1 09/11/17 06:41 STATE RT C/243RD ST, PECULIAR On 09/11/2017 at approximately 0653, I was dispatched to a possible motor vehicle accident. When I arrived on scene I observed there was no one in the vehicle and a deer had been struck. I contacted the vehicle owner who advised he could not get the vehicle removed from the ditch the night prior but had it removed on 09/11/2017. No one was injured as a result of this accident. 09/11/17 09: ASPEN DR, DREXEL On 09/11/2017 at approximately 0907 hours I was dispatched to 305 Aspen Street Drexel, Missouri regarding an alleged deceased subject. Prior to my arrival personnel with the Drexel EMS had determined a male subject was deceased. The body of the male subject was then later released to the Atkinson Funeral Home in Harrisonville, Missouri per the request of his family. 09/11/17 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/11/2017, at approximately 1022 hours, I made contact with Timothy Owsley at the Cass County Jail on Cass County warrant 17CA-CR00859 for domestic assault 2nd degree. 09/11/17 10: COUNTRYSIDE DR, PECULIAR On September 11, 2017 at approximately 1041 hours, I was dispatched to S. Countryside Drive in rural Peculiar, Missouri for a dog bite. A dog bite did occur on Briar Road and was reported by Andrea Miller. 09/11/17 10: RD ST, BELTON On 09/13/2017, at approximately 0113 hours, I responded to the Belton Jail located at 7001 E 163rd Street, Belton, in reference to a warrant service. I took Vincent E Sexton, B/M, into custody on Cass County warrant 16CA-CR for Possession of controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana. Bond was set at $ cash or surety and a court date of 11/16/2017 at 0900 hours was given. 09/11/17 12: TH ST, BELTON On 09/11/2017 at approximately 1244 hours, I contacted Trooper Baughman #117 who had recovered a stolen auto from Truman Lake. Through my investigation it was determined a vehicle had been stolen from the owners residence located at the residence of 6405 East 187th Street in rural Belton, Missouri. 09/11/17 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/11/2017, at approximately 1320 hours, I made contact with Ariel Trickle at the Cass County Jail on Cass County warrant 17CA-CR00529 for possession of controlled substance. 09/11/17 14: KNIGHT RD, PECULIAR On 09/11/2017 at approximately 1424 hours I was dispatched to South Knight Road, rural Peculiar, Missouri, regarding a property damage. Through my investigation I was able to identify a suspect, however the victim at this time does not want to prosecute. 09/11/17 16:10 JOHNSON COUNTY KS, On at 0710 hours, I responded to the New Century Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Michael Lenoy Hodges into custody on Cass County warrant # 17-CAFTA-1235 for Tampering with Motor Vehicle 1st degree, bond $ Cash Only, Mr. Hodges was transported to the Cass County Jail.

2 09/11/17 17: STATE ROUTE C, PECULIAR On 09/11/2017 at approximately 1718, I was dispatched to South State Route C Peculiar, Missouri, regarding a burglary. Through my investigation it was determined several items were taken. There has not been a suspect identified at this time. 09/11/17 17: WINDRIDGE RD, PECULIAR On at approximately 1815 hours I was dispatched to contact Patricia Linhardt in reference to a missing dog. Ms. Linhardt stated her dog was missing and she believed someone had stolen it. No suspects have been idencitifed at this time. 09/11/17 19:47 NB 49/J, PECULIAR On Monday September 11, 2017 I assisted Missouri State Highway Patrol with a K9 Sniff of a vehicle that they had pulled over. Negative results on the search. 09/11/17 20: COUNTRY CLUB DR, BELTON On September 11, 2017 at approximately 2057 hours, I was dispatched to S. Country Club Drive, for an ex-parte violation. Upon arrival, I contacted Marissa A. Lahey, who stated a full order of protection she was granted, has been violated. A suspect was identified. 09/11/17 23: MUNICIPAL CIR, RAYMORE On September 11, 2017 at approximately 2351 hours, I arrived at Raymore PD for a prisoner transfer. I arrested one subject on an active Cass County warrant and transported him to the jail. 09/12/17 01:07 2ND/HERSCHEL, BELTON On Tuesday September 12, 2017 I assisted the Belton, Missouri Police Department with a K9 Sniff of a vehicle which they had stopped on 2nd Street at Herschel in Belton City Limits. The result of the search was met with negative results. 09/12/17 01:58 A/INDUSTRIAL, DREXEL On 09/12/2017, at approximately 0159 hours, I was involved in a vehicle pursuit on State Route A near Ponderosa in Drexel. The pursuit ended at State Route A and Industrial where one suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail. 09/12/17 07:00 JACKSON COUNTY, KANSAS CITY On at 0748 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Warren Frost into custody on Cass County warrant # 14-CAFTA-1267 for Driving while revoked/suspended, bond $25,000 cash only, Mr Frost was transported to the Cass County Jail. 09/12/17 11: TIEMAN RD, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at approximately 1126 hours I was dispatched to S. Tieman Rd, Harrisonville, MO in reference to a report of a stolen vehicle. Mary Demaranville stated her vehicle had been stolen from her driveway. A suspect has been identified. 09/12/17 11: RIVER RIDGE RD., PECULIAR On Tuesday September 12th 2017 I was dispatched to the lobby of the Cass County Sheriff's Office and contacted David Hulsopple in reference to a reported identity theft. A suspect has not been identified.

3 09/12/17 12: LESLIE RD, KINGSVILLE On Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at approximately 1243 hours I was dispatched to 2501 W. Mechanic St, Harrisonville, MO in reference to a walk in report of property damage. Ellen Sherrard stated someone damaged the doors on her Morton building. A suspect has not been identified. 09/12/17 13: RD ST, BELTON On 09/13/17 at 1815 hours I responded to the Belton Police Department in reference to a prisoner transfer. Upon arrival I made contact with Brandon Mcgaughey W/M. Mr. Mcgaughey was arrested on Cass County warrant #17CA-CR00231 for failure to appear on an Exparte violation with a bond of $4, % Cash allowed with a court date 10/03/17 at 0900 hours. Mr. Mcgaughey was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was turned over to the on-duty jail staff awaiting bond. 09/12/17 13:59 12 MURRAY RD, PLEASANT HILL On Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at approximately 1403 hours I was dispatched to 12 Murray Rd, Pleasant Hill, MO in reference to a report of burglary. Felicia Wilson stated someone broke into her trailer home and stole several items. A suspect has not been identified. 09/12/17 14: RD ST, BELTON On September 13, 2017 at approximately 0218 hours, I arrived at the Belton Police Department for a prisoner transfer. One subject was arrested on 4 active Cass County warrants and transported to the jail. 09/12/17 14: TH ST, PECULIAR On September 12, 2017 at approximately 1504 hours, I was dispatched to make telephone contact with a subject in regards to a possible civil matter involving a vehicle. Sara Nelson reported a family member had taken vehicle that is registered to her. The vehicle has been located and reported to have been sold to them by Ms. Nelson. 09/12/17 15: ROCKY RD, CREIGHTON On Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at approximately 1534 hours I was dispatched to S. Rocky Rd, Creighton, MO in reference to a report of burglary. Cynthia Jones stated someone had entered into her residence and stole some items. A suspect has not been identified. 09/12/17 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/12/2017, at approximately 1715 hours, I made contact with Jon Anthony Nelson at the Cass County Jail on Cass County warrant 17CA-CR00692 for tampering with utility meter 2nd degree. 09/12/17 18: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 09/12/2017, at approximately 1945 hours, I made contact with Gary, Kyle on Cass County Warrant # for Owner operating motor vehicle without maintaining financial responsability. Bond is set at $ cash only. 09/12/17 20:08 CVS, HARRISONVILLE On September 12, 2017 I responded to the area of 7 highway and I-49 in reference to a careless and imprudent vehicle. I located the vehicle in the area of Commercial and Brookhart. I stopped the vehicle on Commercial at Wall. The driver was placed in custody for Driving while intoxicated. A suspect has been identified and contacted in this incident. 09/12/17 21: HUBACH HILL RD, RAYMORE On 09/12/2017, at approximately 2150 hours, I took an informational report in regards to a well dressed black male in his mid 60's posing as a Medicare representative at 1124 W Hubach Hill Rd, Raymore. At this time no crime has occurred

Bond for this warrant was set at $25, cash only. 09/13/17 04: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0010 hours, I came in contact with Thompson, Marshayla at the Cass County Jail in regards to an active, extraditable Polk County Shreiff's Dept, Iowa warrant. I will actively seek a fugitive warrant. 09/13/17 05: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE Report added in error. 09/13/17 06:55 2/K, EAST LYNNE On Wednesday September 13th, 2017 at approximately 0700 hours I was dispatched to an unknown injury crash near the intersection of Missouri 2 Highway and State Route K. Upon arrival I conducted an accident investigation. 09/13/17 10: OAK ST, FREEMAN On 09/13/2017 at approximately 1000 I was dispatched to Mikes 71 Cycles, 801 South Commercial, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a report of property damage. Jarred Atkin reported three four wheeler tires were slashed at his residence in Freeman the night prior. A suspect was identified. 09/13/17 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/14/2017, at approximately 0930 Hours, I made contact with Trickel, Savannah at the Cass County Justice Center in Division IV on an active Cass County Warrant. I served Cass County warrants 17CA-CR00870 for Possession of Controled Substance. 09/13/17 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1100 hours, I made contact with Trevor Davis at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 17ca-cr Signature bond was granted and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 09/13/17 12:27 UNKNOWN, PLEASANT HILL On September 13, 2017 I responded to the front lobby of the Cass County Sheriff's Office in reference to a walk in report of an exparte violation. I made contact with the reporting party K.M.R. who reported she has been contacted by a subject she has an active exparte against through Bates County, Missouri. K.M.R. also reported a past assault by the same subject. A suspect has been identified in this investigation. 09/13/17 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/13/2017, at approximately 1251 Hours, I made contact with Smith, Andrew at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 13CA-CR for Probation Violation. Bond was set at $5, cash only and a court date of 11/16/2017 at 0900 hours was given.

5 09/13/17 14: CLEVELAND AVE, BELTON On Wednesday September 13th 2017 I contacted Brittany Lambirth in the lobby of the Cass County Sheriff's Office in reference to a fraud. A suspect has not been identified. 09/13/17 16: TH TER, BELTON On 09/13/2017 at approximately 1625 hours I was dispatched to th Terr, Belton, Missouri in reference to a domestic assault. My investigation revealed an assault had occurred. One subject was taken into custody. J. Claibourn /13/17 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE 09/13/17 20:42 D/203, BELTON On 09/13/2017, at approximately 2042 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop in the area of State Route D and E 203rd Street for a license plate light violation. The stop resulted in the arrest of a male subject for Possession of more than 35 grams of marijuana, distribution/sale of marijuana, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, possession of hallucinogens, manufacture of hallucinogen, and possession of marijuana synthetic cannabis. 09/13/17 21: LYNE AVE, RAYMORE On 09/13/17 at 2117 hours I was dispatched to 107 S. Lyne in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival I made contact with Emmett Osbourne W/M who advised he was having problems with his juvenile child. 09/14/17 00:01 CAMPBRANCH RD/227, HARRISONVILLE On 09/14/2017 at approxiamtely 0003 hours, I was dispatched to check the welfare of a motorist on Camp Branch Rd and 227th St. Upon my arrival, I contacted James L. Hensley who was taken into custody on an active warrant #:W for probation violation. No bond was given. 09/14/17 00:25 JACKSON COUNTY, KANSAS CITY 09/14/17 01:26 CAMBRIDGE/PROSPECT, BELTON 09/14/17 09: PRAIRIE LANE, RAYMORE On 09/14/2017 at approximately 0912 hours I was dispatched to 1201 S Prairie Ln, Raymore, Missouri in reference to a motor vehicle crash. My investigation revealed a single vehicle struck a mailbox belonging to this address. 09/14/17 10: AMARGUIA RD, DREXEL On 09/14/2017 at approximately 1055 hours I was dispatched to S Amarugia Rd, Drexel, Missouri in reference to a domestic disturbance. My investigation revealed a verbal argument between a mother and her son occurred at this residence. No crime occurred.

6 09/14/17 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/14/2017, at approximately 1210 Hours, I made contact with Lakey, Jeremy at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 17CA-CR00864 for Domestic Assault 2nd Degree. Bond was set at $5, % cash only and a court date of 11/16/2017 at 0900 hours was given. 09/14/17 14: TH ST, PECULIAR On 09/14/2017 at approximately 1402 hours I was dispatched to E 216th St, Peculiar, Missouri in reference to a domestic disturbance. My investigation revealed a verbal argument occurred between two adult brothers at this residence. No crime occurred. 09/14/17 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE 09/14/17 16: CHERRY ST, KANSAS CITY On 09/15/2017, at approximately 1326 hours, at the Jackson County Department of Corrections, I took Janetta Rayna Howell into custody. Mrs. Howell was then secured in the rear seat of my patrol vehicle and transported to the Cass County Jail. Mrs. Howell was advised of Cass County Warrant 15CA-CR /14/17 18:02 49/CASS PARKWAY, RAYMORE On September 14, 2017 I spoke with Robert Ruhl, w/m, via telephone who reported a road rage incident that started near Interstate 49 and North Cass Parkway. Mr. Ruhl stated a white male then pointed a firearm at him on Interstate 49 near Peculiar Way. 09/14/17 20: TH ST, BELTON On 09/14/17 at 2026 hours I was dispatched to 3610 E 195th street in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival I made contact with Douglas Willis W/M and Valerie Long W/F. They advised the call was a misunderstanding over then arguing about Ms. Long's facebook page. 09/14/17 22: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/14/17 at 2216 hours I responded to E 264th in reference to a check the welfare. Upon arrival I observed a dark Blue Chevrolet Impala that drove away after striking my patrol vehicle. This vehicle attemtped to strike Sgt. Adamson as well. The vehicle was pursued until the vehicle left the roadway at 263rd and 2 Hwy. 1 party was taken into custody. 09/14/17 22: LAKE RD, GARDEN CITY On 09/15/2017 at approximately 2301 hours, I was dispatched to a disturbance at 501 Lake Rd in Garden City, MO. Upon my arrival, I contacted Amie Moloski who stated she was involved in a verbal disturbance with her daughter who had left the residence. No threats were made and no assault occurred. 09/14/17 23: RD ST, STRASBURG On 09/14/2017 at approximately 2328 hours, I was dispatched to the report of a burglary in progress at 304 N 3rd St in Strasburg, MO. Upon my arrival, I contacted Michael Sweet who stated a white male subject had attempted to force entry into the residence. A suspect has not yet been identified.

7 09/15/17 08:56 PHONE CALL ONLY, UNKNOWN On September 15, 2017 at approximately 0900 hours, I was dispatched to make telephone contact with a subject for an incident that occurred on September 14, Jeri Lasswell was contacted by telephone and a report was taken at request for a civil matter. 09/15/17 11: K ST, CREIGHTON On Friday, September 15, 2017 at approximately 1111 hours I was dispatched to 215 K St, Creighton, MO in reference to a report of a disturbance. Raymond Dyer stated he was assaulted by another male subject. A suspect has been identified. 09/15/17 12:24 195TH/PECULIAR DR, On September 15, 2017 at approximately 1225 hours, I conducted a vehicle check in the area of Peculiar Drive and 195th Street. A green in color 2000 Ford Expedition was observed to be driving on 195th Street, with no license plates. The vehicle was contacted when it stopped to work on a broken down vehicle. Steven Shive was found to have active Grandview warrants and was released to Grandview Officer's after arrest. 09/15/17 14: SHERWOOD DR, CREIGHTON On 09/15/2017 at approximately 1424 hours I received a call at Sherwood Schools at Sherwood Drive, Creighton Missouri, regarding a civil issue of child custody. The child was released into the care of his father due to fear for son's safety with mother. 09/15/17 15: CHERRY ST, KANSAS CITY On 09/15/2017, at approximately 1325 hours, at the Jackson County Department of Corrections, I took Jerome Allan Waller into custody. Mr. Waller was then secured in the rear seat of my patrol vehicle and transported to the Cass County Jail. Mr. Waller was advised of Cass County Warrant 15CA-CR /15/17 16:17 NB 49/NORTH CASS PKWY, BELTON 09/15/17 16:49 PHONE CALL ONLY, UNKNOWN 09/15/17 17: CASS ST, WEST LINE 09/15/17 19:15 STATE ROUTE Y EAST OF STATE ROUTE D, CLEVELAND On Friday September 15, 2017 I assisted the Cleveland, Missouri Police Department with a K9 Search for a suspect who fled from Cleveland Police Officers in the area of State Route Y east of State Route D. There were negative results on the K9 Track. 09/15/17 21:58 NB 49/MM 161, HARRISONVILLE On Friday September 15, 2017 I conducted a vehicle stop on Northbound I-49 at mile marker The driver was arrested on an active and extraditable warrant out of Cole County Missouri.

8 09/15/17 22: PROSPECT AVE, CLEVELAND On September 15, 2017, at approximately 2210 hours, I was dispatched to S. Prospect, Cleveland for a burglary in progress. Upon arrival, I made contact with Michael O'Keefe who stated someone attempted to gain entry into his house. A suspect was identified and placed in custody. 09/16/17 02:05 241ST/KING, GUNN CITY On Saturday September 16, 2017 at approximately 0214 hours, I was dispatched to the area of 241st street and King road in Gunn City. In reference to an abandoned vehicle, that appeared to be in an motor vehicle accident. No driver was located at the scene, vehicle was towed by Miller tow. 09/16/17 05: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0530 Hours, I made contact with Matthew D Newell, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrants. I served Cass County warrants 14CACR00733 & 14CACR00468 both for probation violations. 09/16/17 08: TH ST, BELTON On September 16, 2017 at approximately 0804 hours, I was dispatched to the Oasis Community Trailer Park at 5801 E. 187th Street Belton, Missouri. I responded to several residences and obtained information for vehicle damage and theft. A suspect has not been identified. 09/16/17 10: TH ST, HOLDEN On Saturday, September 16, 2017 at approximately 1009 hours I was dispatched to E. 239th St, Holden, MO in reference to a report of a stolen vehicle. Matthew Fuimaona stated the rental truck he was issued was stolen along with personal belongings inside the vehicle. A suspect has not ben identified. 09/16/17 12:29 98 OLD 7 HWY, GARDEN CITY On Saturday, September 16, 2017 at approximately 1231 hours I was dispatched to 98 Old 7 Highway, Garden City, MO in reference to a non-injury motor vehicle accident. Darla Courtney stated another vehicle collided with her vehicle. The vehicles were towed from the scene. 09/16/17 15: GUM ST, GARDEN CITY On Saturday, September 16, 2017 at approximately 1526 hours I was dispatched to 602 Gum St, Garden City, MO in reference to a report of stealing. Tracy Vogrin stated someone stole the license plates from her vehicle. A suspect has been identified. 09/16/17 16:12 58/ORIELYS, RAYMORE On September 16, 2017 at approximately 1612 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop in the area of 58 Highway and Madison Avenue in Raymore, Missouri. The vehicle was displaying an invalid license plate. Brian Tyson was placed into custody after being found to have a suspended license and having controlled substance in the vehicle. 09/16/17 17: JERRY, RAYMORE On Saturday, September 16, 2017 at approximately 1813 hours, I conducted a welfare check at the residence of 806 North Jerry Avenue in rural Raymore, Missouri. Upon contacting the female subject that the welfare check was requested, I discovered that she had attempted to commit suicide by ingesting several prescription medication pills. The female subject was later transported by EMS (Emergency Medical Service) personnel to a local area hospital for treatment.

9 09/16/17 18: ASH ST, BELTON On 09/16/2017, at approximately 2108 hours, I responded to S Ash Street, Belton, in reference to a theft. My investigation showed a subject had unlawfully entered an attached garage and taken several high end speakers. After speaking with other parties involved to include the suspect it was determined there was a miscommunication between parties involved and a prosecution waiver was signed. 09/16/17 22: CHULA VISTA, BELTON On 09/16/2017, at approximately 2202 hours, I conducted a residence check at Chula Vista, Belton. William W. Kihn, W/M, was taken into custody on Belton Municipal warrants 17BO2616 and 17BO2617 for health and safety ordinance violations. Bond was set at $ % cash or surety. 09/16/17 22: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE 09/17/17 04: HWY, STRASBURG On Sunday September 17, 2017 at approximately 0408 hours, I was dispatched to 408 E State Route 58. In reference to a stealing of a four wheeler. Mules entry was entered in regards to the stolen four wheeler. Possible suspect identified. 09/17/17 04:28 SB 49/S BONE, HARRISONVILLE On September 17, 2017 at approximately 0429 hours I responded to a motor vehicle accident ton I-49 south of Rock haven Road. I contacted the driver, Anjay Gunturu who stated that he was not injured. The vehicle was towed from the scene. 09/17/17 10: MULLEN AVE, RAYMORE On September 17, 2017 at approximately 1056 hours, I was dispatched to 1410 N. Mullen Raymore, Missouri for a report of stealing. Investigation led to 1510 N. Mullen where a 1998 Ford F150 and a black 14 foot trailer were recovered. Christopher Lusk was placed into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail. 09/17/17 11: TH ST, BELTON On Sunday, September 17, 2017 at approximately 1139 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of 5801 East 187th Street, Lot #45 in Belton, Missouri in regards to a report of a disorderly subject. My investigation revealed that this incident was a domestic disturbance, but non-criminal in nature. 09/17/17 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1140 hours, I came in contact with James McMinn at the Cass County Jail reference to an active Cass County warrant. The warrant #17CA-CR00788 was issued for felony driving while suspended. A signature bond was given. 09/17/17 14: RENEE LN, GARDEN CITY On Sunday, September 17, 2017 at approximately 1429 hours I conducted a residence check at 310 Renee Lane, Garden City, MO in reference to subject with an active Cass County warrant. John Butrick was taken into custody for warrant #17CA-CR00767 for two counts of Domestic Assault-4th Degree-1st Offense. The warrant revealed a bond of $5000 with 10% cash allowed and a court date of 10/03/17 at 0900 hours. Mr. Butrick was transported to the Cass County jail.

10 09/17/17 14: K ST, CREIGHTON On Sunday, September 17,2017 at approximately 1509 hours I was dispatched to meet Peculiar Police detective at 215 K St, Creighton, MO in reference to recovering stolen property from an armed robbery. Detective Catron and I contacted Raymond Dyer who provided the requested items. 09/17/17 17: STATE ROUTE YY, PECULIAR On Sunday, September 17, 2017 at approximately 1738 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of 9001 East State Route YY in rural Peculiar, Missouri in regards to a report of a domestic disturbance. My investigation revealed that the disturbance was non-criminal in nature, however damage to the residence did occur during the incident. 09/17/17 20: CARTER RD, PECULIAR On 09/17/2017, at approximately 2108 hours, I responded to S Carter Road, Peculiar, in reference to a welfare check of a white female who had driven into and stopped in a yard.
