1 01/15/18 10: TH TER, ARCHIE On at approximately 1021 hours, I was dispatched to E. 317th terrace in rural Harrisonville, Missouri in regards to a report of stealing. I spoke with the victim, Thompson, Lisa who stated that the Missouri license plates from her 2000 Ford Windstar had been stolen. No suspect information is available at this time. 01/15/18 11:02 BELTON PD, BELTON On January 17, 2018 I conducted a prisoner transfer from Belton Police Department to the Cass County Jail. I took custody of James B. Gaug Jr, w/m, on his active Cass County warrant for violation of a order of protection. Mr. Gaug was transported to the Cass County Jail. 01/15/18 13:03 SB 49/S OF PEC, On January 15, 2018 at approximately 1305 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop of a white in color 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix that was displaying plates that expired in April Jerry Pierce was placed into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail for processing. 01/15/18 14: JOHNSON RD, PLEASANT HILL On at approximately 1400 hours was dispatched to the area of 7 Hwy and P Hwy near Pleasant Hill, Missouri in regards to a welfare check for two subjects walking along the roadway. I made contact with the subjects and provided them with a courtesy ride back to her residence. 01/15/18 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE 01/15/18 15: MECHANIC ST, BELTON On 01/15/2018, at approximately 1550 Hours, I made contact with Travon Steverson Green at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served an Afterhours Cass County warrant for Count: 4 Stealing- $750 or More, Count: 5 Assault- 2nd Degree- Special Victim and Count: 6 Resisting/interfering with Arrest For a Felony. 01/15/18 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/15/2018, at approximately 1805 Hours, I made contact with Erica Lashawn Froster at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served an After hours Cass County warrant for Count 1) Stealing- $750 Or More, Count 2) Assault- 2nd Degree-Special Victim, and Count 3) Resisting Arrest/detention/stop By Fleeing- Creating a Substantial Risk of Serious Injury/death to Any Person. 01/15/18 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/15/2018 at approximately 1950 hours Deputies responded to the Cass County jail to escort and inmate to his cell. 01/15/18 20:01 FOXWOOD DR/JACKSON, RAYMORE On Monday January 15, 2017 I responded to the intersection of Jackson south of Foxwood in Raymore, Missouri to assist the Raymore Police Department with a K9 Track for a subject that fled from a stolen auto. The track was met with negative results. 01/16/18 01: ST ST, BELTON On 01/16/2018, at approximately 0108 hours, I disovered a red 1994 Dodge Ram, with headlights on, in the parking lot of 7920 E 171st St, Belton. The license FORM plate 3000 did - Press not match Reports the = vehicle, UPDATED however the vehicle was parked in a safe

No owner was found for the vehicle. 01/16/18 02:12 2/VANBUREN, FREEMAN On 01/16/2018, at approximately 0212 hours, I discovered an abandon vehicle in the roadway at the junction of State Route 2 and Van Buren Rd. The vehicle was a 2003 Chevorlet Monte Carlo SS. After no contact with the registered owner was found to be possible, the vehicle was towed from the scene. 01/16/18 04:50 7 HWY/323RD ST, On 01/16/2018, at approximately 0450 hours I was dispatched to south bound 7 highway and the Truman Fiberglass Shop rural Garden City, Missouri, regarding a unknown injury motor vehicle accident. The driver was found and issued two summons for traffic. 01/16/18 04: ST ST, BELTON On 01/16/2018, at approximately 0454 hours, I responded to a call of property damage at 1101 E. 171st St, Belton. I arrived and noted that the glass door was broken out, the building was searched and cleared, and found to have no one inside. Security footage showed one suspect wearing a dark green coat, black face mask, one grey and orange glove, one black glove, and using a claw hammer with yellow handle to break the glass. 01/16/18 08: RD ST, FREEMAN On January 16, 2018 at approximately 0829 hours, I was dispatched to E. 293rd Street, Freeman, Missouri for a burglary and stolen vehicle. A white 2002 Chevy truck and tools were stolen from the residence belonging to Forrest Cockrell. No suspect information is available at this time. 01/16/18 09: REFORMATORY AVE, HUTCHINSON On at 0935 hours, I responded to the Hutchinson Kansas DOC reference a warrant service. I then took Kyle Thomas Neighbors into custody on Cass County warrant # 17CA-CR00207 for FTA Burglary-2nd Degree, bond $ cash only, Cass County warrant #17CA-CR00309 for FTA tampering With Motor Vehicle-1st Degree, bond $ % Cash only, Cass County warrant #17-CAFTA-957 FTA Peace Disturbance, bond $ Cash only, and Cass County warrant # 17-CAFTA-956 FTA Trespass, bond $ Cash only. Mr Neighbors was transported to the Cass County Jail. 01/16/18 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/16/2018 I took Duke, Clinton into custody to serve shock time. 01/16/18 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at 0820 hours I was contacted at the Cass County Sheriff's Office by Sarah Sierks. Mrs. Sierks was wishing to report property damage that occurred to her vehicle in the parking lot of the Cass County Sheriff's Office. A suspect has been identified. 01/16/18 13: TH ST, CLEVELAND 01/16/18 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/16/2018 at approximately 1822 hours I was dispatched to 2501 West Mechanic, Harrisonville, MO in reference to a report of exparte violation. A suspect was identified. 01/16/18 18:45 BELTON PD, BELTON On , at approximately 1330 hours, I came in contact with Melvin Morrison at the Cass County Jail reference to an active Cass County warrant. The warrant #18CA-CR00025 was issued for forgery. Bond was set at $4,000.00, 10% cash only. 01/16/18 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1845 hours, I overheard an Inmate at the Cass County Jail threaten to jump off the wall of his cell. Subject was assisted to the floor where he resisted Deputies and was placed in the restraint chair. 01/16/18 19: WEST OUTER RD, ARCHIE On 01/16/2018, at approximately 1931 hours, I responded to a call of harassment. I made phone contact with Steven T Runsik, w/m, who stated that he was being threatened by a party for having contact with Law Enforcement. A suspect has been identified in this case. 01/16/18 21:04 239TH/Y, PECULIAR On 01/16/2018, at approximately 2111 hours, I responded to a call of a red Chevrolet Aveo, Kansas license, off of the road at the intersection of 239th and State Route Y. Contact with the registered owner, Karl Hurst, was not able to be made as there was no driver on scene and all available contact information was insufficient. Skid marks stretched 129 feet southbound on State Route Y before tire tracks leave the road. The tire tracks cross 239th Street and lead to the vehicle's resting place on the south side of 239th St, against the trees, 306 feet from the first skid. Johnson's Tow recovered the vehicle and removed it from the scene. 01/16/18 21:14 MO 58 WEST/MO 291, RAYMORE On 01/16/2018, at approximately 2114 hours, I observed a red Chevrolet Malibu partially blocking the west bound lane of MO 58 west near MO 291. The vehicle was removed from the scene by J's Southland Tow Service. 01/17/18 08:17 CLAY COUNTY, LIBERTY On Friday January 19th, 2018, I arrested Stacy M. Meierer on an active Cass County warrant for failure to appear. Bond was set at $ % cash only and a court date of 03/01/2018 at 0900 hours was given. 01/17/18 10: TH CIR, BELTON On January 17, 2018 at approximately 1101 hours I spoke with George Green, w/m, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office regarding an online fraud. An informational report was taken. 01/17/18 11: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at approximately 1120 hours I was dispatched to respond to 2501 W. Mechanic St, Harrisonville, MO for a walk in report of stealing. Samantha Beruan stated her vehicle was stolen. A suspect has been identified and the vehicle has been recovered. 01/17/18 11: TH ST, NEW CENTURY On 01/17/2018, at approximately 1130 hours I took custody of David Ramos at Johnson County, Ks Jail. Mr Ramos was arrested on Cass County warrant 15CA-CR00762 for non-support. 01/17/18 12: WALNUT ST, CLEVELAND On January 17th, 2018 at approximately 1305 hours I was dispatched to 2501 West Mechanic, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a larceny. Upon arrival I made contact with Surratt, Samantha w/f My investigation revealed that this

Chadwick for a 911 hang up. Upon arrival, I made contact with Wade Shane who stated he got into an argument and was shoved. A suspect was identified. 01/18/18 07: RD ST, BELTON On Thursday, January 18, 2018 at approximately 1011 hours I conducted a prisoner transfer at the Belton Police Department. Rylan Breit was taken into custody on active Cass County warrant #18CA-CR00033 for one count of Domestic Assault - 2nd Degree and one count of Domestic Assault - 4th Degree on 1st or 2nd Offense. A bond of $5000 with 10% cash allowed and a court date of 03/01/18 at 0900 hours was provided. 01/18/18 08: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday, January 18, 2018 at approximately 0806 hours I conducted a follow up at E 245th St, Harrisonville, MO in reference to a follow up of a stolen vehicle. A different vehicle was located and a computer check revealed it to be stolen. The vehicle was recovered and towed to the Cass County Secure Lot for processing. A suspect has been identified. 01/18/18 11: MCCLAIN RD, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday 1/18/18 at approximately 1100 hours I responded to S. McClain Harrisonville Missouri in regards to a disturbance. Both parties agreed to separate with one party leaving the residence for at least the evening. 01/18/18 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/18/2018, at approximately 1345 hours, I took custody of Barbarick, Rusty in Div. IV court on Cass County warrant 14CA-CR00691 for probation violation. 01/18/18 15: BROOKRIDGE DR, HARRISONVILLE On 01/18/2018, at approximately 2145 hours, I responded to 207 Brookridge Drive, Harrisonville, in reference to a search warrant. A suspect was taken into custody in this incident for the Harrisonville Police Department. 01/18/18 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/18/2018, at approximately 1620 Hours, I made contact with John Knaus at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 18CA-CR00028 for DWI-Persistant. Bond was set at $ % cash only and a court date of 03/01/2018 at 0900 hours was given. 01/18/18 17:10 STATE ROUTE B EAST OF US49, ARCHIE On January 18, 2018 at about 1710 hours, I was informed of an accidental shooting that took place on State Route B Hwy east of US Interstate 49. The victim, Mr. Wylie Miller was transported to Bates County Memorial Hospital. The injury was reportedly a non life threatening injury. The victim was later transported to Saint Luke's Hospital Kansas City Mo for further treatment. 01/18/18 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/18/2018, at approximately 1744 Hours, I made contact with Joshua L. Harralston at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 17CA-CR00712 for Criminal Non-Suppor. I served Cass County Warrant 16CA-CR00167 for DWI-Alcohol-Aggravated Offender. 01/19/18 04:51 B/SHORT ST, CREIGHTON On 01/19/2018 at 0458 hours I was dispatched to B Hwy and Short street in Creighton in reference to an information call. Contact was made with Wanda Baumgarden W/F who advised she was having problems at home with her grandchildren. 01/19/18 06: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/19/2019 at approximately 0648 hours I was dispatched to E 220th St, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a death. Upon my arrival I made contact with the reporting party. 01/19/18 10:00 291/58, PLEASANT HILL On January 19, 2018 at approximately 1000 hours, I conducted an investigative vehicle stop at the Rush Hour Convenience Store at State 291 Highway and State Highway 58. Charles Bedford was placed into custody for felony probation violation, multiple warrants and driving while revoked. 01/19/18 13: HARRELSON DR, BELTON On January 19, 2018 at approximately 1325 hours, I was dispatched to S. Harrelson Drive, Belton, Missouri for a report of a stolen vehicle. A vehicle had been stolen from the Apple Bus Company and located by the Overland Park Police Department. 01/19/18 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 1/19/2018, at approximately 1401 Hours, I made contact with Matthew Eugene Drake at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 18CA-CR00015 for Domestic Assault - 3rd Degree. 01/19/18 14: ASH, BELTON On January 19, 2018 at approximately 1450 hours, I was dispatched to S. Ash Street Belton, Missouri for a report of threats. Andrew Rhodes reported receiving threats by telephone. 01/19/18 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/19/2018 at approximately 1846 hours I was dispatched to 2501 west Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, Missouri regarding a child custody issue. I made contact with a Lawrence G. Gonzales. He advised he was unable to get his children on his scheduled weekend. 01/19/18 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1845 hours, I came in contact with Edward J. Mallinson at the Cass County Jail reference to an active Cass County warrant. The after hours warrant was issed for felony stealing. Bond was set at $4,000.00, 10% cash only. 01/19/18 20:47 FCI-GREENVILLE ILLINOIS, GREENVILLE On , at approximatley 1500 hours, I arrested Leisa D. Hunsel w/f on a Cass County Warrant. I responded to the Federal Correction Institute in Greenville Illinois, and transported Mrs. Hunsel to the Cass County Jail. She was arrested on Cass County Warrant 17CA-CR01231.

6 01/19/18 22: PROSPECT AVE, BELTON On 01/19/2018, at approximately 2246 hours, I responded to a call for a check of welfare on a subject at S Prospect, Belton. I made contact with the subject, Jacob M Schulze w/m, stated that he ok and did not need assistance. Mr. Schulze was then left at the scene. 01/20/18 01: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/20/2018, at approximately 0110 Hours, I made contact with Michael T Banker, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 17CA-CR00863 for Distribution of a controlled substance. 01/20/18 05: MAIN ST, FORSYTH On 01/20/2018 I responded to the Taney County Jail located at 266 Main street Forsyth, Missouri in reference to a warrant arrest. Benjamin A. Jacks was arrested on an outstanding Cass County warrant and transported to the Cass County jail for processing. 01/20/18 07:00 CAMDEN COUNTY MO, On at 10:03 hours, I responded to the Camden County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Josiah William Oliver into custody on Cass County warrant #17CA-CR00798 for Possession of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana, bond $7,500 10% cash only, Mr Oliver was transported to the Cass County Jail. 01/20/18 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/20/2018 at 0921 hours, I responded to the Labette County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Luke D. Thompson into custody on Cass County warrant # 17CA-CR00213 for Burglary,2nd degree, bond $ , 10% cash only, Mr Thompson was transported to the Cass County Jail. 01/20/18 10:38 ROYAL/291, HARRISONVILLE On 01/20/20108 at approximately 1038 hours I conducted a traffic stop in the area of Royal and 291 highway, Harrisonville, Missouri. A computer records check of the driver revealed an active warrant out of Harrisonville Police Department. An arrest was made. 01/20/18 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1400 hours, I arrested Dakota Ryles at the Cass County for a Cass County Drug Court Violation per Judge Rumley. 01/20/18 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/20/2018 at approximately 1730 Hours, I made contact with Baron Spangler at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 17ca-cr00829 for Failure to Appear. 01/20/18 17: CLEVELAND AVE, CLEVELAND On January 20, 2018 at approximately 1738 hours, I was dispatched to the address of S. Cleveland Avenue in rural Cleveland, Missouri in reference to a possible disorderly subject. A subject was located and found to be in violation of a protection order. 01/20/18 17: WALKER RD, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday, January 20, 2018 at approximately 1811 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of South Walker Road in rural Harrisonville, Missouri in regards to a report of a disturbance. The occupants of the residence were contacted. The disturbance was found to be non-criminal in nature and no arrests were made.

7 01/20/18 21: MUNICIPAL CIR, RAYMORE On 01/20/2018, at approximately 2303 hours, I responded to 100 Municipal Cir., Raymore, for a Warrant Service. I made contact with Derek T Ford, w/m, and served him with Warrant 17CA-CR01176 for Accessory to Fraud. Bond was set at $ % cash only and a court date of 03/01/2018 at 0900 hours was issued. 01/21/18 03: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On 01/21/2018 at approximately 0332 hours I was dispatched to east 195th Street rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri, regarding a theft from a motor vehicle. I contacted the reporting party Mrs. Mccullough who advised her sons Jeep and her Ford F150 had items taken from them. It was determined items had been taken. There is no suspect at this time. 01/21/18 04: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/21/2018, at approximately 0410 Hours, I made contact with Jorge L. Hernandez-Sierra at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant After Hours Warrant for Fugitive from out of state. 01/21/18 10: TH ST, PECULIAR On 01/21/2018 at approximately 1013 hours I was dispatched to E 228th St, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon my arrival I made contact with Kristy Diggs. One suspect was identified. 01/21/18 10: WEST OUTER RD, HARRISONVILLE 01/21/18 11: STATE ROUTE 291, HARRISONVILLE On Sunday, January 21, 2018 at approximately 1134 hours, I conducted an investigation at the business of Randazzos Auto, located at South State Route 291 in Harrisonville, Missouri in regards to a report of suspicious activity. A male subject, identified as Thomas B. Reynolds, white male was taken in to custody on two active Cass County warrants. Mr. Reynolds is currently being held on a total bond of $ cash only. 01/21/18 12: WALKER RD, HARRISONVILLE On Sunday, January 21, 2018 at approximately 1259 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of South Walker Road in rural Harrisonville, Missouri in regards to a report of a disturbance. The occupants of the residence were contacted. The disturbance was found to be non-criminal in nature and no arrests were made. 01/21/18 13: ST ST, PLEASANT HILL On Sunday, January 21, 2018 at approximately 1455 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of East 171st Street in rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri in regards to a reported abandoned motor vehicle. The vehicle was later moved at the request of the owner by J's Southland Tow and transported to their secure facility. 01/21/18 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/21/2018, at approximately 1913 Hours, I made contact with Dawn Coleen Casey, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 17CA-CR00514 for DWI. 01/21/18 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/21/2018, at approximately 1820 Hours, I made contact with Bedford, James at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. One male subject was taken into custody on an active Lafayette County warrant. The male subject was then transported to the Cass County Jail. 01/21/18 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE voided report number see report number /21/18 21: W OUTER ROAD, ARCHIE On 01/21/2018, at approximately 2143 hours, I responded to 202 NW Outer Road Apt. 6, Archie, in reference to a prowler. My investigation revealed that property damage had occurred to a vehicle at the apartment building. No suspects have been identified at this time. 01/21/18 22: OAK ST, FREEMAN On January 21, 2018 at approximately 2218 I was dispatched to 305 Oak in Freeman, Mo in reference to a disturbance in progress. Upon arrival I spoke with Christina Novak who stated she had been in an argument with a female subject. There was no apparent crime during this argument. 01/21/18 22:22 ARCHIE HS, ARCHIE On 01/21/2018 at approximately 2220 hours I conducted a suspicious vehicle check at the Archie high school parking lot. The subject was found to be in possesion of marijuana and paraphernalia and was issued two summons.
