5 LOCAL TRANSPORTATION VMCV PUBLICS BUS The bus line 201 runs along the lake from Vevey via Montreux up to Villeneuve. For more information, check 20min. Line min. Vevey Montreux Villeneuve 2m2c SBB RAILWAYS The station of Montreux is located 10 minutes walk from the city center. You can easily go to all the main cities of Switzerland and Europe from the station. For more information about routes or timetables, check MONTREUX RIVIERA CARD The Montreux Riviera Card is offered to every hosts by hotels and remains valid for the duration of the stay. You thus enjoy the free transport on the whole VMCV bus network and the Mobilis railways, as well as many others benefits. We will help you to arrange your congress in Montreux! Montreux Vevey Tourisme offers free of charge: Special negotiated prices to best suit your needs - Hotel staff reserved for your event - Internet hotel reservation center - Personalized professional service - The Montreux Riviera Card offered to each of your event participants The TOMAS hotel reservation center (Tourist online management system) offers you three booking possibilities: - Internet A link is sent to the organizers, which appears on the event s website. From then on, participants can select their hotel online. A booking confirmation is issued automatically by the system. - Hotel booking form The participants indicate their choice of hotel directly on the form, which they then return to Montreux Vevey Tourisme. The request is processed by our Booking Centre, which sends out a booking confirmation. - Personalized assistance Participants can also send an e mail to our Booking Centre. A team of four people provide advice on any questions or requests for information The booking is guaranteed by a valid credit card number and payment is made on an individual basis directly to the hotel. The hotel booking service is offered to you by Montreux Vevey Tourisme and is consequently free of charge, both to the congress organizer and to the participants. 5 ISAM 2019

7 ACCOMMODATION Allotment : The above allotment is a pool of availability, no option are taken on rooms. The number of rooms can be adjusted, the type of rooms is a mix of lake and mountain view. Rates : In case of interest to work with our services, we will ask prices to each hotel.
