Suspects in this incident have been identified. 09/20/10 04:37 227/WHEELER, PECULIAR On September 20, 2010 I recovered a stolen vehicle at 227th Street and Wheeler Road, Peculiar, Missouri. Suspects in this incident have not been identified. 09/20/10 10:05 LAKE WINNEBAGO DR, LAKE WINNABOGO On at approximately 1040 hours, I was dispatched to the Lake Winnebago Police Department to conduct a DRE evaluation. 09/20/10 10: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at 1020 hours I took one into custody for Shock time. 09/20/10 10: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at 1036 hours I took one into custody for DOC.

Carlson at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County Warrant. 09/20/10 14:23 247TH/STATELINE, CLEVELAND On Monday, September 20th, 2010, I took a report of a stealing that occurred from a field located at the southeast corner of West 247th Street and South Stateline Road. There is no suspect information. 09/20/10 15:38 N CASS /N PEC DR, BELTON On Monday, September 20th, 2010, I took a report of a verbal domestic disturbance that occurred in a vehicle on Peculiar Drive, south of North Cass Parkway in Peculiar, Missouri. The suspect has been identified in this case. 09/21/10 09: TH ST, FREEMAN On Tuesday September 21st 2010 I was dispatched to the lobby of the sheriff's Office on a walk in Identity Theft. The driver of the vehicle was taken into custody on an active Cass County Warrant. 09/21/10 16: TH STREET, CLEVELAND On September 21, 2010 at approximately 1613 hours I was dispatched to 2501 West. Mechanic Street located in Harrisonville Missouri reference a civil matter. My investigation revealed that a saxophone was stolen from its owner. My investigation revealed that a verbal disturbance took place. Investigation revealed that the owner of the license plate was unable to determine when he last saw the plate and was unsure if the plate was taken of had fallen off of the vehicle. Investigation did reveal that the only license plate missing was the front plate off of the vehicle. 09/22/10 15: TH ST, GARDEN CITY On September 22, 2010 I conducted an investigation of stealing of a motor vehicle from E. 239th Street, Garden City, Missouri. 09/22/10 15: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday, September 22, 2010, I contacted Jennifer M. Tanaine Lane. A suspect has been identified in this case. 09/24/10 14: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at 1405 hours I took one into custody for Contempt. 09/24/10 14: WALNUT GROVE RD, PLEASANT HILL On I responded to S Walnut Grove Road in reference to a harassment investigation. A suspect has been identified in this case. 09/24/10 15: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1519 hours, I made contact with Jennifer L. Love at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County Warrant. 09/24/10 15: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE Driver 1 stated he was NB on US 71 in the area between 327th Street and 307th Street when a rock flew from a black dump truck and struck the front windshield of Vehicle 1. Driver 1 stated the rock broke the windshield of the vehicle. He said he observed a license plate number of 07C 1ZX on the dump truck in question. Driver 1 said he also observed the name PF Carter Trucking on the side of the dump truck.

Upon arrival I spoke with Pamela Barnes who told me that she had been in an argument with a family member. Ms. Barnes told me that the family member prevented her from leaving the residence. A suspect had been identified in this incident. 09/24/10 20: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2035 hours, I served a Cass County warrant #08CA-CR for nonsupport with a bond of $2,500.00, cash only and a court date of at 0900 hours. I served Cass County Warrant #10CA-CR00863 for Criminal non-support. 09/25/10 01:05 HICKORY GROVE RD/SAGEBRUSH, PLEASANT HILL On September 25, 2010 I conducted an investigation of a suspicious subject at Sagebrush and Hickory Grove road. Dispatch tol dme that a male subject was slumped over the wheel of a truck. Upon arrival I found a vehicle parked in the intersection of Sagebrush and Hickory Grove road. The driver of the vehicle was arrested for driving while intoxicated. 09/25/10 02:18 327TH/SE OUTER RD, ARCHIE On I was dispatched to the area of Southwest Outer Road and 334th on a suspicious vehicle parked near Apac equipment. 09/25/10 03:08 HOME FARM RD AND 220TH, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday September 25, 2010 I initiated an investigation of a motor vehicle accident that occurred on Home Farm at 220th. Upon arrival I observed a white Chevrolet pick up truck had left 291 hwy, struck a utility pole, struck a mail box, driven through a tree line, and become stuck in a ditch. The driver of the vehicle left the scene of the accident. A suspect has been identified in this incident. 09/25/10 08: MEADOWBROOK CT, RAYMORE On Saturday, September 25, 2010 I conducted an investigation at Meadow Brook Court in Raymore, Missouri in regards to a Burglary. 14 09/25/10 13:07 STATE ROUTE 58 AT STRASBURG, STRASBURG This crash appears to have occurred as Vehicle 1 was travelling Eastbound on State Route 58 and Vehicle 2 was travelling Westbound on State Route 58. Driver 2 stated she was on the bridge approximately 0.4 miles East of 4th Street when Vehicle 1 entered the bridge. Both drivers said they clipped mirrors while on the bridge. 09/25/10 14: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On September 25th 2010 at 1408 hours deputies were dispatched to E. 289th in reference to a disturbance in progress. Deputies arrived on scene and identified the suspect in this case. 09/25/10 14: TH ST, PECULIAR On Saturday, September 25, 2010 I conducted an investigation at E 235th Street in Peculiar, Missouri in regards to a Non-Criminal Domestic. There is information regarding the subjects involved in this incident. 09/25/10 16:07 203RD & BRIDLE, PECULIAR On Saturday, September 25th, at 1607 hours, I was sitting stationary in the parking lot of the Coleman Baptist Church located at the intersection of 203rd Street and Parrott Farm Road when I observed a motorcycle approaching me traveling westbound on 203rd Street at what appeared to be a high rate of speed. A check of the vehicle's speed using the patrol vehicle's dash mounted Stalker radar unit revealed a speed of fifty-five(55) miles per hour in a posted thirty-five(35) mile per hour speed zone. As the vehicle passed my location, I activated the emergency lights and attempted to initiated a traffic stop at which I observed the vehicle fail to yield and accelerate. I then informed Cass County dispatch that I was in pursuit of of the motorcycle. 09/25/10 20: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximatley 2050 hours I came into contact with Hadley H. Maloney at the Cass County Jail in regards to an active Cass County warrant. I served warrant #08CA-CR for Probation Violation-forgery.

15 09/25/10 22:04 80 OLD 7 HWY, GARDEN CITY On Saturday September 25, 2010 I initiated an investigation of a shooting that occurred at 80 old 7 hwy Apt #4. Upon arrival I located a female subject, Burton, Ali N, laying on the floor with an apparent gun shot wound to the head. Ms. Burtons was transported by EMS to Research Main hospital. 09/26/10 00: CLEMENT RD, ARCHIE On Sunday September 26, 2010 I conducted an investigation of a domestic disturbance at S Clement road. Upon arrival I spoke with two subjects, Robet A Griffith and Marda C Griffith. Both subjects stated that they had a verbal argument, but that no threats were made or assaults occurred. No crime occurred during this incident. 09/26/10 08: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL This crash occurred as Driver 1 was Southbound on State Route BB just North of 175th Street. The road curves to the East and Driver 1 continued straight leaving the roadway on teh right side. Driver 1 then vaulted over a driveway and contined South along the right side of the roadway until he struck the culvert of 175th Street. Vehicle 1 then vaulted again over the roadway and struck a fence on the South side of 175th Street. The vehicle was removed from the scene by Cline's Tow and taken to their storage facility. 09/26/10 08: TH ST, PECULIAR On Sunday, September 26, 2010 I conducted an investigation at 8002 E. 235th Street in Peculiar, Missouri in regards to a Non-Criminal Domestic. There is information regarding the subjects involved in this incident. 09/26/10 09: STATE ROUTE K, PLEASANT HILL On I responded to S State Route K in reference to a stealing investigation. No suspect information is available at this time.

16 09/26/10 13:35 NB/71 C/PARKWAY, PECULIAR On Sunday September 26, 2010 I conducted and investigation on northbound US71 at Cambridge in Peculiar, Missouri in regards to a Motor Vehicle Accident. There is driver information in regards to this incident. 09/26/10 14: STALEY MOUND RD, EAST LYNNE On I responded to S Staley Mound Road in reference to a burglary investigation. No suspect has been identified at this time. 09/26/10 15: ND ST, HARRISONVILLE On Sunday, September 26, 2010 at approximately 1558 hours I was dispatched to East 232nd Street located in Rural Harrisonville Missouri reference to an animal call. While enroute dispatch told me that a dog had gone into a residence front yard and the reportng party went to get it. When he did the homeowner pointed a gun at the reporting party. 09/26/10 20: GARDEN AVE, BELTON
