1 02/22/16 07: HICKORY GROVE RD, PLEASANT HILL On February 22, 2016 I conducted an investigation of an animal complaint at S. Hickory Grove Rd, Pleasant Hill, Missouri. I made contact with the report party who said his neighbor's dog is aggresive and almost attack him this morning while he was outside his house. This case is non criminal in nature. 02/22/16 07: RD ST, PLEASANT HILL On Monday, February 22, 2016 at approximately 0746 hours I was dispatch to East 203rd Street in reference to a stealing. I made contact with Horkay, Robert James w/m and his wife Horkay, Michelle Rinau w/f who said that sometime during this morning somebody had gone through their vehicles and stolen her purse. No suspects have been identified. 02/22/16 10: STATE ROUTE A, ARCHIE On Monday at approximately 1018 hours I was dispatched to East state route A, Archie in reference to Threats not in progress. My investigation revealed that no crime was committed. 02/22/16 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1100 Hours, I made contact with Anthony L. Laycock at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 16CA-CR00075 for stealing a motor vehicle 1st offense. Bond was set at $2,500 and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. Reporting Deputy has nothing further at this time. 02/22/16 11:44 JACKSON COUNTY JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 02/26/16 at 1144 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Mark Arzola into custody on Cass County warrant # 12CA-CR and 13CA-CR00899 for Probation Violation, Total bond $50,000. I also served #15CA-CR01288 for Fail To Appear, $25,000 cash only. Mr. Arzola was transported to the Cass County Jail. 02/22/16 13: HORN RD, HARRISONVILLE On Monday, February 22, 2016 at approximately 1322 hours, I conducted an investigation in regards to an alleged assault that occurred at the residence of South Hook in rural Harrisonville, Missouri. The victim and reporting party, Michael L. Willis, white male had no signs of injury. The sheriff's office investigation in regards to this incident is on going. 02/22/16 21: GARDEN WAY, HARRISONVILLE On February 22, 2016 I conducted a residence check for DWI court at 1012 Garden Way. A female subject was arrested on a DWI court violation per Judge Rumley. 02/22/16 22:49 259TH ST/D HWY, CLEVELAND On 02/22/2016 at approximately 2250 hours I was dispatched to 259th street at D highway in reference to a motor vehicle crash. My investigation revealed a single vehicle left the roadway and struck the ditch on the south side of 259th. The driver fled the scene. 02/22/16 23:30 ARCHIE COMMUTER LOT, ARCHIE On 02/22/16, at approximately 2330 hours, I took Michael W. King, W/M, into custody from the Bates County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant for distributing, delivering, manufacturing marijuana. Bond was set at $100, cash only, and a court date of 03/21/2016, at 1330 hours was issued.

2 02/23/16 00:48 2/C, FREEMAN On 02/23/16, at approximately 0048 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop at 2 Hwy and C Hwy on a blue Chevrolet C-1500 for no rear license plate lamp. A whtie male was arrested and transported to the Cass County Jail. 02/23/16 06: SHERWOOD RD, PLEASANT HILL On February 23, 2016 I conducted a stealing investigation at S. Sherwood Rd, Pleasant Hill, Missouri. I made contact with David Jackson who reported two of his vehicles parked in the driveway had been broken into sometime overnight. Mr. Jackson said he was missing several items from the vehicles. No suspects have been identified in this investigation at this time. 02/23/16 08: MANOR DR, BELTON On Tuesday at approximately 0905 hours I conducted a residence check at 223 Manor Drive, Belton Mo. On subject was taken into Custody on two active Cass County Warrants numbers 16-CAPBR-12 and 16-CAPBR-22 for his arrest. Subject was transported to the Cass County Jail. 02/23/16 10:41 CLAY COUNTY JAIL, LIBERTY On 02/23/16 at 1041 hours, I responded to the Clay County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Jarren C Rogers into custody on Cass County warrant # 15CA-CR01261 for Possession of controlled substance, bond $15,000. I also served 16CA-CR00041 for Possession of controlled substance, bond $7,500. Mr. Rogers was transported to the Cass County Jail. 02/23/16 12: HIGHWAY, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday at approximately 1219 hours I responded to a call for assistance in reference to a gold in color Honda that was being pursued by Bates County Sheriff's Office. At the intersection of Walker road and 283rd street I observed the vehicle running the stop sign at a high rate of speed. I then continued to pursue the vehicle. While fleeing, the vehicle was involved in an accident with another vehicle. No serious injuries were incurred. 02/23/16 13:26 ST JOE DOC, ST JOSEPH On 02/23/16 at 1326 hours, I responded to the Western Reception Diagnostic Correctional Center reference a warrant service. I then took Kevin Sheek into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR00874 for Passing Bad Check, bond $1,000 cash only, Mr. Sheek was transported to the Cass County Jail. 02/23/16 15: TH ST, GARDEN CITY On February 23, 2016 I conducted a burglary investigation at E. 285th Street, Garden City, Missouri. I made contact with victim Mark D. Williams, w/m, who reported someone forced entry into his barn and stole an atv and several tools. No suspects have been identified in this investigation at this time. 02/23/16 20: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On 02/23/16, at approximately 2055 hours, I responded to E 275th Street, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a stolen vehicle. My investigation revealed that a vehicle was stolen from the parking lot. No suspects have been identified in this incident. 02/23/16 20:55 Y/S OF CAMBRIDGE, BELTON On 02/23/2016 at approximately 2055 hours I was dispatched to the area of Y highway approximately half mile south of Cambridge in reference to a motor vehicle crash. My investigation revealed a single car traveling north on Y highway, left the roadway and struck a road sign on the west side. The driver left the scene before my arrival.

3 02/23/16 21:03 6 FORT SCOTT STREET, BUTLER On February 24th 2015, at approximately 0841 hours, I responded to the Bates County, Missouri Sheriff's Office for a prisoner transfer. I picked up Robert B. Hyatt on a Cass County warrant and transported him to the Cass County Jail for booking. 02/23/16 23:49 7/DELAWARE, PLEASANT HILL On 02/23/2016 at approximately 2349 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop at the intersection of 7 Highway and Delaware street in Pleasant Hill, Missouri. A male subject was taken into custody on a active Belton PD warrant. The male subject was transported to Belton Police Department in Belton Missouri. 02/24/16 06: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 02/23/2016 I issued a summons to a female subject for failure to maintain financial responsibility. The summons was later voided after proof of insurance was produced. 02/24/16 09: HANGING TREE LN, PECULIAR On February 24, 2016, I responded to S. Hanging Tree Lane, Peculiar, Missouri in reference to assisting the Overland Park Police Department on information in regards to stolen property. Detective Wimsatt was contacted at the entrance to the property. A skid loader was located on the property that matched the description of stolen property from Overland Park, Kansas and recovered. 02/24/16 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 02/24/2016 at approximately 1200 hours, I made contact with Cory Everett Harding at the Cass County Jail in reference to an active Cass County warrant. I served Mr. Harding Cass County warrant # 16CA-CR00154 for Tampering with Motor Vehicle 1st Degree. Bond for this warrant was set at $7, cash or court approved surety and a court date of 03/17/2016 at 0900 hours was given. 02/24/16 15:05 PLAZA/VINE, HARRISONVILLE On February 24, 2016, I responded to the area of Vine Street and Plaza Drive to assist the Harrisonville Police Department in locating a subject that ran from Harrisonville Police Officers. After a search of a wooded area, Kevin M. Miller was located. Mr. Miller was placed into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail for an active Cass County warrant. 02/24/16 17: SYCAMORE GROVE RD, GARDEN CITY On Wednesday at approximately 1747 hours I was dispatched to S Sycamore Grove road, Garden City in reference to a stealing. My Investigation revealed that a handgun was stolen from a locked car. 02/24/16 19:01 SB 49/MM 155, HARRISONVILLE On 02/24/2016 at approximately 1903 hours, I responded to a motor vehicle accident on Southbound I-49 at mile marker 155. The accident involved a single car which had struck a dog on the interstate. No injuries were reported and the vehicle was towed due to disabling damage. 02/24/16 19: LINCOLN RD, HARRISONVILLE On February 24, 2016 I investigated a stealing that occurred at South Lincoln Road, Harrisonville, Missouri. Heather Butler told me that her brown and white boxer had been stolen from the yard. There is no suspect information at this time.

4 02/24/16 19: TH ST, FREEMAN On February 24, 2016, at approximately 1952, I was dispatched to 409 E. 289th Street, Freeman, Missouri in reference to a missing person. Upon arrival, I made contact with the reporting party, Gary L. Burns, who stated his wife, Kathleen A. Burns has been missing for approximately one hour. Mrs. Burns was subsequently located in the immediate area. 02/25/16 03:03 7/RICHLAND, PLEASANT HILL On 02/25/2016 at approximately 0303 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop at the intersection of 7 highway and Richland road in Pleasant Hill Missouri. A male subject was arrested on a active Lafayette County Missouri warrant and transported to the Cass County Jail. 02/25/16 05: MEYER BLVD, KANSAS CITY On February 25, 2016, at approximately 0521 hours, I was dispatched to Research Hospital regarding a prisoner transfer. Upon arrival, I made contact with a female subject and subsequently took her into custody on two active Cass County warrants. 02/25/16 05:44 291/P, PLEASANT HILL On 02/25/2016 at approximately 0535 hours, I was involved in a motor vehicle accident at 291 highway and P highway in Pleasant Hill Missouri. 02/25/16 06: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0650 hours, Deputies responded to Booking Cell #7 of the Cass County Jail to place a suicidal Inmate in the restraint chair due to the Inmate attempting self harm. 02/25/16 07: STATE ROUTE P, PLEASANT HILL On Thursday at approximately 0713 hours I was dispatched to State Route P in reference to proper damage. Upon arrival I made contact with Helt's turf farm employee's. Cattle belonging to a neighboring farm has caused damage to newly sowed sod grass. 02/25/16 07: TH STREET, HARRISONVILLE On February 25, 2016, I responded to the Jazzi Mart at E. 275th Street, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to found property. A wallet was reported to have been found and turned over for safe keeping. Attempts to contact the property owner has been made. 02/25/16 09: BROADWAY, EAST LYNNE Incident Log 02/25/16 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 02/25/2016, at approximately 1030 hours, I made contact with Joseph Thomas Kalinka at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant for no seat belt. Bond was set at $10.00, cash only, and a court date of 03/08/2016 at 0900 hours was given. 02/25/16 11:01 WYANDOTTE COUNTY JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 02/25/16 at 1101 hours, I responded to the Wyandotte County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Loni Wright into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR for Fail To Appear, bond $15,000 cash only. Ms. Wright was transported to the Cass County Jail.

5 02/25/16 15: RD STREET, HARRISONVILLE On February 25th 2016, at 1434 hours, I conducted a residence check at E. 283rd Street in Harrisonville, Missouri. Robert H. Hayes was arrested for active felony State of Texas warrant #TX227015G for parole violation. 02/25/16 16: STATE ROUTE A, DREXEL On February 25, 2016 I investigated a stealing that occured at 6100 East State Route A, Drexel, Missouri. Herbert Phillips reported that a 2015 Polaris ATV was stolen from his barn. There is no suspect information at this time. 02/25/16 16:23 203/JOHNSON, PLEASANT HILL On February 25, 2016, I conducted a vehicle stop at 203rd Street and Johnson Road of a gray in color Ford F150 for speeding on 7 Highway. The driver was identified as Robin Harrison and was placed into custody for active Johnson County warrants. He was then transported to the Johnson County Jail for processing. 02/25/16 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 02/25/16 at approximately 1731 hours, I made contact with John William McCammon at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. Mr. McCammon was served the Cass County warrant with a $7, cash or surety bond. 02/25/16 22:58 155TH AND 49, GRANDVIEW On Friday February 26th, 2016 at approximately 2206 hours I responded to I-49 and 155th Street in reference to a prisoner transfer with Grandview P.D. A black male was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail. 02/26/16 06:59 E HWY/S OF 161ST, PLEASANT HILL On February 26, 2016 I responded to the area of S. State Route E South of E. 161st Street, Pleasant Hill, Missouri, in reference to an injured deer on the side of the roadway. Upon my arrival I observed the deer had been severly injured and was not able to stand on its legs. The deer was put down and this report is for informational purposes only. 02/26/16 08: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 02/26/2016 at approximately 0905 hours, I made contact with Robert W. Winfrey, W/M, at the Cass County Jail on a misdemeanor Cass County Warrant. The warrant was served. 02/26/16 09:37 ST JOE DOC, On 02/26/16 at 0937 hours, I responded to the Western Reception Diagnostic Correctional Center reference a warrant service. I then took Jacob Fansler into custody on Cass County warrant # 14CA-CR01216 for Fail To Appear, bond $25,000 cash only. I also served #15CA-CR00028 for Fail to Appear,bond $25,000 cash only. Mr. Fansler was transported to the Cass County Jail. 02/26/16 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1000 hours, I contacted Brian D Woolery at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. 6 02/26/16 16: KIDWELL RD, LAKE WINNEBAGO On February 26, 2016 I conducted a stealing investigation at S. Kidwell Rd, Greenwood, MO. Suspects have been identified in this investigation. 02/26/16 16:58 NB49/N OF J HWY, PECULIAR On Friday, February 26th 2016, at 1658 hours, I conducted an investigative traffic stop on northbound I-49 north of J Highway in Peculiar, Missouri on a white 1998 Dodge Durango. The white female driver was arrested for an active felony warrant out of Johnson County, Kansas for a probation violation. A subsequent consent search of the vehicle revealed methamphetamine and prescription pills. 02/26/16 19: CHADWICK, PECULIAR On 02/26/2016 at approximately 1948 hours I was dispatched to Peculiar Police Department in reference to a report of Identity Theft. My investigation revealed a female subjects social security number was used by another individual on a rent agreement form. 02/26/16 21:28 MECHANIC & COMMERCIAL, HARRISONVILLE On Friday, February 26th 2016, at 2128 hours, I was dispatched to the parking lot of the Family Video Store in Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to providing K9 assistance to the Harrisonville Police Department who were on the scene of a traffic stop. K9 Champ alerted to the presence of the odor of narcotics in the suspect vehicle. During a probable cause search, a pipe used for smoking methamphetamine was located in the vehicle's center console. 02/26/16 21: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 2130 hours in Division 2. Norman Davis was found guilty in case number 14CA-CR Statutory Sodomy 2nd degree. I arrested Norman Davis, bond set at $75,000 cash or surety and a sentencing court date of 1330 was given. 621 then transported Norman Davis to the Cass County Jail. 02/27/16 12: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday, February 27, 2016 at approximately 1313 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of East 255th Street in Harrisonville, Missouri in regards to a report of stolen property. Upon contacting the victim, Glen E. Taylor, white male he stated that he had multiple items stolen from a shed on his property. No suspect information is available at this time. 02/27/16 14: RD ST, BELTON On February 29, 2016 at about 2347 hours, I was dispatched to the Belton Police Department in reference to a prisoner transfer. Upon arrival at about 2350 hours, I took custody of Mr. Wasseem Z. Khatib, W/M, and transported him to the Cass County Jail. Upon arrival to the jail, Mr. Khatib was given a copy of his warrant for Fugitive Out of State. 02/27/16 15: OLD DRUM RD, EAST LYNNE On February 27, 2016 I conducted an investigation of tampering with a motor vehicle that occurred at S. Old Drum Rd, Garden City, Missouri. A suspect has been identified in this investigation. 02/27/16 16:06 SB7/ORCHARD, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday, February 27th 2016, at 1606 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on southbound 7 Highway and Orchard Road in Harrisonville, Missouri on a white 1995 Honda Civic. After a positive alert to the presence of the odor of narcotics by K9 Champ, marijuana paraphernalia was located. The white male passenger was cited for this offense.

7 02/27/16 20: CREST DR, RAYMORE On Saturday, February 27th 2016, at 2038 hours, I was dispatched to the 600 block of North Crest in Raymore, Missouri in reference to providing K9 assistance to the Raymore Police Department who were on the scene of a vehicle check. K9 Champ alerted to the presence of the odor of narcotics in the vehicle. During a probable cause search, both methamphetamine and marijuana were located. 02/27/16 20:49 CLAY COUNTY, LIBERTY Incident Log 02/27/16 21: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 02/27/2016, at approximately 2150 Hours, I made contact with Anthony Ewbank at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on two active Cass County warrants. 02/27/16 23:59 223RD ST/THORNGROVE RD, PECULIAR On 02/27/2015 at approximately 2359 hours I was dispatched to the intersection of 223rd and Thorngrove in Peculiar in reference to a motor vehicle crash. My investigation revealed a single vehicle left the roadway on the north side of 223rd at the intersection of Thorngrove. 02/28/16 01:21 NB 49/NORTH CASS PKWY, BELTON On Sunday, February 28th 2016, at 0121 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on northbound I-49 at North Cass Parkway on a gray 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe for speeding. The white female front seat passenger was arrested for an felony warrant out of Buchanan County fro non support with a bond of $1,000. The white female back seat passenger was arrested for a felony warrant out Clay County for non support with a bond of $56, /28/16 02: TH ST, BELTON On 02/28/2016 at approximately 0208 hours I was dispatched to 5800 E 210th St, Belton in reference to a check the welfare. My investigation revealed a female in Las Vegas sent a Skype message to a juvenile at this address stating she was suicidal. Las Vegas Police Department was notified. 02/28/16 02: TH ST, BELTON On Februray 28, 2016 I was dispatched to th Belton, Missouri in reference to a stealing. Reporting party said that when she came home her televison set was missing out of her bed room. A suspect has been identified in this case. 02/28/16 09: STATE ROUTE Y, BELTON On Sunday, February 28, 2016 at approximately 0929 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of South State Route Y in rural Belton, Missouri in regards to a report of a theft from a motor vehicle. The suspect in this incident has not been identified at this time. 02/28/16 10: STATE ROUTE 58, PLEASANT HILL On February 28, 2016, at approximately 1008 hours, I was dispatched to E. State Route 58, Pleasant Hill, Missouri, in reference to property damage. Upon contact with the reporting party it was determined that the issue was civil in nature between landlord and tenant. 02/28/16 12: TH ST, BELTON On Sunday, February 28, 2016 at approximately 1252 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of 5205 east 205th Street in rural Belton, Missouri in regards to a report of a theft from a motor vehicle. A suspect has not been

There is no suspect information at this time. 02/28/16 16: TH ST, GARDEN CITY On February 28, 2016 I responded to E. 285th Street, Garden City, Missouri, in reference to an abandoned vehicle. Upon my arrival I checked a blue Dodge Dakota pickup and it came back with no wants not on file. While on scene the report party said he discovered four radiators missing from heavy equipment on the property. No suspects have been identified at this time. 02/28/16 16: EASTWOOD CIR, PLEASANT HILL On Sunday, February 28, 2016, at approximately 1729 hours, I was dispatched to East Eastwood Circle, Pleasant Hill, Missouri, in reference to a trespass no longer in progress that occurred on February 27, My investigation revealed that a neighbor had driven into Robert B. Jobe's property and was arguing with him over four wheelers. 02/28/16 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Sunday 02/28/2016 at approximately 1650 hours I made contact with Neal, Matthew Taylor Kobby at the Cass County Jail and served him with an active Cass County warrant. I served Neal, Matthew Taylor Kobby with warrant #weekend warrant for Theft/Stealing (value of property or services is $500 or more but less than $25,000, with a court date of 03/17/2016 at 0900 hours in Division 3 of the Cass County Justice Center. 02/28/16 17:13 JACKSON COUNTY, KANSAS CITY 02/28/16 20: BATES ST, DREXEL On 02/28/16, at approximately 2124 hours, I responded to 105 E Bates Street, Drexel, Missouri, in reference to a stolen vehicle. My investigation revealed that a dirt bike and ATV were stolen out of an outbuilding. There are no suspects in this incident at this time. 02/28/16 21: STATE ROUTE 291, HARRISONVILLE On 02/29/2016 at approximately 2208 hours, I was dispatched to S 291 highway in Harrisonville Missouri in reference to threats not in progress. My investigation revealed that the incident was civil in nature.
