Johnson reported that the Cass County Court have refused to respond to his petition he had filed with the Cass County Courts. 09/16/13 10: TWIN OAKS DR, HARRISONVILLE On September 16, 2013 I conducted a residence check at 1000 Twin Oaks Drive Apartment 20, in reference to a subject with an active Felony Cass County warrant. Suspect was identified, placed into custody, and transported to the Cass County Jail. 09/16/13 11: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at 1130 hours, in Division 1 a suspect was remanded in custody case number 11CA-CR00206 and 11CA-CR00613 and 12CA-CR , Possession,Bond set at $10,000 each case, secured only,court date 0900 hours. I then transported the suspect to the Cass County Jail. 09/16/13 13: BLINKER LIGHT RD, HARRISONVILLE On September 16, 2013 I responded to S. Blinker Light Road, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to stealing. Mr. Larry Schuster reported that a package containing medications had been delivered to the property but can not be accounted for. Suspect has not been identified. 09/16/13 14: BLINKER LIGHT RD, HARRISONVILLE On September 16, 2013, at approximately 1521 hours, I was dispatched to South Blinker Light Road located in rural Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to an exparte violation. Brooke Reed told me that a subject had been trying to contact her even though she has an active exparte against him. A suspect has been identified. 09/16/13 14: ST ST, CREIGHTON On September 16, 2013, at approximately 1413 hours, I was dispatched to East 331st Street in reference to an aggressive dog on the property. After a brown dog bit the back of my left thigh, I attempted to coerce the dog away from the residence. The dog then charged at me and I had no choice but to shoot the animal. The dog had no owner according the the reporting party. 09/16/13 14: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at 1445 hours, in Division 1, s suspect was remanded in custody case number 13CA-CR01032 for a Cass County Warrant, Possession,Bond set at $10,000 cash or surety,court date 1330 hours. I then transported the suspect to the Cass County Jail. 09/16/13 15: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at 1430 hours, in Division 1, a suspect was remanded in custody case number 08CA-CR , theft/stealing, sent to DOC treatment program. I then transported the suspect to the Cass County Jail. 09/16/13 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 9/21/2013 at approximately 1030 Hours, I made contact with Wayman, Lorne G. at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 12 CA-CR00566 for Assault. Bond was set at $4,000 and a court date of 9/24/2013 at 0900 hours was given. Reporting Deputy has nothing further at this time. 09/16/13 15: WAGNOR RD, GARDEN CITY On Monday, September 16, 2013 the vicitm James W. Banard reported the his rifle had been stolen from his residence on Wagnor Road without FORM his consent Press Reports = UPDATED

I then took a subject into custody on a Cass County warrant. They were then transported to the Cass County Jail. 09/16/13 16:25 JACKSON COUNTY, MO JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 09/16/13 at 1038 hours, I responded to the Jackson County,Mo Jail reference a warrant service. I then took a subject into custody on a Cass County warrant. They were then transported to the Cass County Jail. 09/16/13 16:37 BLUE SPRINGS PD, BLUE SPRINGS On 09/16/13 at 1328 hours, I responded to the Blue Springs City Jail reference a warrant service. The subject was then transported to the Cass County Jail. 09/16/13 18:59 307TH STREET, GARDEN CITY On September 16, 2013, I investigated a motor vehicle collision on 307th Street west of State Route F in rural Garden City, Missouri. The driver, Steven D. Harris rolled his 1993 Toyota truck into the ditch. There were no report injuries. 09/16/13 22: BROOKHART DR, HARRISONVILLE On September 16, 2013, I investigated a report of suspicious activity that occurred at S. Brookhart Drive in rural Harrisonville, Missouri. The reporting party, Larry R. Bechtel is reporting his horse has unusual cuts on it's body. 09/17/13 00: MAIN STREET, GRANDVIEW On September 17, 2013, I responded to the Grandview City Jail located at 1200 Main Street in Grandview, Missouri for a prisoner transport. I arrested Christopher G. Myers, W/M, on a Cass County speeding warrant (#13-CAFTA-892) with a $ cash only bond. Mr. Myers was transported to the Cass County Jail for booking. 09/17/13 06:54 INT ST RT 7 / ST RT P, PLEASANT HILL On May 31st, 2013, Deputy A. Patrick, #671, wrote a summons with an invalid court date. The summons was ultimately dismissed/voided. 09/17/13 10:10 P/FUNKHOUSER RD, On September 17, 2013 I responded to the area of P Highway and Funkhouser Road in reference to a property damage motor vehicle accident. Mr. Andrew Jones reported a two vehicle motor vehicle accident with no injuries reported. 09/17/13 10: ND ST, HARRISONVILLE On September 17, 2013 I responded to E. 232nd Street, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a civil matter. Mr. Thomas Radmacher reported a large amount of copper had been taken from his property. Suspect has been identified. 09/17/13 17:06 SB 49/NORTH CASS PKWY, BELTON On at approximately 1712 hours I responded to I-49 and State Route C in reference to property damage to a vehicle. Upon arrival I contacted Justin Vanderpool who stated a subject in a gray BMW had thrown something out the window and hit his truck. 09/17/13 19: BLINKER LIGHT RD, HARRISONVILLE On September 17, 2013, I investigated a report of harassment that occurred at S. Blinker Light Road in rural Harrisonville, Missouri. A suspect has been identified in this incident. 09/17/13 19: RD ST, PLEASANT HILL On Monday, September 16, 2013 I investigated a report of violation of court order at East 203rd, Pleasant Hill, Missouri. I contacted a male subject who said he was planning on updating the information at his next registration date. The subject has been identified. 09/18/13 00: STATE ROUTE J, PECULIAR On September 18, 2013 at about 0013 hours, I was dispatched to State Route J Highway in reference to a possible disturbance. Upon arrival I contacted Ms. Katherine A. Bowen who said that she had been in a verbal argument with the suspect. Both parties said that no assault or threats occurred. There was no apparent crime during this incident. 09/18/13 14:39 BUCHANAN COUNTY JAIL, ST JOE On 09/18/13 at 0950 hours, I responded to the Buchanan County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took a subject into custody on a Cass County warrant. The subject was then transported to the Cass County Jail. 09/18/13 14:59 KAUFFMAN/275, EAST LYNNE On Wednesday September 18th, 2013, at approximately 1456 hours, I conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Kauffman Road and 275th Street. A white male was written four summons and released at the scene. 09/18/13 18: RD, BELTON On Thursday, September 19th 2013, I was dispatched to 7001 E. 163rd Street, the Belton Police Department, in regards to a subject in their custody with a Cass County warrant. Mark L. Shaddox w/m was arrested on a Cass County warrant for Driving while revoked with a bond of $5, cash or surety.

Upon arrival I took custody of Williams, Shawn E. b/m, and transported him to the Cass county Jail. 09/18/13 22:24 155/GRAHAM, PLEASANT HILL On September 18, 2013, at approximately 2250 hours, I investigated a disturbance that occurred on Graham Road and 155th Street, Pleasant Hill, Missouri. My investigation revealed that no apparent crime occurred in Cass County, Missouri. 09/19/13 00: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On September 19th, 2013, I assisted the Jackson County Sheriff s Office Sex Offender Registration Enforcement (S.O.R.E.) Unit, Detective J. Shipley #81; with a suspect who has failed to register as a sex offender, under section , RSMo. This investigation is still ongoing. 09/19/13 06:41 D/259, CLEVELAND On Thursday September 19th 2013 I investigated a 1 car motor vehicle crash involving a 2011 Kia Sorento near the intersection of St. Rt. D and 259th. A cause of the crash has been determined. 09/19/13 09: SUNRISE DR, BELTON On Thursday September 19th 2013 I conducted a theft from a motor vehicle that occurred at Sunrise Dr. in rural Belton. No suspect has been identified at this time. 09/19/13 11: SHERWOOD RD, PLEASANT HILL On Thursday September 19th 2013 I was dispatched to S Sherwood Road rural Pleasant Hill Missouri in regards to a possibly stolen dog. I contacted Diana L Slater and determined the incident is a civil matter after contacting the other subject involved in the situation. 09/19/13 12: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday September 19th, 2013 at approximately 1210 hours I was dispatched to 2501 west Mechanic Street in reference to threats. Upon arrival I made contact with Holder, Blake W/M. A suspect had been identified in this case. 09/19/13 12:13 SB49 S OF 58, BELTON 09/19/13 12: E ST, CREIGHTON On Thursday September 19th 2013 I was dispatched to the lobby of the Sheriff's Office in regards to a walk in report of stealing. I contacted Deanna M Taylor an employee of Century 21 real estate who was reporting the theft for the home owner Logs Reo Services out of Bannock Burn Illinois. Ms. Taylor reported that the residential A/C unit was taken from the south side of the house. There is no suspect information at this time. 09/19/13 14: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 09/19/2013 at approximately 1641 hours, I made contact with Rosemary A Staten, at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Mrs. Staten Cass County warrant# 13CA-CR01137, Bond was set at $10, Cash Only, with a court date of 09/26/2013 at 0900 hours was given.

5 09/19/13 14: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday September 19, 2013 at about 1547 hours, I was dispatched to the Sheriff s Office Lobby in regards to a walk-in report. Dispatch further advised that the reporting party wanted to report the whereabouts of a missing person. 09/19/13 17: STATE ROUTE 7, GARDEN CITY On Thursday September 19th, 2013 at approximately 1738 hours I was dispatched to State Route 7 Highway in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival I made contact with Stonecipher, Paula J., W/F. Suspects have been identified in this case. 09/19/13 17: OUTER RD, ARCHIE On , at approximately 1758 hrs, I responded to 502 SW Outer Road in reference to a subject with parole violation warrant through the Missouri Department of Corrections. The subject was taken into custody for the warrant as well as possession of marijuana, resist arrest and felon in possession of a firearm. 09/19/13 18:35 RAYTOWN CITY JAIL, RAYTOWN On 09/19/13 at 1430 hours, I responded to the Raytown City Jail reference a warrant service. I then took a subject into custody on a Cass County warrant, they were then transported to the Cass County Jail. 09/19/13 19:14 NORTH LAKE, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday, at approximately 1914 hours I was dispatched to 239th and Lake Road Harrisonville Missouri in reference to a person that fell out of a vehicle. Upon arrival on scene at the North Lake Parking lot, I discovered that an assault has occurred in the parking lot and continued on Lake Road. A suspect has been identified in this case. 09/19/13 20: RD ST, BELTON On Thursday, September 19th, 2013 at approximately 2255 hours, I conducted a warrant arrest at the Belton Police Department, located at 7001 East 163rd Street in Belton, Missouri. The male subject was placed into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail. The male subject was given a court date of September 30th, 2013 at 0900 hours in Cass County Courts and a bond of $ Cash or Surety. 09/20/13 04: SHERWOOD RD, PLEASANT HILL On September 20, 2013, at approximately 0439 hours, Cass County Sheriff Deputies conducted a residence check at South Sherwood Road, Pleasant Hill, Missouri, in an attempt to arrest a male subject who has an active State of Missouri parole violation warrant. The male subject fled on foot and is still at-large. 09/20/13 06:23 E/171, PLEASANT HILL On September 20, 2013, at approximately 0638 hours, I assisted with expiring a deer that had been struck by a vehicle near 171st Street and State Route E, Pleasant Hill, Missouri. 09/20/13 11: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 09/20/2013, at approximately 1146 Hours, I made contact with Russell, Kolten Clyde W/M at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. Upon arrival I contacted Nicholas Lueck who stated he had loaned his truck to the suspect two days ago and they had not returned it. He then contacted Eckert's Tow to respond and pick up his truck. 09/20/13 17: MORRISON RD, RAYMORE On September 20, 2013 at about 1922 hours, I was dispatched to 304 S. Morrison in reference to a fraud. Upon arrival I contacted the victim Ms. Monica D. Tripp who said that she believes that she has fell victim to a scam. 09/20/13 22: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 09/20/2013 at approximately 2000 hours, I made contact with Aaron A. Caponetto at the Cass County Justice center on Cass County Court Ordered Arrest. 09/20/13 22: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On Friday, September 20,2013 at approximately 2238 hours I was dispatched to East 235th Street, Harrisonville, Missouri reference to a report of Burglary. I contacted Ralph Kasper who said that someone broke into his residence. A suspect has not been identified. 09/20/13 22:50 B HIGHWAY/CANTRELL, ARCHIE On September 20, 2013 at approximately 2245 hours, I was dispatched to B highway and Cantrell east of Archie, Missouri, reference a motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival I made contact with Collin Lewis who told me that he had crashed his Ford Ranger near the intersection of Cantrell and B highway. There was no apparent crime during this incident. 09/20/13 23: STATE ROUTE Y, BELTON On September 20, 2013 at about 2355 I was dispatched to State Highway Y in reference to a motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival I contacted Mr. Hunter J. Collins W/M, who said that he know who had driven off the road and

Collins W/M, who said that he know who had driven off the road and struck two mail boxes and three street signs with his car, a suspect was identified. 09/21/13 01:41 BENNETT RD, FREEMAN On September 21, 2013 I was dispatched to Bennett road south of 2 highway, reference a motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival I observed a blue Mini-cooper overturned in the road. A male subject left the scene of the accident. A suspect was identified, located and placed in custody. 09/21/13 03: SHARI DR, PECULIAR On September 21, 2013, I investigated a reported disturbance located at 222 Shari Drive #C in Peculiar, Missouri. Suspect was arrested and transported to the Cass County Jail for booking. 09/21/13 10: MAIN ST, WEST LINE On Saturday, September 21st, 2013, at approximately 1031 hours I was dispatched to 307 N. Main Street Westline Missouri in regards to a report of a possible death. I then conducted an investigation into the death of an 86 year old white male. 09/21/13 12: MADISON STREET, RAYMORE On at approximately 1251 hours I responded to 924 S Madison Street outside of Raymore, MO in reference to a domestic assault. Upon arrival I contacted Andrea Curttright who stated the suspect assaulted her on Both subjects were later taken into custody for domestic assault. 09/21/13 16: TH ST, CLEVELAND On Saturday, September 21, 2013 at approximately 1831 hours I was dispatched to 3207 East 247th Street, Cleveland, Missouri reference a report of stealing. I contacted Richard Johnston who told me that money had been stolen from him. A suspect has been identified. 09/21/13 17: ST ST, PECULIAR On September 21, 2013 at approximately 1735 hours, I was dispatched to East 251st Street located in rural Peculiar, Missouri in reference to a unknown disturbance. My investigation revealed that Kallie A. Williams was assaulted. A suspect was arrested and transported to the Cass County Jail. 09/21/13 18: MADISON STREET, RAYMORE On at approximately 1808 hours I was at 924 S Madison Street outside of Raymore, MO when I was contacted by Jeffrey Vehige who stated he had lost one of the license plates from his 1991 Nissan Truck. A report was taken to document the loss. 09/21/13 19: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1925 hours, I served a Cass County warrant to Travis W. Baldwin at the Cass County Jail. 09/22/13 02:32 I-49, PECULIAR On September 22, 2013 at about 0235 hours, I was dispatched to south bound I-49 near 195th street in reference to a vehicle blocking the road. Upon arrival I contacted the driver and she was arrested for driving while intoxicated, suspect was identified.

8 09/22/13 14: STATE ST, DREXEL On Sunday, September 22nd, 2013, at approximately 1447 hours I was dispatched to 120 South 2nd Street, the Drexel Police Department, in regards to meeting with a subject who wished to file a report for property damage. I made contact with Jaimie C. Nichols w/f who reported that the suspect kicked and hit her car causing two dents in the metal just about the rear passenger windows. 09/22/13 14:57 10 LOCH LLOYD PKWY, VILLAGE OF LOCH LLOY On at approximately 1524 hours I responded to 10 E Loch Lloyd Parkway outside of Belton, MO in reference to a trespassing investigation. Upon arrival I contacted Rodney Rego who stated the suspect had trespassed onto his property and yelled at him and his fiance. Summons were issued to the suspect in this case. 09/22/13 15: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 09/20/13 at approximately 1642 hours, I made contact with Robert E. Sanders III at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant #12CA-CR , bond amount $25, cash only. 09/22/13 15: HWY/150 HWY, LEE'S SUMMIT On September 22, 2013 at approximately 1604 hours, I was dispatched to 291 Highway and 150 Highway in reference to a prisoner transfer. A subject was arrested and transported to the Cass County Jail for an active warrant or non payment of child support. 09/22/13 17: PECULIAR DR, PECULIAR On at approximately 1857 hours I responded to 2501 W Mechanic Street in Harrisonville, MO in reference to a walk in assault investigation. Upon arrival I contacted Kelsey Shafer who stated she was assaulted by a friend at S Peculiar Drive in Peculiar, MO. 09/22/13 18: JERRY, RAYMORE On September 22, 2013 at about 1855 hours, I was dispatched to 1409 N. Jerry Lane in reference to a person who wants to commit suicide. Upon arrival I contacted the victim, Mr. James L. Dowler, W/M who said that he wanted to go to a hospital. 09/22/13 19: WASHINGTON, EAST LYNNE On Sunday, September 22, 2013 at approximately 1904 hours I was dispatched to 505 Washington, East Lynne, Missouri reference a report of an attempted burglary. I contacted Bradley Teeter who said someone attempted to gain entry into his neighbor's house. A suspect has not been identified. 09/22/13 21:37 SB 49/170, PECULIAR On September 23, 2013 at about 2136 hours, I observed a tan, 1997 Toyota Camry traveling south on I-49. I observed the vehicle traveling approximately 25 miles per hour in a 70 mile per hour zone, with a left turn signal flashing. I stopped the vehicle and contacted the driver who was arrested for driving while revoked and driving while intoxicated.
