1 04/18/16 09:36 GREENE COUNTY MO JAIL, SPRINGFIELD On 04/18/16 at 0936 hours, I responded to the Greene County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Courtney Lopez into custody on Cass County warrant # 16CA-CR for Fail To Appear, bond $25,000 cash only. Ms. Lopez was transported to the Cass County Jail. 04/18/16 12:36 J/198TH, PECULIAR On Monday, April 18, 2016 at approximately 1236 hours, I conducted a pedestrian check on State Route J near 198th Street in rural Peculiar, Missouri in regards to a white male walking north bound along State Route J. I contacted Seth L. Horton, white male who stated that he was attempting to get to Lee's Summit, Missouri. Upon conducting a records check of Mr. Horton it was discovered that he had an active warrant through Jackson County, Missouri for failure to appear on a misdemeanor traffic violation. Mr. Horton was placed in to custody and transported to the Cass County jail where he is awaiting extradition from Jackson County. 04/18/16 15: CLEVELAND AVE, CLEVELAND On Monday at approximately 1526 hours I was dispatched to South Cleveland Rd. in reference to property damage that has occurred. Upon arrival I made contact with a KCPL maintenance crew that was in the process of replacing a transformer that was shot by somebody with a large caliber rifle. 04/18/16 18: MORRISON RD, RAYMORE On Monday , at approximately 1815 hours I responded to a stealing in progress at 312 S Morrison Rd. Upon arrival I observe the suspect attempting to leave the scene with a Blue over silver Ford F250 pick-up truck. I then blocked his exit route with my patrol vehicle. The suspect rammed my vehicle with the pick-up and the ran away from the scene on foot. The suspect is still at large at this time. Investigation continues. 04/18/16 18: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On 04/18/16, at approximately 1841 hours, I responded to E 267th Street, Harrisonville, Missouri, in reference to a shots fired call. My investigation revealed that nothing criminal occurred. 04/18/16 19: MO-150, LEE'S SUMMIT On 04/19/16, at approximately 0145 hours, I responded to 120 MO-150 Hwy, Lees Summit, Missouri, where I took Minda Quick, W/F, into custody on Cass County warrant 15CA-CR00869 and transported her to the Cass County Jail. 04/18/16 20: SOUTH HEDGEWOOD HILLS RD, PECULIAR On 04/18/2016 I responded to S South Hedgewoodhills road in Peculiar Missouri in reference to a check the welfare. A male subjects welfare was check by EMS on scene. 04/19/16 09: JACKSON, FREEMAN On Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at approximately 0933 hours, I conducted an investigation at the Cass Regional Medical Center, located at 2800 Rockhaven Road, located in Harrisonville, Missouri in regards to a reported animal bite. Richard D. Stukes, white male reported that he had been bitten by his cat at his residence in Freeman, Missouri. Mr. Stukes was treated for his injuries and released. 04/19/16 09:27 PLATTE COUNTY JAIL, PLATTE CITY On 04/19/16 at 0927 hours, I responded to the Platte County Missouri Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Jeremy Allen into custody on Cass County warrant # 11CA-CR for Fail To Appear, bond $2,500 cash only. Mr. Allen was transported to the Cass County Jail.

2 04/19/16 10:55 JACKSON COUNTY JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 04/19/16 at 1055 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Jason Timmons into custody on Cass County warrant # , and for Fail To Appear, bond $ cash only. Mr. Timmons was transported to the Cass County Jail. 04/19/16 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday April 19th, 2016, at approximately 0920 hours, I made contact with Kenion R. Brown at the Cass County Justice Center in the Division V courtroom. I arrested Mr. Brown on an active Cass County warrant for possession of a controlled substances. Bond was set at $ cash or surety and a court date of June 6th, 2016 at 0900 hours was given. 04/19/16 17: SCOTT RD, PLEASANT HILL On April 19, 2016 I conducted an investigation of property damage and stealing from a vehicle at S. Scott Rd, Pleasant Hill, Missouri. A concrete block was thrown through the passenger side of the vehicle and items where taken from inside. No suspects have been identified in this investigation at this time. 04/19/16 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 04/19/2016, at approximately 1915 Hours, I made contact with Ryan Austin Bailey at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant number 16CA-CR00321 for Count 1: Fraudulent Use of Credit/Debit Device, Count 2: Theft/Stealing of any Credit Card or Letter of Credit, Count 3: Receiving Stolen Property, and Count 4: Receiving Stolen Property. Bond was set at $20, Surety Only and a court date of 06/02/2016 at 0900 hours was given. 04/19/16 20:03 203/PRYOR, PLEASANT HILL On 4/19/16, at approximately 2038 hours, I responded to 207 N Randolph, Pleasant Hill, Missouri, in reference to a motor vehicle accident that occurred on E 203rd Street. My investigation revealed that a motor vehicle accident did occur on E 203rd Street, East of Pryor Road. 04/19/16 20: RD ST, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday, April 19th 2016, at 2041 hours, I was dispatched to investigate a call of a suspicious vehicle in the block of 253rd Street in rural Harrisonville. The male driver of the vehicle was subsequently arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of marijuana. 04/19/16 21: BLOCK OF EASTWOOD, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday, April 19th 2016, at 2154 hours, I was dispatched to the 1100 block of Eastwood in reference to providing K9 assistance to the Harrisonville Police Department who were on the scene of a traffic stop where consent to search the vehicle was denied. K9 Champ alerted to the odor of narcotics in the vehicle's center console and marijuana residue was located during a probable cause search. 04/19/16 23: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 04/20/2016, at approximately 0025 Hours, I made contact with Kyle Roderick at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. 04/20/16 09:43 GREENE COUNTY JAIL, SPRINGFIELD On 04/20/16 at 0943 hours, I responded to the Greene County,MO Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Khristian Dicken into custody on Cass County warrant # 15CA-CR00887 for Fail To Appear, bond $4,000 10% cash only. Ms. Dicken was transported to the Cass County Jail.

A computer check of the passenger Cawthorn, Cherie D. revealed multiple warrants out of the Independence, Missouri Police Department. Mrs. Cawthorn was transported to the Independence, Missouri Police Department and release into their custody. 04/20/16 12: EAST OUTER RD, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1222 hours I responded to S East Outer Road outside of Harrisonville, MO in reference to a drug overdose. Upon arrival EMS was preparing a female subject for transport to Cass Regional Medical Center. 04/20/16 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 04/20/2016, at approximately 1300 hours, I made contact with Kelley A Shawn at the Cass County Jail in reference to an active Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 13CA-CR for a Probation Violation. 04/20/16 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On April 20, 2016, I made contact with Herbert Powell in the lobby of the Sheriff's Office in regards to information that he wanted to provide. No criminal activity was reported at this time. 04/20/16 15: JERRY, RAYMORE On April 20, 2015, I was dispatched to 2501 W. Mechanic Harrisonville, Missouri for a report of a disturbance not in progress. I spoke to Jack D. Weason who said that he was in an verbal altercation at 1007 N. Lynne. All parties were contacted and identified. 04/20/16 15:47 ARCHIE COMMUTER LOT, ARCHIE On , I responded to the Archie Commuter Lot in Archie, Missouri for a prisoner transfer. I took custody of Joseph W. Costello from a Bates County Sheriff's Deputy and transported him to the Cass County Jail. 04/20/16 16: PEEK RD, PECULIAR On Wednesday, April 20th, 2016 at approximately 1608 hours I was dispatched to the area of 7909 E. Peek Road in regards to a possible intoxicated driver. The vehicle was parked in a garage, and the suspected driver was inside the residence prior to Deputies arriving on scene. 04/20/16 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On April 20th, 2016, I was notified of a gun recovered in Springfield, Missouri, on April 19th, 2016, that was reported stolen to our office in /20/16 16: TH STREET, EAST LYNNE On Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at approximately 1749 hours, I was dispatched to meet an employee of Gerken Rental to conduct a standby at E. 235th Street, Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to the recovery of an unreturned rented skid steer and trailer. The rented property was located and returned to the owner. 04/20/16 21: MORRISON RD, RAYMORE On April 20, 2016 I investigated a report of suspicous activity at 309 South Morrison, Raymore, Missouri. A report has been taken regarding this incident.

4 04/20/16 22: STATE ROUTE 291, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday April 20, 2016 at approximately 2213 hours, I was dispatched to S State Route 291 Highway, in reference to a homeless male subject that showed on the reporting parties door step and asked for help. Male subject was taken to Budget Inn for a one night stay. 04/20/16 23: TH TER, PECULIAR On April 20, 2016 I assisted the Peculiar Police Department with a barricaded subject at East 213th Terrace. A suspect was taken into custody by the Peculiar Police Department. 04/20/16 23: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 04/21/2016 at approximately 0143 hours, I arrested Charles Bedford at the Cass County Jail on an active Cass County warrant. 04/21/16 00:43 291/215TH, HARRISONVILLE On April 21, 2016 at approximately 0044 hours I heard dispatch advise that the Lake Winnebago Police Department had a vehicle failing to yield south bound on State Route 291. I utilized my stop sticks at 215th St on State Rt 291 Hwy. All four tires were flattened and the vehicle came to a stop. Lake Winnebago Police Department made the arrest and towed the vehicle. 04/21/16 08: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE 04/21/16 09: STATE ROUTE D, BELTON On April 21, 2016 I was dispatched to S. State Route D Belton, Missouri for a report of a stolen ATV. I spoke to Daniel D. Pool who said that some one had stolen his 2007 All Road 250CC ATV from his yard. No suspects have been identified. 04/21/16 11:31 CHILLICOTHE CORR CENTER, CHILLICOTHE On 04/21/16 at 1113 hours, I responded to the Chillicothe Correctional Center reference a warrant service. I then took Tina R Davis into custody on Cass County warrant # 15CA-CR00554 for Burglary, bond $5,000. Ms. Davis was transported to the Cass County Jail. 04/21/16 14: HWY, BELTON On , I arrested Ernest L. Davenport on a Cass County Warrant. Mr. Davenport was served Warrant 11CA-CR for Probation violation while at Belton Regional Medical Center. 04/21/16 15:42 SB49/ MM 155.2, HARRISONVILLE On April 21, 2016, I was dispatched to southbound I-49 approximately 1 mile north of 307th Street for a subject laying in the west median. The subject was identified and transported to an area hospital by Center Cass EMS for a medical problem. 04/21/16 18: BRICKPLANT RD, HARRISONVILLE On April 21, 2016, I conducted a residence check at S. Brickplant Road, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a felony narcotics warrant issued on April 18, Paul Nickols was placed into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail for processing.

5 04/21/16 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE 04/21/16 19: TH ST, PECULIAR On April 21, 2016, at approximately 1929 hours, I was dispatched to E. 220th Street, Peculiar, Missouri in reference to a Burglary in progress. Upon arrival, I observed an open door on the north side of the residence. The residence was cleared and no suspects have been identified. 04/21/16 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2025 Hours, I made contact with Anthony R Duncan, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant After hours warrant for Trespass 1st degree. 04/22/16 01: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 04/22/2016, at approximately 0155 Hours, I made contact with Stacie Ann Maxwell at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County after hours warrant for Tampering with a motor vehicle 1st degree. Bond was set at $7, and a court date of 06/ at 0900 hours was given. Reporting Deputy has nothing further at this time. 04/22/16 01:59 NB 49/211, PECULIAR On April 22, 2016 I conducted a traffic stop on a white Hyundai passenger car on Interstate 49 near 211th Street, Peculiar, Missouri. The driver was issued summons for speeding, possession of Marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. 04/22/16 07:18 WARD/58, RAYMORE On Friday at approximately 0721 hours I was dispatched to the corner of Ward road and State Route 58 in reference to an accident that has occurred. Nobody was injured in this accident. 04/22/16 10:22 WESTERN RECEPTION DIAGNOSTIC CORR CENTER, ST JOSEPH On 04/22/16 at 1022 hours, I responded to the Western Reception Diagnostic Correctional Center reference a warrant service. I then took Michael Gates into custody on Cass County warrant # 14CA-CR for Probation Violation, bond $25,000 cash only. Mr. Gates was transported to the Cass County Jail. 04/22/16 10:22 WESTERN RECEPTION DIAG CORR CENTER, ST. JOE On 04/22/16 at 1022 hours, I responded to the Western Reception Diagnostic Correctional Center reference a warrant service. I then took Paul Knotts into custody on Cass County warrant # 10CA-CR and 14CA-CR00620 for Fail To Appear, Bond $50,000 and $10,000 cash only. Mr. Knotts was transported to the Cass County Jail. 04/22/16 11: STATE ROUTE D, CLEVELAND On Friday, April 22nd, 2016, I opened an investigation into alleged illegal gambling occuring at different businesses within Cass County. 04/22/16 12:16 2 HWY/E OF DD HWY, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1216 hours, dispatched to suspicious activity on M-2 Hwy, east of DD Hwy, that was found to be a verbal disturbance.

6 04/22/16 13: ST ST, EAST LYNNE On April 22, 2016 I responded to the area of E. 231st Street and S. Cedar Rd, Pleasant Hill, Missouri, in reference to stealing. After speaking with all parties involved it has been determined this case is civil in nature. 04/22/16 13:39 KCPD, KANSAS CITY Incident Log 04/22/16 17:28 RAYMORE PD, RAYMORE On Friday April 22nd, 2016 at approximately 2244 hours I responded to the Raymore Police Department in Raymore Missouri for a prisoner transfer. I made contact with Mclanahan, James w/m and took him into custody on a active Cass County warrant and transported him to the Cass County Jail. 04/22/16 18: TH ST, FREEMAN On Friday at approximately 1826 hours I was dispatched to 8109 East 299th street in reference to a hit and run incident. My investigation revealed that this was an accident. No crime has been committed. 04/22/16 20:18 OBANNON RD/275TH, GARDEN CITY On 04/22/2016 at approximately 2018 hours I was dispatched to Obannon Rd just south of 275th, Garden City in reference to a motor vehicle crash. My investigation revealed a single vehicle left the roadway on the east side of Obannon Rd. The driver was identified and no injuries were reported. 04/22/16 23:40 SB49/MM164, HARRISONVILLE On Friday, April 22nd 2016, at 2340 hours, I conducted an investigative traffic stop in the area of southbound I-49 at mile marker 164 on a silver 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix after a computer check of the registered owner revealed her to have active warrants for her arrest. During a consent search, methamphetamine paraphernalia was located in the vehicle. The white female driver was arrested for the active warrants and for possession of drug paraphernalia. 04/23/16 00:05 2/M, GARDEN CITY On 04/23/16, at approximately 0005 hours, I conducted an investigative vehicle stop on a black Cadillac DeVille on MO 2 Hwy at MO M Hwy. My investigation led to the discovery of contraband in the vehicle. The suspect was issued a summons and released from the scene. 04/23/16 01:24 58/J, RAYMORE On Saturday, April 23rd 2016, at 0124 hours, I was dispatched to the area of 58 Highway and J Highway in Raymore in reference to providing K9 assistance to the Raymore Police Department who were on the scene of a traffic stop. K9 Champ alerted to the presence of the odor of narcotics in the vehicle. During a probable cause search, marijuana and drug paraphernalia were located. Both the white male driver and black male passenger were arrested. 04/23/16 04: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 04/23/2016, at approximately 0630 Hours, I made contact with Ryan Templeton at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on six Cass County warrants. 04/23/16 09: ST ST, PLEASANT HILL On 04/23/2016 at approximately 1006 hours I was dispatched to E 181st on a report of a missing persons. 7 04/23/16 10: ST RT D, DREXEL On Saturday at approximately 1100 hours I was dispatched to the Cass Couth Regional Medical Center Emergency Room in reference to a gunshot wound. My investigation revealed that Collins, Tanner w/m was accidentally shot in the right foot while he crawled through a fence with his shotgun. 04/23/16 21:09 NB 49/J, PECULIAR On Saturday, April 23rd 2016, at 2109 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on northbound I-49 at J Highway on a tan Jeep Cherokee for failing to signal a lane change. The white male driver was arrested for an active Cass County warrant for passing bad checks with a bond of $2, /23/16 21: MORRISON RD, RAYMORE On 04/23/2016 I responded to 309 S. Morrison street in Raymore Missouri in reference to suspicious activity. While on scene, the front door of the residence was open and unsecure. The building was cleared and no one was found inside. 04/23/16 22: SHIMEL RD, STRASBURG On 04/23/16, at approximately 2219 hours, I responded to S Shimel Road, Strasburg, Missouri, in reference to a disturbance. My investigation revealed an assault had occurred but the suspect left the scene prior to my arrival. On 04/24/16, at approximately 0220 hours, I responded to the residence in reference to the suspect returning and causing another disturbance. The suspect was taken into custody in this incident. 04/23/16 23: TH ST, GARDEN CITY On 04/23/2016 at approximately 2322 hours I was dispatched to th St, Garden City in reference to a disturbance. My investigation revealed two female subjects assaulted a male subject at this residence. 04/24/16 00:33 SB 7/INDUSTRIAL, PLEASANT HILL Incident Log 04/24/16 07: TH ST, ARCHIE On Sunday at approximately 0748 hours I was dispatched to the Sheriff's Office where I had to meet with Cathy Dyer, Children s Division Worker II to assist her with locating four juvenile children at E 355th street. The children was located and returned to their father unharmed. 04/24/16 12:07 INDIAN SPRINGS/ROCK HAVEN, HARRISONVILLE On Sunday, April 24, 2016 at approximately 1228 hours, I conducted an investigation near the intersection of Indian Springs Road and Rockhaven Road in regards to a report of a motor vehicle accident. The driver of the vehicle, Matthew C. Morrison, white male was not injured during the accident. The vehicle was able to be driven away from the scene as well. 04/24/16 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On April 24, 2016 Mary N. Corlew, 29, of Memphis, TN was arrested on a Cass County warrant for Count 1: Fugitive from out of state - Pratt County, Kansas. The warrant was issued on April, , by Judge Lett, and bond was set at $10, cash only. 04/24/16 12: RD ST, GARDEN CITY On 04/24/2016 at approximately 1244 hours I was dispatched to 206 S. 3rd st. In Garden City on a MVA that occurred overnight. The accident involved a parked Motor Vehicle. The other vehicle left the scene. At this time there is no

At this time there is no suspect vehicle description. 04/24/16 15: WEST OUTER RD, ARCHIE On Sunday, April 24, 2016 at approximately 1514 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of 600 South West Outer, Lot 1 in Archie, Missouri in regards to a report of a disturbance. My investigation showed that the disturbance was domestic and non-criminal in nature. Both subjects at the residence were allowed to remain at the residence. 04/24/16 17:16 353RD ST/SLIFFE RD, ARCHIE On Sunday, April 24, 2016 at approximately 1754 hours, I conducted an investigation on 353rd Street near Sliffe Road in rural Archie, MIssouri in regards to a reported motor vehicle accident. The driver of the vehicle, Frank J. Schilling, white male refused medical treatment on scene. The vehicle was removed from the scene by Marvins Tow Service at the request of Mr. Schilling. 04/24/16 20: TH ST, GARDEN CITY On 04/24/2016 at approximately 2028 hours I was dispatched to E 307th St, Garden City on a child custody exchange standby. My investigation revealed the male subject and juvenile were not at the residence to exchange custody. This is a civil matter and no crime occurred.
