4 GALLERIA ACC Liverpool s Galleria is a flexible space with organiser offices and a boardroom facility enabling you to be at the heart of your event. The area is flooded by natural daylight providing a beautiful setting for delegate registration or a drinks reception. Riverside Balcony The Galleria is also home to our much loved 07 coffee bar, serviced by inhouse caterers Centerplate, and inspired by the year Liverpool burst into life. ACC Liverpool s Guest Relations team are based in the Galleria and are always on hand to provide a onestop service for clients, exhibitors and delegates that begins even before you arrive on site. 5 LOWER LEVEL On the lower level, connected by the Galleria, is Hall 2 a multifunctional, subdivisible, fully carpeted space that can be used in its entirety for a gala dinner or exhibition. If you require a more intimate space it can also be separated into smaller areas for banquets, meetings or more breakout rooms. 6 The upper level of ACC Liverpool is purpose built for conferences. We have a wide range of rooms and configurations, one of which is sure to offer the best solution for your event, whether you want spectacular views across the Mersey as your backdrop or a blank canvas to make your own. The auditorium is central to the venue, with its 1,350 theatrestyle seats, impressive stage, and even more impressive revolving drums. These two areas can be used for 250seat lectures, or turned and closed off to make the auditorium smaller. It s a brilliantly flexible yet effective facility. We re easily accessible via rail, road and air, and have car parking and accommodation for delegates. By Car from the North: Approaching from the north, leave the M6 at junction 26 and follow signs for M58 Liverpool. Follow to the end of the M58 and then take signs B for A59 Liverpool. Continue to follow Liverpool City Centre until picking up signs for the Waterfront. By Car from the South: Approaching from the south, leave the M6 at junction A and take the M62 to Liverpool. At the end of the M62 follow signs for Liverpool City Centre along Edge Lane, picking up and following signs for The Waterfront. By Train: Virgin Trains operates hourly, direct services from London Euston to Liverpool Lime Street (with a journey time of just over two hours). Other longdistance rail services also operate into Liverpool Lime Street station. ACC Liverpool is a 20minute walk from Lime Street or a short taxi ride. Ring Traveline Merseyside for uptodate information. The Traveline is open from 8am 8pm every day of the week By Plane: Airlines at John Lennon Airport (JLA) include two of Europe s largest low cost airlines, easyjet and C Ryanair, both of which have large bases at JLA. A taxi from the airport to the city centre will take approximately 20 minutes or the express bus service Route 500 will take approximately 25 minutes, dropping you off within a fiveminute walk of ACC Liverpool. If you prefer, we can arrange private transfers for you. Just 45 minutes away via the motorway network, Manchester Airport has an even more extensive network of flights, with long haul destinations including America and the Far East served with direct flights.
