This Session is proudly hosted by Sharon Temple No. 92, Fresno, California, in. Please join us for Denim & Diamonds. Everyone planning to stay in a room must be registered before your housing request can be processed. All housing requests must be submitted through on-line registration, contacting the hotel directly, or by using the enclosed form. You may call the hotel at Group code:. The form may be sent by or standard mail to the address below. ONLY ONE PERSON PER HOTEL ROOM SHOULD BE REQUESTING THE ROOM. The access link to the Peppermill is: List ALL OCCUPANTS of the room, their registration number, Temple name and number, and address. Only THE person making the reservation will receive a confirmation number, even though they are sharing the room. Please share the confirmation number with your roommates. All individual reservations must be accompanied by a one night s deposit, plus taxes/surcharges, or guaranteed by a major credit card. This deposit will only be refunded if the reservation is canceled 24 hours prior to your arrival. Failure to cancel or check-in will result in charges of one (1) night's housing plus taxes/surcharges to the card and the remaining reservation will be canceled. PLEASE Carefully check the dates for your arrival and departure from the hotel when making your reservation. Deadline for Housing reservations is March 31, Please be advised, the Housing Committee can only confirm hotel convention rates June 5, 2019 through June 15, Any arrival or departures outside of these dates will be subject to customary rates. Below are a few parks to give you an idea of what is available. For additional campgrounds you can go on line. Each campground has different amenities and cancellation policies; some give Good Sam Perks, AAA or AARP discounts, contact each park directly. Rates are subject to change.
