Perfect for business away days, corporate functions or a business celebration, Itchenor has a range of rooms and accommodation to suit events from 10 people to 120. In an area of outstanding natural beauty on the shores of Chichester Harbour, near the Blue Flag beach of West Wittering, and with the backdrop of Goodwood and the South Downs, Itchenor is within easy reach of London, Brighton, Guildford and Southampton. The heart of the sailing club is a row of three hundred year old Grade 2 listed fisherman s cottages, arranged around a central lawn area with far reaching views over Chichester Harbour and the Downs. There is a variety of rooms from the Old Sail Loft, Committee Room, Conservatory to the very cosy bar. All rooms have sea views and are perfect for a range of business functions from a product launch for 100 to an intimate dinner for 10. There is accommodation on the upper floors, with 16 lovely rooms, some en-suite. All meeting rooms have wi-fi and audio visual capability.

3 Make your event a success Professional staff to meet your needs Itchenor has a professional team ready to meet your needs. House Manager Nick Griffiths has over 18 years experience. He and his team can ensure your event is a success, whether it is arranging a gourmet meal or simple delegate coffee morning. The Club prides itself on using local ingredients where possible, and freshly cooking all the food including its famous afternoon tea and cakes.

4 Ideal for corporate, business, social functions and family celebrations Dining Room Dining Room. The dining room can seat 120 for a lunch or dinner or can be used as a room for presentations. Framed at one end by a trophy cabinet holding the Club s historic trophies, and with sea views from the other. Jubilee Room Conservatory (Jubilee Room). The conservatory is often used as a board style room for 20 around a central table. It can also be used for dinners, either laid out in three table of ten or one table of 24. With excellent views of the harbour and wonderful natural light. Underfloor heating keeps the room warm in the winter. The Old Sail Loft The Old Sail loft (Members Room). The old sail loft is a large room that can be laid out in presentation style for 70 or can be used as board room for 20. It has also been used for product launches, training and art displays. The old sail loft was formerly used for drying sails; it now has three sets of doors opening onto the lawn and a small kitchen area. For parties this room also serves as a disco. The Committee Room The Committee Room. The committee room is used as a delegate/syndicate room, office area or small board room. It is an intimate room with a fire, just off the bar. For smaller events the committee room can also be used as the disco. The Bar The Bar. The bar area is the hub of the Club. It has real character with low beams and a large open fireplace. It makes a perfect place for a team celebration or pre dinner drinks. Accommodation Accommodation. The Club has 14 double and twin rooms, many with sea views.

It has far reaching views over the harbour and the South Downs.. The Lawn The Lawn. At the centre of the Club, in fine weather meals and drinks can be served on the lawn. The Club is famous for its lawn served teas and barbeques, and what a good place to have an instant breakout meeting. Jetty staging and pool Jetty staging and pool. The staging area is used to store sailing dinghies. It also has an area of picnic benches, which can be good for lunch or drinks. Several other benches are scattered around the staging overlooking the water and are ideal for that quiet snatched moment. During the summer months a small fresh water pool is open for use by Club guests.

Utilised the Members Room for an AGM for 60 people and regularly use the Committee Room for board meetings. 7 Sumptuous food and fine wines Food and drink Itchenor prides itself on the quality of its food and the range of fine wines and beers on offer. Often the special of the day will be determined by what the local fishermen catch. The Chef can prepare a range of locally sourced and freshly cooked food to suit your occasion and budget. For working lunches, select between a platter of sandwiches, buffet lunch or full service lunch. For evening events, we can provide a selection of canapés, a hot buffet or full dinner service. Please take a look at our sample menus. If you have a special request or specific dietary requirements our Chef and House Manager will be happy to help. To accompany your meal we have a range of wines, chosen by the Master Sommelier at Bibendum, available by the glass and the bottle from both the House selection and the Commodore s reserve selection. We also carry an à la carte list of fine wines and Champagne. In the Bar we always have at least 2 draft real ales, plus a range of lagers on tap.

8 Unique venue Delegate rates and room hire To make your event easy to arrange and organise we have an indicative range of standard delegate rates and costs for room hire. However we prefer to sit down with you and get your event right to suit your needs. Nick our House Manager will then give you a written quote for your event and agree the level of service. In addition there are audio visual facilities in the Members Room, Bar, Dining Room, Committee Room and Conservatory. These can be centrally managed or managed independently. In addition the Club has a full office facility with printers, photocopiers, flip charts etc.

It takes just 1 hour 30 minutes to reach Chichester from London Victoria by train. Trains from London Waterloo, via Havant, are also available. There is a taxi rank at Chichester Station. Fly. There are a variety of short-haul flights to and from Southampton Airport, which is just 30 miles away, Gatwick Airport is 50 miles away and Heathrow is 60 miles. By car. At the mini roundabout at Birdham (4.6 miles), take the B2179 sign-posted West Wittering. The turning to Itchenor is about half a mile further on the right. Itchenor village is at the end of this road (1.2 Miles) with the private Club Lane leading to the sailing club on the right, immediately opposite The Ship public house. There is ample car parking available in the adjacent car park. Disability access. All ground floor rooms are suitable for those with disabilities to access.
