4 The Hotel Avada Homes, the developer, have completed and sold a total of 21 out of 25 cottage style homes with the remaining 4 homes to be converted within a magnificent 18th Century listed barn at the front of the scheme. Within the site, Avada Homes as part of their section 106, are required to build a new hotel. Currently the hotel is half built with completion scheduled for Spring The hotel will be completed to the highest standard to include state of the art technology.
