: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0035 Hours, I made contact with Joseph Morehouse, a white male, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office. I served Cass County Warrant for Burglary 2nd Degree.

6 02/02/18 01: RD ST, BELTON On 02/03/2018, at approximately 0246 hours, I arrived at 7001 E 163rd St, Belton. In reference to a prisoner transfer. One white male was taken into custody on active Cass County warrant and transported to the jail. 02/02/18 06:45 GROH ROAD, CLEVELAND On at approximately 0655 hours I was dispatched to the area of State Route 2 and Groh Road in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was located along with a stolen 2013 Buick Lacrosse. One suspect was identifed and taken into custody. 02/02/18 08: STATE ROUTE D, BELTON On February 2, 2018 I responded to S. Holmes Road at approximately 0830 hours for an abandoned vehicle. A white 200 Ford F350 was located and found to be stolen out of Miami County Kansas. The vehicle was recovered and removed from the location. 02/02/18 08:40 JACKSON COUNTY, KANSAS CITY On at 0840 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Paul J. Tounzell into custody on Cass County warrant # 18-CAPBR-14 and 18-CAPBR-15 both for Probation Violation/Violation of Order of Protection for Adult -2-nd ofns, both bonds each set at $ % cash only, Mr Tounzell was transported to the Cass County Jail. 02/02/18 08:40 JACKSON COUNTY, KANSAS CITY On at 0840 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Emmett James Osborne into custody on Cass County warrant # 18-CAFTA-204 for FTA Posses Drug Paraphernalia, bond $ cash only Release on ROR after 48 hours, Mr Osbourne was transported to the Cass County Jail. 02/02/18 09: GRADUATE CIR, CLEVELAND On 02/02/2018 at approximately 0909 hours I was dispatched to Graduate Cir, Cleveland, Missouri in reference to a burglary. Josie Younger reported multiple items stolen from her out building on this property. 02/02/18 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 02/02/2018, at approximately 0955 Hours, I made contact with Gaug, James at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 18CA-CR00074 for violation Ex Parte/Order of Protection. Bond was set at $ % cash only and a court date of 03/22/2018 at 0900 hours was given. 02/02/18 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 02/02/2018, at approximately 1010 Hours, I made contact with Kirk, Joel at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 18CA-CR00075 for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm. Mechanic St, Harrisonville, MO in reference to a report of a walk in report for a stolen vehicle. Aimee Spence stated her vehicle had been stolen. A suspect has been identified.

Incident Log 02/02/18 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 02/02/2018, at approximately 1530 Hours, I made contact with Lorne Michale Burton at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 18CA-CR00077 for Fugitive From Out of State. 02/02/18 17: OAK ST, FREEMAN 02/02/18 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 02/02/2018, at approximately 1905 hours, I responded to 2501 W. Mechanic, in reference to a child custody issue. I made contact with the victim Lawrence G Gonzalez, w/m, who stated that his ex wife failed to follow the cusotdy agreement order by the courts. A suspect has been identified. 02/02/18 23: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 02/02/2018, at approximately 2315 Hours, I made contact with Andrew Rodgers at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant and for Unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and Possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana. 02/03/18 08:29 LITTLE RD/275TH, GARDEN CITY On Saturday, February 3, 2018 at approximately 0835 hours I was dispatched to 275th St and Little Rd in rural Garden City, MO in reference to a report of trespassing in progress and stealing. John Winter stated he observed an unknown male subject on his property attempting to steal items. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County jail. 02/03/18 10: GRAY DR, PLEASANT HILL On , at approximately 1047 hours, I arrived on scene at S Gray Dr. in Pleasant Hill in regards to a request to assist the Division of Family Services. Contact was made with Askren-Gonzalez, Angela T, w/f. Investigation was completed by the Children s Division. 02/03/18 14: CLEVELAND AVE, BELTON On February 3, 2018 at approximately 1501 hours, I was dispatched to s. Cleveland Avenue Belton, Missouri for an abandoned vehicle. It was reported that a boat on a trailer was left on the roadway and obstructing the callers driveway. The trailer and boat were towed from the scene as an owner could not be contacted. 02/03/18 15: STATE ROUTE D, BELTON On 02/03/2018 at approximately 1507 hours I was dispatched to E State Route D, Belton, Missouri in reference to a report of stealing. John Turley reported his homemade 4'X8' tilt trailer was stolen from this residence. No suspects have been identified. 02/03/18 16:21 215/STATE LINE, CLEVELAND On February 3, 2018 at approximately 1622 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop in the area of 215th Street and State Line Road. The vehicle was a black 1999 Oldsmobile Alero and was occupied by three subjects. Raymond Webb was placed into custody for and active warrant and transported to the Cass County Jail.

Subject was arrested by Drexel PD. 02/03/18 20:56 7 MURRAY RD, PLEASANT HILL On 02/03/2018 at approximately 2100 hours I was dispatched to Seven highway and Murray Rd, rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri, regarding a suspicious vehicle. The owner was unable to be identified and the vehicle was towed due to being a traffic hazard. 02/03/18 23:09 STATE ROUTE D/315TH, DREXEL On 02/03/2018, at approximately 2310 hours, I responded to assist Drexel Police Department for a failure to yield in the area of State Route D and 315th. Upon my arrival, Drexel PD had one suspect in custody. I transported the suspect to the Cass County Jail for processing. 02/04/18 00: TH ST, GARDEN CITY On 02/04/2018 at approximately 0034 hours I was dispatched to 304 north 4th Street, Garden City, Missouri for a structure fire. The owner of the home was identified as Michael L. Thomas, WM. No one was in the home and no one was injured. 02/04/18 02: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 02/03/2018, at approximately 2045 hours, I made contact with and took into custody Mcnew, Michael on Court Ordered Arrest Per Stephanie Roberts. 02/04/18 02: OLD DRUM RD, GARDEN CITY On February 4, 2018 at approximately hours I responded to Old Drum road Garden City, MO in reference to a disturbance in progress. Upon arrival I spoke with Angela Smith who stated she had been in an argument with a male subject. There was no apparent crime during this incident. 02/04/18 04: STATE LINE RD, BELTON On 02/04/2018, at approximately 0409 hours, deputies responded to a call of two disorderly parties at S Stateline Rd, Belton. Upon deputies arrival, we made contact with the home owner Dana M Louthan, who stated two subjects would not leave her residence. We then made contact with the two suspects and discovered that both suspects had active warrants from outside jurisdictions. Both suspects were taken into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail. 02/04/18 07: WEST OUTER RD, HARRISONVILLE On Sunday, February 4, 2018 at approximately 0751 hours, I conducted an investigation at the SAAP Brothers truck stop, located at South West Outer in Harrisonville, Missouri in regards to a motor vehicle accident. The drivers of both vehicles involved were contacted and no injuries were reported. 02/04/18 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Sunday, February 4, 2018 at approximately 1222 hours while en route to an alarm call during the snow event I discovered my key ring containing a patrol vehicle key and the FOB were missing. A check of the previous areas revealed negative results due to snow covered ground.

9 02/04/18 16:00 PROSPECT AVE, BELTON On Sunday, February 4, 2018 at approximately 1640 hours, I responded to a property on South Prospect, north of Cambridge in Belton, Missouri in regards to a report of suspicious activity. A stolen vehicle, recently stolen from Independence, Missouri was recovered from the property. No suspect information is available at this time. 02/04/18 18: TH ST, PECULIAR On at approximately 1830 hours I responded to the front lobby of the Sheriff's Office located at 2501 W Mechanic Street in Harrisonville, MO in reference to an assault investigation. Upon arrival I contacted Harold Lasswell who stated he was assaulted at E 228th Street outside of Peculiar, MO. One suspect has been identified at this time. 02/04/18 18: GRABE RD, PECULIAR On 02/04/2018, at approximately 1900 hours, I responded to 2501 W. Mechanic St, Harrisonville, for a call regarding a stolen license plate. I made phone contact with the victim David DW Christian who stated that one of his Oregon license plates, was stolen. The license plate was entered into MULES as stolen. This investigation is ongoing. No suspect has been identified. 02/04/18 21:07 NB 7/227TH, HARRISONVILLE On 02/04/2018 at approximately 2107 hours I found a gray in color Ford F150 parked in the roadway on north bound 7 highway just north of 227th street. The owner of the vehicle was a Derek R. Jones, WM, 03/06/1978 we were unable to make contact with him. Due to the vehicle causing a traffic hazard it was towed from the scene. 02/04/18 21: ST ST, BELTON On 02/05/2018 at approximately 2149 hours I was dispatched to 700 east 171st Street, Village of Loch Lloyd, Missouri, regarding a disturbance. My victim was identified as Debra L. Burge, WF. It was determined an assault had occurred and one white male was arrested.
