1 04/09/18 00: CHERRY ST, KANSAS CITY Incident Log 04/09/18 03:27 SB 49/MM 164, PECULIAR On at 0356 hours, I responded to a 1 vehicle motor vehicle accident with unknown injuries. The accident was located at Interstate 49 southbound at the 164 mile marker. The driver of the vehicle involved in the accident, Norma A. Rodriguez, was transported to the hospital by EMS personnel and the vehicle was towed from the scene. 04/09/18 05: STATE ROUTE 2, HARRISONVILLE On 04/09/18 at 0521 hours I was dispatched to Hwy in reference to a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival I observed a 2007 Dodge with Missouri license had lost control and overturned. No injuries were reported and the vehicle was towed from the scene. 04/09/18 06:08 STATE ROUTE 2/DD, HARRISONVILLE On at 0608 hours, I observed a 1 vehicle motor vehicle accident on 2 Hwy. just east of DD Hwy. The driver of the vehicle, Manford C. Carr, received minor injuries in the accident and refused medical treatment. 04/09/18 06:37 STATE ROUTE 2/DD, 04/09/18 07:30 215TH ST/COLEMAN, HARRISONVILLE On 04/09/2018, at approximately 0730 hours, I was dispatched to 215th and Coleman, for a suspicious bag. Upon arrival I located the bag and collected it for safekeeping. 04/09/18 08: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On 04/09/2018 at approximately 0824 hours, I was dispatched to E 275th St. in Harrisonville, Mo to the report of found property. Upon my arrival, I contacted Janet Wright who reported she found a pistol magazine and several rounds of ammunition on the ground outside of the store. The items were seized. 04/09/18 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Monday, April 9, 2018 at approximately 0926 hours, I conducted an arrest at the Cass County Circuit Clerks Office, located at 2501 West Mechanic in Harrisonville, Missouri on two active Cass County Warrants for contempt. Monica L. Roberts, white female was taken in to custody and transported to the jail. Mrs. Roberts was given a total bond on the two warrants of $ Cash Only. Mrs. Roberts was given a court date of Monday, May 7, 2018 at 0900 hours in Cass County Courts. 04/09/18 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 4/9/2018, at approximately 0940 Hours, I made contact with Tanner R Scrivner at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 17CA-CR00236 for Tampering wuit Motor Vehicle - 1st Degree. 04/09/18 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 04/09/2018 at approximately 0946 Hours, I made contact with Joseph William Downs at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served an after hours Cass County warrant for Count 1: Resisting Arrest/detention/stop By Fleeing - Creating A Substantial Risk of Serious Injury/death To Any Person.

2 04/09/18 11:14 7 HWY/BROADWAY, PLEASANT HILL On Monday, April 9, 2018 at approximately 1114 hours I conducted a vehicle stop at the Fast Stop in Pleasant Hill, MO in reference to failing to stop at 203rd St at State Route 7. The driver was issued a warning. The passenger, identified as Lana M. Carr-Metzer, was taken into custody on active Troop A warrants through Jackson County, MO as follows: warrant # for Failure To Appear for Failure to Display License Plates and warrant # for Failure To Appear for No Proof of Insurance. These warrants revealed a bond of $50 cash only for each. Also, warrant # for Failure To Appear for Driving While Suspended/Revoked which revealed a bond of $2500 Cash or Secured. A court date was not provided and Ms. Carr-Metzger was transported to the Cass County jail for processing. 04/09/18 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 04/09/2018, at approximately 1252 Hours, I made contact with Brandon D Barnes, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 17CA-CR for Failure to Appear, Non-support total arrears in Excess of 12 Monthly. 04/09/18 12:51 214TH ST/Y HIGHWAY, BELTON On 04/09/2018, at approximately 1251 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop at 214th/Y highway. I contacted John Shubin who had an active warrant out of Johnson County, Kansas. Mr. Shubin was trasported to the Cass County Jail. 04/09/18 13:04 UNKNOWN LOCATION, HARRISONVILLE On 04/09/2018 at approximately 1310 hours, I was dispatched to the Cass Regional Medical Center at 2800 Rock Haven Rd. in Harrisonville, MO to the report of a wild animal bite. Upon my arrival, a parent and child were contacted. It was determined the child was bitten by a raccoon. The child was transported to Childrens Mercy Hospital. 04/09/18 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1100 hours, Kelly Edmiston was remanded to my custody to serve 2 years in the Missouri Dept. Of Corrections. 04/09/18 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1310, Philip Mckinney was remanded to my custody to complete treatment at the Missouri Dept. Of Corrections. 04/09/18 14: TH ST, BELTON On 04/09/2018, at approximately 1427 hours, I was dispatched to 4500 E. 195th St for stolen firearms. I contacted Raymond Jones who stated that three of his firearms are missing. 04/09/18 14: MEADOW DR, PECULIAR On Monday April 9th 2018 I contacted John V. Galichia at the Cass County Sheriff's Office in reference to a reported identity theft. A suspect has not been identified. 04/09/18 15: CHERRY ST, KANSAS CITY On April 11th, 2018 at approximately 1110 hours I was dispatched to 1300 south cherry street, Kansas city, Missouri in reference to a warrant service. Denise Hardy was taken into custody on active Cass County warrant #17CACR00473, resisting arrest by fleeing, with a bond of $ % cash allowed. Ms. Hardy was transported to the Cass County Jail without incident. 04/09/18 15: COMMERCIAL, HARRISONVILLE On 04/09/2018 at approximately 1552 hours, I was dispatched to assist Harrisonville Police Department with a domestic disturbance located at 1302 N Commercial FORM 3000 St. Room - Press 124 Reports in Harrisonville, = UPDATED MO, commonly known as the Knights Inn

3 disturbance located at 1302 N Commercial St. Room 124 in Harrisonville, MO, commonly known as the Knights Inn Hotel. Upon my arrival, two parties were contacted. One male subject was taken into custody. 04/09/18 16: BELLE PLAIN RD, HARRISONVILLE On 04/09/2018, at approximately 1647 hours, I was dispatched to S. Belle Plain Rd for a burglary. Through my investigation I determined the burglary did not take place. 04/09/18 17: LOCK LLOYD PKWY, BELTON On Monday, April 9, 2018 at approximately 1727 hours I was dispatched to 2501 W. Mechanic St, Harrisonville, MO in reference to a walk in report of information regarding a former landlord keeping the postal mail of the reporting party. Jody Hamby stated his former landlord delivered an opened package and mail saying he had the items for approximately six weeks. The incident is under investigation. 04/09/18 17: GRADUATE CIR, CLEVELAND On Monday, April 9, 2018 at approximately 1828 hours, I responded to the residence of Graduate Circle in rural Cleveland, Missouri in regards to a report of suspicious activity. The property owner and reporting party, Josey L. Younger, white female was contacted. A report for the suspicious activity has been taken and an extra patrol for the property has been requested by Ms. Younger. 04/09/18 17: CHERRY ST, KANSAS CITY On April 10th, 2018 at approximately 1112 hours I was dispatched to 1300 cherry street, Kansas city, Missouri in reference to a warrant service. Corey McCormick was taken into custody on active Cass County warrant; #16CACR01013, receiving stolen property, and count two, property damage with a bond of $ % cash only. #17CACR01147, tampering with a motor vehicle 1st degree, and #17CACR00156, Tampering with a motor vehicle 1st degree. Both received a bond of $ % cash only. Mr. McCormick was transported to the Cass County Jail without incident. 04/09/18 20: AIRPORT RD, PLEASANT HILL On 04/09/2018, at approximately 2024 hours, I responded to S Airport Road, Pleasant Hill, reference harassment. An investigation revealed Gary Ellis to be the victim of victim tampering. A suspect has been identified in this incident. 04/09/18 20: TEXAS, ARCHIE On 04/09/2018 at approximately 2012 hours I was dispatched to 104 south Texas Street, Archie, Missouri, regarding a possible disturbance in progress. The disturbance was all verbal and no crime had been committed. 04/09/18 20: HOLMES RD, BELTON On 04/09/2018 at approximately 2050 hours I was dispatched to South Holmes road, regarding a possible disturbance. Dispatch advised the subject stated a man grabbed her hand putting her cigarette out. The victim was a Krista A. Cox-Velasquez she had no injuries and did not want to press charges. 04/09/18 23: WEST OUTER RD, HARRISONVILLE On 04/09/2018, at approximately 2323 hours, I responded to a disorderly party on a travel bus that pulled into SAPP BROS., SW Outer Road, Harrisonville. An investigation resulted in one party being denied further service from the bus company and left at SAPP BROS. awaiting a ride from Kansas City. 04/10/18 03:30 ARCHIE COMMUTER LOT, BUTLER On 04/10/2018 at approximately 0317 hours I conducted a prisoner transfer from the Bates County Sheriff s Office from the Archie, Missouri commuter lot. I served Cass County warrant 18CACR00341 for Possession of controlled substance. 04/10/18 05:40 7/RAFFURTY, PLEASANT HILL On 04/10/2018 at approximately 0540 hours I responded to a non-injury Motor vehicle accident at 7 highway and Raffurty road. The accident was a single vehicle accident. No parties were injured as a result of this accident. 04/10/18 07: COMMERCIAL, HARRISONVILLE On 04/10/2018 at approximately 0703 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on Commercial St. near Mechanic St. in Harrisonville, MO. The driver, Thomas Harper was arrested on Cass County warrant 18CA-CR00353 for Stealing. Bond was set at $5, % Cash Allowed. A court date of 05/01/2018 at 0900 hours was given. He was also arrested for Pleasant Hill warrant: Trespassing, warrant Property Damage, and warrant Larceny. Bond was set at $ Cash Payout. 04/10/18 10:33 ROYAL STREET, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday, April 10, 2018 the Sheriff's Office received an Order for 96 Hour Detention, Evaluation and Treatment. At approximately 1040 hours that same day the subject was located in the area of 291 Highway and Royal Street in Harrisonville, Missouri. The subject was informed of the 96 Hour Order and he was transported to Cass Regional Medical Center for treatment per the court order. 04/10/18 13: STATE ROUTE D, CLEVELAND On 04/10/2018, at approximately 1400 hours, I was dispatched a call in regards to stolen license plates. I contacted the owner Susan Whitlock who stated her plates were taken sometime between 04/06/2018 and 04/10/ /10/18 15: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On 04/10/2018 at 1539 hours, I was dispatched to E 277th St. outside of Harrisonville MO to the report of property damage. Upon my arrival, I contacted the reporting party Phillip Martley who stated his property was damaged by an unknown neighbor. 04/10/18 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 04/10/18 at 1620 hours, I was contacted via the intercom in master control that there was a medical issues that needed EMS to respond. 04/10/18 16: LAKESIDE LN, BELTON On 04/10/2018, at approximately 1607 hours, I was dispatched to S. Lakeside Ln, Belton, Missouri, for a burglary. I contacted the home owner Kayla Bayton, who stated her house was burglarized sometime between 0900 and 1600 hours. 04/10/18 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 04/10/2018 at approximately 1855 hours, I met with Anthony Wayne Leonard at the Cass County Sheriff s Office on a Cole County warrant. I served warrant number 17CACR02245 for Failure to appear on a DWI. 04/10/18 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 04/10/2018 approximately 2000 hours, I met with Cody Tyler Quarles at the Cass County Sheriff s Office on a Cass County warrant. After speaking with Mr. Linder it was determined that he was reporting a separate incident of theft from a property located at E 299th Street, Garden City. No suspects have been identified in this incident. 04/10/18 20: TH ST, PECULIAR On 04/10/2018 at approximately 2016 hours I was dispatched to east 239th Street, rural Peculiar, Missouri, regarding an information call. Dispatch advised the son of Roxanne Burke had been dumping trash on his mother s property. No crime had been committed at this time. 04/10/18 20: EASTON ST, HARRISONVILLE On 04/10/2018, at approximately 2031 hours, I conducted a follow up at 2503 Easton Street, Harrisonville. David Gagne, W/M, was taken into custody on active Cass County warrants 18-CAFTA-560 and 18-CAFTA-561 for FTA- DWR/DWS and FTA- Exceeded posted speed limit 16-19mph. The Reporting Party said that two dogs killed one of her goats this morning. The animals have not yet been located. 04/11/18 09:29 173/MULLEN, BELTON On April 11, 2018 at approximately 0929 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop in the area of 173rd and Mullen on a white in color Chrysler Sebring as it did not have any license plates. Moore reported that five of his chickens had been killed by two dogs. 04/11/18 15: RAFFURTY RD, PLEASANT HILL On , I investigated a child custody dispute at S. Raffurty Road in rural Pleasant Hill. Samuel R. Edwards and his ex-wife Kellie L. I made contact with the reporting party who said that his toolbox of hand tools was taken when he wasn't looking. Bailey in reference to his recreational camping trailer being shot and damaged by a small caliber bullet 3 times while it was parked behind his work shed. No suspects have been identified. 04/11/18 19: JERRY, RAYMORE On 04/11/18 at 1940 hours I was dispatched to 1007 Jerry in reference to a check the welfare. The reporting party Kara Huff W/F had called reporting that her boyfriend had sent her a text message advising that he couldn't take it anymore. A broadcast for his welfare to be checked was issued. 04/11/18 20: TH TER, BELTON On at 2102 hours, I arrived at 402 E. 164th Terr. and spoke with Cale K. Quinn in reference to his wife, Amanda L. Quinn, not being seen since around 1650 hours. A report was taken.

7 04/11/18 22: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 2213 hours I was dispatched to E. 227th street for a verbal disturbance. I made contact with Janice Inboden she told me that the other subject in the residence a her had a verbal disagreement. Both subject in the residence were identified. 04/12/18 06: MERRIOTT RD, PLEASANT HILL On , I investigated a property damage at S. Merriott Road in rural Pleasant Hill. Kent A. Dierking reported that six of his chickens had been killed by a pack of dogs. 04/12/18 14: ND STREET, CREIGHTON On April 12, 2018 at approximately 1431 hours, I was dispatched to make telephone contact with an individual at the Creighton City Hall reference threats. I made contact with Laura M. Attebery, who stated threats have been made about a city worker. A suspect was identified. 04/12/18 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1430 Hours, I made contact with Kevin Overcast, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 18CA-CR Bond was set at $ and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 04/12/18 16: PENNSYLVANIA AVE, EAST LYNNE On , I conducted a stand by at 107 Pennsylvania in East Lynne. While the calling party, David Cook was removing his property, an argument between he and his ex-girlfriend, Savannah Strickland started. The parties eventually separated and I returned to service. 04/12/18 16: ND ST, FREEMAN On April 12, 2018 at approximately 1624 hours, I was dispatched to 200 W 2nd Street, Freeman, Missouri for a burglary. Upon arrival, I made contact with Cristina Whenham who stated someone broke into a shed and stole items from it as well as the house. No suspects have been identified. 04/12/18 17: WATERS RD, HARRISONVILLE On 04/12/2018 at approximately 1727 hours, I was dispatched to Waters Rd. outside of Harrisonville, MO. to the report of a theft of a motor vehicle. Upon my arrival, I contacted Brian Sollars who reported his vehicle had been taken sometime today. 04/12/18 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 04/12/2018, at approximately 1920 Hours, I made contact with Samuel Davis at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served the four following Cass County Warrant s. Cass County warrant 18CA-CR00211 for Criminal Non-Support, 18CA-CR00302 for two counts of Possession of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana, 17CA-CR00597 for Failure to Appear on two counts Possession of Controlled Substance and Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia and Failed to Have Two Lighted Headlamps and Driver/Front Seat Passenger Fail To Wear Seat Belt, for Failure to Appear on Possess Drug Paraphernalia. 04/12/18 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 04/12/2018, at approximately 1930 Hours, I made contact with Jonathan W. Mejia at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County Warrant 15CA-CR01021 for Probation Violation-Violation of order of protection for adult.

8 04/12/18 19: STATE ROUTE E, STRASBURG On at approximately 1933 hours I was dispatched to E hwy Strasburg for a stolen deer blind. At approximately 2007 hours I mad contact with Christopher Powers at his residence. Mr. Powers told me that an unknown subject in a white GMC pick up was in his field and his deer blind was missing. Subject has not been identified. 04/12/18 23:22 155TH ST AND D HWY, BELTON On 04/12/18 at 2322 hours I responded to 155th Street and State Route D Hwy in Belton in reference to an assist other agency. Upon arrival I made contact with Corporal Witherspoon who had requested our K9 respond since they had parties flee from a vehicle. Two parties were taken into custody. 04/13/18 02: HILLCREST, BELTON On Friday April 13, 2018 I was dispatched to 110 Hillcrest in Belton, Missouri in request for a K9 Track in reference to a home invasion. Track was met with negative results. A suspect has not been identified at this time. 04/13/18 05: OLD 7 HWY, GARDEN CITY On at approximately 0508 hours I was dispatched to the area of old 7 highway and Dollar General in Garden City for a vehicle in the ditch. I served Cass County warrant 18CA-CR00390 for A Fugitive from out of state. 04/13/18 14: CHERRY ST, KANSAS CITY On April 13th, 2018 at approximately 1410 hours I was dispatched to 1300 Cherry street, Kansas city, Missouri in reference to a warrant service. Upon my arrival, I contacted Jessica Eads with Missouri Children's Division. I served Cass County warrant 18CA-CR00349 for Count 1: Possession Of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams Or Less Of Marijuana/synthetic Cannabinoid and Count 2: Driver/front Seat Passenger Fail To Wear Properly Adjusted/fastened Safety Belt. 04/13/18 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 04/13/2018 at approximately 1630 Hours, I made contact with Tammy Sue Medlock at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on two Cass County warrants.
