3 Menus Renowned for warm hospitality and attention to detail, our restaurant continually wins recognition for the quality of its food and service, including two AA rosettes for culinary excellence, an accolade achieved by very few restaurants on the island. We promise to be as flexible as possible, and offer a choice of menus to suit all tastes and budgets for breakfast, lunch or dinner throughout the year that incorporate fresh local produce wherever and whenever possible. An extensive yet affordable wine and drinks list is also available, including a selection of refreshing cocktails; perfect for a warm afternoon or long summer evening watching the sun set on the horizon. 2

4 Venues & Capacities Our restaurant can cater for up to 140 people, dependant on the size of the tables required and your preferred seating plan, whilst our Function & Events Suite can seat up to 96. During the summer months, The Beach Terrace offers al fresco dining with the finest views that Guernsey has to offer and can be reserved exclusively for up to 60 diners, whilst The Chesterfield Lounge is available over the festive period for up to 40 guests. Larger capacities are possible for buffets with a more informal layout. 3

5 Evening Entertainment Complete with a private bar, state-of-the-art sound and lighting system and sumptuous sofas to rest worn-out feet, our air-conditioned Function & Events Suite is fast becoming one of Guernsey s leading party venues. We can recommend a variety of entertainment, including a wide range of top local and UK bands as well as comedians, after dinner speakers and event organisers. Our brand new PA system is compatible with everything from an ipod playlist to top DJ s, whilst a stage is available for performers. 4

6 Corporate Hospitality Our conference facilities can cater for all types of meetings and events, from coffee for 2 with fresh pastries to a theatre-style layout for 150 people. Large LCD TV s, a projector and screen, flipchart and stationery box are all provided within our competitive rates, whilst free WiFi is available throughout the hotel. 5

7 Accommodation Recognised by The Times as Britain s Best Value Beach Hotel in 2012, the Cobo Bay Hotel is also a proud recipient of both Gold and Breakfast Awards from Visit Guernsey and the highest AA merit score ever achieved by a 3 star hotel on the island. Our 34 en-suite bedrooms are fitted to an exceptional standard, featuring many of the amenities that you would expect in a 4 or 5 star hotel, including plasma screen TV s with Sky, personal safes, free internet connections, fluffy bathrobes and slippers. A complimentary health suite and private sun terrace are also available to residents.
