Officers were unable to locate the males or the vehicle. 500 block Highway 55, Medina ( ) No Pay Reported: Gas drive-off Loss: $ block Highway 55, Medina ( ) DWI Reported: Squad car was hit by a driver who left the scene. Vehicle was located in a parking lot. Officer arrived and she answered the door; she was fine, just sleeping. 800 block Hamel Road, Medina ) Threat Reported: Resident reported she was receiving several phone calls from an unknown phone number in New York and from Chicago. The caller would either hang up or ask her if she wanted to purchase items. She was advised to not answer the calls or try and have them blocked by her provider; and to call back if the phone calls became threatening in nature. 100 block Hillview Lane, Loretto ) Locked Out/In Reported:

2 The vehicle was unlocked without incident. 200 block Clydesdale Trail, Medina ( ) Domestic Reported: Resident reported that someone was throwing rocks at her window and believed it to be her son who she had locked out of the house. Officer spoke with the son who said he would be willing to go to his friend's house for the night. 300 block Cherry Hill Trail, Medina Reported: 05- ( ) Dk/Suspected BAC block Hamel Road, Medina (Arrested) Bishop, Carroll David, from Corcoran (Age:50) ( ) Parking Complaint Reported: Citation was issued block Bluebell Trail S., Medina ( ) Harassment Reported: Resident reported receiving several unwanted phone calls and messages at all hours of the day and night from an old classmate; he would like them to stop. He was given information on how to obtain a harassment order block Walnut Street, Medina ( ) Suspicious Act Reported: Resident reported receiving a suspicious phone from a male stating he was with Microsoft and that the computer at this location was infected with a virus. Resident recognized the call as a scam and did not provide any information to the caller block Maplewood Drive, Medina ( ) Safety Check Reported: Officer received a call to check on a reported drunk male. No one was located on foot in the area. County Road 19 and Hamel Road, Medina ) Subject Stop Reported: Officer observed a female run across the road and into the ditch; she appeared to be intoxicated.

3 She said she was walking home from Inn Kahoots. She was lost and walking in the wrong direction so a friend was called and took responsibility for her. Everything was okay. 800 block Hamel Road, Medina ( ) Juvenile Prob Reported: Anonymous caller reported juveniles had driven a car to the back portion of Hunter Park. Juveniles were located and said were playing hide and seek. They were advised to leave the park by closing block Hunter Drive, Medina Reported: ( ) DWI 0217 BAC.15 BAC. Holy Name Drive and Lakeview Road, Medina (Arrested) Durkop, Brian William, from Wayzata (Age:49) ( ) Dumping Complaint Reported: Reported that a truck with a topper had dumped some car parts into the dumpster. Reporting party did take a photograph of the suspect vehicle but the license plate is unable to be seen. Officer did respond and found that the items that were discarded were a yellow Leer topper that had been cut in half. There were no markings on the topper that would help identify the owner. 600 block Hamel Road, Medina ) Car/Stalled Reported:

4 Driver said the transmission locked up and the vehicle was unable to be pushed off the road. He did have a private tow ordered. Sioux Drive and Highway 55, Medina ) No Pay Reported: Loss: $54.89 worth of fuel. Fuel was later paid for block Baker Park Road, Medina ( ) Condition/Debris Reported: Two drivers ran over some bricks that were in the roadway causing damage to their tires. Highway 55 and County Road 101, Medina ( ) Welfare Check Reported: Citation issued for Minor Consumption of Alcohol block Elm Creek Dr, Medina (Cited) Lance, Robert Michael, from Medina (Age:19) ) Harassment Reported: Resident reported receiving late phone calls the previous night. He reported that a younger male had called him around 1:30 am stating something about "his girlfriend" and that he was going to call the police on him. He stated that the individual called a second time and hung up. He was advised that if the caller does call back to try and get a phone number and advise them to not call again block Hamel Road, Medina ( ) Animal Complaint Reported: During a follow up to another case, it was discovered that the homeowner was in violation of the city ordnance regarding the number of dogs he could keep without a kennel license. He was advised to contact the city about obtaining a license block Chippewa Road, Medina ) No Pay Reported: Loss: $21.98 worth of fuel. Fuel was later paid for. 700 block Highway 55, Medina ( ) Car/Stalled Reported: Reported that a pink car stalled on Pioneer Trail near Highway 55. Upon arrival, officer saw a pink Barbie big wheels car parked on the right shoulder of the roadway. The Barbie car was

5 unoccupied and appeared to be abandoned. Public Works to be notified to remove the car from the side of the road. Highway 55 and Pioneer Trail, Medina ( ) Citation / Warrant Arrest Reported: Jackson was arrested on the warrant and issued a citation for Possession of Small Amount of Marijuana and Driving after Revocation. I-94 E and Highway 55, Minneapolis (Cited/Arrested) Jackson, Michael Excell, from (Age:25) ( ) Loud Party Reported: Resident apologized for the noise and said he would turn the music down. Crestview Lane and Edgewood Drive, Loretto ) Unwanted Person Reported: Received a radio call for an unwanted male at a residence. Officer arrived and knocked on the door numerous times. The house was completely dark. Resident eventually came to the door, said he was sleeping and asked what the officer wanted. Officer reminded him he had called 911 to have a male removed from his house.
