6 Resort Reservation Policy Payment Policy - 20% of the total amount is required within 30 days of reservation in order to confirm the stay. - 80% of the total amount and detailed guest information form are required within 60 days, at the latest, prior to the arrival. - Payment, by wire transfer or credit card, is required in Euros and must cover the total amount of the invoice. - Bank fees cannot be retained from the payment. - Final confirmation will be provided once the stay has been fully prepaid. Cancellation Policy - No cancellation fee applies if the booking is cancelled more than 91 days prior to the arrival date. - A 20% fee applies if the booking is cancelled between 90 and 61 days prior to the arrival date, unless it is rebooked once for a stay within the next 12 months from the cancellation date. - A 50% fee applies if the booking is cancelled between 60 and 31 days prior to the arrival date, unless it is rebooked once for a stay within the next 12 months from the cancellation date. - A 100% fee applies if the booking is cancelled within 30 days prior to the arrival date. A Travel Insurance is recommended to cover this risk.
