Meetings, events and special occasions take place in the Garden Rooms, three rooms with natural daylight and neutral contemporary interiors. The rooms have a high specification of equipment and wifi making presentations, launches and entertainment a breeze. What your guests will notice though is the glorious river views with a terrace and garden taking you a step nearer the water. We serve natural, modern British cuisine with menus designed to delight guests with presentation and flavour while also being enjoyably healthful. We have an excellent range of wine, drinks and cocktails suited for private dining and parties served by our helpful and knowledgeable team. Bingham is perfectly suited for large and small events from away-days, retreats, reviews, private suppers and parties (150 standing, 90 seated with drinks on the adjoining terrace). It s also available for exclusive hire for more lavish occasions including full use of the 15 supremely comfortable bedrooms, award-winning restaurant and lounge bar. 4 We recently held a very memorable and successful team building day followed by dinner and dancing at the Bingham. We arrived by boat and found the setting, atmosphere, facilities, food and service exceptional. It s the perfect place for meetings and entertaining clients. Meetings, events and special occasions take place in the Bingham s Garden Rooms, three flexible areas, available for individual hire or opened up into a single space. Each of the Garden Rooms benefit from the river views, natural daylight and neutral interiors. The Garden Rooms have a high specification of equipment; screens, overhead projectors, sound systems, sensory stimulation (using Neal s Yard essential oils), dedicated fast and reliable wifi and optimised lighting making presentations, launches and entertainment a breeze. Our dedicated team will work with you to ensure your event runs smoothly and seamlessly. We can configure the rooms to your required layout, work with you to time refreshments and mealtimes to suit your programme, provide equipment and entertainment support to get the best use of our technology and take care of the personal touches - flowers, gifts, special menus, party accessories - that add a sense of fun and individuality to your event. The Garden Rooms can be used as six different spaces with many different table and seating arrangements, catering for guests. Each room configuration opens onto a terrace, leading to the modern English garden overlooking the River Thames. Celebration Cakes from 60 per cake (minimum 12 persons) We can bake you a single tiered cake decorated with a personalised message. Finish on a High Round off your day with drinks on the terrace (from 7 glass of wine/beer or cider), canapés (from 14 per person), afternoon tea ( 25 per person), a garden barbecue (from 45 per person) or a three-course dinner ( 35 per person). Equipment Hire Our delegate packages include free use of screens for use with your laptop, flip chart, pens, notepads, pencils and free Wifi access. 8 Private Dining and Social Events The Bingham Garden Rooms offer the perfect event venue for any private party or get together. Set back from a stretch of the River Thames, the Garden Rooms, with natural daylight and neutral, contemporary interiors, offer one of the most stylish and flexible settings. The three rooms which can be hired individually, or opened into a single space, have a high specification of equipment including air conditioning, mood lighting and a sound system. Reached via a private entrance and complete with access to its own heated terrace and landscaped garden, the rooms enjoy natural daylight and can accommodate up to 90 seated guests and 150 standing. Our kitchen team serve natural, modern British cuisine with menus designed to delight guests with presentation and flavour. Using the best fresh, seasonal produce our chefs have the ability to create dining experiences perfect for your event. Our helpful and knowledgeable banqueting team works in unison with the kitchen, to ensure that everything flows smoothly with timed refreshments throughout your event. Our food menus complement almost every style of private dining event or social occasion, from drinks and canapés on the terrace (from 21 per person, glass of wine, beer, Prosecco or Pimms), afternoon tea (from 25 per person), bowl food (from 35 per person), barbecue in the garden (from 45 per person), or a three-course dinner (from 35 per person). Prices quoted exclude room hire and service charge. Our Garden Rooms are available for private hire all year round. Throughout the year, we offer a selection of all inclusive, seasonal and themed dining packages. Whatever the occasion, whether it s a special birthday party, lunchtime celebration or evening conference, our accomplished Event Planners would be happy to discuss your special event in detail, providing dining menu options and a personalised quotation.

9 Exclusive and Semi Exclusive Use Semi Exclusive Use For an event that is discreet and personal, take over the Bingham Garden Rooms and let it become your private base. The prices are based on 30 attendees and includes use of all fifteen bedrooms. Additional attendees can join your event during the day and evening for a further fee of 110 per person (inc. VAT and service charge). Exclusive use of the Garden Room suites from 8am to 12 midnight Food and refreshments on arrival and for morning and afternoon breaks. Unlimited tea, coffee and water available throughout the day Working Lunch - hot and cold seasonal dishes and dessert served in a Bento Box Selected team building activities Use of all (15) bedrooms (for up to 15 individual/30 sharing guests) from 3pm to 11am the following day Evening floral table decorations and mantelpiece displays Private 3-course dinner served in the Garden Rooms (for up to 30 people) Cooked breakfast for resident guests on the day of departure December 2016 April to Sept 2017 October & November 2016 January March 2017 Sunday to Thursday Friday and Saturday 13,200 14,300 11,600 13,200 Prices include VAT and service charge at 8% Exclusive Use For a completely exclusive event, you can also take over the Restaurant and Lounge Bar offering you complete privacy. The prices below include use of the entire premises (including the Garden Rooms, garden and terrace, Restaurant and Lounge Bar) and are based on 30 attendees and use of all fifteen bedrooms, as outlined above. 10 Corporate and Group Accommodation The Bingham s (15) bedrooms are luxurious and individually styled to offer a supremely comfortable stay. The rooms have all modern amenities from ipod-docking stations and flat screen tvs to built-in music systems and air -conditioning. Some of the larger rooms have space for additional beds for children. Bathrooms are elegantly modern, with raindance power showers. The Bingham has the following bedrooms available:- 3 Queen Singles (1 can be twin) 5 Design Doubles (1 can be twin) 1 Large Design Double (1 can be twin) 3 River Design Doubles (1 can be twin) 2 Superior River Doubles 1 Deluxe River Double Arrival time is from 3pm, and departure time is 11am. Continental and cooked breakfast is available. Please contact our events team for accommodation and breakfast prices. Individual Rooms 4 rooms or less For individual room booking, our cancellation policy is 48 Hours Prior to Arrival (3pm GMT) without penalty. Inside 48 Hours, the first night s accommodation will be charged. This policy will be enforced in the case of non-arrivals, no shows and for shortening of stays. Group Accommodation 5-15 bedrooms For the avoidance of doubt, five rooms or more constitutes a Group Booking. For a Group Booking an initial 100 deposit per room will be required to hold the bedrooms. Cancellation Group Accommodation 1. If cancelled or released prior to three months from the check in date, 30% of the initial deposit will be retained as a non-refundable deposit. 2. If cancelled or released within three months of the check in date, the initial deposit of 100 per room is totally non-refundable. 3. Two months prior to arrival, the total value of the bedrooms (over and above the per room deposit received) must be guaranteed with a credit card. Thereafter, the number of rooms initially booked, may fall by a maximum of 10%, incurring the loss of the non-refundable deposit per room. Any cancellations, non arrival and amendments made after this will be charged in full to the credit/debit card used to guarantee the booking. 4. Final numbers and the rooming list (surname, first name and title) are to be received in writing at least one week prior to the first guests arrival date. Any amendments must also be made in writing.

11 By London Underground/Tube:- Richmond upon Thames is served by the District Line M3, J12 M25 B A C By Rail:- London Waterloo station can be reached directly in 20 minutes allowing good connections to the city and West End. The service also runs to Reading. By Bus:- The bus stop is immediately in front of Richmond Train Station. Number 65 heads towards Kingston, but get off at the 3rd stop (Compass Hill) in front of Richmond Brewery Stores. Cross the road and continue to walk in the same direction as the bus for 20m before arriving at the Bingham. Parking Facilities:- Parking, in the Bingham s twenty spaces which are adjacent and opposite the property, is charged at per car per day (check in time for parking is 3pm and departure is 11 am the following day.) If a car parking space is required for a 9am start, then parking must be reserved for the previous day as well. Parking has to be booked in advanced and is subject to availability. Monies raised from car parking are donated to The Poppy Factory. Car Park 1 Car Park 2 By Road:- From M25: leave at Junction 12 onto the M3, leading onto the A316. Leave the A316 at either the St Margaret s Roundabout or Richmond Circus Roundabout (details below). From St Margaret s Roundabout (A316) Follow St Margaret s Road (A3004), past St Margaret s Railway Station and continue to follow the road (A305) over Richmond Bridge. At mini-roundabout turn right onto the A307 (signposted Kingston, Ham, Petersham). Follow Petersham Road (A307) for 300m before arriving at the Bingham. Car Park 1: There are five car parking spaces adjacent to the hotel. Car Park 2: A few metres opposite the hotel is parking in the British Legion, Petersham Road with clearly marked Bingham bays marked 1 to 15. Additional weekend parking for twenty cars is available at the main Poppy Factory car park at 100 (Saturdays and Sundays only). Additional parking is available at various car parks in Richmond Town Centre marked on our location map. A. NCP London Richmond Station, Richmond TW9 1DN B. Friar s Lane Car Park, Friars Lane, Richmond TW9 1NL C. Paradise Road Multi-storey, Paradise Road, Richmond TW9 1SQ From Kew Road & Richmond Station (A307) At Richmond Circus roundabout follow the signs for the A307 (signposted Richmond). Continue past Richmond Station, turning left at traffic lights onto the one way system. Immediately move into the right-hand lane, turning right onto Eton Street and then again turning right onto Paradise Road. At T-junction turn left onto the A307 (signposted Petersham, Kingston, Twickenham). At mini-roundabout continue onto the A307 to Petersham Road for 300m before arriving at the Bingham. From Kingston & Ham Follow the A307 (signposted Richmond, Ham, Petersham). Continue past Ham Common and the Dysart Arms pub before turning left on the A307 (signposted Richmond Town & Twickenham). Follow Petersham Road for 900m before arriving at the Bingham.
