1 07/27/15 08: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 07/28/2015 at approximately 0830 hours I took Craig, Joseph into custody to serve a 24 hour shock time sentence. 07/27/15 09: TH TER, BELTON On Monday, July 27, 2015 at approximately 1041 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of 305 East 164th Terrace in Belton, Missouri in regards to a report of harassment. The victim, Kayla A. Binkley-Coates, white female stated that she has asked the suspect to stop contacting her, but he has continued to contact her. A suspect has been identified in this case, however no arrest has been made at this time. 07/27/15 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 07/27/15 at approximately 1005 hours I took one into custody as instructed by the judge. 07/27/15 15: DONAHUE RD, PECULIAR 07/27/15 16:12 58/LAURUS, RAYMORE On Monday, July 27th 2015, at 1612 hours, I was dispatched to 58 Highway and Laurus in reference to providing K9 assistance to the Raymore Police Department who were on the scene of a traffic stop. K9 Champ was deployed to sniff the vehicle for the odor narcotics. K9 Champs alerted to the presence of the odor of narcotics in the vehicle and a probable cause search revealed methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The black male driver was arrested by the Raymore Police. 07/27/15 20:05 ARCHIE COMMUTER LOT, ARCHIE On July 27, 2015 I conducted at prisoner transfer with adrain Missouri Police Department at Archie Missouri Commuter lot. I took custody of Jeffery W. Allen and transported him to the Cass County Jail. 07/28/15 01:25 SB 49/169.4 MM, PECULIAR On Tuesday, July 28th 2015, at 0125 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop on a gold 2005 Chrysler 300 for having an inoperable headlight. The driver was subsequently arrested for driving while suspended and for two active warrants out of McDonald County, Missouri for traffic offenses. 07/28/15 02: SCOTT, BELTON On Tuesday, July 28th 2015, at 0218 hours, I was dispatched to 913 North Scott in Belton in reference to providing K9 assistance to the Belton police Department who were on the scene of a possible burglary in progress at the Phillips 66 convenience store. K9 Champ was deployed to conduct a building search but the suspect left prior to our arrival. 07/28/15 06:16 A/PINE, ARCHIE On July 28, 2015 I was dispatched to a report of a careless and imprudent driver last seen westbound on State Route A from Interstate 49 in Archie, Missouri. The vehicle was located and the driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated. 07/28/15 06:57 291/215TH ST, PECULIAR On Tuesday at approximately 0705 hours I was dispatched to the State route 291 and 215th street intersection in reference to a vehicle accident that has occurred. Nobody was injured in this accident.

2 07/28/15 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On about 0900 hours I was assisting at the security check point. Gearld Wilson entered thru the metal detector and it alarmed indicating he ad a metalic object on his person. I use the hand held wand to pen point the location on the metalic object. located a metalic object in the groining are of Mr. Wilson. I asked Mr. Wilson what he had in the front of his pants, He stated that it was his cell phone. 07/28/15 09:19 AMARGUIA LN/319TH, ARCHIE On Tuesday at approximately 0924 hours I was dispatched to the Amarugia Highlands Conservation Area where the Conservation Department was in the process of reconstructing a lake. A Missouri Department of Conservation radio was taken from a Bulldozer that was on site. 07/28/15 16: OUTER RD, PECULIAR On Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at approximately 1648 hours, I conducted an investigation at the Cass County Sheriff's Office, located at 2501 West Mechanic in Harrisonville, Missouri in regards to a report of fraud. During the course of my investigation I discovered that this incident was a civil matter. The reporting party, Kimberly A. Standley, white female requested a report to document the incident. 07/28/15 17:41 NB 49/EXIT 159, On July 28, 2015 I conducted a vehicle stop in the area of NB Interstate 49 and Exit 159. Driver was found to have an active felony warrant and was placed into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail. 07/28/15 18: RD ST, GARDEN CITY On 07/28/2015 at approximately 1859 hours, I was dispatched to the address of S. Sycamore Grove road in Garden City Missouri in reference to a motor vehicle accident. My investigation revealed that the accident involved one car and a male subject was transported to Cass Regional Medical Center for minor injuries. 07/28/15 19: TH ST, GARDEN CITY On July 28, 2015 I investigated a report of an animal bite that occued on July 27, 2015 at 108 8th Street, Garden City, Missouri. My investigation reveiled that Mollie Famuilner, w/f, was bitten by her cat at 108 8th Street, Garden City, Missouri. This incident has been forwarded to the Cass County Health Department for follow up. 07/28/15 20: TH ST, GARDEN CITY On 07/28/2015 at approximately 2008 hours, I was dispatched to E 355th street in Garden City in reference to a possible disturbance in progress. My investigation revealed that a disturbance had not occurred. A male subject was arrested on active Cass County warrants and transported to the Cass County Jail. 07/28/15 20: STATE ROUTE 58, STRASBURG On July 28, 2015 I was dispatched to Hwy Strasburg Missouri in reference to a Exparte Order of Protection violation. Upon arrival I made contact with John R. Sprinkles who told me that he had recieved a phone call from his son who he has an exparte on. 07/28/15 23: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 2310 hours Barnerd, Richard E. W/M was complaining of chest pains. He was transported to Cass Regional Medical Center by Harrisonville EMS, and Corporal Adamson #665.

3 07/28/15 23:20 58/STRASBURG, STRASBURG On 07/28/2015 at approximately 2324 hours, I was dispatched to State Route 58 highway in Strasburg Missouri in reference to a motor vehicle accident. My investigation revealed that the accident involved one vehicle and the driver left the scene prior to my arrival. 07/29/15 02:04 QUICK TRIP - 150/291, LEE'S SUMMIT On 07/29/2015 at approximately 0351 hours, I was dispatched to the Quick Trip on 150 highway and 291 highway in Lees Summit Missouri in reference to a prisoner transfer with Lees Summit PD. I made contact with a female subject and took her into custody on two active Cass County warrants. She was then transported to the Cass County Jail. 07/29/15 12:06 JACKSON COUNTY JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 07/29/15 at 1206 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Claude M Mccomas into custody on Cass County warrant # 14CA-CR00915 for Driving while revoked, bond $5,000, Mr. Mccomas was transported to the Cass County Jail. 07/29/15 12:06 JACKSON COUNTY MO JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 07/29/15 at 1206 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Kelly J Moore into custody on Cass County warrant # 15CA-CR00196 for Driving while revoked, bond $4,000 10% cash only, Mr. Moore was transported to the Cass County Jail. 07/29/15 12:06 JACKSON COUNTY JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 07/29/15 at 1206 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Stephaine C Settle into custody on Cass County warrant # 14CA-CR for Probation Violation, bond $25,000, Ms. Settle was transported to the Cass County Jail. 07/29/15 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 07/29/2015, at approximately 1425 Hours, I made contact with Corey Harding at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 15CA-CR00730 for Driving while revoked/suspended. Bond was set at $5, cash or surety and a court date of 08/20/2015 at 0900 hours was given. Reporting Deputy has nothing further at this time. 07/29/15 14: BRENNEMAN RD, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1430 hours, I was dispatched to the Cass County Sheriff s Office in reference to a stolen license plate. My investigation revealed that Charles J. Lucas's license plate was lost/stolen sometimes between the end of June and License plate information entered into MULES by dispatch. 07/29/15 15:24 HAWTHORNE BANK-HVILLE, On July 29, 2015 I conducted a vehicle stop at Plaza Drive and Wall Street in Harrisonville, Missouri of a maroon Oldsmobile Bravada. The driver was found to have a suspended driving status and the passenger was found to have active warrants. A subject was placed into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail. 07/29/15 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On July 29, 2015 at approximately 1618 hours, I was dispatched to 2501 West Mechanic, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a stealing. My investigation revealed that a debit card was used by an unknown person to obtain money out of an account without the owners consent.

4 07/29/15 16: MECHANIC STREET, HARRISONVILLE On July 29, 2015, I responded to the Sheriff's Office for a walk-in report of a court order child custody violation. Jessica N. Lounsberry is reporting Robert E. McCall is refusing to follow their child custody paperwork and give her their child. 07/29/15 19: HICKORY GROVE RD, PLEASANT HILL On July 29, 2015 I was dispatched to S Hickory Grove Road in Rural Pleasant Hill Missouri for a dog complaint. I spoke with James E. Pastelak who said he was chased by loose dogs on his property. 07/29/15 20: GAMBLE AVE, STRASBURG On July 29, 2015 I was dispatched to a phone call report of an exparte violation. I contacted the victim who said the suspect has an active exparte on him and parked next to her while she was picking up her children in Strasburg Missouri. The Victim said the suspect fled the scene when she called 911. The suspect has been identified. 07/29/15 20: STATE ROUTE 2, HARRISONVILLE On July 29, 2015 at about 2056 hours, I was dispatched to E. State Route 2 in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival I contacted the victim, Adrian Morales, who told me that someone had entered his residence and stole his son's Playstation 4 and $3,000 cash. Persons of interest were identified. 07/29/15 21: CAMP BRANCH RD, EAST LYNNE On July 29, 2015 I was dispatched to S Camp Branch Road in rural East Lynn Missouri on suspicious activity. I spoke to the reporting party who said that she noticed that the headlights on their truck and car were turned on. No subjects have been identified. 07/30/15 01:28 2/ COMMERCIAL, HARRISONVILLE On June 30, 2015 I conducted a vehicle stop at 2 HWY and Commercial Street in Harrisonville Missouri for no license plates. The driver was identified and arrested outstanding Clinton Police Department warrants. The Subject was transferred to Clinton Police Department on a County Line transfer. 07/30/15 02:03 SB 7/TT, HARRISONVILLE On July 30, 2015 I was involved in a vehicle pursuit in the area of State Route 7 and State Route TT. No suspect has been identified at this time. 07/30/15 02: ASH ST, BELTON On Thursday July 30, 2015 at approximately 0238 hours I was dispatched to S Ash St Belton, MO in reference to a verbal disturbance. All parties were separated upon arrival. The disturbance was only verbal in nature. Nothing criminal took place. 07/30/15 04:11 SB 49/162.2, HARRISONVILLE Incident Log 07/30/15 07: AUSTIN RD, ARCHIE On July 30, 2015 I was dispatched to S. Austin Road, Archie, Missouri in reference to trespassing no longer in progress. It was reported that a white male subject in dark shirt and blue shorts had crossed the residential property and was last seen going north through a tree line. Subject was not located.

5 07/30/15 08:17 JACKSON COUNTY JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 07/30/15 at 0817 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Delwyn Rainey into custody on Cass County warrant # 09CA-CR for Probation Violation, bond $25,000. Mr. Rainey was transported to the Cass County Jail. 07/30/15 08:17 JACKSON COUNTY JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 07/30/15 at 0817 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Briar Gomez into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR for Probation Violation, bond $25,000 cash only. Mr. Gomez was transported to the Cass County Jail. 07/30/15 09: TH STREET, GARDEN CITY On July 30, 2015, I towed an abandoned vehicle blocking the driveway at E. 337th Street in rural Garden City, Missouri. 07/30/15 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 07/30/2015, at approximately 1035 hours, I made contact with John M Brock at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 14CA-CR00077 for probation violation. Bond was set at $25,000.00, cash only, and a court date of 08/10/2015 at 0900 hours was given. 07/30/15 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE 07/30/15 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On about 1005 hours in DIV IV court room I made contact with Edward Bailey. Mr. Bailey was arrested on Cass County warrant for theft/stealing with a bond of $25, cash only. Mr. Bailey was given a court date of at 0900 hours in DIV IV. 07/30/15 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 07/30/2015, at approximately 1605 hours, I made contact with Deon J Merritt at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 15CA-CR00750 for assault 1st degree. Bond was set at $35,000.00, cash or surety, and a court date of 08/20/2015 at 0900 hours was given. 07/30/15 13: ST ST, FREEMAN On July 30th 2015, at approximately 1357 hours I was dispatched to 2501 W. Mechanic Street, Harrisonville Missouri in reference to a stealing that had occured. The victim Thompson, Matthew R. wanted to be contacted via the telephone. I made contact with Mr. Thompson who was reporting that he was missing property from his property located in Cleveland, Missouri. A suspect has not been identified in this case. 07/30/15 15:39 SB49/2, HARRISONVILLE On July 30th, 2015 at approximately 1539 hours while on routine patrol of I-49 and 2 Highway I observed a gray in color sedan pulled over blocking the passing lane. The driver was taken into custody, and transported to the Cass County Jail for driving while revoked. 07/30/15 15: ST ST, STRASBURG

6 07/30/15 21: TROTT RD, BELTON On July 30, 2015 at about 2134 hours, I was dispatched to 6201 Trott Road in reference to a stolen auto. Upon arrival I contacted the victim, Mrs. Alice Eckles, who told me her 1995 Honda Del Sol had been stolen from the driveway of her residence. No suspect was identified. 07/30/15 23:47 NB 49/163RD, BELTON On July 30, 2015 I conducted a traffic stop of a white Chevy Silverado on Interstate 49 at 163rd Street. The driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated. 07/31/15 00:45 PLEASANT HILL PD, PLEASANT HILL On July 31, 2015 at approximately 0045 hours, I was dispatched to Pleasant Hill Police Department for prisoner transfer. I arrived and took on male subject into custody on an active Cass County warrant. Subject was transported to Cass County Jail. 07/31/15 10:29 NB 49/7, HARRISONVILLE On July 31, 2015 at approximately 1030 hours, I conducted a traffic stop at Northbound I-49 and 7 Highway on a green Honda bearing Missouri license. A subject was arrested for several warrants out of Cass County and Bates County. The subject was issued summons for Driving While Revoked and no insurance. 07/31/15 12: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On July 31, 2015, I responded to E. 299th Street, Harrisonville, Missouri, in reference to a vehicle theft report. While on scene I contacted the reporting party Philip J. Spitler, w/m. The theft occurred outside our jurisdiction in Bates County. Mr. Spitler was arrested on two Cass County warrants and transported to the Cass County Jail. 07/31/15 13: HICKORY TRL, HARRISONVILLE On July 31, 2015 I conducted an identity theft investigation at S. Hickory Trail, Harrisonville, Missouri. The victim Larry D. Birks, reported a Paypal Credit account had been opened in his name without his knowledge or permission. No suspects have been identified in this investigation. 07/31/15 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1420 hours, I contacted Raymond Richardson at the Cass County Jail on a Cas County warrant. I served warrant #15CA-CR00751 for Violation of Order of Protection for adult. Bond was set at $2, Cash or Surety and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 07/31/15 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Friday July 31st, 2015 at approximately 1400 hours I was dispatched to 2501 W. Mechanic Street in reference to counterfeit bills. Upon arrival I made contact with Deputy Eddleman and gathered information for the report. 07/31/15 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1713 hours, I made contact at the Cass County jail and served a Cass County warrant. I served Sasha Monique Moses warrant #15CA-CR00686 for Violation of order of protection for adult with a $1, cash/ surety bond and a court date of at 0900 hours. 07/31/15 17: TH ST, STRASBURG On Friday, July 31st 2015, at 1801 hours, I took a report of fraudulent use of a credit device. The white female card holder reported that an unknown suspect(s) FORM 3000 used - Press her card Reports number = UPDATED at a hotel in California and bought goods totaling

7 holder reported that an unknown suspect(s) used her card number at a hotel in California and bought goods totaling more than $2, /31/15 17: STATE ROUTE EE, EAST LYNNE 07/31/15 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 07/31/2015 at approximately 2045 hours, I arrested Melissa May Atkinson, W/F at the Cass County Jail concerning a Cass County warrant. 07/31/15 23:31 SB 49/1 MILE S OF BATES COUNTY LINE, ADRIAN On Friday, July 31st 2015, at 2331 hours, I was dispatched to southbound I-49 approximately one mile south of Archie in reference to providing K9 assistance to the Missouri State Highway Patrol who were on the scene of a traffic stop. K9 Champ alerted to the odor of narcotics in the vehicle and two bag of marijuana were recovered during a probable cause search of the vehicle. 08/01/15 08: F HWY, GARDEN CITY On August 01, 2015 I responded to 105 F Hwy, Garden City, Missouri, in reference to property damage. The reporting party stated they discovered four nails in one of the tires on her daughters vehicle they believe it was done intentionally. 08/01/15 10: FARAON ST., SAINT JOSEPH On 08/01/15, at 0800 hours, I responded to the WRDCC Saint Joseph, Mo.in reference to a warrant service. I then took Dustin D. Phelps w/m, into custody on a Cass County warrant and tranported to the Cass County Jail. 08/01/15 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/01/2015 at approximately 1340 hours, I made contact with Robert Lee Chamberlain III, at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Mr. Chamberlain Cass County warrant #14CA-CR Bond was set at $25,000.00, cash only, with a court date of 08/20/2015 at 0900 hours was given. 08/01/15 14: ORIENT CEMETERY RD, HARRISONVILLE On August 01, 2015 I conducted a stealing investigation at E. Orient Cemetery Rd, Harrisonville, Missouri. I made contact with David Godfrey, w/m, who reported that someone broken into a locked room in his barn and stole several tools. A suspect has been identified in this investigation. 08/01/15 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1520 Hours, I made contact with Nathan H. Bowling at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 14CA-CR00395 for Burglary 1st degree. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. Reporting Deputy has nothing further at this time. 08/01/15 15:30 291/PRETTYMAN, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday August 1st, 2015 at approximately 1530 hours I conducted a traffic stop on Missouri 291 Highway south of Prettyman Road. A white male was issued a summons and the vehicle was towed from the scene. 08/01/15 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/01/2015 at approximately 1810 hours, I made contact with Austin Michael Matteson, at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Mr. Matteson Cass County warrant #weekend warrant. Bond was set at $3,500.00, cash or surety, with a court date of 08/11/2015 at 0900 hours was given.

Atkinson at the Cass County Jail. I served two Cass County warrants, one for Careless and Imprudent Driving, and the other for Failing to Wear a Seat Belt. A bond of $ total was set, and a court date of 8/25/2015 was given. 08/01/15 19: ST ST, ARCHIE On August 1, 2015 I investigated a report of fraud at East 351st Street, Archie, Missouri. My investigation revealed that this incident is a civil matter at this time. 08/01/15 20:39 NB 291/236TH, HARRISONVILLE On 08/01/2015 at approximately 2041 hours, I was dispatched to the location of 291 highway north of Harrisonville in reference to a female walking on the side of the road. A female subject was contacted who was walking north on 291 and was arrested on active Jackson County warrants. Custody of the female was given to Jackson County Sheriff's Office on a prisoner transfer. 08/02/15 05: OAKWOOD ST, HARRISONVILLE On August 8, 2015 I conducted a residence check at 707 Oakwood, Harrisonville, Missouri. Phillip Conner, w/m, was arrested on Cass County warrant 15-CAARW-874 for Assualt 1st Degree. A court date of August 17, 2015 at 0900 hours was given with bond set at $25,000 cash or surety. 08/02/15 05: INDEPENDENCE ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/02/2015 at approximately 0538 hours, I conducted a residence check at 1303 S. Independence street in Harrisonville Missouri. A male subject was taken into custody on a active Cass County warrant for assault in the first degree and was transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/02/15 06:14 259/HOLMES, CLEVELAND On Sunday, August 2nd, 2015 I investigated a single vehicle motor vehicle accident that occurred at the intersection of Route D and 259th Street, Cleveland, Missouri. The driver left the scene prior to my arrival and was later identified as a juvenile male. 08/02/15 07: TH ST, FREEMAN On Sunday, August 2, 2015 at approximately 0755 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of 303 West 5th Street in Freeman, Missouri in regards to a report of property damage. Upon conducting my investigation I found significant damage was done to a vehicle on the property of this residence. A suspect has been identified in this incident, however no arrests have been made. 08/02/15 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1018 hours, I made contact at the Cass County jail and served a Cass County warrant. I served Brooklyn M. Olender warrant #15CA-CR00495 for Possession of controlled substance except 35 grams of marijuana with a $7, cash/ surety bond and a court date of at 0900 hours. 08/02/15 12: TH ST, GARDEN CITY On August 02, 2015 I conducted a stealing investigation that was walked into the Cass County Sheriff's Office. The reporting party Brian Pickering, w/m, stated someone stole his 2017 stickers off of his Missouri license plates. No suspects have been identified in this investigation.

9 08/02/15 15:38 187TH/STATELINE, BELTON On Sunday at approximately 1547 I was dispatched to the 187th and State Line road T-junction in reference to a Motor vehicle accident. Four people where transported by ambulance from the scene. 08/02/15 17: SOUTHCREST DR, PECULIAR On Sunday at approximately 1721 hours I was dispatched to South Southcrest road, Peculiar in reference to a stealing that has occurred. Upon arrival I made contact with Bishop, Justin w/m. One firearm was stolen from their belongings while moving into their new house. 08/02/15 23: CHESTNUT, BELTON On 08/02/2015 at approximately 2321 hours, I conducted a residence check at 506 E Chestnut street in Harrisonville Missouri. A female subject was taken into custody on a active Cass County warrant for Probation Violation and was transported to the Cass County Jail.
