River Spirit is a stunning, must-see attraction in Tulsa and a fantastic venue for meetings, conventions and other special events. River Spirit offers a 14,400 square foot ballroom, breakout meeting rooms, 5 conference boardrooms and exceptional customer service. Conveniently located on the third floor with direct access from the hotel or casino floor, our Convention Center is the perfect venue for your event. Whatever you are planning, the space can be customized to meet your special event needs. River Spirit is much more than your average casino resort. Our property features an impressive list of amenities including a luxurious 483-room hotel, 2,500 seat Paradise Cove Theater for live entertainment and sporting events, tropical-themed resort pool and bar area, full-service spa and salon, variety of bars and restaurants, plus a 50,000 square foot Margaritaville Casino and Jimmy Buffett s Margaritaville Restaurant. 2 EVENT SPACES CONVENTION CENTER Conveniently located on the third floor with direct access from the hotel or casino floor, our Convention Center consists of a ballroom and several adjacent meeting rooms, all of which are fully equipped with high-speed internet, Wi-Fi and state-of-the-art A/V equipment. No matter what size event you are planning, the Convention Center can be customized to meet your special event needs. BALLROOM Our 14,400 square foot ballroom can accommodate up to 1,200 guests banquet style or 1,400 guests reception style and can be divided into four smaller sections, allowing for flexibility and customization. Several smaller, adjacent meeting rooms are available for overflow and breakout sessions. Additionally, the ballroom is equipped with a pre-function area and terrace overlooking the scenic Arkansas River, ideal locations for receptions or registration areas. MEETING ROOM AND BOARDROOMS Six auxiliary meeting rooms ranging in size and capabilities are conveniently located across from the ballroom. The meeting room is 1,900 square feet and can be divided into two smaller sections. Additionally, there are five boardrooms perfect for small business meetings and presentations. THE LAWN The Lawn is 33,500 square feet of green grass offering beautiful views of the Arkansas River, which can accommodate up to 2,400 guests banquet style or 3,600 reception style.

I wanted to pass along my gratitude, especially for handling the long lines during check-in. Our event coordinator was extremely efficient, attentive to all of our needs and a delight to work with. She opened VIP checkin for our guests and everyone was able to make it to our event on time. The food and service was exceptional also. We hope to book more events with you in the future.
