1 01/06/14 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/06/14, at approximately 1209 Hours, I made contact with Chad A. Hamilton at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 12CA-CR01255 for Non Support. 01/06/14 13:13 SB 49/291 EXIT, PECULIAR On January 6, 2014, at approximately 1315 hours, Dispatch broadcasted information in reference to a possible hit and run that had occurred. Dispatch described the vehicle that continued southbound on I-49 from north of Peculiar, Missouri as a blue vehicle with damage to its driver side. I observed a blue Chevrolet traveling Southbound on I-49 at a higher speed than the rest of the vehicles around it. I observed it loose control and crash at I-49 and the exit ramp to State Route 291 Highway. Subsequently the driver of the vehicle was arrested by the Missouri State Highway Patrol. 01/06/14 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1410 hours, I arrested a subject in the front lobby of the Sheriff's Office on an active warrant. The subject was transported to the jail for additional processing. 01/06/14 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1518 I made contact with a subject in the front lobby of the Sheriff's Office on an active Cass County warrant. The subject was arrested and transported to the jail for additional processing. 01/06/14 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/06/2014 at approximately 1430 hours Cameron, Brenda Faye became physically combative while in custody of the Cass County Jail. Ms. Cameron was restrained by deputies after her non-compliance and was secured in booking cell one (BK-1) for her safety and the safety of the facility with no injury to herself nor the jail staff at that time. 01/06/14 15: STATE ROUTE EE, HARRISONVILLE On January 6, 2014 I responded to State Route EE, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a burglary. Mr. Kevin Shaw reported that his residence had been burglarized on this date. Several items had been taken from the residence. Suspects have not been identified. 01/06/14 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/06/2014 at approximately 1430 hours Cameron, Brenda Fay w/f was transported by Emergency response Service to Cass Medical Regional. 01/06/14 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1644 hours, I made contact with a subject in the front lobby of the Sheriff's Office on an active Stop and Hold out of Adrian Police Department. The subject was detained at the Sheriff's Office until arrival of an Adrian Police Office. 01/06/14 17: TH STREET, PECULIAR On January 6, 2014, I recovered a stolen vehicle from E. 249th Street in rural Peculiar, Missouri. I recovered a white 2003 Ford F250 truck that was stolen from Lee's Summit, Missouri. No suspects have been identified at this time. 01/06/14 18:22 WALGREEN, HARRISONVILLE On January 6, 2014, I assisted the Missouri State Highway Patrol on an investigation for an hit and run motor vehicle accident that occurred on South Interstate 49. I located the suspect vehicle and conducted a vehicle stop in the Walgreen's Parking lot at Commercial Street and Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, Missouri. Suspect was placed into custody by the Missouri Highway Patrol.

2 01/06/14 20: STALEY MOUND RD, EAST LYNNE On Monday, January 6, 2104 at approximately 2034 hours I investigated a report of a disturbance in progress at S. Staley Mound Rd, East Lynne, MO. I contacted Maria Hayden who said there was misunderstanding between her and another female subject. The investigation revealed that no crime had been committed. 01/07/14 09:11 215/291, HARRISONVILLE On January 7, 2014, at approximately 0910 hours, I observed a white Mitsubishi blocking East 215th Street just west of State Route 291 Highway. The vehicle was towed due to being unable to contact the owner and it creating a hazard to motorists. 01/07/14 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Monday January 6th 2014, at approximately 1556 hours, Mr. Christopher Moore II was taken into costody at the Cass County Jail on a Pleasant Hill Municipal warrant. 01/07/14 09:42 JOHNSON COUNTY MO, CENTERVIEW On 01/07/14 at 0942 hours, I responded to the Johnson County, MO Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Richard Liebau into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR01093 for Non Support, bond $10,000 cash only. Mr Liebau was transported to the Cass County Jail. 01/07/14 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1048 I made contact with a subject in front of the Sheriff's Office on an active Camden County warrant. The subject was arrested and escorted to the jail for futher processing. 01/07/14 12:08 187TH ST/ STATE ROUTE Y, BELTON On at approximately 1224 hours I responded to 187th street and State Route Y outside of Belton, MO in reference to a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival I contacted Lou Ellen Wright who stated she had slid into the fence when her truck slid on the snow and ice. 01/07/14 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approxiomately 1245 hours, I made contact with Brenda F. Cameron at the Cass County Jail. i served Mrs. Cameron with active Cass County warrant #14CA-CR00017 for Unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. 01/07/14 13: LAKE RD, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday, January 07, 2014 I met with the victim Tera D. Mueller who wished to report that a check was stolen from her mailbox. 01/07/14 14: STATE ROUTE B, CREIGHTON On January 7, 2014 I recovered found property at State Rt B, Creighton, Missouri. Mr. Vincent Wolfe reported that he had found a purse in Joplin, Missouri and wished to give the purse to law enforcement for it to be returned to the owner. 01/07/14 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , I arrested Kert R. Hatfield w/m, at the Cass County Jail. He was transported from Belton PD on Cass County Warrant 11CA-CR

3 01/07/14 16:23 UNK UNKNOWN LOCATION, KANSAS CITY On Tuesday January 7, 2014 at approximately 1500 hours I contacted Christopher Union in reference to found property in a building located east of Downtown Kansas City, Missouri that belonged to Diane Nichols. Contact was made with Ms. Nichols and it was determined that her property was not stolen, and that it was possibly mishandled by a "cleaning company," after a fire at her residence. 01/07/14 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1715 Hours, I made contact with Jerald W Downs II at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 14cacr00018 for DWI. 01/07/14 21:47 A4S, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday, January 7th, 2014, at approximately 2147 hours I conducted a traffic stop on a maroon 1994 Dodge Spirit on southbound I-49 at the A4 scales. The white female driver was arrested for a Cass County Tampering warrant, driving while suspended, and possession of a controlled substance. This incident is pending lab results. 01/07/14 21: TH ST, BELTON On January 7, 2014 at about 2152 hours, I was dispatched to 6808 E. 205th street in reference to check the welfare. Upon arrival I contacted the victim, Mr. Corey Smith who said that he needs help. Mr. Smith said that he has been abusing prescription medication and drinking himself to death. Mr. Smith voluntarily responded with Belton Emergency Medical Service for treatment. 01/07/14 22: STATE ROUTE 58, PLEASANT HILL On January 7, 2014 I investigated a report of a dog bite at highway in Pleasant Hill, MO. I spoke with Cheryl and Daniel Schifferdecker who each had been bitten by there own dogs. There was no apparent crime during this incident. 01/07/14 23:16 BELTON PD, On January 8, 2014 at approximately 0947 hours, I conducted a prisoner transfer from Belton Police Department to the Cass County Jail with a female suspect with active Cass County warrants. A suspect has been identified and taken into custody. 01/07/14 23:27 SYCAMORE GROVE/OLD 7, GARDEN CITY On January 7, 2013 I conducted a vehicle check in the intersection of Sycamore grove and old 7 highway. The driver was placed in custody for driving while suspended and possession of stolen property. A suspect has been identified and placed in custody on this incident. 01/08/14 01: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On I investigated a possible stolen bank debit card. The victim declined to assist with charges. 01/08/14 05: OLD SEVEN HWY, GARDEN CITY 01/08/14 06: LONE TREE RD, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday , at approximately 0423 hours I was dispatched to South Lone tree road in reference to Vandalism that has occurred. Upon arrival at approximately 0440 hours I made contact with Creek, Cynthia Ann, w/f

Upon arrival at approximately 0440 hours I made contact with Creek, Cynthia Ann, w/f who said that somebody has thrown toilet paper all over their yard and and threw some of their garden tools out of their tool shed. I observed numerous rolls of toilet paper that has been thrown across trees. I also observed a profane statement written on a fence targeting Mrs. Creek's son. 01/08/14 08: HARRIS RD, PLEASANT HILL On January 08, 2014, I responded to S. Harris Rd, Pleasant Hill, Missouri, in reference to a suicidal subject. The subject was located with severe lacerations to his wrist and was transported to Lee's Summit Hospital by Pleasant Hill EMS. 01/08/14 09:45 WESTERN RECEP DIAG CC / ST JOE DOC, ST JOESPH On 01/08/14 at 0945 hours, I responded to the Western Reception Diagnostic Correctional Center Jail reference a warrant service. I then took a subject into custody on a Cass County warrant. The subject was then transported to the Cass County Jail. 01/08/14 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1017 hours, I made contact at the Cass COunty jail and served a Cass County warrant. I served Jamie Lynn Crowder warrant #13CA-CR01594 for Theft/Stealing with a $7, cash/ surety bond and a court date of at /08/14 10: STATE ROUTE EE, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday January 8th 2013 I was dispatched to St Rt EE Highway rural Harrisonville Missouri in regards to a semi-truck cab off in the ditch, possibly stolen. I arrived and contacted Larry D Riggs, an employee with Miller's Tow service, who stated that at about 1000 hours this morning he noticed this vehicle in the ditch on EE Highway. The semi-truck cab was reported stolen out of North Kansas City Missouri. There is no suspect information. 01/08/14 13: GRAHAM RD, PLEASANT HILL On Wednesday January 8th, 2014 at approximately 1350 hours I was dispatched to South Graham Road in rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to a medical call. No crime occurred information for the report was gathered. 01/08/14 14:17 COMMERCIAL & MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday, January 8th 2014, at 1417 hours, I conducted an investigative traffic stop in the parking lot of Meiner's located on the southwest corner of Commercial and Mechanic in Harrisonville, Missouri on a silver 2008 Suzuki four door. The driver, Sarah D. Babcock, arrested for active warrant #13HEARW227 out of Henry County for felony forgery with a bond of $10, /08/14 14:42 BATES COUNTY JAIL, BUTLER On 01/08/14 at 1442 hours, I responded to the Bates County, MO Jail reference a warrant service. I then took a subject into custody on a Cass County warrant. The subject was then transported to the Cass County Jail. 01/08/14 14: ND ST, CREIGHTON On Wednesday January 8th 2014 I was dispatched to 209 E 2nd Street in Creighton Missouri in regards to a stealing report. I contacted Gerry W Lawless, owner of the house, who stated that electrical wire and a wood burning stove were taken by his last renter. Suspect information known. 01/08/14 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On January 9, 2014 at approximately 0355 hours, I recieved two prisoner transfer from the Belton Police Department on Active Cass County Warrants.

The disturbance was determined to be non-criminal in nature. 01/08/14 23:07 7/49, HARRISONVILLE On January 08, 2013, at approximately 2307 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on 7 Highway at Interstate 49, Harrisonville on a dark gray Ford F150. Investigation revealed that the white male driver was in possession of drug paraphernalia. The driver was cited for speeding and possession of drug paraphernalia and released at the scene. 01/09/14 01: RD ST, BELTON On January 9, 2014 I conducted a prisoner transfer of two white females at the Belton Police Department. 01/09/14 08:56 JACKSON COUNTY, MO JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 01/09/14 at 0856 hours, I responded to the Jackson County, MO Jail reference a warrant service. I then took a subject into custody on a Cass County warrant. The subject was then transported to the Cass County Jail. 01/09/14 08: WALNUT ST, DREXEL 01/09/14 09:01 175TH ST/BOARDMAN, PLEASANT HILL On Thursday January 9th 2014 I was dispatched to the train tracks near 175th and Boardman in rural Pleasant Hill Missouri in regards to a body found on the train tacks. I contacted David W Shepard, with the Union Pacific Rail Road, and train conductor Chris E Pate, with the Missouri & Northern Arkansas Rail Road. Mr. Pate stated that at about 0855 hours as the train approached the bridge south of 175th and west of Boardman he observed clothing and an unknown body part as he approached. Mr. Pate said that he then stopped the train which drove about 600ft north across the bridge before coming to a stop. 01/09/14 12: LONE TREE RD, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday January 9th, 2014 at approximately 1215 hours I was dispatched to 2501 west Mechanic Street located in Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to stealing. Upon arrival I made contact with Deline, Deborah W/F,. No suspects have been identified in this case. 01/09/14 14:41 CLAY COUNTY, LIBERTY On 01/09/14 at 1441 hours, I responded to the Clay County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Matthew Mullin into custody on Cass County warrant # 10CA-CR00745 for Passing a bad check, bond $1000, Mr. Mullin was transported to the Cass County Jail. 01/09/14 19:46 COMMERCE BANK-58-BELRAY, BELTON On January 9, 2014 I conducted a traffic stop on a silver Ford Taurus near the area of State Route 58 and Bel-Ray, Belton, Missouri. The driver of the vehicle was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. 01/09/14 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximatley 2020 hours I served Cass County warrant 13CA-CR01595 for Assualt 2nd degree-operate vehicle while intoxicated to Tyler Alexander Schwab, at the Cass County Jail. Rachael L. Martin, white female who was a passenger of the vehicle was taken into custody on an active Cass County warrant for failure to appear on a traffic violation. The driver of the vehicle was released on citations issued. Ms. Martin was transported to the Cass County Jail and given a bond of $ Cash Only. 01/09/14 21:27 WALNUT/LITTLE, GARDEN CITY On January 09, 2014, at approximately 2128 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop on a 2000 Hyundia Elantra with no functioning license plate light. The vehicle stop occurred at Walnut Street and Little Road, Garden City. Investigation revealed that the white female driver was in possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and did not have valid insurance. 01/10/14 04:38 7/219TH, PLEASANT HILL On January 10, 2014 I investigated a motor vehicle crash on State Route 7 near East 219th Street, Pleasant Hill Missouri. All involed parties were identified. 01/10/14 05:13 2/EAST OF BLINKERLIGHT, HARRISONVILLE On January 10, 2014, at approximately 0532 hours, I investigated a single vehicle injury crash on State Route 2, east of Blinkerlight Road, rural Harrisonville, Missouri. The driver was transported to Cass Regional Medical Center prior to my arrival. 01/10/14 05: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On Friday, January 10th, 2014 at approximately 0608 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of East 175th Street in rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri in regards to a reported motor vehicle accident. The driver of the the vehicle, Russell L. Webb, white male, stated he was not injured during the accident and refused medical treatment. 01/10/14 05: , PLEASANT HILL On Friday, January 10th, 2014 at approximately 0551 hours, I conducted a motor vehicle accident investigation near the intersection of State Route 7 and 219th Street in rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri. No injuries were reported by the driver of the vehicle, Diane G. Jones, white female. The vehicle was able to be driven from the scene. 01/10/14 07: FREDERICK LN, RAYMORE On at approximately 0754 hours I responded to 301 S Frederick Lane outside of Raymore, MO in reference to a disturbance not in progress. Upon arrival I contacted Robert Fairman and Kimberly Billups who stated the suspect had assaulted Mr. Fairman and then left the residence. 01/10/14 08:06 172ND/ROLLING HILLS RD, On January 10, 2014, at approximately 0806 hours, I was dispatched to East 171st Street, west of State Route D Highway for a motor vehicle accident. I investigated a single vehicle motor vehicle accident with no injuries. 01/10/14 10: MAIN ST, CLEVELAND On at approximately 1150 hours I responded to 1414 W Main Street in Cleveland, MO in reference to a vicious dog. Upon arrival I contacted Cristina Brown who stated two dogs had shown up at her house approximately five days ago. She stated the dogs were very aggressive prohibiting her from leaving her residence. The aggressive dog was later found on scene and destroyed. 01/10/14 13: STATE ROUTE B, CREIGHTON On January 10, 2014, I assisted the Missouri State Highway Patrol with a motor vehicle collision that occurred on State Route B at State Route F in rural Garden City, Missouri. A vehicle ran off the roadway and struck a residential structure. 01/10/14 13: ASH ST, BELTON On January 10, 2014, at approximately 1337 hours, I was dispatched to South Ash Street, located in rural Belton, Missouri in reference to a disturbance. My investigation revealed that a verbal disturbance occurred between two adults. 01/10/14 14: TH ST, GARDEN CITY On Friday, January 10, 2014 the victim Michelle L Keeling responded to the Cass County Sheriff s Office to report the theft of her 52 in Sharp television was taken by a suspect whom she identified. 01/10/14 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Friday January 10th, 2014 at approximately 0743 hours, I made contact with Mr. William Mallow at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County Sentence and Judgment Order. I served Cass County Sentence and Judgment # 13CA-CR01129 for Driving While Intoxicated. 01/10/14 15:01 JOHNSON COUNTY SO, OLATHE On 01/10/14 at 1501 hours, I responded to the Johnson County,KS Jail reference a warrant service. I then took a subject into custody on Cass County warrant. They were then transported to the Cass County Jail. 01/10/14 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/15/2014, at approximately 1645 Hours, I made contact with Cain, Velenda K. W/F, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. 01/10/14 22:41 SB 49/ S OF A HWY, ARCHIE On Friday, January 11th, 2013 at approximately 2241 hours I conducted a traffic stop on southbound I-49 just south of A Highway on a tan 2004 Ford Taurus. The white female driver was issued a summons for DWS, and the hispanic male passenger was arrested on two Butler PD warrants for assault. 01/11/14 00: EAST OUTER RD, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday, January 11th, 2014, at approximately 0025 hours I was dispatched to SE Outer Road in rural Harrisonville to assist the Missouri State Highway Patrol with a follow up on a pursuit. Using my K-9 I provided perimeter support while the Troopers made contact at the residence. Troopers then requested my K-9 search a purse, and the K-9 alerted on the purse. A Oldsmobile Bravada SUV lost control on the icy roadway and rolled over. There were no reported injuries. 01/11/14 07:06 WEST 7/NEAR 221ST, On January 11, 2014, I responded to an injury motor vehicle accident on 7 Highway in the area of 219th Street. The accident involved a single vehicle, that had left the roadway due to black ice on the roadway. The driver was transported to St. Joseph Hospital for further evaluation. 01/11/14 09: OLD 7 HWY, GARDEN CITY On January 11, 2014 I responded to Old 7 Highway, Garden City, Missouri in reference to an attempted armed robbery that had occurred on January 10, Ms. Rajsky reported an attempted robbery with a knife. Suspects have not been identified. 01/11/14 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1200 Hours, I made contact with Zachary J Taylor at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. he was served Cass County warrant 14cacr00076 for property damage. Upon arrival I contacted Warren Rose who stated he was missing a Smith and Wesson Governor handgun. This case is ongoing at this time. 01/11/14 13: ST ST, GARDEN CITY On Saturday, January 11, I met with the victim James M Folder at st where he wished to report a burglary and theft of a vehicle. Mr. Folder told me had had not given anyone permission to remove his black 1985 C-10 ½ ton truck. 01/11/14 19:45 COLEMAN RD N OF 215, PECULIAR On January 11, 2014 at 2047 hours I was dispatched to the area of Coleman Road north of 215th street in reference to a vehicle in the ditch. Upon arrival I contacted the driver of a 2001 Chevrolet pickup truck. The driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated. The driver is identified as the suspect. 01/11/14 20: RD ST, GARDEN CITY On I investigated a non crimnnal domestice that occurred at rd Street Garden City Mo. All involved have been identified. 01/12/14 10:37 LAKE WINNEBAGO DR, LAKE WINNEBAGO On at approximately 1038 hours I was dispatched to Lake Winnebago Police Department in reference to a prisoner transfer. No suspects have been identified at this time. 01/12/14 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Sunday January 12th, 2014 at approximately 1410 hours, I made contact with Ms. Amber Cue at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant.
