1 05/13/13 10: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 05/13/2013, at approximately 1045 Hours, I made contact with Hartman, Jacob M, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 13CA-CR00561 for Possesion of Controlled Substance Except 35 grams or less of Marijuana. Bond was set at $ % Cash Or surety and a court date of 05/16/2013 at 0900 hours was given. Reporting Deputy has nothing further at this time. 05/13/13 11: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On May 13, 2013 I responded to th Street, Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to fraud that was reported by Ms. Lyndsay James. It was reported that a credit card was taken from the mail and used for multiple charges. Suspects have not been identified. 05/13/13 11: STATE ROUTE Y, BELTON On Monday, May 13th, 2013, at approximately 1209 hours I was dispatched to S. State Route Y in regards to a report of possible fraud. Made contact with Randy L. Shepard w/m who informed me that the suspect has been filling out change of address forms with the post office, and having his mail shipped to her residence in St. Louis Mo. 05/13/13 12: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 05/13/13 at approximately 1058 hours I took Dickerson, Nancy into custody in division 4 on Cass County case 13CA-TC00017 for a Probation Violation. 05/13/13 13: TH ST, BELTON On Monday, May 13, 2013 at about 1313 hours, I and Deputy B. Barbarick #642 were dispatched to the area of 195th Street and Cleveland in reference to a suspicious vehicle. Upon arrival we observed a black 2004 Ford Ranger pickup parked in the ditch on Cleveland north of 195th Street. The vehicle did not have a license plate on it and by using the vehicle identification number a computer check by Dispatch showed that the vehicle was listed as stolen from Edwardsville Kansas. The vehicle was towed to the Cass County Sheriff's Office for processing. 05/13/13 15: SPRUCE, GARDEN CITY On May 13, 2013 at approximately 1437 hours, I assisted in the service of a search warrant at 313 Spruce apartment B, located in Garden City, Missouri. Jon Nelson was arrested for active Cass County warrant number 11CACR for Stealing, with a bond of $25, cash only and Cass County warrant number 12CA-CR01166 for Passing bad checks, with a bond of $4,000.00, 10% cash only. Mr. Nelson was transported to the Cass County Jail. 05/13/13 15: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1505 hours, in Division 1, I arrested Melody Brown in court on a Cass County Warrant case number 12CA-CR Probation violation, Bond set at $25,000 cash only and a court date of 1330 hours, was given. I then transported Melody Brown to the ccj. 05/13/13 15: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 05/13/2013 at approximately 1415 hours, Curtis Daniels was remaned into custody in Cass County, Divison 2,for BAC results of.091, Case number 13CA-CR Probation violation Bond was set at $25,000, cash only and a court date of 05/28/2013 at 1330 hours was given. I then transported Curtis Daniels to the CCJ. 05/13/13 15: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1439 hours, I made contact with Joyce E. Worth at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant #13ca-cr00582 for Domestic assualt in the 3rd degree. Bond was set at $1,000.00, cash or surety and a court date of at 0900 hours was given.

No criminal activity had occurred and the parties involved did separate. Subjects were identified. 05/13/13 17:10 JACKSON COUNTY, KANSAS CITY On 05/13/13 at 0920 hours. I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took David E Thomas into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR00350 for Driving while revoked/suspended, bond $1000, Mr. Thomas was transported to the Cass County Jail. 05/13/13 17:22 JACKSON COUNTY JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 05/13/13 at 1348 hours. I responded to the Jackson County, MO Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Lisa Metscher into custody on Cass County warrant # 11CA-CR01512 for Non Support, bond $2,000 cash only,ms Metscher was transported to the Cass County Jail. 05/13/13 19:51 UNKNOWN LOCATION, 05/13/13 21: STATE ROUTE 2, FREEMAN On May 14, 2013 at approximately 2135 hours I was dispatched to a single vehicle accident at E. St. Rt. 2 where a Lincoln Towncar went off the road and came to a stop at the bottom of a steep embankment. The driver refused medical treatment. 05/13/13 23: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2345 hours, I arrested Sarah Duff as she turned herself into the Cass County Jail for active Harrisonville warrants. 05/14/13 00:21 SB 7/S OF CHANDLER, CREIGHTON On May 14, 2013 at approximately 0021 hours, I conducted a motorist assist on south bound 7 hwy south of Chandler road. A female subject was contacted and placed in custody for providing false information, possession of stolen property, and possession of another's identification. A suspect has been contacted and placed in custody during this incident. 05/14/13 05:32 N/E OF GARDEN CITY, On May 14, 2013 at approximately 0535 hours I was dispatched to investigate a MVA involving a deer on St Rte N and Anderson road. The driver was treated by EMS and then released and vehicle was driven from scene. 05/14/13 07:06 58 HIGHWAY AT D HIGHWAY, BELTON On Tuesday, May 14th, 2013, at approximately 0708 hours I was dispatched to a non-injury motor vehicle accident at 58 Highway and D Highway. Investigation revealed a gray Ford Taurus struck the back of a white Mercury Mariner while both vehicle's were attempting to turn north on to D Highway from westbound 58 Highway. 05/14/13 07:55 EAST LYNNE STORAGE, EAST LYNNE On May 14, 2013 I responded to the East Lynne Storage Units in East Lynne, Missouri in reference to a damaged storage unit. Contact was made with FORM James 3000 Minshall - Press who Reports reported = UPDATED the damaged unit. Suspects have not been identified.

I then transported Brandon Mayo to the Cass County Jail. 05/14/13 11: RD ST, BELTON On Monday, May 14th, 2013, at approximately 1101 hours I was dispatched to 7001 E. 163rd Street Belton Mo., the Belton Police Department, in regards to a subject in their custody with a Cass County warrant. Perry S. Sellars w/m was arrested on Cass County warrant #13CA-CR00456 for felony driving while suspended with a bond of $10, cash or surety. Mr. Sellars was then transported to the Cass County Jail. 05/14/13 11: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1002 hours, I remanded Eeten, Tara Dawn, w/f DOB , into custody per court order. 05/14/13 13: RD ST, GREENWOOD On May 14, 2013 I responded to East 163rd Street, Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to recovering a stolen vehicle. Contact was made with Mr. Rudy Zimmerman and information was received about the vehicle. The vehicle was recovered and returned to the registered owner. 05/14/13 16: RD ST, BELTON On Tuesday, May 14th, 2013, at approximately 1626 hours I was dispatched to 7001 E. 163rd Street Belton Mo., the Belton Police Department, in regards to a subject in their custody with a Cass County warrant. Karl F. Andermatt w/m was arrested on Cass County warrant #12CA-CR00631 for probation violation with a bond of $25, cash or surety. Mr. Andermatt was then transported to the Cass County Jail. 05/14/13 16:31 HARRISONVILLE PD, HARRISONVILLE 05/14/13 17: GRAHAM RD, PLEASANT HILL On May 14, 2013 I responded to S. Graham Road, Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to littering that was reported by Scott Rutherford. A male subject had unloaded large amounts of trash into a creek from the roadway. Suspect has been identified. 05/14/13 17: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE 05/14/13 19: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday May 14th, 2013, at approximately 1700 hours, I made contact with Ms. Diane Shireman at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant #12CA-CR for Tampering with a Motor Vehicle.

4 05/14/13 21:48 I 49 HIGHWAY, BELTON On Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at approximately 2150 hours I was dispatched to the Flying J Truck stop in Peculiar, MO reference to a report of an assault that occurred on I-49. I contacted Beth Sole who said that she had been assaulted in her car by an ex-girlfriend while traveling on the highway. A suspect has been identified. 05/14/13 22:47 58/PEACE, RAYMORE On May 15, 2013 I conducted an investigation of a motor vehicle accident that occurred at Wiltshire and Johnston road in Raymore, MO. I spoke with Officer Jobs who stated that during a pursuit his patrol vehicle strike a pole causing damage to the vehicle. There was no apparent crime during this incident. 05/14/13 23: STATE ROUTE TT, HARRISONVILLE On I investigated a report of someone stealing Anhydrous Ammonia from West Centeral AGRI Services located at SR TT Hwy, Harrisonville. No suspect(s) information. 05/14/13 23:30 SB 49/J, PECULIAR On May 14, 2013 I conducted a vehicle stop on South bound I-49 north of J hwy. The vehicle stopped was a Harley Davidson motorcycle. The driver of the vehicle was arrested for Driving while intoxicated. A suspect was identified and contacted during this incident. 05/15/13 08: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0800 hours, I made contact with Andrea Elaine Nalls at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 13CA-CR00061 for FTA-DWI. Bond was set at $4,000 10% cash only and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 05/15/13 10: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE 05/15/13 11:34 SB 49/MM 166, PECULIAR On May 15th, 2013 at approximately 1135 hours, I conducted a traffic stop in the area of Southbound 49/ Mile marker 166, on a gold in color, Honda, Accord, bearing, Missouri, license #FJ4F2P. The driver was later taken into custody for DWI/Drugs and unlawful use of a weapon. A suspect had been identified and taken into custody. 05/15/13 11: ORIENT CEMETERY RD, HARRISONVILLE On May 15, 2013 I conducted a stealing investigation at E. Orient Cemetery Rd, Harrisonville, Missouri. I made contact with Wayne E. Weinzirl, w/m, who reported is Texas Bragg flat bed trailer stolen from the property sometime between 05/01/2013 and todays date. No suspects have been identified in this investigation at this time. 05/15/13 16:10 D HWY AT Y HWY, CLEVELAND On Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at about 1616 hours, I arrested Mr. Brian J. Miller, w/m, on two failure to appear warrants after contacting Mr. Miller on a vehicle stop at D Hwy and Y Hwy. Mr. Miller was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail. 05/15/13 16: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1623 hours, I contacted Ronald J Koch at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served warrant #13CA-CR00588 for Driving while revoked/suspended. Bond amount was $2, Cash or Surety.

The driver stated that he was hurrying and not paying attention when he backed into a parked vehicle located at the residence. I responded to the Fulton Reception Diagnostic Correctional Center refrence a warrant service. I then took Dustin D Phelps into custody on Cass County Warrant # 13CA-CR00382 for Non Support, bond $ 25,000 cash only. Mr Phelps was transported to the Cass County Jail. 05/15/13 19:48 2 HWY BET FREEDOM AND KIRCHER, HARRISONVILLE On May 15, 2013, at approximately 1948 hours, I conducted a vehicle check on 2 Highway between Kircher Road and Freedom Road, rural Harrisonville, Missouri. A computer check of the license plates revealed that the vehicle was stolen out of Peculiar Police Department. The vehicle was recovered and there is suspect information. 05/15/13 19: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On May 15, 2013, I arrested Daniel W. Gorski, w/m, at 2501 W. Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, Missouri, on Cass County Order of Commitment 13CA-CR /15/13 20: TH CT, PECULIAR On May 15, 2013 at approximately 2034 hours I conducted an investigation of harassment at th Ct Peculiar MO I made contact with the victim Jeff L. Brown who is receiving harassing text messages. Suspect has been identified. 05/15/13 21: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On May 15, 2013 I responded to an attempted suicided at the Cass County Jail invloving Richard A. Herman, w/m. Mr. Herman was treated by EMS. 05/15/13 23:08 291/49, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday, May 15th 2013, at 2258 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on 291 Highway south of Commercial on a green Chevrolet Silverado. The driver, identified as Larry D. Decker, was arrested for felony driving while revoked. 05/16/13 02:42 SB 7/Z, GARDEN CITY On Thursday, May 16th 2013, at 0242 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on the southbound exit ramp to Z Highway from 7 Highway on a green 1993 Honda Accord. The driver, identified as Michael J. Coleman, was arrested for driving while suspended. The front seat passenger, identified as Kelli S. Hipskind was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. 05/16/13 08: NELSON RD, FREEMAN On Thursday May 16th, 2013 at approximately 0837 hours I was dispatched to S. Nelson Rd. in rural Freeman, Missouri in reference to cows out. I made contact with Angela L. Gentile reference the incident. I gathered information about the incident and identified a suspect. 05/16/13 08:52 BELTON P D, GRANDVIEW On May 16, 2013 at approximately 1248 hours, I conducted a prisoner transfer with Grandview Police Department at Belton Police Department, on a subject with an active, extraditable, Cass County warrant. A suspect was identified and taken into custody.

Mr Bryan was transported to the Cass County Jail. 05/16/13 16: TH ST, BELTON On Thursday May 16th 2013 I was dispatched to the lobby of the Sheriff's Office in regards to a walk in report of Harassment. I contacted Judith M Eveler w/f who said that the suspect was harassing her. There is suspect information. 05/16/13 17:25 2 HWY/W OF SYCAMORE GROVE, EAST LYNNE On Thursday May 16th, 2013 at 1726 hours I was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident in rural East Lynne, Missouri. Upon arrival I made contact with Helen K. Davis, W/F. No injuries occurred as a result of the accident and the vehicle was towed from the scene. 05/16/13 18: Y HWY, PECULIAR ON May 16, 2013 at approximately 1900 hours I conducted an investigation of property damage at Y Highway Peculiar MO, I made contact with the victim Mr. John L. Groh who said it happened sometime in the last 24 hours. No suspect has been identified. 05/16/13 19: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 05/16/13, at approximately 1948 Hours, I made contact with Kelly C. Weichert W/F at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 13ca-cr00517 for possession of a controled substance.

7 05/16/13 23:38 215/HOLMES, CLEVELAND On May 16, 2013 I conducted an investigation of a car in the ditch at 215th and state route D Highway. Both driver and passenger were not injuried and vehicle was towed by Lazer tow. 05/17/13 01: PRAIRIE DR, PECULIAR On may 17, 2013 at 0131 hours I conducted and check the welfare at Prairie Dr Peculiar MO on Ms Barbara Bradley. Ms Bradley was found deceased in her residence. 05/17/13 04: STATE ROUTE 7, HARRISONVILLE On Friday, May 17th 2013, at 0425 hours, I was dispatched to Highway in rural Garden City, Missouri reference suspicious activity. The reporting party, identified as Ricky F. Sieleman, had observed an unknown type vehicle pull into his driveway and the unknown driver of the vehicle had turned the vehicle's lights off. No suspects have been identified. 05/17/13 07:26 I-49, PECULIAR On May 17, 2013, I had to euthanize an injured deer on northbound I-49 north of Peculiar, MO. 05/17/13 08: RD ST, KANSAS CITY On Inmate Richard Herman was transported to Research Psch Center, 2323 E. 63rd. Street, Kansas City Mo I was notified by Research Psch Center that Inmate Herman walked away from their hospital on /17/13 10:21 STATE ROUTE N, CREIGHTON On May 17, 2013, I investigated a single vehicle motor vehicle collision on State Route N east of Lost Lane in rural Creighton, MO. A silver Chevy ran off the roadway and struck a sign post. There were no reported injuries. 05/17/13 12:00 59 MERLE RD, PLEASANT HILL On May 17, 2013 I responded to a call of a suicidal subject at 59 Merle Road, Pleasant Hill, Missouri. Contact was made with the suicidal subject. The subject was transported to CRMC in Harrisonville, Missouri for medical examination. 05/17/13 12:10 JACKSON COUNTY JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 05/17/13 at 0953 hours. I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Simone Tolbert into custody on Cass County warrant # 07CA-CR01590 for Fail To Appear, bond $25,000 cash only, MS Tolbert was transported to the Cass County Jail. 05/17/13 12:20 JACKSON COUNTY, KANSAS CITY On 05/17/13 at 0953 hours. I responded to the Jackson County, MO Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Charles Carr into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR00522 for Possession of a Controlled Substance, bond $20,000, Mr Carr was transported to the Cass County Jail. 05/17/13 12:20 E. 275TH/ WEST OF I-49, HARRISONVILLE On May 17, 2013 at approximately 1222 hours, I was dispatched to the area of State Route 7 Highway and Interstate I-49 in reference to a careless and imprudent driver. While enroute, dispatch told me that brown Ford Truck was striking construction cones as the vehicle traveled north on State Route 7 Highway toward I-49. A white male was transported to the hospital by ambulance due to some medical issues and issued a summons for driving while revoked.

8 05/17/13 13:01 STATE ROUTE YY, PECULIAR On Friday, May 17th, 2013, at approximately 1304 hours I was dispatched to the 7300 block of east YY Highway in regards to an abandoned vehicle under the bridge at East Creek. During my investigation two white male subjects were arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. One of the two subject's fled the scene on foot, and has yet to be apprehended. 05/17/13 13: JERRY, RAYMORE On May 17, 2013 I responded to 1512 Jerry Avenue, Raymore, Missouri in reference to trespass in progress that was reported by Suzie Boos. The suspect was contacted and placed into custody for active Independence, Missouri warrants. The suspect was transported to the Cass County Jail. 05/17/13 14: WHEATLAND DR, BELTON On May 17, 2013, at approximately 1537 hours, I was dispatched to S. Wheatland Drive located in rural Belton, Missouri in reference to a fraud. Upon arrival, I contacted the victim identified as Renae M. Lind. She told me that on May 14, 2013 her credit card was used without her and her husband's consent. 05/17/13 14: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 05/13/13 at approximately 1440 hours, I responded to the lobby of the Cass County Jail to receive Chad O. Sanders, who was turning himself in on a Cass County warrant. I served Mr. Sanders Cass County warrant #10CA-CR01155, bond $8, cash only. 05/17/13 15: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On May 17, 2013 I responded to a disturbance not in progress at th Street, Pleasant Hill, Missouri that was reported by Mr. Robert McLaughlin. It was reported that a verbal argument did occur at the residence. No criminal actions were to be found in the incident. Subjects have been identified. 05/17/13 16: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 05/17/2013, at approximately 1600 Hours, I made contact with Willie S. Hunter at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant #13CA-CR00600 for Stat Sodomy-1st. Bond was set at $100,000.00, cash only and a court date of 05/25//2013 at 1330 hours was given. 05/17/13 16: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On Friday, May 17th, 2013, I took a report involving credit card fraud that was reported by Anna M. Meihls, w/f, and occurred at East 307th Street, Harrisonville, Missouri. There is no suspect information. 05/17/13 17: OUTER RD, ARCHIE On May 17, 2013, at approximately 1810 hours, I was dispatched to 2501 West Mechanic located in Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a dog bite that occurred at Southeast Outer Road Archie, Missouri. The victim later identified as Christal L. DeBruin, was bit by a dog. The identity of the dog has not been discovered at this time. 05/17/13 18: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On Friday May 17th, 2013, at approximately 1400 hours, I made contact with Mr. Mathew A. Hughes, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant #13CA-CR00583 for Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card Device.

9 05/17/13 20: WALKER RD, HARRISONVILLE On I conducted an investigation of a burglary that occurred at S Walker road Harrisonville Mo. The result of my investigation is that no crime occurred. 05/17/13 22: SHERWOOD, PLEASANT HILL On May 18, 2013 I initiated an investigation of a Horse out complaint at S Camp Branch Road. Upon arrival I spoke with David Jackson, who stated that his neighbors horses are always out and one had kicked his dog in the head. I then contacted the horse owner, who stated she knew her horses got out. A suspect has been identified and contacted in this incident. 05/17/13 22: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , I arrested Bryant A. Edwards b/m, at the lobby of the Cass County Jail. He turned himself in on Cass County Order of Commitment 13CA-CR /18/13 05: TH CT, PECULIAR On Saturday, May 18, 2013 at approximately 0504 hours I was dispatched to 2501 W. Mechanic, Harrisonville, MO reference to a report of an assault. I contacted Forrest Fuller who said that he had been assaulted by a female subject. A suspect has been identified. 05/18/13 06: TH ST, BELTON On Saturday, May 18, 2013 at approximately 0520 hours I was dispatched to 2501 W. Mechanic reference to a report of suspicious activity near 307 E. 165th Street, Belton, MO. Vaughn at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 10CA-CR for Stealing, Receiving Stolen Property, Stealing, Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia. 05/18/13 16: RD ST, PLEASANT HILL On May 18, 2013 at approximately 1626 hours, I was dispatched to East 203rd Street located in rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to a burglary no longer in progress. I contacted the victim identified as Scott R. Sadler, w/m. He told me that several tools were stolen from inside a barn. There is no suspect information at this time. 05/18/13 17: MAIN, FREEMAN On at approximately 1822 hours I responded to 102 W Main Street in Freeman, MO in reference to a verbal disturbance. No crime was found to have been committed. 05/18/13 19: TH ST, GARDEN CITY On May 18, 2013 I initiated an investigation of a harassing phone calls complaint at E 307th. I spoke with a male subject, Robert Leeper, who told me that he and his wife had received harassing phone calls from a New York telephone number. No suspect information was available at time of report.

10 05/18/13 19: RAFFURTY RD, PLEASANT HILL On May 18, 2013 I conducted an investigation of a female subject talking to her self at S Raffurty road. Upon arrival I made contact with a female subject, identified as Celeste Heeney, who made statements leading me to believe she was experiencing hallucinations. Ms. Heeney was transported by EMS to Cass Regional Medical Center. There was no apparent crime during this incident. 05/18/13 20: FRANKLIN DR, RAYMORE On May 18, 2013 I initiated an investigation of a Peace Disturbance in the area of 206 S Franklin, Raymore, MO. Upon arrival I spoke to a male subject and two female subjects who stated that each was disturbing the other's peace. Suspects have been identified and contacted in this incident. 05/19/13 00: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 05/19/2013 at approximately 0035 hours, I made contact with James R Jones at the Cass County Justice center on Cass County warrant. Upon arrival I spoke with a male subject, Mark Hayes. Mr. Hayes told me that two ATVs had been driving up and down 189th during the night. Suspects have been identified and contacted in this incident. 05/19/13 07: HUNTER RD, PECULIAR On at approximately 0816 hours I responded to S Hunter Road in reference to a stolen vehicle. Upon arrival I contacted Kraig Staton who stated someone had taken his 1998 black Ford F150 overnight. This case is ongoing at this time. 05/19/13 13: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On Sunday May 19th, 2013, at approximately 1516 hours, I made contact with McCall Balderston at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant (weekend warrant) for Driving While Revoked. Bond was set at $7, % cash or surety and a court date of June 6th, 2013 at 0900 hours was given. Reporting Deputy has nothing further at this time. 05/19/13 17: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On May 19, 2013, at approximately 1739 hours, I was dispatched to East 175th Street located in rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri. My investigation revealed that a non criminal domestic took place with no victims. 05/19/13 19: AERO DR, PECULIAR On Sunday, May 19, 2013 at approximately 1914 hours I was dispatched to S. Aero Dr, Peculiar, MO reference to a disturbance in progress. A Male subject, identified as Jeremy Short stated that the suspect was trespassing and causing a disturbance. No suspect has as of yet been identified. 05/19/13 21: STATE ROUTE D, CLEVELAND On May 19, 2013, I investigated a single vehicle motor vehicle collision on private property at South D hwy. A red Ford F-250 pick up truck struck a electric gate key pad post mount, while attempting to back into the driveway to turn around. There were no reported injuries.
