1 Spring 2018 Caulking Memo March 24 through June 22 Covering seasonal operational information for staff and volunteers. Contact Gabriel Gresko at or ext Why is it called the Caulking Memo? The Caulking Memo is designed to fill in the informational cracks that occur with the Museum s seasonal operation changes throughout the year. The Caulking Memo is distributed to staff and volunteers through the Staff Bulletin distribution list and a copy is posted in each department (if there is not a copy in your department please ask your department director). There are typically seven Caulking Memos a year: Summer (June September), Early Fall (September October), Late Fall (November), Early Winter (December), J, Mid Winter (Jan-Mid Feb) Late Winter (February March), and Spring (March June).
