I served Cass County Warrant AFTER HOURS for Fugitive From Out of State. Bond was set at $10, Cash Only. I also served Cass County Warrant AFTER HOURS for Stealing - $750 Or More. Bond was set at $4, % Cash Only. 11/19/18 06: HORSE SHOE BND, CLEVELAND On Monday November 19, 2018 I responded to Horseshoe Bend in Cleveland, Missouri to assist the FBI with the apprehension of a subject involved in a Federal Investigation. The subject was taken into custody by Federal Agents without incident. 11/19/18 06:12 2/TWIN OAKS, HARRISONVILLE On Monday, November 19th, 2018, at approximately 0610 hours, I was traveling eastbound on State Route 2 Highway, in the area of Blinker Light Road, when I observed a tan 4-door car traveling westbound with it's passenger headlight out. Upon initiating a traffic stop, I contacted John Hobbs. I took Mr. Hobbs into custody on an active Lee's Summit warrant. 11/19/18 06: STATE ROUTE 2, FREEMAN On at approximately 0627 hours I was dispatched to hwy Freeman for a suspicious vehicle. Upon arrival I observed a gray in color mazada RX8 in the driveway covered in frost. A suspect has not been identified. 11/19/18 06: GRAY DR, PLEASANT HILL On Monday, November 19, 2018 at approximately 0650 hours I was dispatched to S. Gray Dr, Pleasant Hill, MO in reference to a report of burglary in progress. Christopher Rog stated a white female and black male subject attempted to break into a vehicle when the owner interrupted the action. The subjects fled in an early 2000's Ford F350 which was dark green in color. The suspects have not been identified. 11/19/18 07:08 LAFFOON RD / 247TH, CLEVELAND On 11/19/2018 at approximately 0740 hours, I was dispatched to the area of Laffoon Road and the intersection of 247th Street in Cleveland, in reference to a suspicious vehicle. I made contact with a male and female party identified as Gregory W. Lewis, W/M, and Jamie R. Lewis, W/F, who were occupying the suspicious vehicle. Mr. Lewis was released from the scene with a trespass warning. Mrs. Lewis was taken into custody for Possession of a Controlled Substance to be booked and released pending lab results. 11/19/18 09: STATE ROUTE 291, PLEASANT HILL On Monday, November 19, 2018 at approximately 0933 hours I was dispatched to S. State Route 291, Pleasant Hill, MO in reference to a report of stealing. Susan Newman, manager of the business, stated someone had cut the padlocks off the propane bottle containers and stole numerous tanks of propane. A suspect has not been identified. 11/19/18 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0955 Hours, I made contact with Nikkiva Erionna Morrow, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant #16-CA-CR01117 for Receiving Stolen Property Repealed /19/18 10: WINDRIDGE RD, PECULIAR On 11/19/2018 at approximately 1100 hours, I was dispatched to the Cass County Sheriff's Office in regards to a walk in report of stealing. Upon arrival, I made contact with Frances McCullough W/F who reported packages stolen from her

No suspects have been identified. 11/19/18 13: PRAIRIE LANE, RAYMORE On at 1335 hours, I arrived at 1312 N. Prairie Lane, Raymore, MO in reference to a burglary. Albert Schoessel reported that between 1900 hours on and 1230 hours on today's date, unknown person(s) broke into his shed and stole a Kawasaki motorcycle. He also reported a game trail camera that was located outside by the shed was stolen also. There are no suspects at this time. 11/19/18 14: CORNITH RD, CLEVELAND On 11/19/2018 at approximately 1456 hours, I was dispatched to Cornith Road in regards to a burglary report. Upon arrival, I made contact with Christopher M. Titus W/M who reported several tools missing from his residence that's under construction. No suspects have been identified. 11/19/18 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On November 19th 2018 I was contacted at the Cass County Sheriff's Office by Jerry T Turner in regards to a Cass County warrant for his arrest. Mr Turner's warrant was served and Mr Turner was taken into custody and processed. While processing Mr Turner I discovered that he also had an extraditable warrant out of Bentonville Arkansas, the warrant was confirmed and a fugitive from out of state warrant application was completed and sent to the Prosecutor's Office for review. 11/19/18 14:39 ELLA / 5TH STREET, BELTON On 11/19/2018 at approximately 1440 hours, I conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Ella Street and 5th Street in Belton for a license plate violation. The drivex was taken into custody after a narcotics K-9 alerted on the vehicle for multiple offenses. A passenger identified as Colton B. Edwards, W/M was taken into custody on outstanding warrants for another agency. 11/19/18 15: ST ST, CLEVELAND On at 1536 hours, I made contact with Ruth Smith who reported that a neighbor who lives south of her sets off explosives that make a lot of noise and rattles her house. She stated that it usually occurs 2 times a week. The neighbor was identified but contact has not been made at the time of this report. 11/19/18 15: STATE ROUTE 7, GARDEN CITY On Monday, November 19, 2018 at approximately 1548 hours I was dispatched to State Route 7, Garden City, MO in reference to a disturbance in progress. Cindy Jones stated she was assaulted by a family member. 3 11/20/18 12:35 PHONE CALL ONLY, UNKNOWN On I contacted Wire, Daniel K w/m via the phone. Mr. Wire reported check fraud, as two of his checks were cashed without his consent. Two suspects have been identified. 11/20/18 14: WARD RD, RAYMORE On 11/20/2018 at approximately 1415 hours, I was dispatched to the area of Ward Road North of MO 58 in regards to a motor vehicle crash. I located the vehicle involved and made contact with Cheryl K. Vannice who stated she had struck a mailbox and that she was not injured. 11/20/18 15: LAKE CITY RD, BUCKNER On 11/20/2018, at approximately 1643 hours, I made contact with Matthew L. Boughton at East Lake City Road on a Cass County warrant. I contacted the male driver who identified himself as Zachary S. Taylor, w/m, was determined to have active warrant #14CA-DR00250 for Failure to Appear on Civil Contempt with a court date of 01/07/19 and a bond of $500 cash only with a court date of 01/07/19 at 0900 hours, warrant # 17BS-CR00883 for Failure to Appear on Resisting/Interference with Arrest with a bond of $500 cash only, warrant # 17BS-CR00883 for Failure to Appear on Fail to Yield to Emergency Vehicle Sounding Siren and Displaying Red/Blue Lights with a bond of $500 cash only, warrant #17BS-CR00883 for Failure to Appear on Exceeded Posted Speed Limit with a bond of $400 cash only, warrant #17BS-CR00942 for Failure to Appear on Driving While Suspended/Revoked with a bond of $200 cash only and no court dates assigned through Bates County. Also, active warrant # for Domestic Assault through Raymore Police Department with a bond of $500 cash only and no court date assigned. The driver was issued summons # for Driving While Suspended/Revoked and summons # for Exceeding the Posted Speed Limit with a court date of 01/22/19 assigned for each summons. The male subject was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County jail for processing. 11/20/18 17: STATE ROUTE 7, GARDEN CITY On Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at approximately 1752 hours I was dispatched to State Route 7, Garden City, MO in reference to a report of stealing. Richard Jones stated several prescription medications were stolen. A suspect has been identified. 11/20/18 21: MCCLAIN RD, HARRISONVILLE On November 20, 2018, I was dispatched to South McClain Road, Harrisonville for a disturbance no longer in progress. Upon my arrival, I made contact with Justin Taylor, w/m, who alleged he was assaulted. Suspects have been identified. 11/21/18 11: LYNE AVE, RAYMORE On 11/21/2018, at approximately 1132 hours, I responded to a disturbance call at 905 N Lyne Ave, Raymore. I served Cass County warrant 16CA-CR00939 for Failure to appear non-suppont, total arrears in excess of 12 monthly payments. 11/21/18 15:46 CARNEGIE/RR CROSSING, BELTON On November 21, 2018 I conducted a pedestrian check on a white male walking on the railroad tracks near Carnagie Street in Belton, Missouri. The male was arrested for trespassing. 11/21/18 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , I was dispatched to the Lobby of the Sheriff s Office regarding a party wishing to make a police report. Upon my arrival, I contacted Hixon, Shelby L. w/f who explained that she learned a credit card(s) have been opened under her information without her consent. The suspect has been identified. 11/21/18 17:10 PROSPECT AVE/MCDONALDS, BELTON On 11/21/2018 at approximately 1710 hours, the Criminal Apprehension Unit conducted a traffic stop on N. Prospect Avenue near McDonald St. The driver was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail. 11/21/18 20: WALKER RD, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday 11/21/2018 at approximately 2030 hours, I was dispatched to S. Walker Road in reference to a domestic disturbance. I contacted the reporting party when I arrived who stated a verbal altercation had occurred between her and her ex-husband. 11/22/18 00: HAMILTON LANE, BELTON On November 22, 2018 at approximately 0041 hours, the Cass County Criminal Apprehension Unit attempted to stop a maroon in color Ford F150 with an unlicensed trailer in the area of Cambridge and Cedar Street in Belton, Missouri. The vehicle failed to stop and a pursuit ensued. The truck and trailer were towed after finding the vehicle unoccupied in the area of 3700 block of Meadow, Kansas City, Missouri. 11/22/18 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 11/22/2018, at approximately 1020 Hours, I made contact with Shawn Swafford at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant AFTER HOURS WARRANT for Fugitive From Out Of State. Bond was set at $10,000 cash only and a court date of 01/24/2019 at 0900 hours was given. 11/22/18 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1603 Hours, I made contact with Sean Christopher Dale, WM, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on Cass County warrants. I served Cass County warrant 18CA-CR The total bond was set at $15, cash only bond and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 11/22/18 11: STATE ST, DREXEL On 11/22/2018, at approximately 1132 hours, I responded to 108 N State St, Drexel, for an assault. I arrived and made contact with 2 parties on scene. No suspects have been identified. 11/22/18 19: LUCCA LN, PECULIAR On Thursday 11/22/2018 at approximately 1924 hours, I responded to Lucca Lane in Peculiar Missouri to serve a Cass County Warrant. Upon my arrival I took Hugo Morales into custody for Cass County Warrant #18CA-CR00963 for Possession of controlled substance, Driving while intoxicated, Possession of marijuana, and Possession of Drug paraphernalia. Bond was at $ % cash only. Mr. Morales was transported to the jail for further processing. 11/22/18 19: STATE ROUTE N, GARDEN CITY On Thursday, November 22nd, 2018, at approximately 1940 hours, I was dispatched to S State Route N, Garden City, for a report of harassment. On scene I contacted Charlotte Hall, and determined no criminal action had occurred. A report was taken on the incident. 11/22/18 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 11/22/2018 at approximately 2045 hours I assisted EMS by following an ambulace transporting an Inmate an undetermined hospital. EMS arrived and I left the hospital at 2110 hours. Inmate was released from the hospital at 0020 hours. I left the back en route to the Cass County Jail with Inmate in custody at 0025 hours, arriving at the Jail at 0040 hours. 11/23/18 00: PRAIRIE LANE, RAYMORE On Friday 11/23/2018 at approximately 0041 hours, I was dispatched to 421 S. Prairie Lane in regards to a party refusing to leave. During my investigation, I discovered an assault had occurred and a suspect was taken into custody. 11/23/18 06: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0630 hours, I came in contact with Michael E. Vickers at the Cass County Jail as he turned himself in on an active Cass County warrant. The warrant # was issued for fail to display plates. Bond was set at $250.00, cash only. 11/23/18 07: TH STREET, CLEVELAND On , at 0733 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop at 1201 E. 215th Street, Cleveland. It was determined the vehicle had been stolen. The driver was taken in to custody and being held pending the issue of a warrant for possession of stolen property. 11/23/18 10: TH ST, GARDEN CITY On 11/23/2018 at approximately 1004 hours, I was dispatched to contact Darrin R. Swigart via telephone in regards to a stealing report where he reported a log splitter stolen from East 299th Street. No suspects have been identified. 11/23/18 10: TH ST, CLEVELAND On 11/23/2018 at approximately 1047 hours, I was dispatched to 105 S. 5th Street in Cleveland, MO in reference to a check the welfare call. The subjects in question were contacted. During my investigation, I contacted Todd A. Walker, W/M was taken into custody on Cass County warrant 18CA-CR00761 for Domestic Violence - 4th Degree - 1st or 2nd Offense with a bond of $2, % Cash allowed. Mr. Walker was transported to the Cass County jail.

6 11/23/18 13: HORN RD, HARRISONVILLE On at 1316 hours, I met with John Tomlinson, wm, in the lobby of Cass County Sheriff's Office, 2501 W. Mechanic St., Harrisonville, MO in reference to a residence that his girlfriend owns being burglarized. Mr. Tomlinson advised that the burglarized residence's address was S. Horn Rd., Harrisonville, MO. Mr. Tomlinson identified the owner of the residence as Gilda Nipper, wf. Mr. Tomlinson did not have a time frame of when the burglary occurred. A suspect was identified. 11/23/18 14: ST STREET, BELTON On 11/23/2018 at approximately 1450 hours, I was dispatched to Snead's BBQ located at 1001 E 1st Street in Belton, MO for a report of a theft from a motor vehicle. The victim was identified as Sherry C. Siscoe, W/F. The victim reported miscelaneous items being stolen from inside the vehicle. No suspect has been identified at this time. 11/23/18 15: TER, BELTON On at 1605 hours, I arrived at 7703 E. 201st Terr., Belton, MO in reference to a dog bite. The victim of the dog bite, Cindy Pickert, wf, had already left the scene before my arrival to seek medical treatment. Contact was made with Andrew Mills, wm, the owner of the dog. During the contact, Mr. Mills was arrested for an active Jackson County Missouri warrant and transported to Cass County Jail. The Jackson county warrant number was # for FTA non moving violation with a $ % or surety bond. 11/23/18 15: DONAHUE RD, PECULIAR On , at 1545 hours, I responded to S. Donahue Ln, Peculiar, in regard to a disturbance. I contacted Ericka Crigger w/f and Monique Vannattan w/f, who advised they were involved in a verbal argument. Nothing criminal occurred and both parties advised they would remain separated. 11/23/18 17:00 JACKSON COUNTY, KANSAS CITY On at 1900 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Missouri Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Garrett T Mcavoy into custody on Cass County warrant # 18-CFTA-1654 for Failure To Appear, bond $15, % Cash Only, Mr Mcavoy was transported to the Cass County Jail. 11/23/18 17: PIONEER ST, GARDEN CITY On Friday, November 23, 2018 at approximately 1748 hours I was dispatched to 112 Pioneer St, Garden City, MO in reference to a report of trespass in progress. Jaclyn Haidsiak stated a person known to her entered her residence without permission. Subject was released to Jackson County Mo Jail. 11/23/18 20:54 80 OLD 7 HWY, GARDEN CITY On 11/23/2018, at approximately 2054 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop in the parking lot of 80 Old 7 Hwy, Garden City. My investigation uncovered a domestic assault that had recently occurred in the apartment complex. Preston Ballard, M/W, was assaulted and a suspect has been identified. 11/24/18 08:40 OLD 7/2ND, GARDEN CITY On November 24, 2018 the Criminal Apprehension Unit conducted a traffic stop on a black Ford Focus near the intersection of Old 7 Highway and 2nd Street in Garden City, Missouri for no front license plate. School Rd., Raymore, MO for a welfare check. Contact was made with Johnnie Smith, bm, and juvenile,ds. Everything was okay. 11/24/18 10: STATE ROUTE D, CLEVELAND On 11/24/2018 at approximately 1048 hours, I was dispatched to the Cass County Sheriff s Office in regards to a walk in report of stealing. Upon arrival, I made contact with Derek A. Frasier W/M and Annemarie E. Frasier W/F who reported checks stolen. 11/24/18 13: BENNETT RD, FREEMAN On at 1338 hours, I arrived at S. Bennett Rd., Freeman, MO in reference to check the welfare. As I arrived on, Freeman EMS left the residence, transporting Frederic Dillon to a hospital. My investigation revealed that nothing criminal had occurred. 11/24/18 15: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On Saturday, November 24, 2018 at approximately 1529 hours I was dispatched to E. 155th St, Pleasant Hill, MO in reference to a report of a para-sailor accident. Larry Thielen was assisted by Emergency Medical Services and transported to a medical facility for further evaluation. I contacted Zachary Zumwalt who was arrested for an active Miami County warrant #2018-TR , with a bond amount of $ cash or surety. 11/24/18 17:34 LEE'S SUMMIT PD, LEE'S SUMMIT On 11/26/2018, I arrested Rebecca D. Parrish, W/M, on one Cass County Warrant. I responded 120 SW M-150 Hwy, Lee s Summit, MO and transported Ms. Parrish to the Cass County Jail. She was arrested on Cass County Warrant 18-CAFTA /24/18 17:41 7 / THUNDER, CREIGHTON On 11/24/2018 at approximately 1740 hours, I was dispatched to the area of 7 Highway and Thunder Road, in Creighton in reference to an injury motor vehicle accident. Upon my arrival I assisted the Missouri State Highway Patrol as they took the initial crash report. 11/24/18 17:43 STATE RT 7, GARDEN CITY On 11/24/2018 at approximately 1743 hours, I was dispatched to the area of State Highway 7 and Chandler Road in regards to a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival, I located the vehicle and made contact with Linda R. Duryea W/F who stated she was not injured. Ms. Duryea stated her tire blew out causing her to lose control of the vehicle and run off the road. 11/24/18 18:41 N SCOTT ANNEX/N SCOTT, BELTON On 11/24/2018 the Criminal Apprehension Unit conducted a traffic stop on N. Scott Avenue near North Scott Annex. The driver was taken into custody and the passenger was released without charge.

I served Cass County after hours warrant for Domestic Assault-2nd Degree. 11/24/18 20: FIR ST, GARDEN CITY On 11/24/2018, at approximately 2021 hours, I responded to 508 Fir Street, Garden City, reference a welfare check. A female party was contacted and ok. 11/24/18 22: CEDAR, BELTON On November 24, 2018 I conducted a traffic stop on a silver Volkswagen in the parking lot of Price Chopper located at 109 Cedar Street, Belton, Missouri for careless and imprudent driving. The driver was arrested for driving while revoked, possession of drug paraphernalia, and open container. 11/25/18 00:07 KAUFFMAN/255, HARRISONVILLE On Sunday November 25, 2018 at approximately 0010 hours, I was dispatched to the area of Kauffman road and 255th street. In reference to a rollover motor vehicle accident. No injuries were apparent during this incident and the vehicle was towed due to damage. 11/25/18 00:21 SB 49/COMMERCIAL, HARRISONVILLE On 11/25/2018 the Criminal Apprehension Unit conducted a traffic stop on I-49 SB near Mechanic St. The driver fled and was taken into custody after a brief pursuit. 11/25/18 08: STATE ROUTE 2, HARRISONVILLE On 11/25/2018 at approximately 0830 hours, I was dispatched to East State Route 2 in regards to threats. Upon arrival, I made contact with Donella C. Leighr W/F who reported a white truck pulled into her driveway and was threatened by the occupants. 11/25/18 09: STATE ROUTE 7, PLEASANT HILL On Sunday, November 25, 2018 at approximately 0918 hours I was dispatched to State Route 7, Pleasant Hill, MO in reference to a report of property damage. Hannah Pruett stated her mailbox had been struck by an unknown vehicle. Vehicle parts were recovered with no suspect identified. 11/25/18 09: HARPER RD, PECULIAR On at 0946 hours, I arrived at S. Harper Rd., LC Briggs Turf Farm, and made contact with part owner Lawrence Briggs, wm. Mr. Briggs requested that a report be made on cattle getting out of a pasture and onto growing sod. The cattle owner has been identified. 11/25/18 14:29 NB 49/MM170, HARRISONVILLE On 11/25/2018 at approximately 1429 hours, I was dispatched to the area of Northbound 49 Highway in the area of Mile Marker 170 in regards to a vehicle that slid off the roadway and struck the cable barrier. Upon my arrival, moderate damage was discovered on the vehicle and the driver reported minor injuries to his left hand. The driver refused medical treatment on scene. 11/25/18 15:14 NB 49/MM170, PECULIAR On 11/25/2018 at approximately 1429 hours, I was dispatched to the area of Northbound 49 Highway in the area of Mile Marker 170 in regards to a vehicle that slid off the roadway into the ditch. Upon my arrival, minimal damage was discovered on the vehicle and no injuries were reported.

I spoke with Curtis Sundet. A white ranger had struck a guard wire. One subject was contacted. 11/25/18 22:11 P HWY / RAFFURTY RD, PLEASANT HILL On Sunday November 25, 2018 at approximately 2214 hours, I conducted a vehicle check on a Dodge Ram pickup at P Hwy and Raffurty road. The vehicle was left unoccupied and partially in the roadway. The vehicle was towed due to being a traffic hazard.
