2 Perfect for Conferences We have 3 conference rooms suiting most needs. The Bay View Suite and The Ballroom for larger groups and our private conference room holding up to 25 delegates for smaller meetings. We can arrange any style of conference, meeting or training event that you may wish to hold. All delegates attending your event are entitled to discounted room rates, a wide variety of food and drink services to the meeting room and full access to all our on-site facilities. The Hotel is easily accessible via the new relief road from Dorchester into Weymouth, and there are direct train links through Bristol Temple Meads, Southampton Airport and London Waterloo. We are also within 25 miles of Bournemouth International Airport and there is convenient transport into the town centre. There is also free parking at the hotel, free Wi-Fi throughout the building, and leisure facilities that are free to all overnight delegates.

3 The Bowleaze Ballroom The Bowleaze Ballroom is the largest of our conference facilities holding up to 250 people. It has a theatre stage with dressing room facilities for presentations and a fully licensed bar, which can be used for pre or post conference entertaining. As well as being the perfect large conference facility, The Bowleaze Ballroom can be used for hosting entertainment and promotional events, family celebrations and even concerts and shows. 4 The Bayview Suite The Bay View Suite is our purpose-built conference and events room. located on the coast side of the building, it has impressive sea views over Bowleaze, Weymouth, Portland and beyond. The suite is fully air-conditioned with it's own licensed bar and is ideal for conferences seminars, and presentations for up to 100 delegates. The Bay View Suite can also be combined with The Bowleaze Ballroom for larger conferences. There's really no more impressive conference room in Dorset! 5 The Cove Room The Cove Room is a dedicated conference, training and meeting room, built in the heart of the hotel. It seats up to 25 comfortably, with plenty of room for flipcharts, a large TV or projector screen. It can be rented by the hour, half or full day and any multiple of each. The Cove Room is perfect for smaller groups and is ideal for drop-in presentations and promotional appointments. It can even be used for private dining and smaller celebrations.
