1 03/03/14 07:00 CEDAR/LOCUST, HARRISONVILLE ON March 3, 2014 I recieved a phone call of a motor vehicle accident from the deputy involved stated he had slid into a sign post causing damage to his vehicle. 03/03/14 07: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 0520 I responded to the Cass County Court house (Justice Center) at 2501 West Mechanic regarding a sprinkler alarm. I arrived and found Tim Eastman and his maintanance crew had shut off the water and began the clean up. I walked through the courthouse and surveyed the damage. Nothing further 03/03/14 10:55 JOHNSON COUNTY KS JAIL, GARDNER On 03/03/14 at 1055 hours, I responded to the Johnson County Kansas Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Jeffrey J Spradlin into custody on Cass County warrant # 14CA-CR00154 for Tampering, bond $7,500, Mr. Spradlin was transported to the Cass County Jail. 03/03/14 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On about 1155 hours I made contact with Wade Wood in DIV IV court room. Mr. Wood was ordered to serve 48 hours in the Cass County Jail. 03/03/14 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On about 1100 hours I made contact with Ethan Lindsey in DIV IV court room. Mr. Lindsey was ordered to serve 24 hours in the Cass County Jail. 03/03/14 12:20 JOHNSON COUNTY JAIL, OLATHE On 03/03/14 at 1220 hours, I responded to the Johnson County Kansas Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Erica L Houser into custody on Cass County warrant # 14CA-CR00155 for Tampering, bond $7,500, MS. Houser was transported to the Cass County Jail. 03/03/14 13: RD ST, PLEASANT HILL On March 3, 2014 at approximately 1314 hours, I was dispatched to East 203rd Street, located in rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri, in reference to an information call. My investigation revealed that a fire occurred on February 28, 2014 and several items were damaged. 03/03/14 13: MULLEN AVE, RAYMORE On at approximately 1353 hours I was dispatched to 807 N Mullen outside of Raymore, MO in reference to someone tampering with the caller's mail. 03/03/14 22: STATE ROUTE 58, PLEASANT HILL On Monday, March 3, 2014 at approximately 2217 hours I was dispatched to E. State Route 58, Pleasant Hill, MO reference to a stolen vehicle. I contacted Joyce A. Palecek who said that a young white male approached her residence asking for a ride and took her vehicle without permission. A suspect has not been identified. 03/04/14 01:06 MULLEN/163, BELTON On Tuesday, March 4th, 2014, at approximately 0106 hours I conducted a traffic stop on Mullen Road at 163rd Street in Belton Missouri on a blue 2013 Dodge Avenger. A white male subject was arrested on two Raymore PD warrants, a Harrisonville PD warrant, possession of drug paraphernalia, and issued two traffic summons. Subject was released on scene to the Raymore Police Department on their warrants.

2 03/04/14 02: MECHANIC ST, HARRIC On 03/04/14, at approximately 0250 Hours, I made contact with a subject at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant to the subject. 03/04/14 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1015 Hours, I made contact with Penny Kerr at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 13cacr for probation violation.reporting Deputy has nothing further at this time. 03/04/14 10: PARRIS RD, PLEASANT HILL On March 4, 2014 at approximately 1055 hours, I was dispatched to the area of K Highway and P Highway in reference to a vehicle that was on a property that did not belong there. I recovered a white Chevrolet bearing stolen license plates at South Paris Road, in rural Pleasant Hill. 03/04/14 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1240 Hours, I made contact with Lance Bishop at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 13cacr00680 for Driving while revoked. Reporting Deputy has nothing further at this time. 03/04/14 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE 03/04/14 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/04/2014 at approximately 1550 hours, I served an active Cass County warrant to Robert W. Crust at the Cass County Jail. Bond was set at $1, cash or surety and a court date of 03/11/2014 was given. 03/04/14 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1700 hours I responded to the Cass County Justice Center parking lot on the northwest side of the facility in reference to a suspicious vehicle. Upon arrival I located a late 80's Chevrolet truck with no license plates and no VIN tag. The vehicle was towed from the lot by Johnson's Tow. 03/04/14 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/03/14 at approximately 1313 hours, I made contact with Samuel Victor Tufts, at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant #14CA-CR00200, bond amount $10, cash or surety. 03/04/14 17: TH TER, PLEASANT HILL On Tuesday, March 4, 2014 I was dispatched to E. 176th Terrace, Pleasant Hill, MO in reference to a burglary not in progress. I contacted Marquis Rickard who said the residence belongs to his parents and has been vacant for approximately one and one half years and the copper had been cut out and taken. No suspects have been identified. 03/04/14 18: TH ST, GARDEN CITY On at approximately 1834 hours I responded to E 307th Street outside of Harrisonville, MO in reference to a burglary not in progress. Upon arrival I contacted Keegan Park who stated he arrived at his grandparent's residence to find someone had forced entry into an outbuilding on the property. No suspect has been identified at this time.

3 03/05/14 05: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , I arrested Kasie A. Jordan w/f, at the Cass County Jail. She was transported from Harrisonville on Cass County Warrant /05/14 06: AIRPORT RD, EAST LYNNE On March 05, 2014 I responded to S. Airport Rd, East Lynne, Missouri, in reference to a burglary of an outbuilding. I made contact with reporting party Ryan W. Bailey, w/m, who reported the entry door to his shop had been forced open sometime overnight. Mr. Bailey stated he checked his outbuilding and did not observe anything missing. No suspects have been identified in this investigation at this time. 03/05/14 07: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On March 05, 2014 I responded to E. 219th Street, Pleasant Hill, Missouri, in reference to a burglary to an outbuilding. Forced entry was discovered on the outbuilding. No suspects have been identified in this investigation at this time. 03/05/14 09:31 JACKSON COUNTY, MO JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 03/05/14 at 0931 hours, I responded to the Jackson County, MO Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Sara Fritz into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR01463 for Forgery, bond $7,500, MS Fritz was transported to the Cass County Jail. 03/05/14 09:31 JACKSON COUNTY, MO JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 03/05/14 at 0931 hours, I responded to the Jackson County, MO Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Larry Decker into custody on Cass County warrant # 11CA-CR for Fail To Appear, bond $2500 cash only, Mr. Decker was transported to the Cass County Jail. 03/05/14 10: STATE ROUTE 7, HARRISONVILLE On March 05, 2014 I responded to S. State Route 7, Pleasant Hill, Missouri, in reference to an ADT alarm. An exterior window was discovered to be partially opened. The home owner was contacted and it was determined that an attempted burglary had taken place. No suspects have been identified in this investigation at this time. 03/05/14 13:22 W. MECHANIC & PLAZA, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday, March 5ht 2014, at 1322 hours, I conducted a traffic stop in the parking lot of the Pizza Hut located near the intersection of Mechanic and Plaza in Harrisonville on a red 1992 Ford Ranger. The driver was arrested for felony driving while revoked. The passenger was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. 03/05/14 13: TH ST, GARDEN CITY On Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at approximately 1330 hours I was dispatched to E. 316th St. in rural Garden City Missouri in reference to a disorderly party. Upon arrival I made contact with Keeling, Michelle W/F and Linn, Danny W/M. No crime occurred. 03/05/14 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1341 hours, I made contact at the Cass County jail and served Kirk Randall Young, a Cass County warrant #14CA-CR00215 for Criminal Non- Support, with a $30, cash only bond and a court date of at 0900 hours. Mr. Young was granted a signature bond after paying a $3, payment towards the non support.

4 03/05/14 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1500 hours, I made contact with Donald Henry at the Cass County Jail. Mr. Henry was taken into custody for a 24 hour drug court sanction. Nothing further. 03/05/14 16: HWY, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday March 5th, 2014 at approximately 1623 hours I was dispatched to Missouri 7 Highway located in rural Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to property damage. Upon arrival I made contact with Crust Ronald W/M. Possible suspects have been identified in this case. 03/05/14 23:50 307TH E OF PLEASANT RIDGE, HARRISONVILLE On March 6, 2013 I was dispatched to the area of East 307th Street and Pleasant Ridge for a report of an injured deer lying in the roadway. 03/06/14 01: PICKERING RD, BELTON On Thursday, March 6th, 2014 at approximately 0135 hours, I responded to the residence of South Pickering Drive in rural Belton, Missouri with Firefighters with the South Metro Fire Department in regards to a report of a vehicle fire. A Fire Marshall with South Metro Fire was called to the scene to investigate the fire. Due to the suspicious nature of this vehicle fire this incident is still being investigated. 03/06/14 07: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On March 06, 2014 I responded to E. 215th Street, Harrisonville, Missouri, in reference to a report of property damage. I made contact with the property owner who reported his renter failed to notify him of a fire that occurred while he was living there and he now wanted a report made. I observed damage to the exterior windows of a cinder block wall barn on the property. I advised the property owner the case would be non criminal in nature and would be handled as a civil matter. 03/06/14 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday March 6, 2014, I was dispatched to the front lobby of the Sheriff s Office in regards to an individual who has an active warrant out of Jackson County for failure to appear on a traffic violation. Subject was arrested and walked to the Cass County Jail for processing. 03/06/14 09: STATE ROUTE 7, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday at approximately 1000 hours I received a phone call from Crust, Ronald w/m who said that there has been a violation of a Full order of protection granted to him. A suspect has been identified in this case. 03/06/14 10:09 163RD/GIBBONS, BELTON On Thursday March 6th 2014 I conducted a traffic stop at 163rd and Gibbons on a black Ford F-250 with an expired Missouri license plate. The Driver of the vehicle was taken into custody on an active Belton Missouri warrant. 03/06/14 10: TH ST, PECULIAR On March 6, 2014 at approximately 1036 hours, I investigated a death that occurred at East 217th Street, Peculiar, Missouri. The victim identified as Stanley Milo Fjoser appeared to pass away from natural causes at some time during the prior week. This report will be considered a natural death report. 03/06/14 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at 1030 hours, in Division 1. Judge Collins ordered Joshua Sims to be remanded into custody case number 12CA-CR , resisting arrest; Joshua Sims was sentence to 20 days CCJ, to be release on

5 number 12CA-CR , resisting arrest; Joshua Sims was sentence to 20 days CCJ, to be release on 0800 hours. I then transported Joshua Sims to the Cass County Jail. 03/06/14 12: STATE ROUTE M, GARDEN CITY On March 06, 2014 I responded to S. State Route M, Garden City, Missouri, in reference to an animal call. I made contact with the reporting party who advised his neighbors dogs come on to his property and are aggressive. The reporting party said he did not want me to contact the dog owners at this time. This report is for informational purposes only. 03/06/14 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/07/2014, at approximately 0230 Hours, I made contact with Preston Barnett at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 14CA-CR00217 for Fugitive from Out of State. Bond was set at $10,000 and a court date of 03/11/2014 at 0900 hours was given. Reporting Deputy has nothing further at this time. 03/06/14 14: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday , at approximately 1420 hours I was dispatched to E 307th street. An elderly lady with Alzheimer had driven off in a vehicle in an unknown direction. The lady was found and returned to her house unharmed. 03/06/14 16:12 RANDOLPH CO, MO JAIL, HUNTSVILLE On 03/06/14 at 1612 hours, I responded to the Randolph County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Michael L Miller into custody on Cass County warrant # 14CA-CR00186 for Non Support, bond $2000 cash only, Mr. Miller was transported to the Cass County Jail. 03/06/14 16:19 HUBACH HILL RD/SCHOOL, RAYMORE This accident apparently occurred when vehicle (1) was traveling north bound on School Road. Vehicle (1) attempted to make a west bound turn and crashed into vehicle (2) that was traveling south bound on School Road. 03/06/14 16: STATE ROUTE C, FREEMAN On Thursday March 6, 2014, I was dispatched to E. State Route 2 Highway in regards to a medical call. Upon my arrival I met with Michael D. Czech who believes that he may be having a heart attack. EMS transported Mr. Czech to the Cass Medical Regional Center in Harrisonville for further treatment. 03/06/14 19: MUNICIPAL CIR, RAYMORE On Thursday, March 6th, 2014 I conducted a warrant arrest at the Raymore Police Department, located at 100 Municipal Circle in Raymore, Missouri on an active Cass County warrant for driving while revoked/suspended. The male subject was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail. The subject is being held on $5, % Cash Only Bond and was given a court date of Tuesday, March 11th, 2014 at 0900 hours in Cass County courts. 03/06/14 22:32 BELTON PD, BELTON On I made contact with Samuel A. Bray w/m, at the Belton Police Department. I served Cass County Warrant #14CA-CR00216 for Robbery. Bond Was set at $150, cash only, and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 03/07/14 07:52 NEAR STATE ROUTES Y/J, MERWIN On March 6th, 2014, I assisted members of the Bates County Sheriff's Office with the search for a subject who had fired shots at a Bates County Deputy Sheriff in the area of rural Merwin, Missouri. A suspect was not located.

6 03/07/14 09: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On March 7, 2014 at approximately 0956 hours, I was dispatched to East 289th Street located in rural Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a stealing call. My investigation revealed that a civil matter occurred on March 6, 2014 and that one of the persons involved wanted it documented. 03/07/14 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/07/2014 at approximately 1140 hours, I took Donald George Crust Jr. into custody on Cass County warrant #14CA-CR00219 for Violation of order of protection for adult. Bond was set at $ cash or surety and a court date of 03/11/2014 at 0900 hours was given. 03/07/14 12: RD ST, BELTON On March 7, 2014 at approximately 1248 hours, I was dispatched to 1809 East 183rd Street, located in rural Belton, Missouri in reference to a burglary. My investigation revealed that several items were stolen from a large garage building by force causing damage to Richard Parrack's property. No suspect information is available at this time. 03/07/14 13:45 267TH & RIVER RD, HARRISONVILLE On Friday, March 07, 2014 I was dispatched to the intersection of River road and 267th regarding abandoned vehicle in the creek. Upon arrival I observed black Pontiac Grand Prix was found in the creek. A computer check of the vehicle license resulted in the vehicle being stolen out of Harrisonville, Missouri. 03/07/14 13: OLINGER, STRASUBRG On March 7, 2014 I responded to 306 Olinger Road in Strasburg, Missouri in reference to property damage. Ms. Destiny Rhoades reported damage to her Ford Taurus and identified a suspect. 03/07/14 14: COMMERCIAL STREET, PLEASANT HILL On March 7, 2014, I conducted a prisoner transport from the Pleasant Hill Police Department to the Cass County Jail. Dustin L. Carbah was arrested on a Cass County probation violation warrant. 03/07/14 15: HICKORY GROVE RD, PLEASANT HILL On March 7, 2014 I responded to S. Hickory Grove Road, Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to a civil matter involving property damage. Mr. White reported that a fence was damaged by a hired contractor while leaving his property and attempts to contact the contractor had been met with negative results. 03/07/14 17: STATE ROUTE 2, FREEMAN On Friday, March 7th, 2014 at approximately 1827 hours I was dispatched to 310 W. 2 Highway in rural Cass County in regards to a report of trespassing and property damage. 03/07/14 17:12 STATE ROUTE P, PLEASANT HILL On March 7, 2014 I attempted a vehicle stop in the area of 7 Highway and State Rt P Highway in rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri. The attempted stop became a fail to yield in which multiple Cass County units were involved. The suspect was placed into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail. 03/07/14 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2000 hours, I arrested Michael E. Ward as he attempted to turn himself on for 2 days shock time for case #13CA-CR0405 for DWI.

7 03/07/14 21: STATE ROUTE Y, CLEVELAND On March 7th 2014, at approximately 2142 hours, I was dispatched to South State Route Y highway, Belton Missouri in reference to a home invasion. I made contact with Travis Ruff who stated he was assaulted in his home. A suspect has not been identified and the investigation is ongoing. 03/07/14 21: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2000 hours, I arrested Nikolas Wanner as he turned himself in to the Cass County Jail for 2 days shock time on case #11CA-CR00264 for resisting arrest. 03/07/14 23:14 F HWY AND B HWY, DAYTON On March 7, 2014 at 2314 hours, I stopped a 2000 Chevrolet Monte Carlo on MO Highway F near MO Highway B. After stopping the vehicle the driver, Mr. Charles A. Moretine was contacted. After a computer check was conducted Mr. Moretine was placed under arrest on a Camden County Failure to Appear Warrant. 03/07/14 23: TH TER, PLEASANT HILL On Friday, March 7, 2014 at approximately 2313 hours while conducting an extra patrol at E. 176th Terrace, Pleasant Hill, MO I observed that the front door of the residence was open. Contact was made with the key holder which revealed the property should be secured. No suspect has been identified. 03/08/14 03:09 WESTOVER/WESTOVER CIR, BELTON On 03/08/2014 at 0310 hours, I conducted a traffic stop at North Westover road and the intersection of Westover circle Belton Missouri on a Black 2001 Nissan Maxima. The Passenger was issued a summons for Possession of Marijuana. 03/08/14 04: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2150 hours, I served a weekend warrant to Zebadiah C. Wilson at the Cass County Jail for Burglary in the 2nd degree. 03/08/14 10: JERRY, RAYMORE On at approximately 1049 hours I responded to 807 N Jerry outside of Raymore, MO in reference to a dog that had been shot. Upon arrival I contacted Sally King who stated someone had shot her dog. An area canvass was conducted but no suspect has been identified at this time. 03/08/14 10: TH ST, KINGSVILLE On March 8, 2014 I responded to E. 179th Street, Kingsville, Missouri in reference to suspicious activity. Mr. Donald Pedigo was contacted as a large amount of raccoon and possum carcasses were discovered to be scattered across the driveway to their property. No suspect has been identified. 03/08/14 11: RD ST, CLEVELAND On at approximately 1158 hours I responded to the area of Prospect Avenue south of State Route Y to 254th Street outside of Cleveland, MO in reference to damaged mailboxes. Upon arrival in the area I located several damaged mailboxes. No suspect has been identified at this point. 03/08/14 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday, March 08, 2014 Daniel Yarnell responded to the Cass County Sheriff's Office to report the city of Strasburg s police car stolen and that the locks on City hall had been changed.

8 03/08/14 16: CLEVELAND AVE, BELTON On at approximately 1721 I responded to S Cleveland Avenue outside of Belton, MO in reference to a burglary not in progress. Upon arrival I contacted William Crabtree who stated someone had stolen several items from his garage. No suspect has been identified at this time. 03/08/14 19: CROWN PARK, BELTON On March 8, 2014 at about 1920 hours, I was dispatched to 7365 Crown in reference to an assault. Upon arrival I contacted the victim, Mr. Aaron Coronado-Hinojos, W/M who said that the driver of a black Chevrolet pickup truck pointed a gun at him. A physical description of the suspect was obtained but a suspect was not identified. 03/08/14 19:56 JOHNSTON/BROADMOOR, RAYMORE On Saturday, March 8th, 2014 at approximately 1956 hours I conducted a traffic stop on Johnston Road at Broadmoor Drive in Raymore on a white 1999 GMC Suburban. The white male driver was arrested on Camden County, and Lake Ozark PD warrants for FTA traffic, and was transported to the Cass County Jail. 03/09/14 00:05 KAUFFMAN RD N. OF 7, GARDEN CITY On March 9, 2014 at about 0005 hours, I observed a green 2013 Ford Escape traveling north on MO Highway 7. I noticed the vehicle was weaving within its lane of traffic and crossed over the fog line several times. I activated my emergency lights and stopped the vehicle on Kauffman Road near MO Highway 7. After stopping the vehicle I arrested the driver for driving while intoxicated. The driver is identified as the suspect. 03/09/14 00: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On March 9, 2014 I transported a bottle of prescription medication from the Cass County Jail to the Belton City Jail. This incident was non-criminal in nature. 03/09/14 01:55 COMMERCIAL/OUTER RD, HARRISONVILLE On March 9, 2014 I conducted a vehicle stop on Commercial at South East Outer road, on a grey 1990 Pontiac Grand Prix. The vehicle was stopped for having an unreadable license plate. The driver was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and the passenger was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. Suspects have been identified and placed in custody in this incident. 03/09/14 05:48 58/WARD, RAYMORE On I investigated a single car motor vehicle crash that occurred at 58 Highway east of Ward Road, Raymore Mo. The only occupant, was transported to Belton Hospital for complaint of head pain. The vehicle was removed by Johnson's tow service. 03/09/14 16: PROSPECT AVE, BELTON On Sunday, March 09, 2014 I responded to Prospect Belton, Missouri regarding a burglary with forced entry. 03/09/14 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/09/2014 at approximately 1655 hours, a white male subject identified as Boltz, Roger Lee w/m was transported to Cass Regional Medical Center via Harrisonville Medical Service's ambulance due to active continual seizures in the booking area of the Cass County Jail facility.

9 03/09/14 18: PINE ST, DREXEL On March 9, 2014 at about 1835 hours, I was dispatched to 317 E. Pine, Drexel MO in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival I contacted the victim, Mr. Jeffrey Lyon. Mr. Lyon said the suspect tried to push her way into his room through the bedroom door. Mr. Lyon said he tried to keep her out of his bedroom by pushing back on the door and the door glass panes broke and he obtained a scratch on his stomach from the door. A suspect was contacted and identified. 03/09/14 19: STATE ROUTE 7, PLEASANT HILL On March 9, 2014, at approximately 1915 hours, I observed a red 1992 Ford L9000 dump truck at the off road fuel pumps at the Pleasant Hill Fast Stop located at 301 S. State Route 7 in Pleasant Hill, Missouri. I observed a white male fueling the dump truck with the off road diesel from the fuel pumps. 03/09/14 20: MAIN ST, DREXEL On March 9, 2014 at about 2019 hours, I was dispatched to 221 E. Main, Drexel MO in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival I contacted Mr. Dylan C. Mawhirter, W/M who said that he and the suspect had an argument. No apparent crime had taken place in this incident. 03/09/14 21: MAJOR RD, CLEVELAND On March 9, 2014 I conducted an investigation of a disturbance at S Major Road. Upon arrival Tanner McGilton and Alicia Beets said that they had been in an argument. Both subject said no threats of assaults occurred. There was no apparent crime in this incident.
