7 PALAIS 12 BRUSSELS NEW LARGEST PLENARY CAPACITY HALL WITH SEATED PLACES. Optimally built to provide the outmost versatility and designed to be a flexible space, this state of the art venue can be used for all type of events, such as major congresses and conferences, shows and sport events. The hall is adjustable for meetings and events between and participants and has a direct link to the extensive meeting infrastructure within the complex of Brussels Expo seats retractable tribune and possibility to grow up to seats in theatre style. 13
8 AUDITORIUM 2000 A FULLY EQUIPPED CONFERENCE ROOM WITH MANY RELATED AREAS FOR RECEPTIONS, HAS DIRECT ACCESS TO EVENT HALL 10. All seats have writing tables. The Auditorium 2000 is adjacent to Event Hall 10 and accommodates up to visitors. The Auditorium 2000 offers two large lobbies for reception purposes, coffee breaks or cocktails, as well as offices equipped with standard furniture. The Auditorium is equipped with interpreting booths, a projection booth, panoramic screen of 36m² and a stage. 15
9 4 identical Meeting Rooms (Hall 3) AUDITORIUM 500 Cinedoc Rotonde A medium-sized conference room, directly connected to numerous meeting rooms and a lobby for registration and coffee breaks. This auditorium can host up to 400 participants. It is situated in Hall 7 (level -2) and is equipped with six translation booths. 7 Meeting Rooms (Hall 11): various sizes MEETING ROOMS Brussels Expo features more than 10 meeting rooms of all sizes, which can be hired separately or combined 17

The mythical atmosphere of La Madeleine concert hall ideally located in the city centre (250 meters from the Grand Place) makes it the perfect venue for conferences. The charm, architecture, acoustics and warm welcome of this unique hall with its long history make it one of a kind! Designed to be modular, the venue allows concerts as well as any type of show, presentation, and conference for 100 to 740 seated guests. The layout of the modular hall (100 to people) can be arranged to suit your needs. Easy public transport access, public parking nearby. 19

The renovated space now presents itself as a ready to use event venue, equipped with a multipurpose technical set up and the latest technologies in sound and light able to highlight the unique architectural setting of the place. Modular spaces allowed by a system of walls and trussing. The adjacent AMBASSADOR room with its majestic chandeliers (first floor) is a very nice cocktail area overlooking the pond. 25
14 P 12 LOUNGE CLUB A LUXURIOUS AND PRESTIGIOUS EVENT VENUE. P 12 Lounge Club is a ready to use event venue with a very fine decoration. Organised in four different zones, it can easily be parted or combined in function of your event (max 600 in walking dinner). It offers a reception desk and a very nice and appreciated terrace. A dedicated team with a cooking chef can host your most exquisite receptions and dinners. Hall 2 reflects Hall 10, on the other side of the pond. 17 HALL 1 can be completely darkened and is fitted with air-conditioning. It is ideally situated close to Car Park A (partly covered), with an entrance from Chaussée Romaine as well as from Avenue de l Impératrice Charlotte. This hall is ideal to use in combination with Hall 3. On the front side of this hall, four rooms are set aside which can be used for secretarial services. 1 3 HALL 3 is offering many different possibilities, particularly thanks to the link to Halls 1, 4 and 8, natural lighting, the number of floors and its ideal situation only a few steps from the metro station. This hall can be accessed from two sides. There are also two areas that can be used for secretarial services. HALL 2 A unique hall with immediate access to Hall 4 through a heated corridor. 2 4 HALL 4 with air conditioning has two entrances and a direct access to Halls 3, 5 and 8. Two offices, a catering zone and a mezzanine are located in the front, offering a range of services. 33
18 HALL 5 is the largest hall, the pride of BRUSSELS EXPO and not only because of its façade which displays the logo of the organisation. It features sumptuous architecture, breathtaking internal space (rising to 31 metres in height and covering an area of 13,000 m² with no pillars), excellent access corridors leading to Halls 4 and 6, as well as links to the Patio and Hall 9. At the heart of the hall itself there are three areas that can be used as offices and three catering areas. The hall is mostly darkened. 5 7 HALL 7 is a must for those wanting to organise a large scale conference, particularly because the hall contains a conference room for 400 people and has a car park right beside the entrance with ±1,000 spaces (Car Park E). Hall 7 is directly linked to the conference rooms in Hall 11 as well as to Halls 11, 6 and 9. It is also equipped with air-conditioning, four office areas and a fully renovated reception area. In the mezzanine at the front of this hall, visitors will find one of the largest restaurant areas at BRUSSELS EXPO. HALL 6 is equipped with corridors to Halls 5, 7 and 10 and, at the back, an entrance way also leading to Hall 9. This hall also has two entrances, one from the front façade and the other through satellite buildings 6 and 7. In the front side of this hall, a catering zone, several offices and technical rooms offer additional facilities 6 8 HALL 8 benefits from a unique situation. Located just beside Car Park C ( spaces) it offers direct access to the new entrance area, to Halls 3, 4, 5 and also to the Patio. The VIP parking is just a few steps away. A pleasant open catering space area is situated at the far end of this hall. 35
19 HALL 9 As the counterpart to Hall 8, this hall is directly linked to the new entrance area and is very close to Car Park C ( spaces). It offers optimum access to Halls 5, 6, 7 and also to the Patio. VIP parking is also situated right nearby. The hall offers both a self-service restaurant and a brasserie. The Patio is ideally situated between Halls 8 and 9. Car Park C ( spaces) is situated right beside it, as are Halls 5, 8 and HALL 11 has been specially designed for large-scale conferences, which are linked to exhibitions. The building is equipped with air-conditioning, various seminar rooms on the third floor, and direct links to Auditorium 500, Auditorium 2000 and to Halls 7 and 12. A catering zone is situated on the first floor and a bar in the back of the hall. Car Park E (±1,000 spaces) is only a few steps away. HALL 10 is the ideal building for exhibitions, events, gala dinners, corporate meetings and smaller conferences. Since it offers a direct link to Hall 6 and Auditorium 2000, this hall is frequently used as auxiliary building together with the other two. A product launch or Awards ceremony can therefore be organised in the Auditorium, while Hall 10 serves as the venue for a subsequent banquet or exhibition. Hall 10 is also equipped with air-conditioning and with an easy daylight screening system. 10 PATIO PATIO The Patio is ideally situated between Halls 8 and 9. Car Park C ( spaces) is situated right beside it, as are Halls 5, 8 and 9. Note that it does not dispose of a direct entrance. 37
