Location The 74 Whitsunday Islands are in the Coral Sea, in the heart of the Great Barrier Reef, and are covered in rainforest, edged with golden beaches and fringed with coral reefs. We offer EARLY briefings at our base as standard, to maximise your holiday time. All of our staff are knowledgeable and experienced locals. Our website features detailed information on all the vessels in our fleet including videos, current pictures, specifications, availability and pricing. Every aspect of your booking and planning, crew list to provisioning can be handled through our website Getting there Fly to Whitsunday Coast Airport (Proserpine) and take a 40-minute transfer to the CCY base or land at Hamilton Island, where you can transfer by ferry or light aircraft (or we can deliver your vessel to Hamilton Island). Drive - the Bruce Highway turn-off is just 20 minutes from our door (car parking available) Take the Train to Proserpine, a 40-minute taxi ride from our base.

Our fleet CCY offers a modern fleet with a wide choice of sailing yachts, catamarans and flybridge motor cruisers, from 32 to 47 feet.

This takes about four hours depending on experience levels.

Guided Cruising You can hire a sail guide for a half-day, full-day or the entire cruise.

Keeping you updated We will communicate with you twice a day, every day, via radio, including the latest weather updates and discussion about your route and overnight

Water will last approximately seven days if used sparingly. Fuel and water can be obtained from Hamilton Island or the CCY base.

Comprehensive briefings Your charter experience begins with a comprehensive briefing covering vessel systems, handling and local area navigation. This takes about four hours depending on experience levels. Our friendly, professional briefers ensure that even those with limited boating knowledge set sail feeling confident and competent. Guided Cruising You can hire a sail guide for a half-day, full-day or the entire cruise. Our sail guides will show you the ropes and they have years of Whitsundays experience so they can guide you to less frequented beaches, bays and snorkel spots. Keeping you updated We will communicate with you twice a day, every day, via radio, including the latest weather updates and discussion about your route and overnight anchorages, providing local knowledge and suggestions. We make every day easy! Fuel and water Vessels are supplied with full water, cooking gas and fuel tanks. Water will last approximately seven days if used sparingly. Fuel and water can be obtained from Hamilton Island or the CCY base. At the end of your charter the fuel and gas tanks are refilled so you only pay for what you use. Food and beverages We can provide your shopping for you prior to departure with a range of hassle-free packages. You can also use the self-select option online. If you have time you can do your own shopping at the local supermarkets. Hamilton Island offers basic re-provisioning during your trip. Tender A rigid inflatable is supplied free with all vessels. Large enough to carry all the crew comfortably, the tender includes safety gear, a 6hp outboard motor and paddles.

Charter Rate Includes - All linen, crockery and cutlery, dinghy and outboard and snorkelling gear. 3. Payment Terms A $500 deposit is required to hold your booking. You have 7 days to change your mind before the deposit becomes non refundable. 4. Cancellation Fees - If a booking is cancelled more than 60 days prior to travel, a $ administration fee will apply, less than sixty one (61) days prior to charter no monies will be refunded unless an alternative booking for the same charter period occurs. 5. Prior to departure a non refundable Vessel Damage Waiver is required to be paid Monohulls $35 / Catamarans $55 per night.(minimum $150 and capped at $500) 6. Environmental Management Charges of $25.00 per person for the length of the trip. 7. Fuel and Gas to be paid for on completion of charter.
