2 Tennessee Safety & Health Conference Background The Tennessee Safety and Health Conference (TSHC) is a collaboration between the Tennessee Occupational Safety and Health Administration (TOSHA) and the Tennessee Chapters of the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP, formerly the ASSE). The TSHC is designed to offer information and ideas for the promotion, increased awareness, and fulfillment of safety and health practices in the workplace. Our goal is to ensure that your involvement and participation will assist you in discovering the key elements to add value to your safety, health, and environmental programs. As we continue to focus on the importance of safety and health practices in the workplace, the TSHC continues to design a program that promises to be beneficial to everyone involved in the safety and health field. More than 50 workshops covering a wide range of topics will be conducted by skilled and knowledgeable speakers using state of the art training techniques.
