5 LFA GOLF TOURNAMENT Thursday June 6th Four-Player Scramble - 8:00AM Shot Gun Start Gaylord Springs Golf Links 18 Springhouse Lane Nashville, TN Club Rental is available through the Club House at a cost of $55 per set, call to reserve your set. For your enjoyment beverage carts will be available during the tournament. After the tournament lunch will be served and awards will be given. Registration fee $150 Includes green fee, cart, food, refreshments & awards. Mulligans can be purchased separately at $10 each (max 5 per person) Checks payable to LIFPAC Hotel offers free shuttle service to the golf course, but must be scheduled 24hrs prior to the tournament through Guest Services.
