This offer will be applicable to most Celebrity Cruises itineraries of 4 nights or more excluding Celebrity Galapagos, Transatlantic, Transpacific and Repositioning sailings. Sailings must be 10 or more days from departure. WHAT IS THE BOOKING WINDOW? This offer is designed to be an evergreen offer and is capacity controlled. This means there is no promotional end date. The offer will be available across the included sailings up until 10 days before departure unless sold out prior. DOES THE OFFER APPLY TO ALL STATEROOM CATEGORIES? Go Big Go Better Go Best is only applicable to Oceanview Staterooms and higher Interior Staterooms are excluded. DOES THIS APPLY TO ALL GUESTS IN THE STATEROOM? The offer is applicable to the first two guests in any stateroom only. 3rd and 4th guests on a qualifying booking will receive up to 50% savings off their cruise fare when booked in the same stateroom. 3 BOOKING PROCESS HOW DO I BOOK FIT/INDIVIDUALS? This promotion will not require the guest or agent to manually enter promotional codes in order to redeem a selected choice. Instead the upgrade options and individual choices will be clearly displayed along with the additional amount payable for the higher tiers. It s as simple choosing your booking method (Espresso, the contact centre or the Celebrity Website), following the prompts and selecting your chosen tier and perks. If the Onboard Credit option is chosen it will automatically pull through at time of booking, for all other amenities please allow up to 10 business days for these to be applied to the booking by our redemption team. For Go Big no additional charge will be placed on the booking as the extra perk is included in the cruise fare. For Go Better and Go Best the additional amount will be displayed as a charge on top of the base cruise fare. HOW DO I BOOK GROUPS? Group X or Group Standard will combine with Go Big Better Best. Name/book the group staterooms via groups res or Espresso. At time of booking advise groups which perk/s you want applied to the stateroom. On both new or existing groups if Go Better or Go Best is selected then the additional up charge will be applied dependant on sail nights and chosen tier. 4 FAQS If a guest is a Captain s Club member, should they choose Go Big, Go Better or Go Best? The best offer for our Captain s Club members depends on the tier and their preferences. Classic, Select, Elite and Elite Plus members can choose any offer based on what is more valuable for them. Zenith members enjoy practically unlimited internet (1600 minutes) and a complimentary Beverage Package. So, the best offer for them would to either choose the Go Big or the Go Better and then select the Onboard Credit/s because this is the only offer not included in their benefits package as Zenith Members. If a Captain s Club guest Elite, Elite Plus or Zenith has already receive some level of complimentary internet will they receive a discount, any compensation, or more of some other loyalty benefit if they choose the complimentary internet? No, they can choose one of the other perks that are available, other than internet (Classic Beverage Package or US$150 Onboard Credit). Zenith members should choose US$150 Onboard Credit as they already receive a classic beverage package. Is this offer applicable to Cruisetours, CEL Explorations, Book & Go and City Stays? Can a guest travelling in a single occupancy booking take advantage of this offer? What price programs does this offer include? Can guests upgrade to a Premium Package? 5 TERMS AND CONDITIONS Go Big Go Better Go Best is valid for new bookings created from August 9th Offer applies to Oceanview staterooms & above (Interior staterooms are excluded). Offer is capacity controlled, availability varies by sailing and eligible staterooms may sell out. Offer applies to Celebrity Cruises sailings of 4-nights and longer Offer will not be available to book once a sailing reaches 10 days from departure. Offer excludes Celebrity Galapagos, Transatlantic, Transpacific or Repositioning sailings. A repositioning sailing is defined as a sailing that begins in one continent and ends in another and/or moves from one home port to another. Offer is only combinable with Standard, Group Standard (if available) and Cruisetour (cruise portion only) pricing. Unless otherwise stated, offer is not combinable with any other offer, promotion or pricing apart from the Future Cruise Onboard Program. Offer provides each of the first two guests in an Oceanview Stateroom and above booking with a complimentary Go Big option, which includes guest s choice of a Classic Beverage Package, Unlimited Internet Package or US$150 per person onboard credit ( OBC ). For an additional charge select the Go Better option and receive a choice of two amenities or the Go Best option and receive all four amenities plus an upgrade to the Premium Beverage Package. Charge varies by selected tier and cruise nights. Go Better is charged at an additional $20 per person per day and Go Best is an additional $60 per person per day. Booking made during the offer period in a Suite Class stateroom on an eligible sailing will receive GoBest included in their cruise fareproviding all four bonus perks with a Premium Beverage Package upgrade without the additional $60 per night charge. Additional charges will appear as a separate line on the guest invoice. Options can be indicated by selecting the relevant price code at time of booking. Premium Beverage Package (valued at US$65 per person per day) upgrade with Go Best option includes beer, wine by the glass, spirits, cocktails, and frozen drinks up to US$13 per serving, all soda selections, premium bottled water, specialty coffees and teas, non-alcoholic frozen drinks and smoothies, specialty waters, energy drinks, fresh and bottled juices and server gratuities (amount based on gratuity guidelines). Classic Non-Alcoholic Beverage Package includes all soda selections, fresh and bottled juices, premium coffees, teas, nonpremium bottled water, and server gratuities (amount based on gratuity guidelines). Terms of Celebrity s Alcohol Policy apply, including a minimum drinking age, which varies by itinerary. Each guest must provide date of birth at the time of booking. Unlimited Internet is valued at US$69pp for sailings 2-3 days, US$145 for 4-6 days, US$224 for 7-9 days, US$269 for days and US$285 for 14 days or longer. Guests with Internet Packages will receive instructions for Internet access in their staterooms on the first day of the cruise. Internet Packages are based on a pre-cruise price Onboard Credit option: Guests stateroom folios will be credited with an OBC. OBC has no cash value, is applicable to cruise only, nontransferable, not redeemable for cash, and will expire if not used by 10:00 PM on the final night of the cruise. Captain s Club Reduced Deposit Offer: Classic members and higher are eligible for a 50% reduced deposit on Qualifying Bookings made more than 70 days from departure date. Reduced deposit must be paid by deposit payment required due date. Celebrity s cancellation policy applies, including but not limited to full cancellation penalty amounts. Valid membership number must be provided at time of booking; new members may book on board without a membership number but must provide the membership number 90 days prior to sail date. Go Big, Go Better, and Go Best booking options are applicable to new individual bookings and to staterooms in non-contracted group bookings, which must be named and deposited during the Offer Period. All offers are non-transferable and applicable only to the Qualifying Booking on the Offer Cruise. Guests can make changes to their chosen perk or upgrade their tier up until 10 days from departure providing there is still availability. Downgrading of chosen tier will not be accepted after deposit payment. No refunds or credits for unused options. This can only occur at the time of naming space and upgrade surcharges apply to Go Better and Best. This offer is applicable to an Oceanview and above on most sailings of four (4) nights or longer and excludes Transatlantic, Transpacific, Repositioning and Galapagos sailings. The offer expires ten (10) days prior to departure, is capacity controlled and Celebrity Cruises reserves its right to withdraw this offer at any time. From time to time Celebrity may offer special promotions where select sailings or category classes may be eligible for Go Better or Go Best without the additional surcharge. Any cancellation or and reinstatement of a booking at any time after deposit has been received may result in the loss of the offer.
