1 02/26/18 07: BRIAR RD, PECULIAR On at approximately 0744 hours, I was dispatched to a phone call report of animal complaint. I made contact with David M Carlberg, WM. Mr. Carlberg stated that his neighbor was throwing rocks at his dogs. 02/26/18 08: WEST OUTER RD, HARRISONVILLE On 02/26/2018 at approximately 0815 hours, I was dispatched to the report of theft at Sapp Brothers Gas Station at SW Outer Rd in Harrisonville, MO. Upon my arrival, I contacted Brian Carlton who reported he reviewed surveillance footage of the store and discovered a male subject stealing milk on two occasions. 02/26/18 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 02/26/2018 at approximately 1030 Hours, I made contact with Elmer Eugene Yeager Jr at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 17CA-CR00078 for Count 1: Tampering With Motor Vehicle - 1st Degree. 02/26/18 11: JERRY AVE, RAYMORE On at approximately 1132 hours, I was dispatched to 1209 N Jerry Ave in reference to property damage. I made contact with Antonio L Fayne who stated that the neighbor drove a skid steer through his yard. A suspect has been identified but not yet contacted. 02/26/18 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 2/26/18 at approximatley 1030 hours I took Marshall, Joshua into custody to serve 24 hours shock. 02/26/18 12:45 F/315, On February 26, 2018 at approximately 1245 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop of a white 1997 GMC truck in the area of F Highway and 315th Street, for a license plate violation. The driver was placed into custody for driving while suspended and a stop and hold request from the Blue Springs Police Department. 02/26/18 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 02/26/2018, at approximately 1604 Hours, I made contact with Travis Lee Bretz at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 17CA-CR00270 for FTA-Fraudulent Use of Credit/Debit Device 02/26/18 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 02/27/18, at approximately 1335 Hours, I made contact with Nicholas Jackson at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 16CA-CR00008 for failing to appear. 02/26/18 13:38 185TH TER/185 PLACE, BELTON On 02/26/2018 at approximately 1343 hours, I was dispatched to check the welfare of horses located at 185th Terr and 185th Place. Upon my arrival, I contacted Kelly Griffin who expressed her concern for the welfare of the horses. I examined the horses and area they were kept and determined the horses did not appear abused or neglected. 2 02/26/18 14: D ST, CREIGHTON On Monday, February 26, 2018 at approximately 1447 hours I was dispatched to a walk in report at 2501 W. Mechanic St, Harrisonville, MO in reference to a report of burglary. David Coffelt stated someone had stolen items from 309 D St, Creighton, MO. A suspect has not been identified. 02/26/18 14: RD ST, CREIGHTON On Monday, February 26, 2018 at approximately 1502 hours I was dispatched to 608 E. 3rd St, Creighton, MO in reference to a report of fraud. Helen Bowe stated she had been "scammed" over the phone and an unidentified person took her money. A suspect has not been identified. 02/26/18 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 02/26/2018 at approximately 1743 Hours, I made contact with Tamara Diane Shireman at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 18CA-CR00070 for Count 1: Possession Of A Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams Or Less Of Marijuana. 02/26/18 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 02/26/2018, at approximately 1755 Hours, I made contact with John D. Hastings at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 16CA-CR for Probation Violation - Aslt,Atmpt Aslt-LEO,C/O,E/P,Hwy Wkr,Utility Wrkr or P&P/ Inj- 2nd Dgr. 02/26/18 17: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On Monday, February 26, 2018 at approximately 1755 hours I was dispatched to E. 217th St, Harrisonville, MO in reference to a report of fraud. David Klepac stated the contractor he signed with opened a credit account in his name without his authorization. The investigation determined the incident to be a civil matter. 02/26/18 18: TEXAS, ARCHIE On 02/26/2018, at approximately 1927 hours, I was dispatched to the Archie Police Department to assist with a civil standby at 202 N Texas Street, Archie. An incident regarding child custody and property dispute was handled civilly between two parties. 02/26/18 20: MASTERSON RD, FREEMAN On February 26, 2018 I responded to Masterson Road, in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival I made contact with Robert Masterson, who stated that he had been assaulted by a male subject. A suspect was identified in this incident. 02/27/18 00: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 02/28/2018, at approximately 00:40 Hours, I made contact with Kyle Wilken at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served a Cass County after hours warrant for Tampering with Motor Vehicle 1st Degree. 02/27/18 01:25 58 HIGHWAY WEST OF PROSPECT, BELTON On Tuesday February 27, 2018 I conducted a vehicle stop on 58 Highway west of Prospect. An occupant of the vehicle was arrested on an active extraditable warrant out of Lee's Summit Police Department. 02/27/18 02: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 02/27/2018, at approximately 0231 Hours, I made contact with Carolyn Reeves-Neher at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. 3 2nd Degree. 02/27/18 07:52 PRETTYMAN RD, HARRISONVILLE On 02/27/2018 at approximately 0752 hours I responded to the area of Prettyman Rd, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a trash dumping incident. The Road and Bridge department reported trash dumped in this area. 02/27/18 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 2/27/2018, at approximately 0940 Hours, I made contact with Shalena L Reese at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 18CA-CR00124 for Domestic Assault 4th Degree. 02/27/18 09: SHERWOOD DR, CREIGHTON On Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at approximately 1052 hours I was dispatched to S. Sherwood Dr, Creighton, MO in reference to a report of suspicious activity. Bill Stackhouse stated an employee received a suspicious letter causing concern. I served Cass County warrant 17CA-CR00763 for Violation of Adult Order of Protection. 02/27/18 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 2/27/2018, at approximately 1300 Hours, I made contact with Christopher M Jones at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrants 17CA-CR00830 and 17CA-CR00840 for FTA-Resisting arrest/detention/stop by fleeing and FTA-Stealing Motor vehicle/watercraft/aircraft. 02/27/18 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 02/27/2018, at approximately 1545 Hours, I made contact with Shireman, Tamara at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 18CA-CR00151 for Tampering with a Motor Vehicle 1st Degree. Bond was set at $ % cash only and a court date of 04/26/2018 at 0900 hours was given 02/27/18 17:22 D HWY/ 58 HWY, BELTON On 02/27/2018 at approximately 1723 hours, I observed a truck with no front license plate on 58 Hwy near D Hwy. I attempted to stop the vehicle and the driver fled in the vehicle. At approximately 1730 hours, the driver was taken into custody on Botts Rd near Andrews Rd. in Kansas City, MO and was transported to the Cass County Jail pending the issuance of a warrant. 02/27/18 18:02 PRAIRIE LN/160TH, PECULIAR On February 27, 2018 at approximately 1802 hours, I conducted an investigative vehicle stop of the vehicle in the area of Prairie Lane Road and 160th Street. Amanda Beaman was placed into custody for active Belton P.D. warrants and transported to the Belton Jail. 02/27/18 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 2/27/2018, at approximately 1830 Hours, I made contact with Jessica L Baker at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant for FTA-Operate Vehicle without Maintaining Financial Responsibilty. 02/27/18 19: HWY, BELTON On 02/27/2018, at approximately 1930 Hours, I made contact with Antoinette M. I served Cass County warrant 18CA-CR00156 for Fugitive from out of state. 02/27/18 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at approximately 1838 hours I initiated contact with a female subject by phone in reference to active Cass County warrants. Danielle Glass arrived at 2501 W. Mechanic St, Harrisonville, MO and was taken into custody on warrant #18CAFTA139 for Fail To Appear for Fail to Display Plates on Motor Vehicle with a bond of $250 cash only, #18CAFTA139 for Failure to Appear for Operating a Motor Vehicle of Another Knowing Owner of Vehicle has not Maintained Financial Responsibility with a bond of $250 cash only, #18CAFTA137 for Failure to Appear for Driver/Front Seat Passenger Fail to Wear Properly Adjusted/Fastened Safety Belt with a bond of $10 cash only. The warrants revealed a court date of 03/13/18 at 0900 hours. 02/27/18 20: WHEATFIELD RD, PECULIAR On 02/27/2018 at approximately 2057 hours I was dispatched to south Wheatfield road, rural Peculiar, Missouri, regarding a fraud. Christy Conn had approximately dollars taken by deception. 02/27/18 22:22 4 BELMO DR, BELTON On February 27, 2018 at approximately 2220 hours, I observed a white in color Ford F150 leaving the area of Hamilton Lane and South Street in Belton, Missouri. The vehicle was then located at 4 Belmo Drive. The registered owner of the vehicle was found to have a felony warrant out of Henry County and was placed into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail. 02/27/18 22: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE This report was opened in error and is not needed. 02/28/18 00: TH ST, GRANDVIEW On Wednesday February 28, 2018 I arrived at th Street in Grandview, Missouri to assist the Grandview Police Department with a residence check for a possible party located within a residence that was supposed to be vacant. A residence search was completed utilizing my K9 Partner which resulted in negative results for parties located within the residence. A subsequent track from the residence was also conducted and met with negative results. 02/28/18 09: F ST, CREIGHTON On February 28th, 2018 at approximately 1032 hours I was dispatched to 305 F street, Creighton, Missouri in reference to a suspicious person near the residence. Contact was made with Cheyenne Purtle King at which time she was taken into custody on an active Cooper County, Missouri warrant for assault. 02/28/18 10: TH TER, PECULIAR On Wednesday 2/28/18 at approximately 1028 hours I responded to E 217th St in Peculiar Missouri in regards to a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was recovered a short time later by the Independence Missouri Police Department. 02/28/18 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1200 hours, While picking up meal trays an inmate attempted to assault me. He was secured and moved to the booking area. 02/28/18 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday 2/28/18 at approximately 1304 hours I responded to 2501 W. Mechanic in Harrisonville Missouri, the Cass County Sheriffs Office, in regards to an ExParte Violation. No crime had occurred.

No suspect has been identified. 02/28/18 18: STATE ROUTE Z, GARDEN CITY On at 1913 hours, I made telephone contact with Leah D. Doll-Denny, who reported that 6 unauthorized transactions occurred on her debit card today between 1200 hours and 1700 hours, totaling $ No suspect has been identified. 03/01/18 07: HWY, INDEPENDENCE On 03/01/2018, at 0712 hours, I responded to a call for a prisoner transfer at E 78 HWY, Independence. I made contact with James MT Young, w/m, took him into custody, and transported him to the Cass County Jail on active Cass County Warrant 18CA-CR Once at the Cass County Jail, Mr. Young was informed that the warrant was issued for Violation of an Order of Protection, bond was set at $ , 10% cash allowed, and the court date was set for 03/2018 at 0900 hours. 03/01/18 08: ST RT DD, HARRISONVILLE On March 1st I contacted John P. Casey in the lobby of the Cass County Sheriff's Office in reference to a stolen utility trailer. A suspect has been identified. 03/01/18 10: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On at approximately 0900 hours I was dispatched to E. 179th street for a check the welfare of white male. I made contact with a male at the residence. 03/01/18 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/01/2018, at approximately 1015 hours, I took custody of Tyler Reed in DIV IV court after he was sentenced to Missouri DOC on Cass County case #17CA-CR00383 for possession of controlled substance. 03/01/18 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/01/2018, at approximately 1345 hours, Spotz, Shaun was remanded to custody in DIV IV court on Cass County case #15CA-CR00995 for tampering with a motor vehicle. 03/01/18 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/01/2018, at approximately 1430 hours, Killinger, Coryn was remanded to custody on Cass County case # 14CA-CR00875 for possession of controlled substance and #15CA-CR00642 for stealing a motor vehicle. 03/01/18 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1613 hours, I made contact with Kolten Russell at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on two Cass County warrants. 6 03/02/18 02: BEATTIE RD, PLEASANT HILL On Friday, March 2, 2018 at approximately 0706 hours I was dispatched to S. Beattie Rd, Pleasant Hill, MO in reference to an animal bite. Aeby Walton stated she was bitten by a family pet. The animal is being quarantined pending the results of the investigation. 03/02/18 03:56 2/W OF LITTLE RD, On March 2, 2018 at approximately 0358 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop of a red in Color 2017 Dodge truck and small trailer in the area of State Route 2 and Little Road. It was observed that a single walnut log was not secured on a trailer with no lights. Richard Glaze was issued a summons and Sara Dean was placed into custody for active Grandview warrants, and transported to the Cass County Jail. 03/02/18 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/02/2018 at approximately 0957 Hours, I made contact with William John Herring at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 18CA-CR00158 for Count 1: Exceeded Posted Speed Limit (exceeded By Miles Per Hour)and Count 2: DWI - Aggravated. 03/02/18 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1550 hours I contacted John Small at 2501 W Mechanic Street in Harrisonville, MO in reference to four Cass County warrants. Mr. Small was taken into custody for the following warrants; 18-CAFTA-303 for Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, 18-CAFTA-304 for Driver/Front seat passenger seat belt required, 18-CAFTA-305 for Driving while revoked, 18-CAFTA-306 for Failure to display plates on a motor vehicle. A total bond of $760 Cash Only was set and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 03/02/18 16:44 259TH/D HWY, CLEVELAND On at approximately 1650 hours, I was dispatched to 2501 W Mechanic in reference to a complaint of Harassment. I made contact with Vicki Lyon who stated that she was harassed in the cemetery at 259th and D Hwy. A suspect has been identified. 03/02/18 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Friday March 2, 2018 at approximately 1923 hours I made contact with Lawrence G Gonzalez by phone, in reference to child custody issues. Mr. Gonzalez wanted to report that his ex wife did not exchange the children at scheduled time, as specified by the courts. The suspect has been identified. 03/02/18 21:22 STATE ROUTE 2/E 271ST STREET, FREEMAN On 03/02/2018, at approximately 2122 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop in the area of State Route 2 and E 271st Street. The stop resulted in the arrest of a male subject for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. 03/02/18 23: WARD, RAYMORE On 03/02/2018 at approximately 2325 hours I was dispatched to 1510 north Ward Road, rural. Raymore, Missouri, regarding a possible disturbance. It was determined no crime had been committed. 03/03/18 03:57 58/N SCOTT, BELTON On 03/03/2018 at approximately 0357 hours I stopped at the corner of 58 highway and North Scott Avenue in Belton, Missouri, to assist a Belton Police Department Officer on a pedestrian check. While on the stop one white male was taken into custody for an active Cass County warrant. He was then transported to the Cass County Jail.

Mechanic St, Harrisonville, MO in reference to a report of a juvenile custody matter. The Division of Family Services was contacted and took custody of the juvenile. 03/03/18 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/03/2018, at approximately 1045 Hours, I made contact with Poitras, Kelly at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 18CA-CR00136 for Stealing-$750 or more. Driver of the vehicle was issued a citation for possession of marijuana. A suspect has been identified in this incident. 03/04/18 01:07 163RD/TURNER, BELTON On 03/04/2018 at approximately 0108 hours I conducted a traffic stop at 163rd street and Turner road in Belton, Missouri. While conducting my stop it was found Paul Foster had active warrants out of Raymore, Missouri. Mr. Foster was arrested for his active Raymore PD warrants and transported to Raymore PD. 03/04/18 02:51 SB 49 S BNE, On 03/04/2018 at approximately 0307 hours I was dispatched to Peculiar Drive just south of the East outer road regarding a traffic call. I was determined a white female was found in her vehicle asleep. My investigation resulted in a courtesy ride to the parties address in Harrisonville, Missouri. 03/04/18 03:49 COMMERCIAL/WALL, HARRISONVILLE On 03/04/2018, at approximately 0349 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop on a white Chevrolet Cobalt on Commercial Street near Wall Street in Harrisonville. A suspect was identified and taken into custody. 03/04/18 10: GORE RD, RAYMORE On 03/04/2018 at approximately 1050 hours I was dispatched to 1201 Gore Rd, Raymore, Missouri in reference to a report of leaving the scene of an accident. Roger Nelson reported a vehicle struck his mailbox then left the scene. 03/04/18 11: RD ST, BELTON On 03/05/2018 at approximately 0316 hours I was dispatched to 7001 E 163rd Street, Belton, Missouri at the Belton Police Department, regarding a warrant service. I arrived and transported one male to the Cass County Jail due to an active Cass County warrant. 03/04/18 12: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On Sunday, March 4, 2018 at approximately 1238 hours I conducted a residence check at E. 220th St, Harrisonville, MO in reference to a subject with an active Cass County warrant. Michael Banker was taken into custody on warrant #18CA-CR00031 for Failure to Appear on Driving While Revoked/Suspended - 2nd or 3rd Offense which revealed a bond of $4000 with 10% cash only. A court date of 03/20/18 at 0900 hours was provided. Mr. Banker was transported to the Cass County jail for further processing. 03/04/18 16:21 201/PARRIS, PLEASANT HILL On Sunday, March 4, 2018 at approximately 1625 hours I was dispatched to the area of 201st St and Parris Rd in rural Pleasant Hill, MO to assist Pleasant Hill Police in reference to an attempt to locate stolen items. An area search was conducted and the items were located. Pleasant Hill Police recovered the items and transported them to their office for processing. 03/04/18 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 3/4/2018, at approximately 1620 Hours, I made contact with Paul R Foster II at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served a Cass County After Hours Warrant for Fugitive from out of state. 03/04/18 18: VAN BUREN ST, MARION On 03/04/2018, at approximately 1137 hours, at the Williamson County, Illinois Jail, I took Beau Jenson Barrera into custody. Mr. Barrera was then secured in the rear seat of my patrol vehicle and transported to the Cass County Jail. Once at the Cass County Jail, Mr. Barrera was advised of Cass County Warrant 17CA-CR /04/18 19: ST ST, BELTON On 03/04/2018 at approximately 1934 hours I was dispatched to 1209 east 171st street rural Belton, Missouri, regarding a suspicious person. While on scene one white female was transported to the hospital to be evaluated due to her strange behavior. 03/04/18 20: STATE ROUTE 291, HARRISONVILLE On 03/04/2018, at approximately 2040 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop at Wal Mart, 1700 N State Route 291, Harrisonville, on a white Chrysler Town & Country.
