4 A plate check of OH-FGL2074 on a 2004 Jeep showed that the registered owner, Pamela Elliot, had a suspended driver's license. When the Jeep did not use its right turn signal from E. Indiana to Louisiana and its left turn signal from Louisiana Ave. onto W. Front St. a traffic stop was initiated. The driver, Ms. Elliot, stated that she paid her fee with the court but had not yet applied for a new license. I asked if she knew she was not supposed to drive and she stated yes. Ms. Elliot was cited for Turn Signals and DUS.
