1 CINCINNATI, OHIO HOUSING BULLETIN IMPORTANT PLEASE READ CAREFULLY The 102nd Annual Supreme Session Committee is looking forward to your arrival. This Session is proudly hosted by the Ohio Temples - Ishtar Temple. 54 in Cincinnati, Azizah. 57 in Dayton and Thebes Temple. 87 in Columbus. Please join us, Where the Nile meets the Ohio. Everyone planning to stay in a room must be registered before your housing request can be processed. All housing requests must be submitted through on-line registration or on the enclosed form. The form may be sent by or standard mail. NO reservations will be accepted over the phone. Hotels will not accept your direct reservation ONLY ONE PERSON PER HOTEL ROOM, SHOULD REQUEST THE ROOM. List ALL OCCUPANTS of the room, their registration number, Temple name and number, and address. Only THE person making the reservation will receive a confirmation number, even though they are sharing the room. Please share the confirmation number with your roommates. All Individual reservations must be accompanied by a one night's deposit, plus tax, or guaranteed by a major credit card. This deposit will only be refunded if the reservation is cancelled at least (3) three days prior to your arrival. Cancellations can ONLY be made through the Hotel. Failure to cancel or check-in will result in charges of one (1) nights housing plus tax to the card and the remaining reservation will be cancelled. PLEASE Carefully check the dates for your arrival and departure from the hotel when making your reservation. 6 RV Parking and Camping Information Two RV campgrounds located within 22 miles of Cincinnati provide the necessary accommodations for your camping needs. Please make your own reservations. Winton Woods Campgrounds Winton Rd Winton Woods Campground is set in a pine grove alongside Winton Woods Lake and is within easy walking distance of Winton Woods Harbor, and the boathouse, snack bar and wet playground. The campground is located approximately 20 minutes north of downtown Cincinnati and 30 minutes south of Kings Island amusement park. (30 & 50 amp service) Make reservations early! Miami Whitewater Forest Campground 9001 Mt. Hope Rd. Harrison, Ohio For a quiet, scenic spot to relax and set up camp, visit Miami Whitewater Forest Campground. Located 30 minutes northwest of downtown Cincinnati, this campground is set back in a wooded area on more than 4,000 acres in Miami Whitewater Forest within walking distance to a harbor and 85-acre lake. Each of the 46 sites is equipped with 30 amp electric hookups, picnic table and fire ring. A newly renovated shower building, playground and dump station are also located within the campground. 17
