A male subject was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail. 05/23/16 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 05/23/2016 I made contact with Patrick William Clark at the Cass County Jail. I served Cass County warrant # 16CA-CR /23/16 10: TH STREET, BELTON On May 23, 2016, I was dispatched to 3409 E. 195th Street Belton, Missouri for a report of property damage. I spoke to Joyce Robinson who said someone damaged the northwest gate to her property that borders the U.S. Military training area. No suspects have been identified at this time. 05/23/16 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 0955 hours, Tanner Frazier was remanded to my custody. Bond was set at $25, cash or surety and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 05/23/16 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1010 hours, Jeffery Bookout was remanded to my custody. Mechanic Street in Harrisonville, MO in reference to a lost or stolen license plate. Upon arrival I contacted Craig Walker who stated the license plate for his trailer was missing. The license plate was entered as lost or stolen into the MULES Computer System. 05/23/16 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 05/23/2016, at approximately 1145 hours I made contact with Jason M. Potter at the Cass County Jail in reference to an active Cass County warrant. I served a Cass County warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance. 05/23/16 12:54 307TH STREET AND STATE ROUTE W, FREEMAN On at approximately 1428 hours I responded to the area of State Route W and 307th Street in reference to several mailboxes found roadside. I recovered three mailboxes which were returned to the owners. This case is ongoing at this time. 05/23/16 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 05/23/2016 at approximately 1620 hours, I made contact with Shequita L. Lloyd at the Cass County Jail in reference to an active Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant #16CA-CR00485 for Fugitive from out of State. 05/23/16 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1600 hours, in Div 2 court room I made contact with Shaquille Stevens. Judge Wagner sentence Shaquille Stevens in case number 10CA-CR probation violation, original charge Robbery 2nd degree.shaquille Stevens was sentence FORM to years - Press DOC Reports. I then = transported UPDATED Shaquille Stevens to the Cass County jail.

Hopkins 05/23/16 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1641 hours, I came in contact with Robert E. Williams at the Cass County Jail on an active Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant #16CA-CR00484 for domestic assault 2nd. Bond was set at $7,500.00, 10% cash only. 05/23/16 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 05/23/2016 at 1908 hours, deputies responded to a disturbance in the Cass County Jail, one arrest was made. 05/23/16 20:55 JACKSON AND HICKORY, FREEMAN On , I recovered a stolen Caterpillar mini-excavator from a vacant lot at Hickory and Jackson in Freeman MO. A suspect in the case has been identified and was transported to the Cass County Jail. 05/23/16 23:59 BELTON PD, BELTON On May 24, 2016 I arrested Bobby Carlson, w/m at the Belton Police Department on Cass county warrants 16-CAFTA-681 for fail to appear on harassment and 16-CAFTA-608 for fail to appear on domestic assault 2nd. Court dates of May 31, 2016 and June 27, 2016 at 0900 hours were given with bonds set at $5,000 10% cash and $25,000 cash or surety. 05/24/16 01: TH TER, BELTON On May 24, 2016 I was dispatched to 19 E. 164th Terrace Belton, Missouri for a disturbance. I arrived on scene and spoke to the victim, Judy Wells' who said that she was in a verbal argument with a male subject who pushed her down to the floor. The suspect fled the scene. The suspect was identified. 05/24/16 03:22 LAKE ANNETTE DAM, LAKE ANNETTE On May 24, 2016 I assisted Dolan-West Dolan Fire and Harrisonville EMS, with an intoxicated subject near the Lake Annette Dam. The subject was transported to the hospital for evaluation. 05/24/16 08:15 DALLAS CO MISSOURI, BUFFALO On 05/24/16 at 1153 hours, I responded to the Dallas County Missouri Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Shinora Chambers into custody on Cass County warrant # 16CA-CR00063 for Fail To Appear, bond $25,000 cash only, Ms. Chambers was transported to the Cass County Jail. 05/24/16 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 05/24/16 at approximately 1003 hours, I made contact with April Lynn Lyon at the Cass County Jail who was brought in by another agency on a Cass County warrant. I served Ms. Lyon the Cass County warrant with a $ cash only bond. 05/24/16 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at approximately 1235 hours Corporal Sutcliffe and I responded to a dispatched call of rolling disturbance in the area of 278th Street and Hayden Bridge in rural Harrisonville, Missouri. Two suspects were identified and taken into custody and transported to the Cass County jail.

3 05/24/16 13: ZOOK ROAD, GARDEN CITY On May 24, 2016, I was dispatched to E. Zook Road in rural Garden City, Missouri for a check the welfare of Alexander Marroquin who had sent suicidal messages to his sister and ex-girlfriend. The subject was located and taken into protective custody. 05/24/16 14: TH STREET, PLEASANT HILL On Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at approximately 1500 hours, I was dispatched to 2501 W. Mechanic, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a report of harassment. Shanna Heaster said she had received unwanted text messages on her phone. A suspect has been identified in this case. 05/24/16 15: TH ST, DREXEL On May 24th, 2016 at approximately 1537 hours I was dispatched to 5106 East 355th Street, Drexel Missouri, in reference to a burglary. The owner reported his out building had been broken into, and various items were taken. 05/24/16 15:21 TROOP A/CASS COUNTY, Incident Log 05/24/16 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday May 24th, 2016, at approximately 1510 hours, I made contact with Derek A. White, BM, in the Clerk's Office at the Cass County Justice Center. I arrested Mr. White on Cass County warrant # for Exceeding the posted speed limit 6-10 MPH over, warrant # for Driving While Suspended, and warrant # for Operating a motor vehicle with maintaining financial responsibility. Bond was set at cash only on each charge and a court date of May 31st, 2016 at 0900 hours was given. 05/24/16 16:31 BATES COUNTY, BUTLER On Wednesday , at approximately 0730 hours, I responded to the Bates County Sheriff's Office in reference to a prisoner transfer. On male subject was transported to the Cass County Jail without incident. 05/24/16 17:20 SB 49/MM 162, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday, May 24th 2016, at approximately 1720 hours I conducted a traffic stop on southbound Interstate 49 at mile marker on a gold in color 2001 Buick. The white male passenger was arrested on Miller County warrants for FTA driving while revoked and FTA unlawful use of drug paraphernalia with a total bond of $2, cash only. 05/24/16 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 05/24/16 at approximately 1300 hours, I made contact with Michael R. McNew at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Mr. McNew the Cass County warrant with a $7, cash or surety bond. 05/24/16 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 05/24/16 at approximately 1300 hours, I made contact with Allison Elaine Chitwood at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Ms. Chitwood the Cass County warrant with a $10.00 cash only bond. 05/24/16 20: TH ST, DREXEL On at approximately 2017 hours, I was dispatched to 3304 E. 355th in rural Drexel in reference to a welfare check. Upon arrival at approximately 2049 hours, I made contact with Darrell "Cain" Crawford w/m. Mr. Crawford stated that he had sent a text message to a female friend earlier in the night that he felt like harming himself. I spoke with Mr. Crawford and his mother, Deborah A. Huggins w/f at great length. Mrs. Huggins and I agreed that Mr. Crawford was not a danger to himself, so I left him at FORM the scene Press Reports = UPDATED

Incident Log 05/24/16 20: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On May 24, 2016 Laura Hawkins arrived at the Sheriff's Office, and reported that her identity had been stolen and someone had access her banks accounts attempting to remove money. A suspect has not been identified at the time of report. 05/24/16 21:23 10 TUDOR DR, LEE'S SUMMIT On Wednesday at approximately 0913 hours I was dispatched to the Lee's Summit Police department in reference to a prisoner transfer. Upon arrival I arrested a male subject on active Cass County warrants # 16-CAFTA-501, 16-CAFTA-502 and 16CA-CR /24/16 23: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 05/24/16 at 2332 hours I made contact with Jeffery Wade Allen W/M at the Cass County Jail on a misdemeanor Cass County Warrant. I then place him under arrest for the active warrant. 05/25/16 03:27 SB 49/ 1 N OF HVLLE, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 0339 hours, I investigated a motor vehicle accident that occurred on Southbound Interstate 49 at approximately the mile marker. The driver of the vehicle, Christopher L. Seaver w/m stated that he lost control of his truck in heavy rain and struck a concrete guard rail. 05/25/16 09:38 JACKSON COUNTY JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 05/25/16 at 0938 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Holly Whited into custody on Cass County warrant # 14CA-CR00937 for Fail To Appear, bond $5,000 10% cash allowed. I then took Stephanie Settle into custody on Cass County warrant # 14CA-CR for Fail To Appear, bond $25,000. Ms. Settle was transported to the Cass County Jail. 05/25/16 09:38 JACKSON COUNTY JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 05/25/16 at 0938 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Emery Miller into custody on Cass County warrant # 15CA-CR , 16CA-CR00044 and 16CA-CR00045 for Fail To Obey a Judges Order, Total bond $75,000, Ms. Miller was transported to the Cass County Jail. 05/25/16 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE 05/25/16 12: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday at approximately 1232 hours I was dispatched to the Slumber Inn, East 275th street in reference to assisting a federal agency looking for a wanted person. The suspect was not found. 05/25/16 14:13 227TH/TIMBERVIEW, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at approximately 1414 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop near the intersection of 227th Street and Timberview in rural Harrisonville, Missouri in regards to a speed limit violation. After identifying the driver of the vehicle, Lowell A. Offenbacker FORM Jr., white 3000 male, - Press it was Reports discovered = UPDATED that he had active warrants out of both Ray County,

5 the vehicle, Lowell A. Offenbacker Jr., white male, it was discovered that he had active warrants out of both Ray County, Missouri and Oak Grove, Missouri. Mr. Offenbacker Jr. was transported to the Cass County jail on the two active warrants. 05/25/16 14:38 PECULIAR DR/DOLLAR GENERAL, PECULIAR On May 25th, 2016 at 1438 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on Peculiar Drive, and the front entrance to the Dollar General Store, Peculiar, Missouri on a black Mercury Sable. The driver was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia. 05/25/16 22:04 291/WATERS, HARRISONVILLE On 05/25/2016 at approximately 2204 hours I conducted a vehicle stop on 291 Highway and Waters Road, Harrisonville, Missouri. My investigation revealed the male driver had an active warrant though Pleasant Hill Police Department. An arrest was made. 05/26/16 06: BROOKFIELD DR, PECULIAR On Thursday at approximately 0650 hours I was dispatched to Brookfield Drive, Peculiar in reference to a dog bite that has occurred. Upon arrival I made contact with Mustain, Sandra K. w/f who was bitten by her own dogs and another who she was taking care off. 05/26/16 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 0900 hours, I made contact at the Cass County jail and served a Cass County warrant. I served James Michael Hill warrant #15CA-CR00229 for FTA/Unlawful use of Drug Paraphernalia with a $5, % cash allowed bond and a court date of at 0900 hours. 05/26/16 10:47 JEFFERSON/FOXWOOD, RAYMORE 05/26/16 12: CLEVELAND, BELTON On May 26th, 2016 at approximately 1202 hours at 517 South Cleveland Avenue, Belton, Missouri I served Cass County Missouri Warrant for Non-support. The subject was placed in custody and transported to the Cass County Jail. 05/26/16 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1210 hours, I made contact at the Cass County jail and served a Cass County warrant. I served Cody McGee warrant #16CA-CR00458 for Possession of Controlled Substance except 35 grams or less of Marijuana with a $7, cash/ surety bond and a court date of at 0900 hours. 05/26/16 14: MORRISON RD, RAYMORE On Thursday at approximately 1407 hours I was dispatched to the Cass County Sheriff's Office in reference to a suicidal party. Upon arrival I made contact with the mother of a female subject who said her daughter made suicidal comments in addition to writing a letter making her intentions clear. One female subject was taken to the Belton Regional Medical Center for evaluation. 05/26/16 14: STATE ROUTE C, FREEMAN On May 26, 2016 at approximately 1421 hours, I was dispatched to S. C Hwy in reference to a possible suicidal subject. A subject was transported by ambulance to Cass Regional Medical Center due to chest pains and being sad.

6 05/27/16 02: MULLEN AVE, RAYMORE On 05/27/2016 at approximately 0238 hours I was dispatched to 1007 North Mullen Ave, Raymore, Missouri in reference to a disturbance. My investigation revealed a verbal argument occurred between two males at this residence. One of the subjects was found to have an active warrant out of Belton Police Department. An arrest was made. 05/27/16 05:59 KNIGHT/YY, PECULIAR On 05/27/2016 at approximately 0600 hours I was dispatched to Knight Rd at YY Hwy, Peculiar in reference to a suspicious vehicle. My investigation revealed a vehicle was abandoned at this location and left in the roadway. The vehicle was towed. 05/27/16 06:54 185TH/CLEVELAND, BELTON On May 27, 2016, I was dispatched to 187th Terrace and Cleveland Avenue for an abandoned vehicle. I arrived on the scene and found an approximately 8 foot homemade trailer with miscellaneous junk inside the trailer. An attempt to locate the owner met with negative results. The trailer was towed from the scene. 05/27/16 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 05/27/2016, at approximately 1200 hours I made contact with Desirae Nicole Vance Jones at the Cass County Jail in reference to an active Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant #16CA-CR00486 for Tampering with a Motor Vehicle. 05/27/16 14: PAUL ST, PLEASANT HILL On May 27, 2016 at about 1513 hours, I was dispatched to Pleasant Hill Police Department to conduct a Drug Recognition Evaluation. Upon arrival I contacted Mr. Marinus J. Smith and administered the Drug Recognition Evaluation. 05/27/16 18: STATE ROUTE Y, BELTON On May 27, 2016, at approximately 1905 hours, I was dispatched to S. State Rt. Y, Belton, Missouri in reference to harassment. My investigation revealed there to be nothing criminal in nature from a voice message that was left by a family member. 05/27/16 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 05/27/2016 at 2130 hours, I served an arrest warrant on Marinus John Smith W/M, at the Cass County Jail. 05/27/16 21:34 BROOKHART DR AND COMMERCIAL, HARRISONVILLE On Friday, May 27th, 2016 at approximately 2134 hours, in the area of southbound Interstate 49 and mile marker 164, Deputies attempted to initiate a traffic stop on two motorcycles for driving at a high rate of speed and making dangerous passes. Both vehicles failed to yield and were pursued southbound on Interstate 49. One rider was taken into custody in the area of Commercial and Brookhart, and the other was taken into custody in the parking lot of the Casey's General Store in Adrian Missouri. Both suspects have been identified. 05/28/16 01: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 05/28/16, at approximately 0109 Hours, I made contact with Steven Ray McIntire at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on several Cass County warrants. I served the following Cass County warrants: for FTA- Failure to maintain financial responsibility with a bond of $ Cash Only and a court date 06/14/2016 at 0900 hours. 16CA-CR for Assault 2nd degree on LEO with a bond of $25, Cash only and a court date of 06/13/2016 at 1330 hours. 15CA-CR00488 for Possession of a controlled Substance with a bond of

7 a court date of 06/13/2016 at 1330 hours. 15CA-CR00488 for Possession of a controlled Substance with a bond of $25, Cash or surety and a court date of 07/11/2016 at 0900 hours. 05/28/16 10: TH STREET, PLEASANT HILL On Saturday, May 28, 2016 at approximately 1038 hours, I was dispatched to 189th Street and Hickory Grove Road in rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to a suspicious vehicle parked in the roadway and unoccupied. Upon arrival I observed a male subject enter the vehicle and attempt to drive away. A vehicle stop was conducted and Christopher Summers was taken into custody for active Johnson County warrants. 05/28/16 16:53 MULLEN/195, BELTON On May 28, 2016, I conducted a vehicle stop on a Maroon Toyota Corolla Missouri license on S. Mullen north of 195th Street in rural Belton, Missouri for speeding. The driver, Lou Ellen Wright was identified and arrested on an active Cass County Warrant. 05/28/16 17: COMMERCIAL, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1748 hours I attempted to conduct a vehicle stop of a motorcycle on I-49 near State Route 291. The driver of the motorcycle fled the area at a high rate of speed. The driver was subsequently arrested and transported to the Cass County Jail. 05/28/16 18: LYNE AVE, RAYMORE On May 28, 2016, at approximately 1859 hours, I was dispatched to 1103 N. Lyne, Raymore, Missouri in reference to a stealing. I made contact with Deanna L. Eidson who stated someone stole two of her cell phones from inside of her purse. 05/28/16 21: KURZWEIL RD, RAYMORE On Saturday, May 28th, 2016 at approximately 2245 hours I was dispatched to 720 N. Kurzweil Road in Raymore Missouri in regards to a request for K-9 assistance from the Raymore Police Department. K-9 conducted an area search for a subject who fled from a vehicle on foot after a pursuit. K-9 Loki located the white female driver hiding in a field to the south of her vehicle. 05/28/16 21:54 195TH/PECULIAR DR, PECULIAR On May 28, 2016, at approximately 2155 hours, I was dispatched to the area of 195th and Peculiar Drive for a Motor Vehicle Accident - Unknown Injury. Upon arrival, I spoke to the victim, Emily J. Licht, who stated she swerved to miss a deer and ran off the roadway. Ms. Licht was transported by ambulance to CRMC as she complained of neck pain. 05/29/16 01:07 307TH ST/FAMULINER, GARDEN CITY On May 29, 2016 at about 0106 hours, I conducted a traffic stop for expired license plate on 307th at Famuliner. I contacted the driver and two occupants in the vehicle. A rear seat passenger (suspect) was arrested on a Cass County Warrant. Prior to being handcuffed the suspect resisted arrest. 05/29/16 01:52 NB 49/291, HARRISONVILLE 05/29/16 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Sunday at approximately 1125 hours I was contacted by Jesse J Yoakum at the Cass County Jail. Mr Yoakum turned himself in for 24 hours of shock time for Drug Court. Mr Yoakum was booked in and placed in a cell for holding.

Incident Log 05/29/16 12:14 80 OLD 7 HWY, GARDEN CITY On Sunday, May 29, 2016 at approximately 1215 hours, I was dispatched to 80 Old 7 Highway, #15, Garden City, Missouri in reference to a disturbance in progress. Amber Cunningham said she was involved in a verbal argument with a male subject. The investigation revealed no crime was committed during the incident. 05/29/16 13: WILSON, ARCHIE On at approximately 1325 hours I conducted a residence check for a wanted person at 204 N Wilson Street in Archie, MO. Numerous pieces of stolen property were located and recovered. One suspect has been identified at this time. 05/29/16 15:57 CASS COUNTY JAIL, HARRISONVILLE On Sunday at approximately 1622 Hours I was contacted by Joshua R Bowie at the Cass County Jail in regards to a warrant for his arrest. I took Mr. Bowie into custody and served him warrant # 16-CAFTA-532 charging Possession of Drug Paraphernalia with a bond of $ cash only and a court date of at 0900 hours. 05/29/16 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Sunday at approximately 1630 hours I received and served a weekend warrant on Aaron M Stevenson at the Cass County Jail. Mr. Stevenson was charged with Tampering with a Motor Vehicle with a bond of $ % cash only and was given a court date of at 0900 hours. 05/29/16 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1830 hours I presented a search warrant application and affidavit to the Cass County Prosecutor's Office in reference to report Invesitgation continues. 05/29/16 20: BLINKER LIGHT RD, HARRISONVILLE On May 29, 2016 at about 2035 hours, I was dispatched to S. Blinker light in reference to trespassing. Upon arrival I contacted the reporting party, Mr. Kenneth Cummins who told me he saw two white males in a white Chevrolet Pickup truck tearing up the property north of his. Suspects were contacted and identified. 05/29/16 22:49 MADISON/MAIN, FREEMAN On May 29, 2016, at approximately 2250 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop on a black in color Pontiac G6 in the area of Madison and Main Street in Freeman, Missouri. The driver was taken into custody for DWI-Alcohol. 05/29/16 23:05 215TH/Y, PECULIAR On May 29, 2016 I was dispatched to 215th and Y highway in reference to a male subject sleeping on the steps of a church. Dispatch advised that the reporting thought the subject was indigent and possibly intoxicated. Upon arrival I contacted a male subject who was later placed in custody for failing to obey a lawful order of a deputy.
