I observed the traffic signal flashing a red light in all directions including westbound the direction of the Jeep. I observed the Jeep continue through the intersection without stopping or slowing. I activated my overhead lights and audible siren and initiated a traffic stop. The driver was identified as Constance Rayburn. When advised that she went through a red traffic light Rayburn stated that the light was green. I advised her that the light only flashes red in all directions at night and she replied she is used to only driving through during the day. Constance Rayburn was issued a citation for Failure to Obey a Traffic Control Device - ORC (mm) and given a court date of Friday June 29th at 8:45am. She was advised to provide the court with current proof of insurance. I later saw the Grand Am southbound in the right lane of SR 25 near Eckel Junction. Again the driver turned his face away as he passed. A plate check (OH-EYS6049) showed that the registered owner Jose Enricke Manzanarez had a suspended driver's license. The Pontiac was southbound in the right lane of SR 25 near Eckel Junction when I observed that the driver matched the physical description of the registered owner. I stopped the Pontiac and identified the driver as Mr. Manzanarez. He handed me his Ohio ID card along with his insurance and registration. Mr. Manzanarez stated he thought he had driving privileges but stated that the court never provided him with any paperwork detailing those privileges. Mr. Manzanarez was cited for DUS and his vehicle was towed by Ray's after it was inventoried by Ofc. Katafias. In written statement Bower indicated that a dark blue Chevy pickup bearing Ohio registration PDG-9633 was westbound on Bostwick and passed the bus. Bower stated that he got the driver's attention and he stopped three car lengths passed the bus then continued. I called the registered owner William J Evans and he stated that he had been driving the truck and that he did not notice the lights were on until he had passed it. Evans stated that he would come in on to get his citation. Evans came to the station and was issued a citaiton.
