Tuesday September 4 th, : /04/2012 Medical Individual was stung by a bee on his left calf while by the main entrance and requested ice to put on it. Public Safety assisted. Tuesday September 4 th, : /04/2012 Accident Suspect contacted Public Safety to report that she side swiped another vehicle while turning in the ramp and wanted to know how to proceed. Suspect s information was left as a note on the victim's vehicle notifying the victim that their vehicle was in an accident. Parking Ramp Level 3 Tuesday September 4 th, : /04/2012 Accident Public Safety responded to a property damage accident in parking lot #2. No injuries. BPD contacted. Information exchanged. Wednesday September 5 th, : /05/2012 Motor Vehicle Parts A student reported one of her vehicle's wheels was stolen from her vehicle while it was parked on campus. Public Safety responded, and BPD was contacted. Parking Lot 5

2 Thursday September 6 th, : /06/2012 Solicitation Without Permit Two individuals were seen placing fliers on vehicles in lot #1 and #2. One male was given a Hennepin County citation and trespass notice. Other male left campus but was later identified by BPD. Thursday September 6 th, : /06/2012 NCC Code of Conduct Violation: Alcoholic Beverages Public Safety responded to a report of alcohol bottles found in the men's bathroom. No suspects. Maintenance will recycle them. Saturday September 8 th, : /10/2012 Vandalism Public Safety received an reporting a vandalized board in the hallway of the building. Vandalism was located, and a work order was generated for its removal. Monday September 10 th, : /10/2012 Medical Student came into the Public Safety Office to report she was feeling ill. Declined EMS. She rested on the cot until her friend's brother finished class and gave her a ride home. F1250 Monday September 10 th, : /10/2012 Monday September 10 th, : /10/2012 Driving Complaint Student called to report that they were nearly struck by a vehicle travelling at a high rate of speed in the parking lot. License plate and description given to dispatcher. Officer dispatched to the area. Unable to locate. Report generated for follow up. Victim reported his Chemistry book stolen from his backpack while playing basketball in the gym. Surveillance footage indicated that nobody tampered with the backpack. Student said he would check his previous classroom for the book. Monday September 10 th, : /10/2012 Bookstore employee reported someone drank half of a Calypso drink and the placed it back in the refrigerator. Video Surveillance did not show a suspect. 3 Tuesday September 11 th, : /12/2012 A student reported a hit and run in the parking ramp. Video of the incident was located and the suspect has been identified. Video and incident report released to BPD for criminal charges. Parking Ramp Level 2 Tuesday September 11 th, : /11/2012 Medical A female student caught her foot under an exterior door and cut her middle toes. Toes was cleaned and bandaged up. Reported was taken. Tuesday September 11 th, : /11/2012 Medical Officers were dispatched to S2325 for a medical. Student was transported in wheel chair by a Public Safety Officer to waiting mother in parking lot 1. Science Wednesday September 12 th, : /12/2012 Medical Thursday September 13 th, : /13/2012 Medical Medical incident took place at the Student Involvement Fair. While sumo wrestling a female student hit the back of her head on the ground. Complaining of head and neck pain. Allina Medics were called and took over patient care. A female student reported numbness that started in her left hand and moved up the left side of her body. EMT's were called and examined student. Determined that student should seek medical treatment at her clinic, but did not need to be transferred. Student rested in the Public Safety Office until a parent picked her up. Outside Kopp Student Center 1 st Thursday September 13 th, : /13/2012 was found on the restroom stall walls. Referred to Kopp Student Center 1 st Thursday September 13 th, : /13/2012 was found in the men's restroom. Referred to Monday September 17 th, : /21/2012 Student came to the Public Safety Office to report her vehicle had been damaged while parked in the ramp on 09/17/2012. No suspects were identified. 4 Monday September 17 th, : /17/2012 Solicitation Public Safety responded to a report of distributed advertisements. Solicitors left campus prior to officer's arrival. Called manager at advertised location, advised of the violations of distributing without proper permit or college approval. Asked manager to get approval from NCC student life for next time they are on campus. Parking Lot 4 Tuesday September 18 th, : /18/2012 Theft from Motor Vehicle A student reported an ipod and a checkbook stolen from his vehicle while parked on campus. Student will also be reporting the theft to BPD. Wednesday September 19 th, : /19/2012 Medical Student had fallen and hit her head at home prior to leaving for class. During class, she felt dizzy and out of it. She has a possible concussion and was picked up by her mother. Wednesday September 19 th, : /20/2012 A student reported her flash drive was taken from the computer center after she left it behind on 09/19/2012. Wednesday September 19 th, : /19/2012 A student reported her cell phone and wallet stolen from the library. The wallet was recovered but not the cell phone. Library Wednesday September 19 th, : /19/2012 Staff member reported a text book that they rent out to students was found missing from her office. Wednesday September 19 th, : /20/2102 Solicitation A faculty member found solicitation material on his vehicle 09/19/2012 at 1730hrs. Reported it to Public Safety on 09/20/2012 at 0730hrs. Wednesday September 19 th, : /20/2012 Theft from Motor Vehicle A student reported someone stole a police scanner from his unlocked car on 09/19/2012.

5 Wednesday September 19 th, : /19/2012 was found in the men's bathroom across from C1103. Referred to Wednesday September 19 th, : /19/2012 was found the men s bathroom. Referred to Thursday September 20 th, : /20/2012 Medical Public Safety responded to a medical involving a student who hit her head on a piece equipment in the weight room area. Student declined an ambulance. Student received an ice pack for the injury. Friday September 21 st, : /21/2012 NCC Code of Conduct Violation: Disruptive Activity & Obstruction of Operations Library staff called about disruptive students who have been warned several times to quiet down. Officers identified the students and escorted them out of the library. Case referred to Dean of Students for follow up. Library Judicial Referral Dean of Students Sunday September 23 rd, : /23/2012 Burglar Alarm TransAlarm called for an alarm at the main entrance of college services. Entry and person unknown. Tuesday September 25 th, : /27/2012 Party reported vehicle may have been damaged in Parking Lot#1 on 09/25/2012 from 800 to Video Surveillance failed to show any evidence of a hit and run. Tuesday September 25 th, : /27/2012 Student reported her cell phone taken after she left it on a bench. She approached who she thought was the suspect. He denied taking it. This was reported to Public Safety an hour after this confrontation took place. Suspect has not been identified.

Kopp Student Center 2 nd Wednesday September 26 th, : /26/2012 Medical Public Safety Officers responded to a medical in the Building gym area. Student declined an ambulance and got a ride home with a friend. Wednesday September 26 th, : /26/2012 was found in the men's bathroom. Referred to Wednesday September 26 th, : /26/2012 was found in the men's bathroom across from childcare. Referred to Friday September 28 th, : /28/2012 Medical Public Safety responded to a pregnant student feeling ill. EMS responded and transported the student. Friday September 28 th, : /28/2012 Student's vehicle in Lot 5 was the subject of a hit and run accident. BPD was contacted. Parking Lot 5 Friday September 28 th, : /28/2012 was found in the men s bathroom. Referred to Friday September 28 th, : /28/2012 Medical Report from front desk of female who had fallen down stairs and injured arm and buttocks. Assisted with ice pack. Likely no injury to head, neck or spine. Victim denied being looked over by paramedics.
