1 09/26/16 06: WOLF RD, FREEMAN On 09/26/2016 at approximately 0616 hours I was dispatched to Wolf Road, Freeman, Missouri in reference to a motor vehicle crash. My investigation revealed a single vehicle left the roadway at this residence. No parties were injured. 09/26/16 10:36 LAFAYETTE COUNTY JAIL, LEXINGTON On 9/26/16 at 1036 hours, I responded to the Lafayette County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Danielle Kates into custody on Cass County warrant # 15CA-CR01025 for Fail To Appear, bond $25,000. Ms. Kates was transported to the Cass County Jail. 09/26/16 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On September 26, 2016 I assisted in recovery of property at Sioux Chief Manufacturing located at S. Peculiar Drive, Peculiar, Missouri. A cell phone was recovered for the Henry County Sheriff's Office for a non criminal matter. 09/26/16 12: CARRIAGE LN, PECULIAR On September 26th, 2016 at approximately 1242 hours I was dispatched to Carriage lane, Peculiar, Missouri in reference to a structure fire. My investigation revealed a fatality on scene. 09/26/16 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1350 hours, I arrested John Eishen at the Greene County Jail on an active Cass County warrant and transported him back to the Cass County Jail. 09/26/16 14:56 LITTLE RD/315TH ST, GARDEN CITY On September 26, 2016, I responded to the area of Little Road and 315th Street in rural Garden City, Missouri for a report of a subject lost in a pasture. Cindy L. Jones was located and returned to her friend's house. 09/26/16 17:27 PLEASANT HILL PD, PLEASANT HILL On 09/26/16 at approximately 1315 hours, I was dispatched to Pleasant Hill Police Department to pick up Roger W. Potter on a Cass County warrant. At approximately 1341 hours, I made contact with Mr. Potter and served him the Cass County warrant with a $2, cash only bond. 09/26/16 17: MECHANIC STREET, HARRISONVILLE On September 26th, 2016, I responded to the Cass County Justice Center located at 2501 W. Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, Missouri, where I applied for and obtained a search warrant in relation to Cass County Sheriff's Office incident report number /26/16 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1800 hours, I started and investigation regarding an inmate in the Cass County Jail that had been in custody for more than 2 weeks, had tested positive for amphetamines. 09/26/16 19: STATE ROUTE 291, PLEASANT HILL On September 26, 2016 at about 1920 hours, I was dispatched to S. 291 Highway in reference to a possible burglary. Upon arrival I contacted the reporting party, Mr. Jeffery Reives who thought someone may have entered the Church without permission. At this time I do not believe a crime had occurred. 2 09/26/16 21: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On September 26, 2016, at approximately 2111 hours, I was dispatched to E. 189th, Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to a homicidal subject. My investigation revealed a subject threatened harm to a female subject, identified as Monica A. Bell, by means of a knife. Ms. Bell signed a prosecution waiver. 09/26/16 22:29 NB 49/MM 164, PECULIAR On September 26, 2016 at about 2229 hours, I was following a blue 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan north bound on US Interstate 49. I noticed the vehicle did not have license plates displayed on the vehicle. After stopping the vehicle and contacting the occupants, the passenger, Ms. Kimberly Jackson was arrested on Kansas Probation and Parole Violation Warrant. 09/27/16 00:33 307/FAMULINER, GARDEN CITY On September 26, 2016 at approximately 0033 hours, I attempted a vehicle stop in the area of 307th and Famuliner on a white in color Dodge Ram pick up for failing to stop at a stop sign. The vehicle failed to yield and a pursuit ensued. The pursuit was terminated in a bean field north of 315th Street as I lost site of the vehicle. 09/27/16 01:33 OUTLOOK/MISSION, HARRISONVILLE On September 27, 2016 at about 0133 hours I stopped a red 2002 Ford Taurus on Outlook Drive near Mission Road. I stopped the vehicle for failure to drive on the right half side of the road. The driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated. 09/27/16 01:39 NB 7 HWY/FAMULINER, GARDEN CITY On September 27, 2016, at approximately 0140 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop in the area of 7 Highway and Famuliner on a blue in color Ford pickup bearing MO license as the registered owner showed a suspended driving status through the Department of Revenue. The driver was taken into custody for Driving while Suspended. A passenger in the vehicle was arrested on two active Lee's Summit Police Department warrants. 09/27/16 02:30 NB 7/1 BEFORE GC EXIT, GARDEN CITY On September 27, 2016 I investigated a motor vehicle crash the occured on north bound Highway 7 near Garden City, Missouri. The crash was determined to be a single vehicle crash with no injuries. 09/27/16 06: A ST, CREIGHTON On Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at approximately 0654 hours I was dispatched to 708 A Street, Creighton, Missouri in reference to a report of stealing from a vehicle. Seth McCubbin said someone cut the wires and hoses on his semi truck and removed the air horns. A suspect has not been identified. 09/27/16 07:35 STARK RD/ 263RD ST, FREEMAN On September 27th, 2016 approximately 0735 hours I was dispatched to the area of 263rd street, and Stark road Freeman, Missouri in reference to a single car motor vehicle accident. The driver had no injuries to report. 09/27/16 08: RD ST, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at approximately 0853 hours I was dispatched to East 283rd Street, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a report of stealing. 3 09/27/16 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On September , I applied for, obtained, and executed Cass County Search Warrant number 16CA-MC01404 in relation to Cass County Sheriff's Office incident report number /27/16 10:25 JOHNSON COUNTY KS OLATHE, OLATHE On 09/27/16 at 1025 hours, I responded to the Johnson County Kansas Jail in Olathe reference a warrant service. I then took Stephanie Alvarado into custody on Cass County warrant # 16CA-CR00318 for Fail To Appear, bond $10,000 cash only. Ms. Alvarado was transported to the Cass County Jail. 09/27/16 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday September 27ht, 2016, at approximately 0944 hours, I made contact with Andrew W. Dunlop in the Division V courtroom at the Cass County Justice Center. I arrested Mr. Dunlop on an actice Cass County warrant for Probation Violation. Bond was set at $ % csah only and a court date of November 21st, 2016 at 0900 hours was given. 09/27/16 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday September 27ht, 2016, at approximately 1055 hours, I made contact with Krystal E. Jackson, WF, in the Division V courtroom at the Cass County Justice Center. I arrested Ms. Jackson on an actice Cass County warrant for Failure to secure child under the age of 8 years in a child restraint or booster seat. Bond was set at $ csah only and a court date of October 11th, 2016 at 0900 hours was given. 09/27/16 12:38 QT HARRISONVILLE, HARRISONVILLE On September 27th, 2016 at approximately 1238 hours I conducted a vehicle stop at the 1402 Missouri 291 Highway, Harrisonville, Missouri on a white in color Chevrolet Impala. The Passenger of the vehicle was taken into custody for possession of drug paraphernalia. 09/27/16 16:24 BELTON PD, BELTON On September 27, 2016 I conducted a prisoner transfer at the Belton Police Department. I served Mr. Chad Waid with Cass County warrant 16CA-CR00818 for Unlawful Possession of Firearm. A court date of November 3, 2016 at 0900 hours was given with bond set at $ % Cash Only. 09/27/16 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1635 hours, I came in contact with Daniel Currtis Rumbo at the Cass County Jail on an active Cass County warrant. The warrant #16CA-CR00819 was for domestic assault in the 2nd degree. Bond was set at $5,000.00, 10% cash only. 09/27/16 17: MONROE, EAST LYNNE On at approximately 1807 hours I responded to 300 Monroe Street in East Lynne, MO in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival I contacted Leah Neely who stated her ex-boyfriend had assaulted her. One suspect was identified and taken into custody. 09/27/16 18: BROADWAY, EAST LYNNE On September 27, 2016, at approximately 1900 hours, I was dispatched to 202 Broadway, East Lynne, Missouri reference an animal bite. My investigation revealed a female party, Allison R. Bittiker, had been bitten by a dog. The owner of the dog was unable to provide proof that the dog was up to date on shots. 4 09/27/16 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/27/2016, at approximately 1915 Hours, I made contact with George L. Chittim at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 13CA-CR for Non-support. Bond was set at $2500 cash only and a court date of 10/18/2016 at 0900 hours was given. 09/27/16 19:04 D/58, BELTON On September 27, 2016 I conducted a traffic stop on a gray sedan on State Route D north of State Route 58. The driver was issued summons for driving while revoked and improper display of license plates. The driver was arrested for an outstanding Grandview, Missouri warrant for stealing. 09/27/16 21: MONROE ST, EAST LYNNE On September 27, 2016, at approximately 2113 hours, I was dispatched to 300 Monroe, East Lynne, Missouri in reference to a Trespass. My investigation revealed someone forced entry into the house through the garage door. No items were missing from inside the residence. 09/27/16 22: ST ST, BELTON On September 27, 2016 at about 2259 hours, I was dispatched to the Cass County Sheriff's Office in reference to a walk in report of a stolen vehicle. Upon arrival I contacted Mr. Timothy O'Keefe who told me someone had stolen his 2008 Chevrolet Trailblazer over the Labor Day Holiday weekend. No suspects were identified. 09/27/16 23: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On September 27, 2016, at approximately 2319 hours, I was dispatched to E. 175th, Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to a suspicious vehicle. I observed a blue in color Toyota to be unoccupied and blocking the westbound lane of travel. The vehicle was towed from the scene. 09/28/16 02: RD ST, BELTON On Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at approximately 1412 hours, I was dispatched to the Belton Police Department, located at 7001 East 163rd Street in Belton, Missouri in regards to a prisoner transfer. Upon my arrival at approximately 1419 hours, Wednesday September 28, 2016 I placed Danielle E. Peterson, white female in to custody on an active Cass County Warrant #16CA-CR00552 for felony 2nd Degree Assault. Ms. Peterson was transported to the Cass County Jail where she is currently being held on a bond of $ % Cash Only and a court date of Thursday, November 03, 2016 at 0900 hours in Cass County Courts. 09/28/16 07: STATE ROUTE 2, HARRISONVILLE On September 28, 2016 I conducted an investigation of property damage that occurred at E. State Route 2, Harrisonville, Missouri. I made contact with the reporting party who said his mailbox was damaged overnight. The reporting party said he did not want to assist in prosecution this report is for informational purposes only. 09/28/16 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday at approximately 0915 hours I made contact with Emry, Melissa w/f at the Cass County Sheriff's Office who turned in a counterfeit $20.00 that she had received as change at an unknown location. No suspects have been identified in this case. 09/28/16 11: WASHINGTON, CLINTON On 09/30/2016, at approximately 0008 Hours, I was dispatched to Henry County Jail in reference to a warrant arrest. Upon arriving I made contact with Alan R Taylor. I served Cass County warrant #15CA-FTA266 for failure to appear on traffic. I then took Darren Venneman into custody on Cass County warrant # 16CA-CR00659 for Fail To Appear, bond $10,000 10% cash only. Mr. Venneman was transported to the Cass County Jail. 09/28/16 13: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1304 hours, I made contact at the Cass County jail and served a Cass County warrant. I served Terry M. Stokes warrant# 16CA-CR00821 for Statutory Rape 2nd degree with a signature bond and a court date of at 0900 hours. 09/28/16 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE I obtained a search warrant for collection of DNA regarding report Search warrant 16CA-MC01432 was obtained. 09/28/16 16: STOCKMAN RD, BELTON On September 28, 2016 I was dispatched to a telephone report of a lost Missouri License plate. I spoke to Glenn M. Whitney who said that around July 2016 he was traveling back from the Lake of the Ozarks and lost his boat trailer license plate. Mr. Whitney said that he had a flat tire on his trailer that he suspects broke off the license plate. 09/28/16 17: HUNTER RD, PECULIAR On Wednesday at approximately 1709 hours, I was dispatched to the area of South Hunter road in reference to an abandoned vehicle. One blue 1995 Chevrolet 1500 Pick-up was towed from the scene for blocking the roadway. 09/28/16 19: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On I investigated a single vehicle accident that occurred at E. 167th in rural Pleasant Hill. A Vehicle had gone off the road and ran over a post that was laying in the grass. The vehicle was left unoccupied and was towed from the scene by Stever Tow. 09/28/16 21: TH ST, BELTON On 09/28/2016, at approximately 2137 hours, I responded to 3612 E 185th Street, Belton, Missouri, in reference to an armed suicidal subject. My investigation lead to the suicidal party checking himself into a hospital to seek treatment. 09/29/16 07:43 223/EISELE RD, BELTON This accident occurred when vehicle #1 stopped at the stop sign at the intersection of 223rd street and State Route D. Vehicle # 1 was then struck from behind by vehicle #2. There was minor damage to Vehicle #2 and Vehicle #1. 09/29/16 10: TH ST, FREEMAN On Thursday, September 29, 2016 at approximately 1027 hours, I conducted an investigation at the Cass Regional Medical Center, located at 2800 Rock haven Road in Harrisonville, Missouri in regards to a reported animal bite victim. I spoke with Marsha L. Ogden, white female who stated she was bite by her dog at her residence of 102 West 4th Street in Freeman, Missouri. This report will be forwarded to the Cass County Health Department for follow up. 09/29/16 10: STATE ROUTE K HIGHWAY, PLEASANT HILL On September 29th, 2016, I responded to the Cass County Jail located at 2501 W. Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, Missouri where I met with a subject FORM who wished to Press provide Reports information = UPDATED with regard to the alleged sexual assault of two

6 Missouri where I met with a subject who wished to provide information with regard to the alleged sexual assault of two victims. The reporting party was unable to supply sufficient information to identify the alleged victims, but has agreed to have those parties contact me for further investigation. It is undetermined at this time whether, or not a crime has occurred. 09/29/16 13:47 FULTON DIAGNOSTIC RECEPT CENTER, FULTON On 09/29/16 at 1347 hours, I responded to the Fulton Diagnostgic Reception Center reference a warrant service. I then took Brandon Taylor into custody on Cass County warrant # 16CA-CR00477 for DV Assault, bond $1,500. Mr. Taylor was transported to the Cass County Jail. 09/29/16 15:06 SMART RD/161ST ST, PLEASANT HILL On September 29, 2016 I conducted a single vehicle accident investigation that occurred on S. Smart Rd south of E. 161st Street, Pleasant Hill, Missouri. No injuries were reported in the accident. 09/29/16 15: STATE ROAD D, BELTON On Wednesday , at approximately 1511 hours I was dispatched to the Cambridge Elementary School, Belton in reference to a possible assault that has occurred. My investigation revealed that no crime has occurred. 09/29/16 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/29/2016 at 1645 hours, I made contact with the Johnson County, KS, who advised me they had an active extraditable warrant on Victor, Darrell. The warrant #15CR02922 was issued for Felony Probation Violation-ID Theft, with a bond of $100, Cash or Surety out of Johnson County Kansas. 09/29/16 17: LAKESIDE LN, BELTON On Thursday, September 29, 2016 at approximately 1734 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of South Lakeside Lane in rural Belton, Missouri in regards to a reported disturbance. I contacted four juveniles ranging in age between 16 years of age to 10 years of age. All four juveniles were siblings and stated that they were having a sibling quarrel. The mother of the juveniles, Andrea M. Blackmer, white female, later arrived on scene and took custody and control of the juveniles. 09/29/16 20: STATE ROUTE B, ARCHIE On 09/29/2016 at approximately 2010 hours I was dispatched to State Route B, Archie, Missouri in reference to assisting another agency. My investigation revealed a male suspect fled on foot from Archie Police following a pursuit. Suspect was identified, but not located. 09/29/16 21: BUTCHER RD, ARCHIE On 09/29/2016 at approximately 2138 hours I was dispatched to Butcher Road, Archie, Missouri in reference to a burglary. My investigation revealed multiple items were taken from a garage on this property. No suspects have been identified. 09/30/16 03:44 HARRISONVILLE PD, HARRISONVILLE 09/30/16 11: FARRON, ST JOE On 09/30/16 at 1115 hours, I responded to 3401 Farron St St. Joesph MO reference a warrant service. I then took Craig Wilkerson into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR01151 for Probation Violation, bond $25,000 cash only. Mr. Wilkerson was transported to the Cass County Jail. Incident Log 09/30/16 11:46 203/PECULIAR DR, BELTON On September 30, 2016 I was dispatched to a motorvehicle collision with injuries at Peculiar Drive and 203rd Street in rural Belton, Missouri. A 2015 White Ford SUV had struck the rear of a 2010 Cadaliac SUV. The driver of the white Ford was transported by South Metro EMS to Research Main Hospital in Kansas City Missouri for her injuries. 09/30/16 12: MAIN STREET, GRANDVIEW On September 30, 2016, I responded to the Grandview City Jail located at 1200 Main Street in Grandview, Missouri for a prisoner transfer. I took custody of Stacie A. Maxwell on a Cass County tampering warrant and transported her to the Cass County Jail for booking. 09/30/16 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE 09/30/16 13: STATE ROUTE 7, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1335 hours I responded to the front lobby of the Sheriff's Office located at 2501 W Mechanic Street in Harrisonville, MO in reference to a harassment investigation. Upon arrival I contated Gary Durnell who stated he was being harassed at his home. One suspect was identified. 09/30/16 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Friday September 30th 2016, I received and served a Cass County warrant on Sonia K Allen at the Cass County Jail. The warrant charged Ms. Allen as a Fugitive from Out of State and had a bond of $10, cash only with a court date of at 0900 hours. 09/30/16 16:31 291/WINNEBAGO, LAKE WINNEBAGO On Friday, September 30th 2016, at 1631 hours, I was dispatched to the area of 291 Highway and Winnebago Drive in reference to providing K9 assistance to the Lake Winnebago Police Department who were on the scene of a traffic stop. K9 Champ alerted to the presence of the odor of narcotics in the vehicle and both methamphetamine and methamphetamine paraphernalia were located during a probable cause search. 09/30/16 16: WASHINGTON, FREEMAN On September 30, 2016, I took a walk-in report of a lost license plate from Steven Sutcliffe that lives at 100 N. Washington Street #D in Freeman, Missouri. 09/30/16 16: BIRD AVE, HARRISONVILLE On September 30, 2016, I responded to the area of 400 S. Bird Avenue in Harrisonville, Missouri to assist with a foot pursuit. The subject was located and taken into custody by Harrisonville Police. 09/30/16 17:43 307TH/FAMULINER, GARDEN CITY On at approximately 1743 hours, I conducted a vehicle check of a white Chevrolet 3500 pick up stopped in the roadway of 307th Street near Famuliner Road pulling an unmarked oversized load. A computer check was conducted of both subjects, which revealed Ms. Hobbs was wanted for an active Archie municipal warrant. 09/30/16 18:02 HARRISONVILLE PD, HARRISONVILLE On Friday September 30, 2016 at 1802 hours I responded to the Harrisonville Police Department and recovered a Motorola radio that was found on Hannah FORM 3000 Road - and Press dropped Reports off = by UPDATED an unknown citizen. The radio was not listed as lost

It was recovered for safe keeping. 09/30/16 18: TH STREET, GARDEN CITY On September 30th, 2016 at approximately 1830 hours, I conducted a residence check at E. 307th street, Garden City, Missouri. I served Cass County warrant #16CA-CR00381 for possession of a controlled substance. Scott H. Farrow was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail for booking. 09/30/16 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/30/2016, at approximately 1900 Hours, I made contact with Timothy Edward Mizer, W/M, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 13CA-CR for Probation Violation / Driving While Revoked/Suspended. 09/30/16 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/30/2016, at approximately 2000 Hours, I made contact with Brandie Marie Callahan, W/F at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a City of Harrisonville Court ordered arrest # for DWI. 09/30/16 20:45 SB 7/SYCAMORE GROVE, GARDEN CITY 09/30/16 21: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/30/2016, at approximately 2103 Hours, I made contact with Jonathan S. Allabaugh at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County after hours warrant for Unlawful possession, tranport, manufacture, Repair or sale of illegal weapon. Bond was set at signature bond and a court date of 10/08/2016 at 0900 hours was given. 09/30/16 21: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2000 Hours, I made contact with Jones, Tony Lavell at the Cases County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County court ordered arrest for shock time. I served a Cass County warrant 14CACR for DWI. 09/30/16 23: BEL-RAY BLVD, BELTON On September 30, 2016 I was dispatched to 8101 Bel-Ray Boulevard, Belton, Missouri for a motor vehicle crash. Dispatch advised one vehicle left the scene. There is no suspect information at this time. 10/01/16 00:24 2/M, GUNN CITY On October 1, 2016, while patrolling the area of 2 Highway and Z highway, I observed a green in color Dodge Neon to be turning east on 2 Highway from Z Highway. A vehicle stop was initiated. All parties in the car were later arrested on outstanding felony warrants. 10/01/16 08: JEFFERSON PKY, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday at approximately 0845 hours, I was dispatched to S Jefferson Parkway in reference to a stealing. No suspect shave been identified yet. 10/01/16 10: BOBWHITE DR, PECULIAR On at approximately 1021 hours, I responded to 802 Bobwhite Drive in Peculiar, MO in reference to a disturbance no longer in progress. 9 disturbance no longer in progress. Upon arrival I contacted Renee Menges who stated she wanted to leave the residence. I spoke with both parties and then stood by until Ms. Menges had left the residence. No crime had been committed. 10/01/16 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On October 01, 2016 I was dispatched to the Cass County Sheriff's Office front lobby located at 2501 W. Mechanic Street Harrisonville, Missouri for a report of stealing. I spoke to David W. Murrow who said a former employee stole several tools from him. The suspect has been identified. 10/01/16 16: SCHOOL RD, RAYMORE On at approximately 1705 hours I responded to the area of E 195th Street outside of Raymore,MO in reference to a suspicious person walking in the roadway. Upon arrival I contacted Kate Macharia who was extremely disoriented and lost. No crime occurred and Ms. Macharia was reunited with family. 10/01/16 17: STATE ROUTE Z, GARDEN CITY On Saturday at approximately 1757 hours, I was dispatched to S. State Route Z in reference to a stolen vehicle. I made contact with Carneal, Robert L. who showed me a white and silver in color 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 that was clearly visible from the roadway parked behind a house located at S. State Route Z. The truck was stolen from him in September this year. The truck was recovered from the scene and taken to the Cass County Sheriff's Office where it will be processed. The white male driver was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and psilocybin mushrooms. 10/01/16 22: GRAND SUMMIT BLVD, GRANDVIEW On Saturday, October 1st 2016, at 2250 hours, I was dispatched to Grand Summit Boulevard in reference to providing K9 assistance to the Grandview Police Department who were on the scene of an armed robbery. The suspect was not located. 10/01/16 23:24 2/OLD DRUM, GUNN CITY On October 1, 2016, at approximately 2324 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop in the area of 2 Highway and Old Drum Road on a white in color Mercury car for no tag lights. Holmes Road in rural Belton, Missouri for a Assist Leawood Police in locating a white Pontiac. I arrived on scene and spoke to Micha A. Cooper who said that his daughter had sent him a suspicious text from the Bar at approximately 0345 hours and was concerned. The subject was later located with no incidents. 10/02/16 10:41 NB 7/T, GARDEN CITY On October 2nd, 2016 at approximately 1040 hours I conducted a vehicle stop on a white in color Oldsmobile Bravado for displaying tags of another vehicle. State Route Z, Garden City, Missouri. Travis D. Linder was arrested on 2 Cass County felony warrants and has more pending charges. Amber R. Whitworth was arrested on a Greene County felony warrant. Both subject were transported to the Cass County Jail for booking. 10/02/16 17: GWENIVERE DR, HARRISONVILLE On October 2, 2016 I was dispatched to assist Harrisonville Police at 1901 Gwenivere Drive Harrisonville, Missouri for a disturbance not in progress. I arrived on scene to secure for the Harrisonville Police units. 10/02/16 19: WARD RD, RAYMORE On October 2, 2016 I was dispatched to 808 North Ward, Raymore, Missouri for an unknown injury motor vehicle crash. It was determined that no motor vehicle crash occured and the driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated. 10/02/16 20: ST ST, EAST LYNNE On October 2, 2016, at approximately 2024 hours, I was dispatched to E. 251st Street, East Lynne, Missouri in reference to an Assault no longer in progress. My investigation revealed a female party, Tiffony D. Johnson, had been assaulted. A suspect was identified and taken into custody. 10/02/16 22: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 10/02/2016, at approximately 2255 Hours, I made contact with Michael De'Shaun Taber, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant.
