1 HOTEL RESERVATIONS For the convenience of all Delegates, Alternate Delegates and Guests, the Illinois Republican Party has put together the following hotel and on-site transportation information. The convention process requires that all hotel reservations be made through the Illinois Republican Party, we are offering the following amenities to fit the needs of the entire delegation. Hotel Reservations The Illinois Delegation has been assigned to the Millennium Hotel located at 1313 Nicollet Mall, Minneapolis, MN Due to the limited number of rooms in the hotel, priority reservations will be given to Delegates, Alternates, Sponsors, Elected Officials, Media and Guests. All others will be considered on a first come, first served basis; The Convention contract requires a five (5) night minimum stay between the nights of August 31, 2008 through September 4, 2008 at $ per night plus tax; The only additional hotel expense will be for incidentals, which will require a credit card to be presented to the Millennium Hotel at the time of check-in; Guests will have the choice of selecting from the following room types: o Standard Double: two people per room ( two beds ) o Standard King: two people per room ( one bed ) There is a limited number of rooms available. Limited parking is available to hotel guests for a daily fee. The Official Housing Reservation Form along with a $200 room deposit are required in full by Wednesday, June 25, Acceptable forms of payment include: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. The remaining balance on your hotel reservation will be made directly to the Millennium Hotel upon checkout. Cancellations will be accepted through Tuesday, August 1, If you are uncertain as to whether you will be going to Minneapolis, you are encouraged to make a housing request now and make a final decision by Tuesday, July 15, 2008.

2 ILLINOIS DELEGATION PACKAGE AND CREDENTIALS For the convenience of all Delegates, Alternate Delegates and Delegation guests, the Illinois Republican Party will be offering the following convention package. The $600 Illinois Delegation Package will entitle each registrant to: Illinois Breakfast Event each morning at the Millennium Hotel Admission to daytime Illinois Delegation activities and events Lunch Buffet at the Millennium Hotel Post Convention Illinois Delegation evening activities and receptions Transportation to and from Millennium Hotel to all Illinois Delegation events Each registrant is responsible for all transportation cost to and from Minneapolis. We anticipate the first official event, will be the evening of Sunday, August 31, Events in addition to the convention will include potential tours, recreation and sports activities. A full detailed schedule will be provided to all registrants prior to the convention. The Illinois Delegation Convention Registration Form along with the $600 registration fee are required in full by Wednesday, June 25, Acceptable forms of payment include: Check, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Cancellations will be accepted through Tuesday, August 1, 2008.

3 AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION SERVICES SUPER SHUTTLE The SuperShuttle picks up as scheduled below from the Millennium Hotel Minneapolis. Travel to the MSP Airport is approximately minutes. One way fare, per person: $15.00 Round trip fare, per person: $26.00 From the Airport: Look for the SuperShuttle vans at ground transportation. A SuperShuttle representative will arrange for transportation services to the hotel. To the Airport: Catch the shuttle in the hotel lobby at the designated times.
