2 LEVEL ONE S THE WENTWORTH HALL Located at street level, offering as much as 20,000 sq. ft. of reinforced floor space making it the ideal choice for exhibits, tradeshows, dinners, receptions and large meetings. The Wentworth Hall is connected to a four-bay loading dock and includes a large freight elevator capable of transporting vehicles to the second and third level. Move-in and move-out times are greatly reduced with access to the Wentworth Hall via two sources; direct ramp from the loading dock and a large drive through door. DECOR GALLERY Located on the first floor featuring the latest decor trends in linens, centerpieces, table setting enhancements and chair covers. The Decor Gallery is open Monday to Saturday from 10:00am to 4:00pm. 7

The concourse runs the full length of the Wentworth room and includes a central information desk to assist patrons, refreshment bars, and a First Aid Room. It also provides direct access to the Hamilton Place Theatre. A four-bay loading dock is conveniently located on this level and includes a large freight elevator capable of transporting small vehicles to the third level. Move-in and move-out times are greatly reduced with access to the Wentworth Room via two sources; a direct ramp from the loading dock and a large drive-through door. 8 LEVEL TWO S THE ALBION BALL Featuring 4,000 sq. ft. with divider walls that can separate into three concurrent break out areas, each with its own private entrance. BREAK OUT S Our second floor provides flexibility for meeting planners with the potential of eleven break out rooms. 201 Ideally suited as a trade show/convention office. A large picture window overlooks the Wentworth Hall and provided a birds eyeview of the activity below. Simply draw the curtains and the room is instantly converted into a tasteful private meeting area. THE COMMONWEALTH PLAZA Amazing outdoor space directly located off of the second floor level. This unique space is available for barbeques, receptions, dinners and any other outdoor activities. SPACIOUS CORRIDORS Ideally situated throughout the second level, over-looking the grand foyer or the stunning City of Hamilton, any of these areas can be converted into unique reception space. 13

A walkway leads from the second level and connects to the Sheraton Hotel, the First Ontario Centre (formely Copps Coliseum), parking and an indoor shopping mall. The outdoor Commonwealth Plaza leading off of the second level is available for barbeques, receptions, dinners, or other outdoor activities. 15

Lighting options in the room allow for the creation of the perfect ambiance. WEBSTER BALL & LOUNGE Located on the third level. A uniquely versatile location suitable for a variety of events; the adjacent lounge overlooks the magnificent views of downtown Hamilton. Perfect for cocktail receptions and includes its own built-in private bar. WEBSTER TERRACE A perfect outdoor compliment to our Webster Ballroom & Lounge. 16 HIGHLIGHTS Expect warmth and elegance as you enter the third level of the Hamilton Convention Centre by Carmen s. The Chedoke Room, our largest room, is luxuriously appointed with cedar finishes, broadloom and parquet dance floors; while movable walls provide maximum flexibility for exhibits, meetings or banquets. Both mercury vapour and quartz lighting options in the room allow for the creation of the perfect ambiance for any function. Exhibits are easily erected as there is a freight elevator which provides direct access to the Chedoke Room. To facilitate delegate registration, a permanent registration desk is conveniently located at the top of the escalators. This station accommodates up to ten people and features built-in electrical outlets, telephone jacks and storage space. The Webster Room, located on the third floor, provides a versatile option suitable for a variety of functions; an adjacent lounge with a private bar overlooks beautiful downtown Hamilton. Webster Terrace, adjacent to the Webster Room, is the perfect location for an outdoor barbeque, outdoor luncheon or the ideal place to relax between meeting sessions. 21
