1 03/24/14 06: STATE ROUTE 58, RAYMORE On Monday, March 24, 2014 at approximately 0614 hours I was dispatched to 410 W. State Route 58, Strasburg, MO in reference to a possible stealing from a vehicle. I contacted Office Richard Morris who said that an item had been removed from the patrol unit. 03/24/14 08: TH ST, GARDEN CITY On Monday March 24th, 2014 at approximately 0900 hours I assisted with an eviction at E. 316th Street in rural Garden City, Missouri. Upon arrival I made contact with Grah, Larry W/M. Mr. Grah was arrested on active Garden City warrant # and released to Garden City officers at the scene. 03/24/14 09: RD ST, GARDEN CITY On Monday , at approximately 1132 hours I was dispatched to South East Outer road, Harrisonville in reference to property damage. Upon arrival I made contact with White, Glenn w/m who said he was instructed by Vandertuin, Grace w/f, to collect a vehicle from her property at East 323rd street, Garden City. He said that on his arrival he noticed damage done to the vehicle. No suspects have been identified. 03/24/14 09:26 JOHNSON COUNTY MO, CENTERVIEW On 03/24/14 at 0926 hours, I responded to the Johnson County, MO Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Aaron Oberg into custody on Cass County warrant # 14CA-CR00285 for Tampering, bond $7,500, Mr. Oberg was transported to the Cass County Jail. 03/24/14 12:11 LAFAYETTE COUNTY MO JAIL, LEXINGTON On 03/24/14 at 1211 hours, I responded to the Lafayette County, MO Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Joshua C Christopher into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR01519 for Financial Exploition of elderly/disabled person, bond $50,000, Mr. Christopher was transported to the Cass County Jail. 03/24/14 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1415 hours, in Division 2, I arrested Brian Anderson in court on a Cass County Warrant,division 4, case number 14CA-CR00241, receiving stolen property, Bond set at $7,500 cash or surety, Brian Anderson was transported to Division, 4 Judge Rumley set bond at $5,000, ten percent cash or surety and a court date of 0900 hours, was given. I then transported Brian Anderson to the CCJ. 03/24/14 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1500 hours, I made contact with Eric Butler at the Cass County justice Center in Division 2. Eric Butler was in court for sentencing hearing, case number 143CA-CR , DWI, D felony. Judge Wagner orders Eric Butler to be remanded into custody and sentence him to 2 years doc. The appeal bond was set at $5,000 cash or surety, court date will be set by court of appeals. I then transported Eric Butler to the Cass County Jail. 03/24/14 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1650 Hours, I made contact with Dennis W. Switzer at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 14CA-CR for DWI- combined alcohol/drug intoxication. Bond was set at $5,000 and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. Reporting Deputy has nothing further at this time. 03/24/14 16: ASKEW AVE, BELTON On March 24, 2014 at approximately 1741 hours, I investigated a burglary at S Askew, Belton, Missouri. The victim identified as Martha J Roy, reported FORM 3000 her home - Press was Reports entered = UPDATED and small items were stolen throughout the home. No

No suspects have been identified. 03/24/14 17: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On Monday March 24th, 2014 at approximately 1718 hours I was dispatched to E. 315th Street in rural Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to suspicious activity. Upon arrival I made contact with Robison, Billy W/M and Robison, Doris W/F. A white female in yellow car was identified as the suspect. 03/24/14 21:07 BELTON PD, BELTON On March 25, 2014, at approximately 0314 hours, I transported William W. Kihn from the Belton Missouri Jail to the Cass County Jail. Mr. Kihn was arrested for an active Cass County warrant #14-cafta-241, for non-support, bond $4,000 cash only. 03/25/14 00: GRAHAM RD, PLEASANT HILL On Tuesday, March 25th, 2014 I conducted an investigation in regards to a reported child custody issue. My investigation revealed that a possible violation of a court ordered child custody agreement has been committed. My investigation is on going. 03/25/14 02:19 PLAZA/HAWTHORNE BANK, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday, March 25th 2014, at 0219 hours, I was dispatched to Plaza Drive at the entrance to the Hawthorne Bank in Harrisonville, Missouri reference assisting the Harrisonville Police Department with a K9 search of a vehicle on a traffic stop. Marijuana and drug paraphernalia were located in the vehicle. 03/25/14 10:46 NB 49 S OF BELTON, BELTON On Monday March 25th 2014, at approximately 1049 hours I was dispatched to I-49 south of Belton, Missouri in reference to a one car non injury motor vehicle crash. 03/25/14 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/25/2014, at approximately 1145 hours, Tricia N. Alflen was taken into custody on active Cass County warrant #14CA-CR00282 for driving while revoked or suspended 2nd offense. Bond was set at $ % cash or surety and a court date of 04/01/2014 at 0900 hours was given. 03/25/14 14: HERON DR, LAKE ANNETTE On March 25, 2014 at approximately 1447 hours, I investigated stealing at 8408 Heron, Lake Annette, Missouri. The victim identified as Joshua Simpson reported that some stole his welder and small battery from his storage shed. No suspects have been identified. 03/25/14 14: ORCHARD DRIVE, LEE'S SUMMIT On Tuesday, March 25, 2014, I assisted the Western Missouri Cyber Crimes Task with the execution of a search warrant at 507 N.E. Orchard, Lee's Summit, Missouri. The suspect has been identified. 03/25/14 15: MULLEN RD, BELTON 03/25/14 15: MULLEN RD, BELTON On Tuesday March 25th, 2014 at approximately 1512 hours I was dispatched to Mullen Road located in rural Belton, Missouri in reference to a one FORM car 3000 motor - vehicle Press Reports crash. A = white UPDATED male was taken into custody and transported to

A white male was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail. 03/25/14 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/25/14 at 1450 I served Gann, Nicholas with a Cass County warrant for Harassment. 03/25/14 16: RD ST, BELTON On Wednesday, March 26th, 2014 at approximately 0133 hours, I conducted a warrant arrest on an active Cass County warrant at the Belton Police Department, located at 7001 East 163rd Street in Belton, Missouri. Justin W. Baker, white male was placed in to custody on a Fugitive from out of state warrant and transported to the Cass County Jail. Mr. Baker is currently being held at the Cass County Jail on a $10, Cash Only Bond. 03/25/14 17: MULLEN AVE, RAYMORE On March 25, 2014 at approximately 1704 hours, I investigated identity theft at 1510 N Mullen. The victim identified as Samantha J Kopfer report that a cellphone was purchased in her name in 2009 without her consent or knowledge. No suspect has been identified. 03/25/14 19:08 49/283, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday, March 25th 2014, at 1908 hours, I conducted an investigative traffic stop on southbound I-49 at 283rd Street in Harrisonville, Missouri on a green 1986 Ford Ranger. The white male driver was arrested for felony driving while revoked. 03/25/14 22: MULLEN RD, BELTON On March 25, 2014, at approximately 2230 hour, I investigated a single vehicle motor vehicle crash that occurred on Mullen Road at the residence of South Mullen Road, rural Belton, Missouri. The driver of the vehicle was transported to the hospital with unknown injuries at this time. 03/26/14 09: PHOENIX DR, PECULIAR On March 26th 2014, at approximately 0911 hours, I was dispatched to South Phoenix Drive, Peculiar Missouri, in reference to a Death. I investigated the death of Phyllis J. Viola of Las Cruces, New Mexico. There was no apparent crime during this incident. 03/26/14 10: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On March 26, 2014 I responded to E. 275th Street, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to property damage. Mr. Khehra reported damage to a hotel room in the Slumber Inn. Suspects have not been identified. 03/26/14 10: TH ST, GARDEN CITY On March 26, 2014 I conducted a residence check at E. 355th Street, Garden City, Missouri in reference to a Cass County Summons. Subject was contacted, placed into custody, and transported to the Cass County Jail for active Cass County warrants. 03/26/14 11:51 JACKSON COUNTY, MO JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 03/26/14 at 1151 hours, I responded to the Jackson County, MO Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Charles A Phur JR into custody on Cass County warrant # 11CA-CR for Probation Violation, bond $25,000, Mr. Puhr was transported to the Cass County Jail.

I then took Billy Hudson into custody on Cass County warrant # 14CA-CR00225 for Non Support, bond $50,000 cash only, Mr. Hudson was transported to the Cass County Jail. 03/26/14 14: RD STREET, BELTON On 03/26/2014 at approximately 1601 hours, I served active Cass County warrant #14CA-CR00302 for Violation of order of protection for adult-1st offense to Leslie A. Williamson at the Cass County Jail. Bond was set at $ cash or surety. 03/26/14 15:00 WESTERN MISSOURI 911 CENTER, NEVADA On 03/26/14 at 1500 hours, I responded to the Vernon County, MO Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Adam Yohe into custody on Cass County warrant # 11CA-CR for Probation Violation, bond $25,000, Mr. Yohe was transported to the Cass County Jail. 03/26/14 16:03 275/WEST OF BROOKHART, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday, March 26th, 2013, at approximately 1605 hours I was dispatched to E. 275th Street west of Brookhart Road in regards to providing K-9 assistance to the Harrisonville Police Department on a traffic stop. My K-9 partner did not alert on the vehicle. The Harrisonville Officer performed a consent search on the vehicle, and nothing was found. 03/26/14 16: SCOTT, BELTON On March 26, 2014 at approximately 1820 hours, I was dispatched to 836 N. Scott located in Belton, Missouri in reference to a prisoner transfer. A subject was arrested and transported to the Cass County Jail for active Cass County warrants. 03/26/14 19: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at approximately 1930 hours I was dispatched to E. 317th St, Harrisonville, MO reference to a report of stealing of mail. I contacted Debra Eastland who said that financial documents had been stolen from her mail. A suspect has not been identified. 03/26/14 21:22 STATE ROUTE D AND 231ST, CLEVELAND On March 26, 2014 at about 2122 hours, I stopped a yellow 1983 Toyota pickup truck for displaying license plates registered to a Dodge pickup truck. After contacting the driver, he was arrested for driving while intoxicated. He is identified as a Suspect. 03/27/14 07: STATE ROUTE DD, HARRISONVILLE On March 27, 2014 at approximately 0738 hours, I was dispatched to South DD Highway, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to assisting EMS with a medical call. My investigation revealed that no crime occurred at this time, but that a female at this address had severe Alzheimer's disease and fell on the ground causing her to be transported to Cass Regional Medical Center. 03/27/14 08: SYCAMORE GROVE RD, GARDEN CITY On March 27, 2014 I conducted an investigation into a suicidal subject at S. Sycamore Grove Road, Garden City, Missouri. Mrs. Vincent responded to the Sheriff's Office with concerns of her husbands well being. Subjects have been identified.

5 03/27/14 08:45 LANSING CORR CENTER, LANSING KS On at 0845 hours, I responded to the Lansing Correctional Center reference a warrant service. I then took Paul Ryerson into custody on Cass County warrant # 12CA-CR00599 for Fail to Appear, bond $15,000 cash only, Mr. Ryerson was transported to the Cass County Jail. 03/27/14 09:10 7 HIGHWAY & KAUFFMAN, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday, March 27, 2014 a female subject, identified as Lauren Bell, reported to the Sheriff s Office that she was being harassed by the suspect. A suspect has been identified in this incident. 03/27/14 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/27/2014, at approximately 0933 hours, I learned that Jamie Sue Katuka, an inmate at the Cass County Jail, had an extraditable warrant out of Johnson County, Kansas. I will seek a warrant for fugitive from out of state. 03/27/14 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/27/2014 at approximately 1146 hours, I served active Cass County warrant #09CA-CR for FTA/Nonsuppor with a bond of $1, cash only, # for Speeding with a bond of $ cash only, and #12CA-CR01011 for Violation of order of protection for adult with a bond of $4, cash only. 03/27/14 12: WALKER RD, HARRISONVILLE On March 27, 2014 I responded to S. Walker Road, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to recovery of property. Mr. Powers reported an abandoned trailer to be on the property. The trailer owner was contacted and the property was returned. Suspects have not been identified. 03/27/14 12:20 GREENE COUNTY, MO JAIL, SPRINGFIELD On 03/27/14 at 1220 hours, I responded to the Greene County, MO Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Donnie C Harmon into custody on Cass County warrant # for Fail to Appear, bond $ cash only, Mr. Harmon was transported to the Cass County Jail. 03/27/14 12:39 7 ORCHARD PL, HARRISONVILLE On March 27, 2014, I responded to 7 Orchard Place, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to damage property. Mr. Price reported damage to the subdivision mail box. The postal service has been contacted. Suspects have not been identified. 03/27/14 17:38 227/SCHAFFER, On March 27, 2014 I responded to property damage in rural Harrisonville in the area of 235th Street and Shaffer Road. I made contact with a vehicle involved and recovered paraphernalia in the area of Wall Street and Commercial Street. Suspect has been identified. 03/27/14 18: WHIPPOORWILL HILL DR, LAKE ANNETTE On March 27, 2014 at about 2058 hours, I was dispatched to 8404 E. Whippoorwill Road in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival I contacted the victim, Mr. Robert E. Flanery who said that someone had entered his garage and stolen a large quantity of tools. Suspects were identified. 03/27/14 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2000 hours, I served Cass County warrant #14CA-CR00321 to Sara Lee Sale at the Cass County Jail for fugitive from out of state. Bond was set at $10,000.00, cash only, and a court date of , at 0900 hours was given.

6 03/27/14 20: MUNICIPAL CIR, RAYMORE On March 27, at 2014 at about 2058 hours, I was dispatched to the Raymore Police Department in reference to warrant service. Upon arrival I took custody of Miss Nancy Flinn and transported him to the Cass County Jail. Upon arrival Miss Flinn was given a copy of her warrant #13CA-CR00003 for Failure to Obey Judge's Order. A court date of April 10, 2014 at 0900 hours was set. Miss Finn's bond was set at $50,000 cash. 03/27/14 22: CHERRY ST, KANSAS CITY On Thursday, March 27, 2014 at approximately 2209 hours I was dispatched the Kansas City, MO Police Department located at 1300 Cherry St, Kansas City, MO reference to transfer of a male subject listed as a stop and hold for investigation. The male subject was transported to the Cass County jail. 03/28/14 03:47 PLEASANT HILL PD, PLEASANT HILL On Friday, March 28, 2014 at approximately 0442 hours I was dispatched to the Pleasant Hill Police Department located at 203 Paul St, Pleasant Hill, MO reference to a prisoner transfer of a female subject taken into custody on an active Cass County warrant. 03/28/14 07: HERON DR, LAKE ANNETTE On Friday , at approximately 0742 hours I was dispatched to 8408 Heron drive, Lake Annette, in reference to a stealing. Upon arrival at approximately 0809 hours I made contact with Simpson, Joshua Wesley, w/m who said that an Air compressor and an air bubble was stolen from his shed. This case is still under investigation. 03/28/14 09:04 323RD ST/LITTLE RD, GARDEN CITY On Friday March 28th 2014 I investigated a 1 car motor vehicle crash. During the course of the investigation an exact cause of the crash was unable to be determined due to the driver of the vehicle leaving the scene of the crash. It was also determined the vehicle was a stolen vehicle reported to the Garden City Missouri Police Department. 03/28/14 09: MAIN, GRANDVIEW ON March 29, 2014 I was dispatched to 1200 Main Street Grandview Missouri in reference to a Prisoner Transfer. Becker-Schutte that a stolen gun had been recovered by the Kansas City, Missouri Police Department regarding report

Upon my arrival, I took custody of Jonathon M. Smith and transported him to the Cass County Sheriff's Office Jail for processing. 03/28/14 15:10 49 HIGHWAY/C HIGHWAY, PECULIAR On Friday March 28th, 2014 at approximately 1510 hours I conducted a traffic stop near I-49 and State Route C. A white male was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail. 03/28/14 15:12 155TH ST/49 HWY/GRANDVIEW PD, BELTON On Friday March 28, 2014 at about 1529 hours, I was dispatched to the area of 155th street near Interstate 49 in regards to a prisoner transfer. Upon arrival I took custody of Connie Vold and transported her to the Cass County Sheriff's Office Jail for processing. 03/28/14 16:02 HICKORY GROVE S. OF 189TH, PLEASANT HILL On March 28, 2014 I responded to the area of S. Hickory Grove Rd. South of E. 189th Street, Pleasant Hill, Missouri, in reference to trash dumped on the side of the roadway. Upon my arrival it was discovered that five dog carcasses had been wrapped in green trash bags and dumped on the side of the roadway. No suspects have been identified in this investigation at this time. 03/28/14 16: MULLEN RD, BELTON On Friday , at approximately 1622 hours I was dispatched to S Mullen rd in reference to a wallet that was stolen. Upon Arrival I made contact with Williams, Cynthia w/f. who said that her wallet was stolen from her purse that morning. No suspects have been identified in this case. 03/28/14 18:20 NB 49/MM 155, HARRISONVILLE On Friday March 28, 2014, I was dispatched to southbound Interstate 49 south of 283rd street in regards to a disturbance in progress. Dispatch further advised that the reporting party that she is being assaulted by her boyfriend, Robert Gillispie, roadside in a light blue 90 s model chevy truck. Suspect was arrested and investigation continues. 03/28/14 19: HWY, FREEMAN ON March 28, 2014 I was dispatched to Cass Regional Medical Center Harrisonville Missouri in reference to an animal bite. Upon arrival I made contact with the female victim who told me she was bit by her owner dog while trying to clean his feet, subject was treated and released. 03/29/14 00:11 7/MAPLE, PLEASANT HILL On Saturday, March 29th 2014, at 0011 minutes, I was dispatched to the intersection of 7 Highway and Maple in Pleasant Hill, Missouri reference assisting the Pleasant Hill Police Department with a K9 search of a vehicle on a traffic stop. K9 Champ alerted to the odor of narcotics in the vehicle. A subsequent probable cause search of the vehicle revealed marijuana. 03/29/14 09:56 25 MERLE RD, PLEASANT HILL On March 29, 2014 I responded to 25 Merle Rd, Pleasant Hill, Missouri, in reference to a stolen license plate. No suspects have been identified in this investigation at this time.

8 03/29/14 10:26 FOXRIDGE DR/58 HWY, RAYMORE On Saturday March 29th, 2014 at approximately 1029 hours I conducted a traffic stop in Raymore, Missouri. I made contact with Garner, Rodney, B/M who taken into custody on an active Grandview P.D. warrant # and transported to Grandview P.D. and released. 03/29/14 11: ST ST, DREXEL On Saturday , at approximately 1159 hours I was dispatched to 8228 East 331st Street, Drexel in reference to a stealing. Upon arrival I made contact with Clark, Robert w/m who said he and his friends own that property for recreational purposes. That morning when they arrived, he noticed that two of their motorcycles that was stored inside an enclosed barn on the property was stolen. This case is still under investigation. 03/29/14 16: MULLEN AVE, BELTON On Friday at approximately 1622 hours I retrieved a lost wallet from the Crabtree Transportation Company. The wallet was found in a ditch by one of the Buss drivers. The wallet was returned to it's rightful owner. 03/29/14 18:30 EASTERN MO CORRECTIONAL FACILITY, PACIFIC On 03/30/2014, at approximately 1400 Hours, I made contact with Daniel Severance at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I transported Severance to Cass to Cass County Jail where he was served Cass County warrant 10CA-CR00802 for Probation Violation. Bond was set at $4,000 10% cash only, and a court date of 04/01/2014 at 0900 hours was given. Reporting Deputy has nothing further at this time. 03/29/14 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/29/2014 at approximately 1900 hours, I made contact with Robert Icenhour at the Cass County Jail as he was remanded into custody by the Courts. Mr. Icenhour was sentenced to 24 hours in the Cass County Jail. 03/29/14 19:13 CHILDRENS MERCY MAIN ER, Incident Log 03/29/14 19:56 COMMERCIAL/VINE, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday, March 29th 2014, at 1956 hours, I conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Commercial and Vine in Harrisonville, Missouri on a black 1998 Chevrolet Cavalier. As a result of the traffic stop, the white female driver is being investigated for felony theft of prescription medication and possession of a controlled substance. 03/29/14 19: KAUFFMAN RD, HARRISONVILLE On March 29th, 2014 I investigated a motor vehicle accident that occurred at the Fun Run Mud Run located at S. Kauffman Road, Harrisonville, Missouri. The suspect vehicle fled the scene and there is no further information available. 03/29/14 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/29/2014, at approximately 2041 Hours, I made contact with Robert Gillispie at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County weekend warrant for Domestic Assault 3rd Degree. Bond was set at $ Cash or Surety and a court date of 04/10/2014 at 0900 hours was given. 03/29/14 20: ST RT 2, FREEMAN ON March 29, 2014 I conducted an investigation of a stolen phone at 300 E 2nd Street Freeman Missouri. Victim stated that while at a basketball tourament at Cass Midway school his son's phone was stolen from the locker room. Owner was able to track the phone to an address in Kansas City Missouri. Kansas City Missouri Police department was notified and requested to check the address. 03/29/14 23: LYNE AVE, RAYMORE ON March 29, 2014 I conducted an investigation of a disturbance at 809 Lyne Raymore Missouri. Upon arrival I made contact with the victim who told me that his ex-girlfriend attempted to run him over with her car after she had tired to ram his car with hers. Suspect left the area prior to my arrival. 03/29/14 23: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/30/2014, at approximately 0025 Hours, I made contact with a w/m,11/11/1980, Dallas D Wilson at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 09CA-CR00943 for Passing bad check. Bond was set at $3, and a court date of 03/31/2014 at 0900 hours was given. Upon arrival I made contact with the homeowner further investigation found that he had a disturbance with his girlfriend and shot her vehicle while she was in it. 03/30/14 04: MEADOWBROOK COURT, RAYMORE On March 30th, 2014 I investigated a recovered stolen vehicle that was abandoned at 1409 E. Meadowbrook Court, Raymore, Missouri, after a brief pursuit involving the Grandview Missouri Police Department. A suspect was arrested by the Raymore Missouri Police Department and released to the Grandview Police Department. 03/30/14 05:26 307/HESS, HARRISONVILLE ON March 30, 2014 I was dispatched to area of 307th and Hess Road reference a bumper in the roadway, upon arrival I discovered the a vehicle had struck the bridge guard rail and left the scene. 03/30/14 05: JERRY, RAYMORE On Sunday, March 30th, 2014 at approximately 0533 hours, I responded to the residence of 901 North Jerry in rural Raymore, Missouri in regards to assisting the Bates County, Missouri Sheriff's Office in an investigation for stolen property. I located the alleged stolen property on a trailer located on the residence. 03/30/14 08: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 0849 hours, I made contact at the Cass County jail and served a Cass County warrant to Vincent Ross Odneal. I served warrant #12CA-CR01057 for Probation Violation with a $4, % cash only bond and a court date of at 0900 hours. 03/30/14 11: TH ST, BELTON On Sunday , at approximately 1103 hours, I was dispatched to 406 E 176th street, Belton in reference to a burglary that has occurred. Upon my arrival I made contact with Parsons, Rachael R. w/f who said that her house has been broken in to during the last 24 hours. The suspects have thrown the contents of most of her drawers on the floor. Several items were stolen including a violin. This case is still under investigation.

10 03/30/14 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On March 30, 2014, I made phone contact with a subject wanting to report his children as missing. As a result of my investigation this case is deterimined to be civil in nature. 03/30/14 11: TH ST, BELTON On Sunday March 30th, 2014 at approximately 1244 hours I responded to 5801 E. 187th Street in reference to an abandonded vehilce. Upon arrival at approximately 1307 hours I made contact with Gatewood, James W/M. A computer check revealed the vehicle was listed as stolen. The vehicle was recovered and towed to Eckert Tow. 03/30/14 13: WAGONOR RD, GARDEN CITY On Sunday, March 30th, 2014 at approximately 0135 hours, I was dispatched to assist Garden City Fire with scene security on a residential fire, located at South Wagoner Road in rural Garden City, Missouri. A detective has been assigned to this case and the investigation is ongoing. 03/30/14 15: MULLEN RD, BELTON On Sunday March 30th, 2014 at approximately 1540 hours I was dispatched to Mullen Road in rural Belton, Missouri in reference to a stolen vehicle. Upon arrival I made contact with Aulgur, Matthew W/M. I gathered vehicle information and suspect information. 03/30/14 16: MONTGALL, BELTON On Sunday March 30th, 2014 at approximately 1740 hours I conducted a residence check at Montgal Drive in Belton, Missouri. Upon arrival I made contact with Doak, Samantha W/F. Ms. Doak was taken into custody on Cass County warrant #14CAFTA207 and transported to the Cass County Jail. 03/30/14 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1330 hours, I conducted an investigation in the Cass County jail, regarding contraband in the facility. I have identified a subject in this investigation. 03/30/14 18: STATE ROUTE D, CLEVELAND On Sunday at approximately 0811 hours I was dispatched to South State route D in reference to property damage that has occurred during the night of Friday Upon arrival I observed a broken white vinyl fence on the east side of State Rout D. It appears that a vehicle has driven off the roadway collided with the fence and then drove back onto the roadway leaving the scene. No suspects have been identified in this case.
