The partnership aims to provide guests with a greater opportunity to understand and support the Green and Loggerhead turtles which swim in the nearby waters. An optional donation of AUD10.00 on check-out will help to support the Foundation. Guests who do not wish to donate can request the charge be removed from their account. Christmas Day: - No check-in or check-out is permitted on Christmas Day as transfers do not operate on this day. Island is located within the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park, the below fee will incurred and payable by guests direct on check out. The refresh is being managed by blocks as to not require any closures or impact the guests in anyway so it is business as usual. Cancellation Policy: - 1 night cancellation fee (per room cancelled) will be charged for bookings cancelled 7-4 days prior to travel. - No refund (per room cancelled) if the booking is cancelled 72 hours or less prior to travel or in the event of a no show. 11 BOOKING CONDITIONS Amendments: Any amendment to the booking is subject to the approval of the relevant Supplier. Any approved change to the booking prior to, at or after making deposit payment will incur an amendment fee of $30 per booking in addition to any fees imposed by the Supplier for each service booked. Amendments to Last Minute Rate bookings are not permitted. Cancellations and Refunds: Sunlover Holidays reserves the right to cancel bookings without notice if payment is not advised by specified Holding Dates. Cancellations received after a payment has been made will incur a minimum cancellation fee of $55 per adult, or $110 (whichever is greater) in addition to any fees imposed by the supplier. Supplier Cancellation fees may be up to 100% of monies paid. Individual Suppliers Cancellation policies are available from time of booking. Local Tours/Sightseeing Services: Sightseeing tour itineraries, operating times and/or overnight hotels are subject to change without notice and are based on local times. Any sightseeing/transfers including watercraft are subject to weather and sea conditions. Please reconfirm all tour services 24 hours prior to travel directly with the Service Provider on the telephone numbers provided. Transfers: If your itinerary includes any airport transfers, please ensure the flight details contained herein are correct. Travel Insurance: Sunlover Holidays strongly recommends travel insurance to protect you from unforseen circumstances throughout your journey. There will be no refund for cancellation once travel has commenced or for any unused services. Requests for refunds received more than 6 months after departure date will not be accepted.
