A male subject was arrested and transported to the Cass County Jail. 04/25/16 05:09 SB49/MM 156.4, HARRISONVILLE On April 25, 2016 I conducted an investigation of a vehicle fire at southbound I49 at mile marker Driver was not injuried and the fire was put out by Central Cass Fire Department. 04/25/16 06: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 04/25/2016, at approximately 0605 Hours, I made contact with Hawkins, Nehemiah at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 16CA-CR00370 for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Bond was set at $ cash or surety and a court date of 06/13/2016 at 0900 hours was given. 04/25/16 09:35 DALLAS COUNTY MO JAIL, BUFFALO On at 0935 hours, I responded to the Dallas County, MO Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Robert Mutter into custody on Cass County warrant # 14CA-CR00173 for Fail To Appear, bond $4,000 10% cash only. Mr. Mutter was transported to the Cass County Jail. 04/25/16 10: GRAY DR, PLEASANT HILL On April 25, 2016, I took a civil matter report that occurred at S. Gray Drive in rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri. 04/25/16 10:46 10 TUDOR DR, LEE'S SUMMIT On April 26, 2016, I conducted a prisoner transported from the Lee's Summit Police Department. I arrested Anthony Ruatto on a Cass County warrant and transported him to the Cass County Jail. 04/25/16 11: LOST LN, CREIGHTON On Monday, April 25, 2016 at approximately 1136 hours, I was dispatched to S. Lost Lane, Creighton, Missouri in reference to a report of property damage. Patrick Morgan said he hadn't visited his hunting property for approximately one year and upon returning observed what appeared to be bullet holes in the windshield of a vehicle which remains on the property. No suspects have been identified at this time. 04/25/16 11:58 D/187, BELTON On April 25, 2016, I conducted a vehicle stop in the area of D Highway and 187th Street in rural Belton, Missouri. The driver of the vehicle was found to have an active misdemeanor warrant from Cass County. Beau Bollinger was placed into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail for processing. 04/25/16 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1150 hours, I came in contact with Ryan M. Wooders at the Cass County Jail on an active Cass County warrant. I served warrant #16CA-CR00241 for felony theft. Bond was set at $7,500.00, cash or surety, and a court date of , at 0900 hours was given. 04/25/16 13: ALLENDALE LAKE RD, GREENWOOD On Monday, April 25, 2016 at approximately 1311 hours I was dispatched to South Allendale Lake Road, Greenwood, Missouri in reference to report of a burglary. Linda May said someone forced entry through a window and stole some items from her residence. No suspects have been identified.

2 04/25/16 14: TIMBER RIDGE RD, FREEMAN On April 25, 2016 I received information from Mr. Michael Carvan at the front lobby of the Sheriff's Office of stealing that had occurred at his property located at S. Timber Ridge Road, Freeman, Missouri. Several items of property had been taken from a barn on his property. Suspect information is not available at this time. 04/25/16 14: STATE ROUTE D, BELTON On Monday, April 25th, 2016 at approximately 1437 hours I was dispatched to the farm field located at South State Route D in regards to a request for K-9 assistance from the Belton Police Department. My K-9 conducted a search of a vehicle, and illegal narcotics were located. 04/25/16 15: TH STREET, HARRISONVILLE On Monday, April 25, 2016 at approximately 1550 hours I was dispatched to East 307th Street, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a report of a disturbance not in progress. Jennifer Michael said she had a verbal argument with the father of her son. The investigation revealed no crime was committed. 04/25/16 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1615 hours, I came in contact with Cheryl Call at the Cass County Jail on an active Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant #15CA-CR01300 for unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $4,000.00, 10% cash allowed, and a court date of , at 0900 hours was given. 04/25/16 18: PICKERING RD, BELTON Incident Log 04/25/16 21: OAK ST, FREEMAN On April 25, 2016, at approximately 2110 hours, I was dispatched to 300 Oak Street, Freeman, Missouri reference a disturbance. Upon arrival, I made contact with the victim, Kasey L. Hogan, who stated she was assaulted. A suspect has been identified. 04/25/16 23:16 NB 49/307, HARRISONVILLE On April 25, 2016 I conducted a traffic stop on a Red Toyota Tundra on Interstate 49 at East 307th Street, Harrisonville, Missouri. The driver was issued summons for exceeding the posted speed limit, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. 04/26/16 06: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0635 Hours, I made contact with Roger W Potter, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on 3 Cass County warrants. I then took Daryl Wilson into custody on Cass County warrant # 15CA-CR01274 for Possession controlled substance, bond $7,500, Mr. Wilson was transported to the Cass County Jail.

I served Cass County warrant #14CA-CR00602 for FTA- Possession of Controlled Substance Except 35 grams or less of Marijuana. Bond for this warrant was set at $10, cash or surety and a court date of 05/23/2016 at 1330 hours was given. I also served Cass County warrant #14CA-CR00098 for FTA- Possession of up to 35 grams Marijuana. Bond for this warrant was set at $5, % cash only and a court date of 05/03/2016 at 0900 hours was given. 04/26/16 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1400 hours, at the Cass County Justice Center, I arrested Keri Wright on a Cass county Warrant 16CA-CR00382, Possession of a controlled substance, Bond set at $7,500 cash or surety and a court date 0900 hours was given. I then transported Keri Wright to the Cass County Jail. 04/26/16 14: WEST OUTER RD, HARRISONVILLE On April 26, 2016 I responded to South West Outer Road, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to stealing from a construction site. Mr. Robert Andrew reported that materials have been stolen from the Sapp Brothers Truck Stop construction area. No suspect information is available at this time. 04/26/16 14:53 203/SHERWOOD, PLEASANT HILL On Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at approximately 1315 hours, I was dispatched to 2501 W. Mechanic, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a walk-in report for information. Denise Cummings said she observed some rusty railroad spikes, facing upwards, attached to steel plates lined across the Katy Trail. The items were removed from the trail. 04/26/16 16:43 PROSPECT/58, BELTON On Tuesday, April 26th, 2016 at approximately 1643 hours I conducted a traffic stop on Prospect near McDonald Lane on a brown 1988 Chevrolet Blazer for having expired tags. The white male driver was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for possession of a controlled FORM substance Press and issued Reports a summons = UPDATED for driving while revoked.

Edward Bailey was arrested on an active Bates County warrant and transported to the Bates County Jail. 04/26/16 20: RD ST, BELTON On Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at approximately 1020 hours, I conducted a warrant arrest at the Belton Police Department, located at 7001 East 163rd Street in Belton, Missouri on an active Cass County warrant. Kayla N. Pendarvis, white female was placed into custody on Cass County Warrant #16CA-CR00368 for possession of controlled substance - 35 grams or less of marijuana. Mrs. Pendarvis was transported to the Cass County jail and released to jail staff. Mrs. Pendarvis was given a bond of $ cash or surety and a court date of Monday, June 13, 2016 at 0900 hours in Cass County. 04/26/16 20: DAVIDSON RD, PLEASANT HILL On Tuesday April 26, 2016 at approximately 2102 I was dispatched to S Davidson Rd Pleasant Hill, MO. In reference to trash dumping on the side of the road. I located the trash and was able to identify a suspect. A summons was issued to the suspect for littering. 04/26/16 21: RD ST, CREIGHTON On April 26, 2016 at about 2120 hours, I conducted an investigative stop at 407 3rd Street, Creighton. Upon contacting the suspect, and he was placed under arrest on possession of drug paraphernalia. The suspect was also arrested on Henry County Warrant for Possession of Dangerous Drugs and Belton MO Warrants. 04/26/16 22:33 2/FREEMAN, On April 26, 2016, at 2235 hours, I was dispatched to the area of 2 Highway and O highway reference a semi-truck that was laying on its side in a ditch. Upon arrival, I made contact with the driver of the vehicle who stated the severe wind gusts and rain caused his truck to go off of the roadway. The driver stated he was not injured. The semi-truck was towed from the scene. 04/27/16 02:25 BROOKHART/ BRICKPLANT, HARRISONVILLE On April 27, 2016 while on patrol in the area of Brick plant and Brookhart road in Harrisonville, Mo I located a vehicle. The vehicle was parked in the roadway blocking traffic. The vehicle was removed from the scene by Miller Towing. 04/27/16 04:11 NB49/ MM 162.8, HARRISONVILLE On April 27, 2016, at approximately 0413 hours, I was dispatched to the area of NB 49 near mile marker 162 for a roll over vehicle accident. Upon arrival, I made contact with the driver, Richard S. Garrett, who stated while he was driving north on Interstate-49, his car hydro planed, left the roadway, and rolled over. Mr. Garrett did not complain of any injuries. 04/27/16 05: HOLMES RD, DREXEL On April 27, 2016 I investigaged an abandoned vehice on Holmes road. The vehicle was unoccupied and parked in the road. The vehicle, a 1999 white Grand Am, was towed from the scene. 04/27/16 05: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On April 27, 2016 at about 0500 hours, I was dispatched to the Cass County Sheriff's Office in reference to administering a breath test for employees FORM 3000 of the - Missouri Press Reports Northern = UPDATED Arkansas Rail Road.

I then took Johnnie Adams into custody on Cass County warrant # 14CA-CR00748 for Fail To Appear, bond $25,000 cash only. Mr. Adams was transported to the Cass County Jail. 04/27/16 12:09 261ST ST 3 MILE WEST OF GROH, CLEVELAND On Wednesday at approximately 1213 hours I was dispatched to an area approximately 3 miles west of Groh road on 261st street in reference to a Pick-up vs. Bull MVA. One Bull had to be put down. Nobody else was injured in this accident. 04/27/16 12: STATE ROUTE EE, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at approximately 1219 hours, I was dispatched to the area of Elm Street and Younger Street in Harrisonville, Missouri in regards to Harrisonville Police pursuing a subject on a motorcycle. The subject, Daniel V. Chavez, white male was later captured at the residence of State Route EE in rural Harrisonville, Missouri without further incident. Mr. Chavez was taken in to custody by Harrisonville Police and was later transported to their facility. 04/27/16 15: HARPER RD, PECULIAR On Wednesday, April 27, 2016 I conducted an investigation at the residence of South Harper Road in rural Peculiar, Missouri in regards to a report of stealing. The victim, Jennifer M. Martin, white female stated that a firearm was stolen from her residence while she was having construction done. The firearm was located and returned to Mrs. Martin. A suspect has been identified in the case. 04/27/16 15: RD ST, GARDEN CITY On April 27, 2016 I conducted an harassment investigation that was walked into the Cass County Sheriff's Office. I made contact with the reporting party who said she has been recieving disturbing text messages and phone calls from an unknown subject. No suspects have been identified in this investigation at this time. 04/27/16 16:18 58/KENTUCKY, RAYMORE On Wednesday, April 27th 2016, at 1618 hours, I was dispatched to the intersection of 58 Highway and Kentucky in reference to providing K9 assistance to the Raymore Police Department who were on the scene of a traffic stop. K9 Champ did not alert to the presence of the odor of narcotics in the suspect vehicle. 04/27/16 16:28 BELTON PD, BELTON On Wednesday April 27th, 2016 at approximately 2340 hours I responded to the Belton Police Department in Belton Missouri for a prisoner transfer. I made contact with Angela Turner w/f on an active Cass County warrant and transported her to the Cass County Jail. 04/27/16 16: STOCKMAN RD, BELTON On Wednesday at approximately 1645 hours I was dispatched to the Belton Police Department in reference to Fraud that has occurred. Upon arrival I made contact with Armstrong, Joseph w/m who had approximately $ in unauthorized transaction charges to his account. 04/27/16 20:17 D/183, BELTON On April 27, 2016, I conducted a vehicle stop on State Route D and 183rd Street for speeding. I served Cass County Warrant for Non-Support. 04/28/16 00:05 291/P HWY, On 04/28/16, at approximately 0008 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop on a gray Mitsubishi Eclipse at 291 Hwy at P Hwy. My investigation resulted in the issue of summons' for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. 04/28/16 00:32 NB 49/MM 170, RAYMORE On 04/28/2016 I was involved in a vehicle pursuit in the area of NB I-49 and mile marker 170. The vehicle crashed and the occupants were treated by EMS. The driver of the vehicle was arrested and transported to the Cass County Jail after being released from the hospital. 04/28/16 08:51 ST FRANSOIS COUNTY MO, FARMINGTON On 04/28/16 at 0851 hours, I responded to the St Francois County Missouri Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Jason Alflen into custody on Cass County warrant # 12CA-CR00852 for Failure To Obey Judges Order, bond $25,000 cash only, Mr. Alflen was transported to the Cass County Jail. 04/28/16 11: TH ST, BELTON On Thursday, April 28, 2016 at approximately 1446 hours, I I conducted an investigation at the residence of 408 East 177th Street in rural Belton, Missouri in regards to a report of a burglary to a shed at this residence. Upon contacting the homeowner, David T. Hopson, white male he stated that his shed was broken in to sometime during the evening hours, between Wednesday, April 27, 2016 and Thursday, April 28, Mr. Hopson stated that he did not believe anything was missing from his shed. No Suspect information is available at this time. 04/28/16 13: STATE ROUTE 2, HARRISONVILLE On April 28, 2016 I conducted an investigation of suspicious activity at E. State Route 2, Harrisonville, Missouri. The reporting party stated two vehicles pulled into his drive way and the occupant of one vehicle got out and was looking around. The reporting party said nothing was damaged or taken from his property. 04/28/16 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1700 hours, I made contact at the Cass County jail and took custody of Brenda Fave Cameron to serve 24 hours of shock time 04/28/16 19: TH ST, FREEMAN On Thursday April 28th, 2016 at approximately 1950 hours I was dispatched to 8202 E. 269th Street in reference to a check the welfare. A party was transported to the hospital by EMS fro treatment. 04/28/16 20:04 LORDS PARK, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday, April 28th 2016, at 2005 hours, I was dispatched to Lords Park in Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to providing K9 assistance to the Harrisonville Police Department who were on the scene of a vehicle check. During a consent search, drug paraphernalia was located in a backpack in the vehicle. K9 Champ alerted on a backpack after removing the paraphernalia but no additional narcotics or narcotic paraphernalia was located.

7 04/29/16 07: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE 04/29/16 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at 1005 hours, in Division 2. Latasha Wilson was found guilty, case number 14JA-CR Voluntary Manslaughter. Judge Wagner sentence Latasha Wilson to 15 years Department of correction, bond set at no bond. I then transported Latasha Wilson to the County Jail. 04/29/16 10:54 CLAY COUNTY JAIL, LIBERTY On 04/29/16 at 1054 hours, I responded to the Clay County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Preston Thomas into custody on Cass County warrant # 14CA-CR for Probation Violation, bond $25,000 cash only. I also served warrant # 15CA-CR00775 for Fail To Appear, bond $8,000 10% cash only. Mr. Thomas was transported to the Cass County Jail. 04/29/16 11:27 5TH/DATE, GARDEN CITY On Friday, April 29, 2016 at approximately 1128 hours, I was dispatched to 5th Street and Date Street in Garden City, Missouri in reference to a motor vehicle accident. No injuries were apparent and property was damaged. 04/29/16 13: OLINGER, STRASUBRG On Friday, April 29, 2016 at approximately 1317 hours I was dispatched to 132 West Olinger Street, Strasburg, Missouri in reference to a burglary not in progress. Tori Wild said someone broke into her residence and removed items. Suspects have been identified. 04/29/16 14: SMOKE RD, PECULIAR 04/29/16 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 04/29/2016, at approximately 1445 hours, I made contact with Lashaunda R. Hoskins at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 15CA-CR00360 for DWI-alcohol. Bond was set at $2,500.00, cash or surety, and a court date of 05/17/2016 at 0900 hours was given. 04/29/16 16: LAKEVIEW DR, LAKE ANNETTE On April 29, 2016 I responded to S. Lakeview Road, Lake Annette, Missouri in reference to stealing of a motor vehicle. Ms. Susan Brandt reported a blue 2006 Ford F150 to have been stolen by a suspect that had agreed to work on the vehicle. 04/29/16 20: TOUCAN ST, RAYMORE On Friday April 29, 2016 at approximately 2105 hours, I was dispatched to E 195th St Peculiar, in reference to messages sent via Facebook to the reporting party. Messages stated that she was to get her horse off the property by monday. Reporting party lives in Raymore and wanted the horse checked on to make sure everything was ok. Messages sent by land owners ex girlfriend who does not have anything to do with the horses on the property, but has threatened to hurt her horse.

8 04/29/16 21: HARPER RD, PECULIAR On April 29, 2016, at approximately 2200 hours, I was dispatched to S. Harper Road, Peculiar, Missouri in reference to a non-breather. Upon arrival, I spoke with Dana M. Bremer who stated she performed CPR on her mother, Darlys M. Bremer, as she was not breathing. West Peculiar Fire and EMS transported Ms. D. Bremer to Belton Hospital. 04/29/16 23: TH ST, DREXEL On April 29, 2016, at approximately 2311 hours, I was dispatched to 5901 E. 335th, Peculiar, Missouri in reference to a standby. Upon arrival, I made contact with Jimmy M. Belcher, w/m, who stated he and his fiance, Briley D. Giamalva got into a verbal disagreement. Ms. Giamalva left the scene and was not located. 04/30/16 01: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 04/30/2016, at approximately 0135 Hours, I made contact with Richard Connely at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County after hours warrant for Tampering with a motor vehicle 1st degree. Bond was set at $10,000 10% Cash only and a court date of 06/09/2016 at 0900 hours was given. Reporting Deputy has nothing further at this time. 04/30/16 01: ROCKHAVEN RD, PECULIAR On April 30, 2016, at approximately 0146 hours, I was dispatched to S. Rockhaven Road, Peculiar, Missouri regarding a trespass in progress. My investigation revealed a female party, Sarah J. Woolsey, w/f, was at the residence to get her son from the suspect. The child was given to the mother and the mother left the residence. 04/30/16 04: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On April 30, 2016 at approximately 0420 hours, I was dispatched to E. 267th Street, Harrisonville, Missouri in regards to a disturbance. Upon arrival, I spoke to the reporting party, Phyllis J. Moller, who stated her son, Eric C. Myers, was verbally abusive towards her. 04/30/16 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1145 hours, I came in contact with James Pastelak at the Cass County Jail on an active Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant #14CA-CR00279 for probation violation. Bond was set at $4,000.00, 10% cash allowed, and a court date of , at 0900 hours was given. 04/30/16 12: STATE ROUTE 2, FREEMAN On 04/30/2016 at approximately 1236 Hours I was dispatched to S State Route 2 Freeman, Mo on a stealing investigation. Upon arrival I contacted Donald Brown who stated someone attempted to enter his barn and remove items. No suspects have been identified at this time. Investigation is ongoing. 04/30/16 14:44 203/STATE LINE, BELTON On April 30, 2016, I investigated a motor vehicle collision on 203rd Street east of State Line Road in rural Belton, Missouri. A motorcycle caught fire as it was going down the roadway. There were no reported injuries. 04/30/16 17:33 80 OLD 7 HWY, GARDEN CITY On Saturday, April 30, 2016 at approximately 1735 hours, I was dispatched to 80 Old 7 Highway, Apartment 10, Garden City, Missouri in reference to a report of property damage. Randi Lavery said one of the tenants drove a vehicle through the grass while loading property to move out of her apartment. The investigation revealed the incident to be a civil matter.

Upon arrival I contact Mr. Ryan Davis who told me he was accidentally shot by the suspect. 04/30/16 22:36 291/MEADOWBROOK, LEES SUMMIT On Saturday, April 30th, 2016 at approximately 2236 hours I was dispatched to 291 Highway and Meadowbrook in regards to a request from the Lake Winnebago Police Department for K-9 assistance. One subject was arrested and transported to Cass County Jail. 05/01/16 10: CLOVER HILLS RD, CLEVELAND On at approximately 1054 hours, I responded to the front lobby of the Sheriff's Office located at 2501 W. Mechanic Street in Harrisonville, MO in reference to an Ex Parte violation. Upon arrival I contacted Charles Rhine who stated his wife had violated the Ex Parte Protection Order against her. It was determined that no criminal act had occurred. 05/01/16 11: MECHANIC STREET, HARRISONVILLE On May 01, 2016 I conducted an investigative vehicle stop at 2204 E. Mechanic Street Harrisonville, Missouri on a vehicle description broadcasted by the Harrisonville Police Department for driving through resident's yards. The driver was identified and arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. 05/01/16 12: MEADOW BROOK CT, RAYMORE On May 1, 2016, I responded to S. Meadow Brook Court, Raymore, Missouri in reference to check the welfare of a female subject who could not be located. The subject was later located.

Tripod, W/M at the Cass County Jail and arrested him on a Drug court violation. 05/01/16 19:48 PRICE CHOPPER PARKING LOT, PLEASANT HILL On Sunday May 1, 2016 at approximately 1950 hours, I was dispatch to the Price Chopper parking lot in Pleasant Hill in regards to a prisoner transfer. Upon arrival I took custody of a white male with an active Cass County warrant. Subject was transported to the Cass County jail for booking. 05/01/16 20: MULLEN AVE, RAYMORE On May 1, 2016, I was dispatched to 1209 N. Mullen, Raymore, Missouri in reference to a Stealing. Upon arrival, I made contact with the victim, Jerry D. Reece, who stated someone stole prescription medication from his vehicle. A suspect has been identified. 05/01/16 20: GORE RD, RAYMORE On May 1, 2016 I was dispatched to 1601 Gore road reference a suspicious activity that occurred at the Family Center in Harrisonville, MO. Upon arrival I spoke with Keith Jordan who stated that he located a large amount of lottery tickets that he believed might be stolen.
