4 Contract Acceptance: (Please read and sign below) This document, when signed by Sponsor and executed by West Virginia Bankers Association, constitutes a binding legal agreement. By the signature below, the individual signing this document represents and warrants that he/she is duly authorized to execute this binding contract on behalf of the Sponsor. The Sponsor acknowledges that it has been furnished and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions as stated in this Contract. The WVBankers agrees to review this Application and Contract in order to be consistent with event eligibility requirements and policies. The Sponsor agrees that upon acceptance of this Application and Contract by the WVBankers, with or without the appropriate payment, this Application and Contract shall become a legally binding contract enforceable against the Sponsor in accordance with its terms. The WVBankers may, at their sole discretion, assign its rights and/or liabilities hereunder to a successorin-interest to the WVBankers, with the written consent of the parties hereto, provided notice of the assignment is given. Payment may be deducted as an ordinary and necessary business expense. The entire 100% Sponsorship Cost is due by May 1, Payments not received by May 1, 2018 will result in cancellation of sponsorship at the sole discretion of the WVBankers. Any sponsorship reservations made after the payment deadline require payment in full upon commitment. Sponsor will pay all fees associated with collection efforts, including but not limited to, attorney fees of 25% of the amount owed and interest charges at the highest rate allowed by law. WVBankers reserves the right to deny a request to sponsor to all Companies that have overdue account balances with the WVBankers. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Notice of cancellation must be made in writing prior to May 1, 2018 and sent to: West Virginia Bankers Association, Attn: Debbie Polen, 3601 MacCorkle Avenue SE, Suite 100 Charleston WV Both Sponsor and WVBankers acknowledge that WVBankers will sustain substantial losses if the Sponsor cancels its application. Even though WVBankers will exercise its best efforts to mitigate the damages associated with the Sponsor cancellation, the parties agree that WVBankers will nevertheless incur losses that cannot be precisely determined. The Sponsor agrees to pay the following as liquidated damages if the Sponsor cancels its sponsorship or within the time periods specified below. Full refunds will be granted for cancellations received at the WVBankers office prior to April 30, 2018, less a $100 processing fee. Company s sponsorship may be cancelled by WVBankers for failure to make payments when due or failure to comply with WVBankers regulations. If sponsorship is cancelled by the WVBankers, Sponsor will be notified in writing. Upon such cancellation, the WVBankers may lease the sponsorship to another Company at its sole discretion.

The Meadows Course (Par 70, 6,602 Yards) After sustaining substantial damage during the flood of 2016, The Meadows underwent a full restoration and reopened for play during the summer of This new and exciting routing features dynamic green complexes, breathtaking mountain vistas and our signature stacked sod bunkers throughout the course. NOTE: The Convention Golf Scramble can accommodate a maximum of 72 participants limited to registered convention attendees only. Advance registration is required.
