13 TERMS & CONDITIONS Should you wish for a member of the Miraggio team to accompany you and assist with service, an additional charge of EUR 150 will be added. Don t forget to pack sunscreen, a hat and sunglasses. It is also nice to take along an ipod or other music device, books, magazines, cameras and a wrap or cover for the early evening, as after sunset it may be a little breezy. Smoking & high heels are not permitted on board please. It is required by law that prior to departure, all charters must be registered at the local Port authority, which includes the submission of the details of all persons taking the charter. Normal practice to facilitate this requirement is to submit a copy of your passport page, unless you prefer to register in another way. DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY The 50% of the total amount should be prepaid at the time of the booking (payment can be made by cash / credit card upon availability) In case of cancellation within 48h before the cruise, the 50% of the cruise cost will be retained as cancellation fee. In case of cancellation on the day of the cruise, the 100% of the cruise cost will be retained as cancellation fee.
